Penelope Clearwater And Nymphadora Tonks

It was a warm Saturday of July 20, 1996 and Harry was tending his garden while the Dursleys went to London for a family outing. Harry wasn't furious because of his godfather having been killed at the hands of Bellatrix Lestrange, one of Voldemort's most loyal death eaters and one of the most dangerous ones. Adding more fuel to the fire, Professor Dumbledore told Harry about the prophecy and how he admitted to placing Harry with his relatives while passing that off as a simple mistake and claiming that he placed the bond of blood charm on the Dursleys house to 'keep Harry safe.' Still, Dumbledore made Harry return to Privet Drive under the guise of it being for his own safety, but Harry wasn't buying it. The revelation of the prophecy was the final straw, since it made Harry realize that the ole coot was using him as a pawn. With his relatives gone for the day, Harry stopped his tending to go inside to get a drink of water in spite of Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia warning him not to use any water unnecessarily. A knock at the door was heard, with Harry strolling to the front door to answer it. Upon opening the door, Harry saw that his visitors were Penelope Clearwater (or Penny for short) and Tonks, and the women were smiling to see Harry and he couldn't help smiling back.

"No need to worry, Harry," assured Tonks. "We're here to get you away from this place once and for all."

"I also cast some revealing spells and neither Tonks nor myself could find any traces of this bond of blood charm anywhere, Harry," said Penny, as Harry showed the women inside the house and over to the living room. "And after you wrote to me explaining the prophecy Dumbledore told you about and how you've been treated here for the longest time, I got in touch with Tonks when I informed her."

"Sometime after Penny told me, I went to the Burrow for another order meeting," Tonks explained, her brown-hair turning bubblegum-pink. "I gave Dumbledore a verbal beatdown for that and how he forced you to return here despite the Dursleys treatment towards you. Mrs. Weasley even ordered me to apologize to Dumbledore for 'throwing a massive tantrum,' even though it wasn't a tantrum, something which I refused to do. I even told Albus that I'd be resigning from my position in the order because he kept beating around the bush anytime I brought you up and my suspicions about your treatment."

"What was his reaction when you went off on that tirade?" asked Harry.

"It made him jump in shock," Tonks continued her explanation, as she and Penny sat down on the couch with Harry sitting between them. "But Mrs. Weasley yelled at me for backtalking Dumbledore after I refused to apologize. Hermione was also there and she even tried to defend Mrs. Weasley by trying to tell me to go up into the guest room so I could think about what I did. Hermione and I even had a verbal battle and during that moment, I even told her that neither she, Ron, Ginny, Mrs. Weasley, nor Dumbledore cared about Harry at all. The other members there were rendered speechless by that and glared over at Dumbledore."

"So Ron, Hermione and Ginny have been attending meeting for the order?" asked Harry, hardly believing his ears.

"Yes," stated Tonks. "But when you arrived at Number Twelve Grimmauld Place, Molly stopped allowing them to attend meetings so you wouldn't get suspicious. She did claim that you were underage after all. After Dumbledore tried beating around the bush again, I told him I was leaving and even forced my resignation from the order in his face before leaving the Burrow while brushing my hands in an 'all-done' gesture."

"Which is why I won't trust them again," said Harry. "Since they betrayed me one too many times, although Ginny was never really there for me despite her claims that she was on my side. This is strike three and those three won't be able to make amends with me anymore. As a matter of fact, I won't see Mrs. Weasley as a mother figure anymore and I won't be a pawn in Dumbledore's Greater Good plan. I'm going to live my life on my terms now, not his."

Then Tonks cast a revealing charm on Harry to check for hidden spells. She widened her eyes in shock when she found out that Harry was under a tracking charm. Then she cast another spell to cancel the tracking charm. Upon spotting Harry's confusion, Tonks explained that he had the tracking charm placed on him by Dumbledore. Harry breathed a sigh of relief to find out he was now free from Dumbledore's manipulation tendencies. Then Harry turned his attention to Penny and the two shared a long passionate kiss, much to Tonks' excitement. As he and Penny kissed, Harry began revisiting the memory of how he properly met her. It was sometime before the Easter holidays in Harry's third year (which was Penny's seventh and final year) when Penny came across him working on homework in the Hogwarts library and she helped him with his charms homework. The two hit it off, especially after Penny had broken up with Percy a week or so before Valentine's Day. During the summer holidays Penny would send Harry food with the help of Dobby. Harry even suggested that Winky (the Crouch's previous house elf) be Penny's personal house elf, something which made the house elf excited, that way Winky could help Dobby with getting food and water to Harry. It was his unwilling participation in the Triwizard Tournament when Harry became emancipated (which happened as soon as he turned fifteen, the minimum age for that in the wizarding world). Harry and Penny felt their heads spinning even after they finished kissing.

"Where will I be staying after we leave?" asked Harry.

"You could get the reading of your parents' will out of the way, Harry," Tonks suggested. "That way you can move into your parents' manor."

"How would you feel about living with me at Potter Manor, Penny?" Harry offered.

"I'd love to, Harry," said Penny, accepting the offer with a smile. "Especially if it's with you."

"We can even catch up on missed bonding moments, Harry," Tonks told him. "Since mum was Sirius' favourite cousin. She even told me how she, Sirius and your parents planned to arrange play dates for you and I. Because of Dumbledore's manipulations, I lost the chance to be something like a big sister to you."

"But let's get your stuff packed and find a way to give your relatives some payback for their treatment towards you." Penny told Harry.

Harry nodded his head in acknowledgement before he headed upstairs to get his stuff packed while Penny and Tonks went over to the door leading to the garage and added some wards to it, intending to give the Dursleys a nasty surprise. Then Penny and Tonks headed upstairs to help Harry in packing his stuff. The women could see a cat=flap next to the door leading to Harry's room. Upon peeking in, they also saw remains of bars placed over the window about four years ago. Penny and Tonks engulfed Harry in hugs to let him know he was in safe hands. Once they got the rest of Harry's stuff packed, the three headed back downstairs and outside. They walked over to an isolated part of Little Whinging to call for the Knight Bus and take them to the Leaky Cauldron.

It was a quarter till 3:00 PM when the Dursleys returned from their outing. As soon as they walked inside, the door closed and locked to prevent the heinous muggles. Spotting the sign that said 'surprise this way' with the arrow pointing in the direction of the garage, Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia, and Cousin Dudley complied and headed for the garage door. Opening the door, they didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Before Uncle Vernon could react with anger, a strong gust of wind blew them inside the door and making the vile Dursleys fall into some kind of void while the garage door closed and left the muggles trapped. Upon reaching the bottom of the void, the Dursleys found themselves in some kind of cave that appeared to be like an endless hallway in both directions.

"What's going on, Petunia?!" asked Vernon in a fearful voice.

"I don't... don't know!" Petunia stammered.

"I see some kind of boulder rolling towards us!" Dudley exclaimed, pointing in the direction.

The Dursleys screamed in horror as they turned around to run down the endless hallway cave to avoid getting run over and squished by the giant boulder. There wasn't even any side-way path they could take to wait for the boulder to roll by. The Dursleys even tried letting the boulder run over them, only to find out that they were charmed to be immune to the boulder's crushing. That made the Dursleys realize that they had to run from a giant boulder for the rest of their lives For Harry, he had two wonderful women looking after him, one who was looking forward to being a big sister to him, and the other one he was proud to call his girlfriend. For once, luck was working in Harry's favour.

The End!

Author's note: I'd like to give a shoutout the the user 'redgreeneyes' for suggesting that Penelope and Tonks rescue Harry, with Tonks taking the role of big sister and Penelope being Harry's girlfriend.
