A.N : Bonjour readers, Quoi here
Sorry for the long wait for chapter two of fluffy flowerpots, got a little hung up on writing for my main story and neglected this fic a little. Please do check both my fics out, it'll really help if y'all review on my main fic, Dans Les Yeux Bleus.
Anyways, Chapter 2
XXXXX
"Fleur?"
The deep tones of Madam Maxine's voice seemed to vibrate the glass of her window, thought Fleur. A second later, the reverberating footsteps that signified Maxine's progress halted. A loud thud echoed through the room when Madam Maxine's hand made contact with the door. "May I come in, Fleur?" asked Madam Maxine.
"Non! Laisse-moi tranquille." replied Fleur with a annoyed huff
30 Minutes later...
Fuming and frustrated, Fleur Delacour was in a...conundrum to say the least. She was certainly the most stunning of all the witches in every school combined, was she not?
She had the height, the flawless complexion, curves that models could only dream of, and a slim, graceful face with large silver eyes and silky smooth blond hair.
She was in all but name, an angel.
Yet she was experiencing something unfathomable to someone of her beauty. Not being able to find a date. The whole population of males so far lacked anyone with the resistance to look at her as a woman and not an object of their desire. If she, the most attractive woman in the whole school, turned up without a date, the amount of ridicule she would receive would be tantamount to death!
Determined to find a date by hook or by crook, she set out from the Beauxbatons Carriage in the dead of night, slipping out the window to avoid Madam Maxine's detection. Dressed in a light pastel blue uniform, she sped away from the carriage towards the castle, slippers barely making a sound as they hit the ground.
Applying a disillusionment charm on herself, she shivered as the feeling of eggs melting washed over her. Satisfied with her disillusion charm's strength, she then cautiously made her way up to the castle doors, searching for the Harry Potter, whom she had heard from rumors to be immune to the imperius curse, thus being a suitable candidate for her date. That he was a fellow champion never crossed her mind, nor the organisers who had never planned for two champions to go to the ball together.
Just as Fleur was about to creak the door open, it ground outwards, forcing Fleur to dodge sideways, heart pumping rapidly at nearly getting caught. From behind the small alcove she took shelter in, she peered at the open door, wondering who was coming out at this time of the night. She stared at the open gap, watching for a telltale sign of a disillusionment charm like hers, but she saw nothing. Confused at the gate's opening, she decided that it was of lower importance, and proceeded to sneak through the convenient gap.
Only to run into something, or someone, invisible. The resulting collision sent both parties sprawling onto the hard stone.

Harry's PoV
Donning the Invisibility Cloak, Harry snuck out of the Gryffindor dorms, having decided to take Hagrid up on his thinly veiled offer. After successfully getting out of the dorms, he headed down to the Great Hall, as the Marauder's Map showed that it was the only door that Filch didn't patrol. Heading to the main door proved surprisingly easy. Not a single person or ghost came within proximity of him. Maybe the Felix Felicis is working, thought Harry cheerfully, certain that no one would catch him at all.
That confident mindset lasted for a decent period of time, right up until his face smashed into someone invisible, much like he was. Rubbing his bruised forehead, he thought, who else is even out here at this time, much less invisible?
It was then when he heard a distinctively feminine groan emanate from the slightly distorted air in front of him. One that sounded suspiciously like...Fleur. Calling out to the figure cautiously, he whispered as clearly as he could. "Delacour? Is that you?"
The voice, still sounding like Fleur's throaty accent, replied in an accented whisper. " Oo are you ?"
"Fine then. You drop your invisibility and i'll do the same. Sounds good?" proposed Harry.
"Merde. Why am I even doing zis. ...Fine I'll do it" came Fleur's grudging acceptance from under the charm.
Waving her wand in a circular fashion, she dispelled the disillusionment charm, revealing herself in all her regal beauty, blond tresses gleaming in the subdued moonlight.
Following suit, Harry stuffed his cloak into his bag, then raised his head and stared. The fact that Fleur Delacour, the hottest female in town was illegally sneaking around at night, let alone in Hogwarts was blackmail material all right.

Fleur's PoV
How can zis be. The one person I look for, and he delivers himself to me on a silver platter. Just look at him, totally ignorant to my advances, thought Fleur delightedly. 'Ow lucky for moi.
Breaking the awkward silence that had ensued, she promptly shut the door, dragged him into her alcove, and placed a long dainty finger on his lips, effectively shutting him up.
Staring at him with her liquid silver eyes, she kept silent for a solid minute or so, looking at him from head to toe and making seemingly random humming and hawing sounds.
Then, after her mysterious inspection concluded, she parted those rosy lips and asked him something he thought her incapable of; "Ask me to accompany you to ze ball, Seigneur Potter."
Stunned into continued silence, Harry gasped repeatedly, giving the impression of a drowning goldfish as he whipped his head to look at her, then away from her. When her finger finally left his lips, the sudden movement caused him to stop hyperventilating and let him start to think.
Oh my god. Oh my god. FLEUR freaking DELACOUR just gave me the green flag to invite her! What do I even say! Why would I even consider blackmail. I think I just wet my pants in excitement.
Fleur had planned for many reactions from the boy, but not the one he was having right now. Not wanting her finger to get accidentally bitten or something, she withdrew it from the boys lips, freezing his frenzied movement.
Leaning against the wall, she allowed an amused smirk to worm its way onto her lips, and repeated her question. "So, will you come wiz me to ze ball ? "
Harry, having calmed down enough to regain some conscious thought, whispered out a meek "yes?", an uncertain expression forming, as if he still couldn't believe that this was actually happening.
" Good, I expect nozzing but ze best from you, oui? I will not have some shabby looking boy as moi chevalier." Gracing him with a rare smile, she got up from her spot on the alcove to return to the carriage, mission accomplished.
Just as she was about to leave, his hand grasped hers, causing her to spin around to look at him.
"So what does this make us?" asked Harry. " Friends?"
Smiling mysteriously, she shrugged and replied with an equally vague "Perhaps"
"Wait… Fleur. I came out for a reason. You see, there's dragons for the first task, or at least that's what Hagrid told me, and your Madam Maxine is going with him to see them in the forest. Seeing as you are a fellow Champion, do you want to ascertain it yourself?" Harry blurted out.
Pursing her lips in the quintessential wondering pose, Fleur pondered on how much she believed her newfound friend.
Her answer alone said it all.
Reaching out for his hand, she held it tightly and drew his Cloak over them, pressing herself into his side as they huddled together, and set off into the Forest.
