Rant: It's something I've noticed in both Harry Potter and other favorite series: Everyone seems to lack one thing, and that's common sense.

In Harry Potter: 1: Dumbledore left Harry at the Dursley's, even after McGonagall told him 'They were the worst sort of Muggles', with his reply being that they are the only family he has left. So? Every family has their black sheep, but these people pandered to the whims of a child, and their obsession with normalcy has got to be the signs of mental instability.

2: Harry spent ten-fucking-years in a cupboard under the stairs, and no seems to give a shit, not even Harry himself. It's like he thought the people who were supposed to look after him were in the right when they shoved him under the stairs and practically enslaved him to do all the chores around the house.

OFFICIAL CONSOLE FIC RULES:

When the character gains said powers, there is a brief introduction that is vague and not very helpful, and it shall be referred to as the "Power Operating System" or POS.

Character can hold any number of games depending on what the author personally prefers, but three is recommended.

My View on rape in fictions, particularly Naruto:

Alright, for one, this way to common for something so deplorable. I hate rape in any form, and the fact that it happens so often says that there is something really wrong with some authors. From what I've seen, more often than not, Naruto is beaten seemingly daily, tortured and humiliated over and over again, and to add to that, he gets raped for no apparent reason other than 'Angst'. Besides my hatred of the act, the fact that his life is complete shit and then rape on top of that is just to far, and here are some reasons why:

1. Rape is a deplorable act that sickens me. It sickens me more knowing that happens very often to people who don't deserve it.

2. Besides the fact that there seem to be all these people who hate rape in these stories allow it to happen to a child of all things. No matter what they may think.

3. It always happens to him as a child. Let's overlook all these people who hate rape and believe a small child that cries for forgiveness and doesn't retaliate is demon, despite all the evidence to the contrary, it is still happening to a CHILD. No matter what these people think, they will be seeing a young boy getting violated. Despite what they think, either as a demon or a monster, they will still be seeing a child being raped in front of them. A fucking child.

Common sense may not be all that common anymore, but it's still A MOTHERFUCKING KID.

Word to the wise: Grow the fuck up. It's not funny. It's not fun. Stop it. Rape is a terrible thing, and it should not be used as a fucking plot device, of all things.
