Chapter eleven or rather chapter 58 is here folks and I'm back! Okay, so I decided to take a little break from the Power Rangers chapter. Fuck, it left my brain fried, so need to take a little break from it. For now, sorry guys.

Still, this gives me a chance to get back to work on this story and my Digimon remake story. Now, I'm back on this and I will try to focus on getting this story done. Need to get my stuff done soon, so I can work on the other ones I haven't finished or want to work on. I'm looking forward to going back on this and got some fresh ideas for it.

Now, last time we saw Batman and Batgirl taking down Solomon Grundy. They also saved Victor Fries aka Mister Freeze from Oswald Cobblepot aka the Penguin. However, much to their surprise, Freeze doesn't have the cure. Fortunately, they know a way to get it and now Batman is off to find Ra's al Ghul.

Will Batman be successful in finding Ra's? Will he get some backup when he finds Ra's? Well, it is a lot like from the game, but with some minor changes, so you know how it will go. But will there be anything different?

Tune in today to find out and time for the disclaimer. I don't own anything from the DC or Star Wars universe just my OCs. Also: Bold- means thoughts & Italic- will mean what an alien is saying in their native language. Now let's continue with the story and enjoy the third Arkham story!

Story III: Chapter XI

Arkham City

Batman had begun tracking down the assassin he had escaped from the museum. He recognized her as one of Talia al Ghul's bodyguards. He knows if she's here, then so is her father, Ra' al Ghul. If so, then he will find him soon.

Batman knows he doesn't have much time. His suit is alerting him of the danger the poison in his body. How it was accelerating in him and at this rate, he'll die in a couple of hours. He knows he needs to find Ra's, get his blood, and bring it back to Victor Fries so he can make the cure.

He also needs to figure out what Thrawn is up to. He can't let him get away with whatever he's planning and save the people from the danger they are in.

As Batman made his way out, he begins contacting his sister. "Oracle, Penguin had one of the League's assassins imprisoned in his hideout. I recognize the insignia. She's a member of Talia's elite guard."

Oracle sighed with what her brother said, figuring sooner or later he'd meet up with that woman again. "Great. Just what we need today. You're reuniting with that crazy woman who tried to convert you to join the League of Assassins. The same crazy lady you ended up sleeping with before. And still refused to bring in for her crimes."

"She isn't crazy. She's just been misled by her father for years," said Batman as he tried to defend Talia. "And she has helped us out before."

"More like help you…wait, why was one of her assassins here on Coruscant? You don't think Ra's is here too, right?" Oracle is hoping that isn't true, since this means they'll have to deal with the League of Assassins too.

"I have no doubt about it. If she's here, then her father must be too," Batman begins uploading the formula to the cure that Freeze was making. "It looks like the answer to completing the formula is with Ra's blood. I'll need to get a sample and bring it back to him in order to get started on the cure."

Oracle now understands why her brother is looking for Ra's. He needs his blood, which has what they're looking for in order to complete the cure. Without it, the cure won't work. So, they'll need to get his blood in order to complete the cure.

For this to work, Batman will send a fresh sample of his blood, without him getting killed. Batman knows it will be cutting it close, but is hoping once he gets the blood, his sister will work on getting the cure out.

"How long will it take until you can manufacture this cure?" Batman wasn't sure if he could trust Freeze with this, but knows with his siter, he can trust her to get this done.

"If you can get it within the hour…before sunrise," said Oracle who knows with this formula and the blood, they'll have it all done soon. "Daniel, your suit is showing me how your body is holding up. You need to hurry. If you don't find the cure soon, then…"

"I'll find it. Don't worry. In the meantime, make sure the others are okay and let them know what's going on," said Batman while trying to reassure his sister he'll be okay.

Abigail had intended to tell Daniel about what is going on with Ahsoka but decided not to worry him about it too much. "I got it. What about Cassandra? Is she okay?"

"She's escorting Freeze back to his lab. She'll keep an eye on him until I get back," said Batman who knows his daughter will be okay, since Freeze will likely need her help. "Just keep me up to date on anything about Protocol 10 and about Thrawn, okay?"

"Gotcha and just be careful. Please don't fall for anything Talia tries on you. I don't want to find out she ended up drugging you, just to sleep with you again," and yes sadly Oracle knew all about that and wasn't happy about it at all.

Batman clears his throat and tries to move on from this. "I'll be okay. Just keep me updated when you find anything that I need to know."

"I will and like I said…be careful," said Oracle before she goes back to focusing on helping the others.

Batman made his way out of the Penguin's hideout and begins tracking the assassin's blood. He knows she wasn't getting far with this injury. Talia has taught her assassins to never leave any trace for their enemies to follow. So, she'll try to find a place to take care of her injuries.

He made way up to the rooftop, where he found what appears to be a piece of cloth with blood on it, on the ground. Batman knows it's a trap, but he needed to lure the assassin to come out of hiding. He also knows he isn't popular among the League of Assassins. So, if he makes them believe his guard is down, they will come to him.

Batman was right on the mark as he sees the assassin appearing from behind. He moves out of the way and blocks her sword, as she swings it at him. He manages to block the second attempt with his wrist gauntlet. He moves her blade away and thrusts his right fist at her.

However, he knew she'd dodge it and used it as a cover to place a small Bat-tracker on her. She pushed him down and moves the blade towards his neck. Before she is joined by two other female assassins. All part of Talia's faction, just as he suspected.

"You only continue to live because the great Ra's al Ghul allows it," said the assassin woman who could kill the Batman here and now but knows her mistress will not be happy about it.

Suddenly, they heard someone whistling nearby and turn to face the source. Only for two of the assassins to get hit by a hooded figure. The figure wore a dark red armored top with an 'R' symbol on the left chest. Two wrist gauntlets, armored pants, a utility belt, a cape with a hood over his head, and a black mask covering across his eyes.

He also appeared short and looked young. The assassin though knew who he is and how dangerous he is.

The assassin turns to the Batman and tries to get him to stop the boy. "Call him off."

The figure sees the assassin and twirls his weapon. "I can take her."

"Stand down," said Batman, who didn't take his eyes off the assassin.

The figure stops and seems to hesitate on following through with the order. But knows if Batman is doing this, then there's a good reason for it. He begins to retract his weapon and backs away. Once the assassin's allies begin to recover, she gives the Batman a warning.

"Do not follow us," she threatened before she left with her allies and they take off into the city.

Batman stood up and turns towards the figure. "I should have known Alfred would send you, but I figured he would have waited till I called for your help."

"Yeah, well from what Abby told us, you clearly needed it now, especially with your current condition" said the figure as he removes his hood. Revealing to be around ten years of age, with short black hair, green eyes, and light brown skin. "He also figures with the others busy with the Riddler, you'd need all the help you can get, especially if the League of Assassins are here."

"I can handle them. I've done it before," Batman knows not in the same condition he's in, but he can handle them.

"Not if mother is here," the boy looks out at the city before turning back to Batman with a small sigh. "She really is here, isn't she?"

Batman turns the boy and slowly nods in response. "Yes, it appears she is…Damian."

Two Years ago

Daniel Wayne had returned home after another long mission. One that involved him trying to find out more about what Thrawn was planning with this Arkham City. He knows whatever he's planning, it can't be good. He had hope to find out more while the prison was being constructed, but Thrawn's security proved to be more difficult than he ever imagined.

What was worse is his TYGER guards weren't like any other enemies he's fought before. They were clearly trained. Trained to be an actual threat towards him. Alone, he could take one at a time. But all of them together, and with those weapons of theirs made it almost impossible for him to overcome.

If it hadn't been for Selina, he probably would have been killed.

He'll need to inform Abby about this once she gets home from her trip. He's just glad that Alfred went with her, otherwise he'd be giving him another long lecture about being careful in his solo missions. He would have taken Cassandra with him, but he's glad he didn't. If she had gotten hurt or worse, he would never forgive himself.

He walks towards his study room, after caring for his injuries. A few bruises and some cuts, but nothing too serious. Luckily, none around his face. So, Alfred and Abby won't ever notice.

As he walks towards the door, right away he knew something was wrong. He noticed it the moment he walked to the hallway. Some of the stuff had been touched and moved. One of them was the painting, which he intentionally left it slightly crooked to let him know if someone tried to move it.

He also noticed the slight foot markings on the door, which looks like someone tried to clean up. As he walks to the study room, he carefully checks the doorknob to find it was unlocked. He knows he left this locked. With Alfred, his sister, and daughter being the only ones who have their own keys.

But none of them were expected to come home till tomorrow.

He opens the door quietly and hears what sounds like music being played. One that was very familiar and one he ever listened to with one another person. He looks inside to confirm his suspicion. Sure enough, there she was, standing across the room with her back turned to the door.

Pouring herself a drink and wearing what appears to be a red sparkling dress.

"Hello beloved. It's been a long time. I hope you don't mind me coming in like this," said the woman knowing who's there and turns towards the door. "And I have to say, your security still needs a lot more work."

Daniel sighed softly before he walks into the room and approached the woman. "Cleary it does if you are able to keep breaking in here, Talia."

The woman was soon revealed to be Ra's al Ghul's daughter, Talia. Daniel's former lover and someone he has tried to help leave her father's organization. But each time, she has gone back to him. And to try helping her father with his mission, which has led to Daniel fighting her too.

"Well, it's a good thing I could, since it allows me to see you," Talia walks up to Daniel and offers him a glass. "Drink?"

Daniel looks down at the drink and then back to Talia. "Last time I took a drink from you, it didn't go well for me."

"Oh, you're right. If I remember correctly, I put a little something in your beverage," said Talia as she sets the drink down and takes a sip of her own. "I do apologize for that. Although, it did make you romantic."

"It made me do what you wanted," something Daniel didn't really like, but did blame himself a little for not keeping his guard up with her.

"Was it really all bad, beloved?" Talia asked as she moves herself against him and begins hugging him.

Daniel didn't like how he was doing it again. Letting himself slowly lower his guard with her, but he knew she did love him and wouldn't kill him. She may be loyal to her father, but her love for Daniel always did prevent her from going through with taking his life. Even if her father disapproves.

"Not, I guess not," Daniel though managed to regain his composure and clears his throat. "I also remember last time you came to see me it was to ask a favor from me. What is it?"

Talia didn't seem upset with Daniel assuming she came for a favor, mostly because he isn't wrong. "Do you remember the first time we met, eight years ago?"

Daniel couldn't really forget that, especially how that was when he was after gaining the trust of the people. "I remember, why?"

"I assume you remember our little 'getaway' after you defeated my father?" Talia asked as she gave him a small smile, hinting at their first night alone together.

Daniel really couldn't forget that, especially how she didn't try drugging him. "Talia, where is this going?"

Talia backs away from Daniel and crossed her arms before her smile goes to a concerned look. "You're aware my father has wanted you to be his successor for some time now. He willing to do whatever it takes to make you join us. Each time, you had turned him down. And despite this though, he hasn't given up on trying to turn you."

"Is he plotting something? Is that why you're here?" Daniel asked figuring that's why Talia is here, to warn him.

"He is planning something, but I don't know what it is. However, that's not why I'm here. I came here, because…after our night together, I had left my father for almost a year. I told him it was to get over how you broke my heart and how I wanted to try finding a way to make you pay. While in actuality it was for something else."

"Something else? What is it?" Daniel knows they did break up, but it wasn't as bad as Talia made is sound.

Talia looks away before she continued. "I did have a plan to try finding a way to turn you to join us. To become my father's successor, but the way I was planning to do it…was wrong. I knew I couldn't go through with it, especially after I saw how you have taken great care of Shiva's child. How you raised her well and you gave her a better future than what she had before."

Daniel knew she's referring to Lady Shiva. A former member of the League of Assassins and Cassandra's mother, who gave her to her father to be used as a weapon. He wasn't surprised that Talia knew of this. But did wonder where this was going.

"That's why, I thought maybe instead using him to turn you. You could instead raise him to be like you," said Talia as she walks over to the desk and stood next to the chair. "And maybe put him on a better path, than the one I had been putting him on."

"Him?" Daniel asked as he noticed someone was indeed sitting in his chair but didn't see who it is. "Talia, who is this?"

Talia placed her left hand on the chair, before she gives Daniel a small smile. "Daniel, I want you to meet, your son, Damian."

Present

The boy is soon revealed to be Daniel and Talia's son, Damian. A boy that Talia had given birth ten years ago after the night she had with Daniel. Talia explained that after she found out she was pregnant, she had left her father to secretly hide her pregnancy. So, she could give birth to her son without Ra's finding out.

She had intended to reveal this to her father once she had trained her son. To prove he could become a worthy successor and could even bring Daniel to join them. However, she became concerned over her father's mental state. She knew he wasn't the same man she once knew.

She learned that due to the amount of time he has bathed in the Lazarus Pit, it has begun to affect his mind. Changing him to something else and someone she even began to fear. She was worried he would even harm her son, in order to force Daniel to join them.

That's why she gave him to Daniel to raise, to train, and even help him be put on a better path than he would be if she stayed with her.

When the others found out and welcomed Damian into the family. Cassandra even took Damian on as her younger brother and to help him. He doesn't like it, but the two had over time formed a good sibling relationship. Damian even took on the mantel of Robin, after Lux passed it on to him.

Damian sighed after his father confirmed his mother is here. He hasn't seen her since she left him with his father, which he did not hold against her, since he knows why she did it.

"If she's here, then there's a good chance so is grandfather," said Damian who never met Ra's, but knew of the stories his mother and father both told him, separately. "Do you think his blood will really help make the cure?"

"I know it will and that's why I need to find him," said Batman knowing he'll need to find Ra's soon, before the poison ends up killing the people. "In the meantime, you should go help the others."

"If mother is here here, then I should go with you. From what Alfred told me, you're going to need my help," said Damian as he puts his staff away. "And in your condition, you clearly need it."

"I'll be fine. I'm going to need you to go with Cassandra and help her," said Batman who didn't want to risk his son's life, especially if they encounter Ra's.

"Don't kid yourself, father. Oracle can scan your condition from your suit and from what she has send me, you're going to need some help," said Damian as he walks up to his father. "We both know if you plan to get grandfather's blood, you'll need some help, especially if your condition worsens."

"I can handle it. The others are going to need you to get the cure to the people and to stop Thrawn in case I don't get back in time," said Batman who is doing all he can to keep his son from getting involved.

"From how things are looking, you won't make it back in time if the poison kills you first," said Damian who refuses to leave.

He was indeed Daniel's son. Stubbornness seems to run in the family. Both in his family and even in Talia's family, which means he won't be able to send his son away. Not even if he orders him to.

Damian begins to soften on his tone and tries to convince his father to let him come along. "I know your worried of what will happen if grandfather finds out about me. I get it. But I want to help you. I also want to see mother…just to see how she's doing."

Batman sighed knowing he shouldn't bring him along, especially if Ra's finds out the truth. However, if his condition worsens, then he'll need someone to complete the mission if he fails. He also knows he has a right to see his mother again after all this time. And maybe if he does pass, she'll leave her father and help their son finish what he started.

"Just stay close, okay? And don't try anything reckless," said Batman as he pulls out his grappling gun.

"Says the one who is running around with poison blood in his system and fighting a large zombie" said Damian as he pulls out his own grappling gun.

Batman knew his son was already like this before he met him. So, he couldn't blame it on his sister for having him be this sassy. Batman and Robin fire their grappling guns, before they head off to track down the assassin. And hopefully, find Ra's.

Republic Security Facility

Hunter, Wrecker, and Crosshair made their way down the hallway towards one of the first rooms that they have to participate in thanks to Edward Nigma aka the Riddler. They had broken into the facility with Ahsoka Tano in order to find out what Thrawn is up to. However, it turned out to be a trap and now they are stuck in the facility. Forced to compete in the Riddler's death games.

Once they complete the games, they'll be able to escape and get their hands on Riddler. They had to split up in different groups. Ahsoka went with Rex towards one room. Echo and Tech went towards another. This left Hunter, Wrecker, and Crosshair to go down another path.

"Why can't we just blow our way out of here?" Wrecker asked who didn't like that they're playing long with this crazed guy's game.

"Because we can't, Wrecker," Hunter had to explain again that they didn't have anything strong enough to blow their way out of here. "And not to mention, we need to bide the commander time until we can get out of this without being caught by the TYGER guards."

"If the Riddler hasn't already brought them in here and we're just walking into a trap," said Crosshair who didn't doubt the Riddler would try something like this.

"From what the Rex told us, the Riddler loves playing these games and wants to prove his superiority," said Hunter as he explains why he doesn't believe Riddler would just bring in the TYGER guards in the building to kill them. "No, he'll likely have something worse waiting for us."

"What could be worse than that?" Wrecker asked as they stop when they see a glowing question mark appear on the wall nearby.

The three Clones put their helmets on as Hunter and Crosshair stand by the side of the wall. Before Hunter motions for Wrecker to break through the wall. Wrecker breaks through the wall, with no problem. Once they got through, they found what appears to be a door with a hologram of the Riddler appearing.

"About time you three decided to show up. Now, I'll make this easy for you Clones, since I know how slow your kind really here. I have in the next room a hostage. A poor fool who tried to get in Thrawn's way, who gave her to me to use for my little game," Riddler explains as he shows a hologram of the human woman. "If you manage to solve my puzzle, then she'll go free. If you fail, then she'll die."

The hologram soon disappeared, and this allowed the three Clones to enter the room. They walk into a large room, with what appears to have the floors below them, electrified. Above them on a platform, is the hostage. Calling for help, while strapped to a chair.

"We should try using our grapplers to get up there," said Wrecker knowing they have a better chance of getting to the hostage without touching the floor.

"Not a good idea," Crosshair replied before finding a metal pipe nearby.

He grabs it and throws it at the platform, hitting the side of it. The moment it did, electricity shot it off and knocks it to the electrified floor.

"We'll need to find another way around this then," said Hunter as he looks over to see the glowing question marks.

He begins using his helmet and begins scanning the room. It seems the voltage boxes under the floors are all connected to different question marks. If they can take out the right ones, they can get through to the hostage. But they'll need to be quick.

"Crosshair, use your helmet and target the question marks that connect to the floors. Wrecker and I will get to the hostage," Hunter explains the plan to his brothers, who both nod in response.

"All right. Let's do it!" said Wrecker as he got ready to make his move.

Crosshair begins aiming his weapon at the first question mark and opens fire. Hitting the dot under the mark, which caused the first few floor panels before them to lose power. Hunter and Wrecker soon begin running along the floor. The moment they did though, they noticed a timer appear on the TV screens.

Once they got to the next panel, that wasn't connected to the voltage, the power came back on the ones they thought they knocked out. It seems even shooting the question marks out won't keep them off for good. So, Crosshair begins firing at the next one, allowing his brothers to make it to the next panel, before doing it all over again with the third one. They managed to make it to a platform, which began to rise the moment that Crosshair shot out the last question mark.

The platform raised them up until they are right across from the hostage. However, the moment they got up there, a timer began going off and a new question mark appeared underneath the hostage. Crosshair couldn't get to it, since his weapon wouldn't be able to shoot through the platform. Hunter, however, knew he could get it, but with the angle he's in, he can't get it since the button is right under the hostage's chair.

"Wrecker, throw me, now," Hunter ordered as he took out his knife and has a plan on how to deactivate the timer.

Wrecker sees what Hunter wants and nods before he grabs him, then throws him over to the platform. Hunter took his knife, aims it, and throws it right at the dot. The timer kept going down from five…four…three…two…one…before the knife hits the dot. Deactivating the trap and stopping the timer.

Hunter lands on the edge of the platform, which is no longer electrified. Must have been deactivated when his weapon hit the dot. Wrecker uses his grappling gun to land on the platform, before the two Clones freed the hostage. They soon head back to Crosshair and get out of the death room.

Once this was done, they begin to remove the restraints of the hostage. "T-Thank you so much. I was so scared. I didn't know if I was going to make it or not."

"You're okay now, don't worry," said Hunter who is just glad the hostage is alive. "Who are you anyways?"

"My name is Lisa. I was a former technician that worked on the Arkham Prison. That was until Thrawn had his goons locked me up and then send me here to be used by the Riddler. Why are they doing this?" Lisa asked while still terrified of what happened.

"We don't know, but your safe now and that's all that matters," said Hunter who wonders if any other hostages that Riddler has here, are those who worked on the prison. "Our friends will find the other hostages that Riddler has locked up and they'll save them."

"Don't get ahead of yourselves, boys," said the Riddler as he spoke through the intercom in the room. "This little puzzle was one of the easy ones. The next ones your friends will go through, will never be solved."

"We'll see about that," said Crosshair before he opens fire and destroys the intercoms, including the cameras in the room. "We should get going."

"Agreed," said Hunter as he turns to Lisa. "Stay close to us ma'am and while we go find our friends, maybe you can tell us more about what you know about the prison."

Arkham City

Batgirl had managed to bring Victor Fries back to his lab. It wasn't exactly easy, due to his suit's mobility being limited. So, she had to steal one of the Penguin's vehicles that he kept locked in his building. This made it a little easier to get Victor back to his lab and made sure he would get to work on resuming making the cure.

Victor managed to download much of his work in his suit, before the Penguin's men came in and destroyed much of his computers. He had some backup ones to upload the formula for the cure. He knew he would be able to make the cure once Batman returns with the blood of this Ra's al Ghul. Batgirl had told him about who this Ra's is and how his blood has created the enzyme they need to make the cure.

"So, he uses this Lazarus Pit to allow him to live for over a thousand years. Even heal from any injuries and diseases he comes across?" Freeze asked as he makes sure the equipment, he has for the cure is working.

Batgirl nods in response as she stood on one of the railings nearby. "Batman told me about it and how it has also brought Ra's back from the dead. Unfortunately, I heard it can affect the mind in a way that makes the one who goes through with it, become insane."

"Perhaps if studied properly, one can make it so that it would not happen," said Freeze who was getting ideas about this Lazarus Pit and what he can do with it.

Batgirl seems to be getting the same idea and knew what he wants to do. "You froze your wife in cryostasis due to the disease she had. Did she know you were planning to freeze her?"

Freeze stops working but kept his back turned to the girl. "There was no time. Her condition was worsening with each passing day. I had no choice but to do this in order to keep her alive. I was close on finding the cure to save her, until…"

"Until the accident," Batgirl had read the files about what happened to Freeze and knows he isn't really a bad guy. Just someone who's trying to save his wife.

"It was no accident, child," said Freeze as he turns to the girl and begins speaking with some anger in his tone. "I was a foolish man who put his trust and belief in someone to save my wife. Instead, I was used and thrown away once my services reached their end. I tried to save my wife, but that same person ended up turning me into this…this thing. Leaving me to die, while my wife was taken from me."

Batgirl knows all about this from the file she read about him. How he was working for a rich corporation to use their facility to cure his wife. In exchange, he would help them by creating a weapon, so they could sell it for money. However, the man behind the funding shut down Freeze's work and took his wife away.

That's when the accident occurred, which turned Freeze's body into what it is now. Unable to feel any warmth and must remain in sub-zero temperature or else he'll die.

"This resulted in you turning to crime in order to save your wife. I know all about this," said Batgirl as she jumps off the railing and lands on the ground. "Still, even if you do find a way to cure her, do you honestly think she'll accept what you've done? Do you think she'll accept all the horrible things you've done to save her life?"

Freeze sighed softly and gives a small nod. "I'm aware she will never accept me for what I have done, but as long as she lives…that's all that matters to me. But none of that will matter if I don't find her. As long as the clown has her, she will never be safe. I must find her, before the clown finds out what I am doing and kills her."

Batgirl knows with how desperate the Joker is to find the cure, he would likely kill Freeze's wife to make him pay for betraying him. She knows though her father will likely take too long to find her since he still needs to find out what Thrawn is planning. Not to mention the others are likely busy with other missions too. But she on the other hand, could very well do this.

"Victor, I know you don't trust Batman. I know you don't believe he'll help you find your wife, but what if I make you a deal? I'll go find her and keep her safe? If I do that, then you'd keep your word and make the cure?" Batgirl knows this way she'll guarantee that Freeze will help them, if she can find his wife.

Freeze seems to scoff at what this girl trying to do, since he didn't really trust her at all. "And how do you plan to find her? I couldn't find my wife while I was locked up, so what me believe you a child could find her?"

"Because I have the tools that can help me find her, while the tools you have clearly are limited," said Batgirl as she explains how she can find his wife. "I know you don't trust me and I know you don't have to believe what I'm saying, but let's be honest, Freeze. It's not like you have much of a choice, right?"

In this case, the girl is right. Freeze didn't really have much of a choice. His wife is locked away somewhere and with the equipment he has, he won't be able to track her down. This child on the other hand clearly has the tools needed to help find her, and if she does then his Nora will be safe.

Batgirl knows she has to as her aunt taught her, find another way to sweeten the deal. "I'll also tell you what, if you do this, then I'll put in a good word for you with the Wayne family. With their equipment, they could likely fund your research to help save your wife. Heck, if you also make the cure to save the people, then they will likely support this decision. What do you say?"

Freeze has to think about this decision carefully. It is true that the Wayne family have shown to be more trusting than the other people he has dealt with before. Their equipment could even have what he needs to make the cure for his wife. However, he also knew better than to get his hopes up, especially with people he has to put his trust in.

Still, it's not like he has much of a choice. "If you wish to gain my trust and agree to your terms, then find my wife. If you do this, then I will agree to your terms and help you make the cure."

Batgirl knows this is the best she'll be able to get out of him. "Very well then."

Freeze begins typing up something from his computer before he shows it to Batgirl. "My wife's cryochamber uses an energy source to allow it to remain operational, without being plugged into any power source. She is somewhere in the Joker's territory, but I don't know exactly where it is."

Batgirl sees the map of the Joker's lair and makes a copy of it with her suit. "I'll find her, I promise," Batgirl soon begins giving Freeze a com-link to allow him to communicate with her. "If there's any trouble, let me know and lock the place down, okay?"

Freeze nods in response as he puts the com-link away. Batgirl soon took off and heads to find Freeze's wife. Once she left, Freeze walks over to one of the many ice sculptures of his wife and begins moving his hand along the face. All while thinking of his wife and giving a bit of small hope that the girl will find her.

"If she can find you, then perhaps I will put my trust in someone, one more time," said Freeze as he goes back to his equipment and goes back to work.

That's the end of the chapter and yep, I brought in a Robin for the story. I was originally gonna have it be Tim Drake, then later on Ezra, but then I decided, why not have it be Damian? It would actually be fun for Daniel to have to raise both kids, who were both trained by assassins. Also, never got a chance to write Damian in a positive way, so this is going to be a lot of fun.

Also, yep, I'm going to have Ahsoka and the others who are with her to go through the Riddler's challenges. Not all of them, since there's a lot of them. However, going with the ones I found to be a lot of fun and creative. Before it all goes to the last one, which was challenging, a pain in the ass, but fun too.

How will things go for our heroes next time? Will Batman and his son find Ra's? Will Batgirl find Freeze's wife? Will the others complete the riddles, before the riddles end up trying to kill them?

Tune in next time to find out and you do please leave some reviews. If you didn't like this, then don't leave a flame review. Also tune in next time to see how things will go for our heroes. Also, sorry guys for taking so long to come back to this story.

I will finish this and when I do, I will get back to work on my other stories too. I will complete them and get them all done. Before going to the Power Rangers one and finish it off. Until then, take care everyone and see you all next time.
