Molly Hooper's relationship, or whatever it is, she still hasn't been able to find a proper name for it, with Sherlock Holmes started out with a favor. Flash forward years later and she wonders if he knows that this particular favor will finally be the one to kill her.

To him, I have always been Anthea. There are some others – ordinary humans – who address me like that as well. But they only see a dark haired, smartly dressed young woman who has more money than time and more work than life.
