"Mummy! This is boring!" young Albus Potter cried out.

Ginny gave an irritated sigh. This was the fifth time now that Albus had said this. This time though, she finally turned to face the boy.

"Why is this boring? You get to watch Daddy," she asked him. "You were the one who said you wanted to watch. You could've just stayed with Hermione if you didn't want to come."

"I misunderstand what you said. I thought you said you were taking me to play quidditch, not just watch it," Albus told her.

"Oooh," Ginny said. "Well, I'll tell you what. Even though you're still too young to fly on a broom, I'll make you a promise: if you can behave for the rest of the game without once more saying that this is boring, I'll think of a way to work around the broom situation and try to teach you how to play. Do we have a deal?"

Albus instantly perked up upon hearing this and he nodded vigorously.

Ginny smiled at him. "Good. That's settled now."
