Little Hermione was on her way to bed when she passed by Harry's bedroom. She heard from the room what clearly was the sound of Harry crying. Quickly, she opened the door and found Harry up in his bed, laying flat down on his stomach with his face buried in his pillow.

"Harry, what's wrong?" she asked in concern as she walked up to him.

"I... I can't find the teddy your mummy bought me," Harry said through his tears.

"Oh..." Hermione said apologetically.

After Hermione's mother had rescued Harry from his dreaded aunt and uncle and offered him to live with them, one of the first toys she had bought from him was a velvety-soft white teddy bear. It was Harry's favorite thing to cuddle with, and he simply could not go to sleep without it.

"Don't worry, Harry, I'll help you find it," Hermione assured him. "And I'll get Mum to help out too."

Slowly but surely, Harry stopped crying and rose out of his bed while Hermione went to go and fetch her mother. For the next hour or so, the three of them went searching around the house for Harry's lost teddy. Luckily though, they were able to find it and everyone, particularly Harry, was able to enjoy a peaceful night of sleep.
