Cho Chang and Sue Li

Rita was flying around in her animagus form trying to find any group of gossiping students, hoping they had any discussion she could use as a potential story in the Daily Prophet. Upon flying over into the woods, Rita spotted a strange path leading away from the main path. The strange path had what looked like blue dirt leading anybody deeper into the trees. Following the path, Rita saw that the path lead to some kind of house built out of sticks that had a darkened window. Rita reverted back to her original form and walked up to the door, then knocking on it thrice. The door slowly opened with a creak, allowing Rita to peek in and notice that the inside was pitch-black. With her legs trembling in uncertainty, Rita entered the strange house and as soon as she did, the door quickly closed and locked itself.

'Why didn't the door creak this time?!' thought Rita, utterly stumped.

She darted her eyes all around, but couldn't see anything because it was still pitch-black. Now she had to put her hands out in front of her to feel anything so she wouldn't bump into anything. Then the crazy journalist felt and grabbed what seemed to be a lever. After pulling the lever down, a trap door opened up underneath the truth-rejecting journalist. That resulted in Rita sliding on some kind of chute for five to ten minutes. Then she slid off and landed on her front, momentarily stunning her. Upon regaining consciousness, Rita got back on her feet and found herself facing an angry Harry Potter (who was glaring at the journalist, with his arms folded across his chest). Standing by his right was an asian girl with shoulder-length black hair with bangs covering her forehead and brown eyes. There was also another asian girl standing by Harry's left and she had mid-length brown hair, eyes that were a lighter-brown, and was noticeably short. Rita knew the asian girl with the black hair was Cho Chang because her mother, Chuya, worked for the ministry in the Department of International Magical Cooperation. The other asian girl wasn't too familiar to the crazy journalist. What was strange to Rita was that Harry was in a green tank top and black knee-length shorts, Cho was in a blue short-sleeve t-shirt and black spandex shorts, and the other asian girl was in a purple short-sleeve t-shirt and also in black spandex short, and the three were barefoot. There was also what looked like a tunnel that was surrounded by rose bush thorns.

"What's the meaning of this, Harry?" asked Rita, trying to hide her collywobbles.

"To tell you that your days of unauthorized publishing is over," stated Harry in a fierce voice. "Since all of your articles slandering different people didn't get approved. You just published them without consent from your damn victims."

"You ought to ashamed of yourself, Skeeter," growled Cho. "Harry didn't deserve being slandered. It's pricks like you who keep him in the bloody spotlight. Malfoy and Parkinson have been doing whatever they could to help make sure Harry stayed in the spotlight despite his discomfort of that."

"Just so you know, Skeeter," the other asian girl informed the journalist. "Malfoy and Parkinson have already been arrested for being accessories to slandering. It's about time you get arrested as well. We knew you were the beetle we saw Malfoy and Parkinson speaking into because those slandering articles were written by you and they ended up in the Daily Prophet the next morning. It doesn't take a genius to put two-and-two together, and it's extremely difficult to hide anything from a Ravenclaw student because they have ways of figuring things out."

"Who are you?" Rita asked the other asian girl.

"I'm Sue Li," the second asian girl introduced herself, in an irritable voice. "A Ravenclaw student in the same year as Harry."

"What's the story with you hanging around Cho and Sue?" Rita asked Harry, trying to sound desperate.

"We've been secretly meeting up since shortly after the start of the year," Harry started explaining, with Cho and Sue nodding their heads to confirm it. "Only a select few know of this, since they've earned the right to know. Cedric still went to the Yule Ball with Cho while I went with Sue. In fact, Sue was my hostage for the tournament while Cho was Cedric's. That was because at those kinds of events, having two dates at the ball and having two hostages to rescue was prohibited. Cedric realized that he had feelings for Alicia Spinnet, one of my quidditch teammates. After I went to the reading of my parents' will, we came to an arrangement and it was decided that Cho would be the future Mrs. Potter. After my godfather, Sirius Black, was cleared of the alleged crimes he was falsely convicted for, he informed me that he wouldn't be able to have children because his unjust stay in Azkaban interfered with his male reproduction and asked me to carry the Black line for him, so Sue will be the future Mrs. Black."

"Now's the time for you to get your just desserts," Cho told the crazy journalist. "See those rose thorns behind us?"

"Yes." said Rita.

"Well, here's the game we're gonna play," Cho explained, motioning her thumb to the thorns with the rose thorns. "It's a maze of the prickly thorn bush stems and you have to find the right dead-end to exit and be declared the winner. Find the wrong dead-end and you may end up getting poked by the thorns. If you can beat either of us, then you can be let off without any repercussions."

Eager to avoid anyone knowing about her status as an unregistered animagus, Rita accepted the 'friendly' game offered to her. Sue crawled through the entrance first, then Cho went next, then Rita, and finally Harry. Rita found that the was in a pink tank-top, a pair of gray running shorts, and she was also barefoot. Then the four started jogging into the maze, with Rita being all antsy and desperate to win first place. The first dead-end she came to resulted in her getting poked, forcing her to turn around and continue on. The second dead-end poked her again and even gave her a few scratches on her left arm, not enough for bleeding but enough for a few red scratch marks to be visible. The third dead-end resulted in Rita getting whacked in the stomach by a makeshift ball-and-chain weapon made from the rosebush thorn stems. Even though she knew it, Rita was reluctant to acknowledge that she was lucky she was wearing a shirt, since otherwise the thorns would've poked her and leave some bloody spots on her stomach. It took her another five minutes or so before she reached the right dead-end, so the journalist jogged through. Rita's jaw dropped open when she saw that Harry, Cho and Sue reached the finish because the DMLE was already there and the aurors pointed wands at the crazy journalist to ensure that she couldn't escape.

"Did you really think you were going to be let off scot-free?!" Harry, Cho and Sue asked Rita in a taunting voice.

"Rita Skeeter, you're under arrest for multiple counts of slander and suspicions of being an unregistered animagus!" Amelia Bones informed her, as the soon-to-be former journalist was placed in magic-suppression handcuffs. "You don't have to say anything, as it may harm your defence in court. Anything you choose to say can be given in evidence."

Rita was taken away to be put in a ministry holding cell and await trial for her crimes. Once it was just the three of them, Harry, Cho and Sue headed for an underground swimming pool. Cho and Sue jogged towards the pool and jumped in, with Harry doing the same and the three began having a splash war. With Rita finally gone, the Daily Prophet was free to repair it's reputation and Harry didn't have to worry about the beetle spying on him any more. For once, luck was on Harry's side.

The End!
