Alicia Spinnet
Draco left the hospital wing after being cleared to leave. He spent some time healing up from the slice injuries he received from his arch-nemesis, Harry Potter. Draco was never going to acknowledge that his attempt to cast the Cruciatus Curse on his arch-nemesis was the reason Harry cast that charm in self-defence. Upon walking outside, Draco spotted a seemingly-lone house elf next to the path leading to the woods. What was strange was that the house elf was hiccuping like every five seconds, or so it seemed. So Draco walked up to the house elf continuing to hiccup.
"Boo!" Draco blurted out, hoping that scaring it would cure the hiccups.
The house elf stood there blankly, an eyelid twitching some as it looked like it's mood was changing. The house elf appeared to be trying it's best to resist the temptation to start crying, much to the Malfoy boy's confusion. Then the house elf opened it's mouth as it appeared that it was getting ready to let out a loud sob.
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" cried the house elf, as it's crying pitch stayed at the same key.
"No! No! No!" Draco replied, putting his hands out in a 'sh, sh, sh' manner.
His eyes widening in panic, Draco desperately tried to calm the house elf down out of fear that the loud sobbing was going to attract unwanted attention. Inevitably, the loud sobbing did attract attention, but Draco was so distracted that he didn't know who was approaching him and the house elf. After hearing someone clearing their throat did Draco actually turn around (with the house elf's sobbing ceasing immediately). Draco saw Harry and he was accompanied by a girl with blonde hair. The Malfoy boy realized that the girl was Alicia Spinnet (who, like Angelina Johnson, graduated at the end of last year). Harry and Alicia had their arms crossed and were glaring at the Slytherin boy before them.
"You're so despicable, Malfoy!" Alicia growled. "Putting Katie under the Imperius Curse and even doing the same to Madam Rosmerta was vile enough, but then trying to cast the Cruciatus Curse on Harry out of spite made it worse. You've just proven yourself to be incorrigible."
"Why are you even here if you've graduated?" asked Draco.
"I was visiting Harry and Katie, since it's a weekend after all." said Alicia. When the house walked up in front of her, she continued on, "And this is my personal house elf, Twinkle."
"Your house elf wasn't really crying?" asked Draco in shock.
"Nope, she has really good acting skills," stated Alicia while smirking. "Which was used to distract you so Harry and I can deal with you personally."
Draco lunged forward to take Alicia down, but she was quicker and managed to punch the Malfoy boy in the stomach and then kicked him in the groin. Draco gave off a high-pitched groan as he covered his family jewels with his hands. Then Alicia conjured up a kite and enlarged it big enough while Harry conjured up some magic-suppression rope. Then he and Alicia tied Draco to the life-sized kite. Once that was done, Alicia let out some string and began running while Harry cast a charm to make Draco paperweight. Then Draco quickly found himself getting lifted off the ground at such a speed that the breeze blew harshly in his face, forcing him to squeeze his eyes shut tightly. When he finally opened his eyes, Draco looked down and saw that he was eighty feet high. Harry and Alicia were laughing themselves like crazy as they ran, with Harry and Alicia taking turns flying the giant kite with Draco attached to it.
"LET ME GOOOOOOOOO! LET ME GOOOOOOOOO!" Draco squealed, struggling to free himself.
That turned out to be the wrong choice of words because Alicia let go of the string (given how Draco wasn't very specific when he said to let him go), resulting in the kite with Draco still attached to it flying away in the breeze in different directions. Draco was squealing like mad, but neither Harry nor Alicia had any sympathy. The one Gryffindor and one former Gryffindor kept watch of the kite until it couldn't be seen anymore, then Harry and Alicia began heading for the woods as they continued laughing.
"Normally I don't set kites free," Alicia explained. "But this time I made an exception, since ferret boy wasn't very specific with his begging of let me go."
"He deserves his next fate, whatever that may be afterwards." said Harry, laughing as he remembered Draco as the bouncing blue-eyed ferret.
Harry and Alicia continued their hike in the woods, using that as a celebration for Draco's permanent downfall. As much as they'd like to know what was bound to happen to Draco afterwards, they decided it was that they forget about it. With Draco gone for good, Harry no longer had to worry about his arch-nemesis getting a rise out of him. For once, luck was finally on Harry's side.
The End!
