AN: Yo peeps, welcome to new chapter of the Taskmaster. Here we have a filler chapter, nothing to significant will happen, but Izuku is going to have show off moment in way. I'll let the chapter do the talking instead of going into details that you. Anyway next chapter we will have the exam, the the start of the path to the USJ arc. Now let get into the review. Also sorry for the long delay I was dealing with issues with computer and getting ready for another year of college. One last question, should Eri be Izuku's sister or Izuku and Melissa adopted daughter in a way.
Reviews:
Shadow Joestar: Yeah there will be many moment of Dadzawa and Mama joke.
T: Interesting theory, but we will see.
felipe potter medrado: Yes the rest of the SS are going to be introduced in separate arc of the canon timeline. I already have one planned for USJ, then another in Stain Arc, and another in Camp battles, and ultimately a major battle between all of them in the All For One arc. Yes Izuku will open up to them more as time goes on, but right now his feelings and thoughts are on his siblings. Mimic works more like the sharingan from Naruto. So Izuku can copy anyone moves or ability moves that he sees. He can not copy the power of course, so instead he will copy the move and make the necessary upgrades to his suit to copy the move itself. Izuku is the only SS that is heavy on upgrades on his suit. But yes once he copies the moves the move belongs to him and is added to stacked arsenal of moves.
Momentei: Working on looking for beta and trying my best find my mistakes and fix them.
MosesArk Reborn2000: It wasn't short, I moved the spotlight to Aizawa and wanted everyone to react to him and Emi becoming parents. Izuku spent a good enough time at the gravestone mourning his mother and I think I wrote it well enough for people to see how broken he became when he saw his mother's grave. I don't really see Aizawa as a grumpy parent, but I also don't see him as happy go lucky parent either. Aizawa in this one is more...well it's kinda hard to describe since I'm not a parent, but he is more like Shikamaru as a parent in Boruto. As for Izuku he is not an arrogant asshole or anything like that...he might be an asshole to some degree, but then again we are all assholes in some degree. But in terms of personality he is more a guy that likes to be left alone, prefers to mind his own business, and is the guy that you don't want to fuck with. Don't test him and don't try him.
Alright that is it for reviews, like always. Like, Comment, favorite and enjoy the chapter.
Chapter 4: Enter Izuku Aizawa
Running, he was running in the cold chilly night, light snow was coming down from the sky. The city was dark save for a few street lights that were up to guide individuals through the darkness. He stopped at the edge of the building and saw his destination across from him, a small building that housed his target. A chilly wind came, but he felt nothing to it thanks to his armor. He crouched down and scanned the buildings, he saw that there were eight hostiles including his primary target.
They were all the same and all were armed to teeth with weapons, but it would not be enough. He rose up from his knees with the moon at his back as the lighting from it gave him a frighting look. He started to slowly move back and when he got a good enough distance he ran forward to the edge of the building. He ran at top speed making sure that his jump would have a good enough distance to not only reach the building, but break down the window as well.
When his feet arrived at the edge he used his enhanced strength in his legs to jump, the jump launched himself over to the next building. It was like he was flying through the air for a moment as he just gracefully moved through the air, but it eventually came to an end when he crashed through the window.
Glass shattered from the force of the impact and made all occupants in the building stop what they were doing. The two that were near the window upon impact quickly rose to their feet in shock as they looked at the man that came through the window.
A figure wearing blue and orange armor with a skull mask and a hood covering his head. They didn't know whether or not this figure was a hero or assassin, but it did not matter. They reached for weapons, but it was too slow for the figure to reach for his own weapon and shoot them dead.
He was faster on the draw as he drew his gun and shot the two men in front quickly, both his shots were with uncanny precision as the bullets traveled to the forehead of both men. When the shots landed both men's heads went back and their eyes rolled up as they fell backwards dead before they even hit the ground.
He rose from the ground and quickly headed to the door in front, it wasn't long before it was burst open by another guard, this one larger than the rest. Muscles were all over his body as he seemed to be captain of the guards here, a long scar was on his face that showed that he had seen his fair share of action. He ran at the target and before he could draw his weapon he delivered a flying knee to his chest that knocked him back.
The larger guard feet stopped skidding as he was able to stop the fly knee, he tossed him back into room, but that did not stop the assassin. The assassin looked up at the larger man to see him crack his neck. He dashed forward and delivered quick blows to his midsection, but the guard was able to take even that and sent him to the floor with a devastating right hook. The captain guard did wait to grab the assassin by the back of his neck his hood falling down in process, he tossed him into the wall face first.
He was stunned, he needed to get up and finish this fight because his target was moved. If he waits too long he will be lost and he will fail the mission. He has never failed a mission and nor will he ever. He rose to the ground and looked back at the larger guard, he dashed to him and once again delivered powerful combinations of punches to his chest, but he did not stop there as delivered a fierce leg kick to his knee that blew his knee cap out. The big man was now down to his knee and the assassin continued to strike him, his target was his face.
He grabbed the back of his head and struck the face of the captain with his free hand, it was blow after blow straight to his face that was causing him to bleed. The captain grabbed the fist and tried to counter, but the assassin used his other hand to send a forward chop to the man's throat that caused his throat to swell up.
The man started to cough because he couldn't breath and the assassin used that to his advantage as he grabbed the man's head and with a simple twist he snapped his neck. The captain was now dead and now he was going back to his original objective of killing his target.
He moved the door to leave the room only to be hit by gunfire, he quickly got to cover as three guards opened fire at him. He knew that he was not moving with the rapid fire weapons being aimed at him, so reached into his utility belt and took out a couple of black marbles.
With the black marbles in hand he tossed them out to where the gunfire and when the guards looked down the explosion was created that blasted them all over the walls. With gunfire stopped he came out of his cover and ran to the window down the hallway, when he arrived he saw the target and the last of his security taking him into a car, but that was not all. The target had a woman that was holding a child in her hands.
The family got in the SUV while the last of their security got in the driver seat and started to drive away from the assassin, but it was hopeless. He reached into his backpack and took out a recurve bow that was folded, with a simple thrust he unfolded the bow and grabbed a single arrow from the bag.
The assassin opened the window and jumped out of the window just as the truck was leaving. He lined up his shot and released the bowstring that fired the arrow, the arrow traveled through ripping apart the snowflakes that fell on it. It was like a bullet and like all bullets this one had a target.
The arrow hit the ground under the truck, but since it was fired at the right angle the tip bounced off of the ground and landed on the fuel tank. When the tip hit the fuel tank the arrow exploded and created a massive fireball explosion that sent the truck spinning in the air.
He landed on the wall of the next building with his gloves sticking to the wall, he looked at the explosion that he just caused. He scanned the area for any signs of life and came up with nothing, all four individuals in the vehicle were dead, his target dead, the woman and child dead as well. No witnesses were here meaning that his mission was now completed.
Izuku's eyes snapped open and his chest was moving down from the heavy breathing, his body was covered in sweat just as his forehead. The teen looked around to see where he was, it was not some town in the dead of the winter night, no instead it was his room. His new room in his new home with his new family.
Izuku rose up from the bed, he was still breathing heavily from the memory that he saw. These memories have been an occurring thing for him since he got his free will back from his All For One, every time he sleeps he sees the missions that he has taken, the lives that he took. He sees their faces every time he closes his eyes and no matter what he does it seems like he can't forget them.
The nightmares started when he came home for the first time, when he truly slept for the first time. That is when they started and they have been going on for the last six months. He has not told anyone about his dreams, he keeps that to himself and prefers to continue to do that. He doesn't need to get his adoptive father involved in his business.
Izuku finally calmed down, he checked the time and saw that it was early. The exact time was 4 am, the sun was not even up and from the looks of it it seemed like Izuku was not going back to bed anytime soon. The teen sighed and got up from his bed, he grabbed some sweats and socks and made his way out of his room. He moved silently through the house doing his best not to wake up Shota or his girlfriend.
Yes, Izuku has met Emi. He met her not even a week into being Izuku Aizawa. Shota's girlfriend introduced herself to him and they hit it off. She was funny and liked to annoy Shota's, which is something that she is teaching him how to do.
The teen made it downstairs where the dojo is located, when he stepped on the mat he took a breath in and exhaled. It was early and he still had plenty of time before he had to go school and honestly he doesn't see the point of that since he is already smart enough. Izuku moved to where the black punching bag hung, the teen stepped up to it and ready his fist.
Izuku soon threw a single punch, but from that one punch two came, then three, and so on. Izuku unleashed many blows on the sand bag like he was a professional boxer, he was getting out his stress, his anger, his frustration. All he saw with each punch was a flash of what he did, flashes of his siblings, flashes of the lives he's taken, and finally flashes of the men who did this to him. When he saw them, when he saw All For One and Ujiko is when he threw the final punch.
"AAAHH!" Izuku screamed as he threw the punch, when it made contact it destroyed the sandbag and knocked it loose from it's chain. Izuku was huffing and puffing from the heavy breathing, it wasn't the workout that got him like this, it was the stress of everything else.
"Can't sleep?" Izuku turned his head to the stairs to see his father, he was down the stairs in his black sweats and grey tank top. Izuku turned his back to the sandbag and saw that he needed a new one, he went to where they kept the extras and set up a new one.
"I slept enough." Izuku told Aizawa as he went back to punching the bag, he started with slow combinations, he did not destroy another bag. Shota on the other hand watched his son, he heard him coming down and knew what he was going to be up to.
"If you want to talk-"
"I don't need to talk about it, Shota." Izuku has never once called Aizawa dad nor has he called Emi mom. Aizawa was fine with it, he realized a long time ago that the kid was not ready for parents. Maybe in time, but not right now. Right now he needs to help him through this difficult time.
"You're right, I can see that. Then let's do something that you want to do." Izuku was confused by the statement until he saw Shota come onto the mat, it didn't take a genius to know where this was going. Shota was going to help Izuku and the best way to help him was by fighting him.
"You seriously want this?" Izuku asked, but there was no point. He already knows the answer to that question. In fact it was hard to contain his smile as he saw Shota take off his shirt and toss it to the side.
"Why not?" Shota asked as he rolled his neck and Izuku stepped away from the bag, he took off his shirt and now both father and son were face to face, each in their own separate fighting stance.
"Because I don't want your ego to be hurt." Izuku jokes, it seems that Emi has been having an effect on him, something that Aizawa could see. He has to deal with Emi jokes all day and if Izuku starts to become more like her then he will have two green haired clowns in his house.
"I am more worried about your own. I mean what kind of kid wants to lose their old man." Izuku smiled. It seems that Shota wanted to joke back, he really believes that he can beat Izuku. Izuku is a master of hand to hand combat, in fact he has copied some of Shota's moves before he even met him.
"Alright old man, let me show my skills." Izuku started off the match with a dash to his father, Shota did not move though as Izuku came with a punch, a punch blocked but was followed up by Izuku with another strike.
Izuku's strikes had Aizawa back peddling, they were strong and fast, but he could still read them. He was buying his time, waiting for the right moment to strike and he found when Izuku caught Izuku's right hand. The teen widened his eyes, but before he could react Shota took a swipe at his feet, tripping him up. Izuku fell to the ground and Aizawa was going to smash his face in with his left hand, but the moment he crouched down Izuku used his right knee to strike his father.
Luckily Shota was able to see the attack and block it with his forearm, but the knee pushed him to the side. He quickly recovered and looked at his still downed son, he knew that Izuku was going to get up. It was stupid to go after him now while he still down. He was right when his son did a kick up and the moment that Shota saw the kick up the erasure hero went chagrin in to attack Izuku, but the teen was ready for it.
When Shota was close enough Izuku swung his left leg making Shota stop for Izuku nearly took his head with the high kick. The pro leaned his head back just at the right moment to avoid the kick, but boy did he feel the hairs on his chin nearly be cut off by the swift kick of Izuku.
When the kick came down Izuku smiled at his father, he knew he almost had him with that last move and Shota knew it. He just barely dodged it and if it would have landed them he would be down and probably for the count. "Don't forget I fought against two of the top five heroes." Izuku reminded Shota, but the man just narrowed his eyes.
"But they are not me." Shota reminded his son, Hawks and Mirko are great, but his son should never forget who trained them to be the great heroes that they are.
Izuku watched the movement of Shota, he didn't have his scarf so he wouldn't be wrapping him up, but that didn't mean that the old man was hopeless. He was a skilled hand to hand fighter and he has proven to the Taskmaster that he could take his strikes. So, now Izuku has to switch it up.
Shota saw his son form a X guard, but noticed that he bent his fingers. Shota would not have time to think about it as Izuku came after him. The teen made claw swipes at the hero and Shota was able to dodge them all, but Izuku was getting faster and faster. Shota parried one with his forearm, but Izuku caught him on the abdomen with his left hand. What was going to be a swipe with his finger nail turned into a solid punch that rocked Shota's ribs.
Shota winced in pain, his son didn't pull any punches with that shot, but he would live. He has taken the worst. Izuku followed up with a knee strike, but it was blocked by both arms of Shota. Izuku looked down only to see the back of his head.
Izuku's nose was bashed by Shota's head, but it was not over as Shota delivered a jab to his face to worsen the damage. He then followed up with a chop to the right side of his neck and then an elbow to his left cheek. Izuku ate that elbow, but he was still on his feet.
The teen threw his right fist forward, but Shota moved his head out of the way to dodge the punch. He then got in front of the super soldier and grabbed his left arm which he then dragged and Izuku to the ground. Shota put Izuku in arm and now had the super soldier trapped and down on the red mat.
"Argh," Izuku tried to move his left arm, but his guardian had a tight lock on it. He could already feel his ligaments and muscles in his left arm start to tear from the sheer pressure that the hero was pointing on him.
"Tap," Shota suggested and Izuku was going to do it. He could break out of the wall, he was stronger, but the grip and technique that Shota had applied was just as good. Shota started to pull back further and if he wanted he could simply snap his son's arm, but he didn't. He wanted Izuku to know when to keep on fighting and when to know when to fight another day.
"That's enough, you lost. Know when to fight another day, you're no good to anyone if you have to fight with a broken arm. Don't force everything to make sure you win every fight, sometimes losing can provide you with a better advantage than winning did." Izuku took the words to heart and listened to his guardian, he decided to tap the mat with his free hand. Shota released his arm and got up while Izuku was still on the ground.
Shota gave him his hand to help him get up and Izuku was hesitant to take it, he never really got a help up from someone. He would always do things himself and now that things have changed perhaps it was time to lean on someone now.
Izuku raised his hand and gave it to Shota who lifted him up. Both father and son were up on their feet and before they could say anything to each other about the match they heard clapping coming from the stairs. Both fighters looked up and saw a green haired woman coming down the steps with a brown cat in her arms.
"Nice you fight two, but don't you think that it's a little bit early for this?" Emi commented as the brown cat left her arms and made his way over to Izuku. Izuku got down and rubbed its back making him purr in delight.
"Kid couldn't sleep, so we decided to fight." Shota explained to his girlfriend which made her sigh, only these two would wake up and the first thing they do is fight each other. Izuku rubbed his sore arm, he could already feel the serum working and fixing the damage that had been done.
"Looks like my arm is pretty banged up, might have to skip school today." Shota knew that Izuku was faking his injury, he seemed to take it worse and get up. This was just his son not wanting to go to school, which he still will.
"Oh that's too bad, but I think it will heal pretty well before school starts. I mean I did see the formidable Taskmaster get up after taking one of Mirko's famous kicks. I'm sure that he would be able to survive an arm bar from a lazy hero such as myself." Izuku's head dropped after that, Shota was targeting his pride as Taskmaster, he constantly reminds his guardians that he survived a fight with two of the top five. It seems that reminder was going back to haunt him.
"Oh chin up, Izu. School can be really fun, imagine all the girls that you meet." Shota rolled his eyes and put his hand in his face. What he doesn't need is Izuku bringing home girls on random nights. He's got enough to deal with the kid having a bit too much freedom, just last night Izuku came home with a motorcycle. A motorcycle that was no doubt stolen from some criminal. Now he could tell Izuku to return it, but it was a criminal's bike which was most likely bought by using illegal money.
"I don't know, none of the girls are really my type." Izuku casually spoke, he wasn't lying either. None of the girls at his school caught his eye, yeah some of them were cute, but there was not one that stood out to the rest. None peaked his curiosity, but of course there were girls that are into him. He is the hottest in his school, but also the most mysterious. Zero friends, doesn't talk to anyone and keeps everything to himself. That is who Izuku is when it comes to him being at school.
"I guess," Izuku said, saying that he didn't want to talk about it anymore and just wanted the conversation to end. Besides what girl would want to date a killer like him. The teen left the dojo heading back upstairs, going to his room to get ready for school.
It wouldn't be long, he just had to survive a couple more months then he would be off to UA. Aizawa already told him that he would be going there, so he co-signed it as well. If Izuku wanted to beat his brothers he would need to add more to his arsenal and UA was the best hero school in the world.
Izuku finished getting dressed in his uniform, it was a black blazer with a white undershirt, red/black checkered pants, and black shoes. When he was finished dressing Izuku left his home saying goodbye to Emi and Shota as he walked out the door.
"Later guys, I'll see you tonight." Izuku waved goodbye as the couple were eating their breakfast, they noticed the teen had not eaten anything and Emi called him out on it.
"Izuku, eat some breakfast before you go." Izuku stopped as he was about to leave and came back inside, he went to the fruit basket and took an apple from the basket. Emi wanted him to eat more than just fruit, but like father like son in some ways. Shota doesn't eat much before work anyways, all he usually eats is cereal.
"He's having more and more nightmares." Emi spoke now that Izuku was out of the door, Shota just simply nodded his head. The night terrors started to begin a couple weeks after him brought him home. They were a once of week kind of thing, but now it seems like they are everyday. Shota has talked to Izuku about it and he says that he is fine, but he also knows that is not true.
Izuku is not fine, he dealing with trauma from the actions that he committed under All For One. Emi, Hizashi, and Nemuri all advised him to take Izuku to therapy, but Shota is against it. He doesn't believe that therapy will help Izuku and he is not alone in that as well.
His boss and former principal in Nezu thinks the same, out of all of them Nezu knows what it is like to be in Izuku shoes. He knows what is like be experimented and used as a science experiment and like Izuku he to carries his scars, both physically and mentally.
"Shota I still think he needs therapy. I know some specialist that should be able to help him." Shota shook his head, he wasn't going to send Izuku to see some special hero shrink and that doesn't mean he believe their jobs is pointless. Heroes experiencing trauma everyday and there are those that wear the tights that are very sensitive to what they see and hear, but not Izuku.
Izuku is different, he doesn't need that. What he needs is what he and his just did, that was his therapy. Fighting. Izuku needs to use all that anger, all the frustration and put into his fist. That is his help, punching people in the face. It worked for him when he lost his old man and Nezu seems to agree. This kind of trauma that both animal and solider share can only be healed by them and not some specialist.
"Don't worry Emi, he'll be fine. Trust me. In that sparring session earlier, I could feel it in his punches. He was getting better, in fact he was smiling during the entire session. Izuku is healing and in time when he is ready to talk about his nightmares, his pain we will be there for him, but for now we must let him heal on his own terms." Shota grabbed her hand after finishing that statement and tighten the hold on his hand. Izuku may not be her blood son, but she was starting to see him more and as her very own child.
When Izuku made it outside he went to the sidewalk where his blue Suzuki motorcycle, in his right hand was his black helmet with a black visor. Izuku ate the apple before putting on the helmet and got on his motorcycle, he put the key in the ignition and started the bike. The motorcycle's engines roared to life as Izuku took it off the kick stand. Izuku now made his way onto the main road on his way to school to survive another day of boredom.
He still doesn't understand why he has to go when he knows everything that there is to know and not to mention when one has photographic memory it makes it very rare for one to forget anything they read. Either way though Izuku has to go school and when he asked about home schooling he got an instant no. Emi was teaching her own school, Shota was doing the same and doing patrol afterwards. So that meant Izuku was stuck with going to some private school, not a big name one like most top pros and rich parents send their kids, but to a smaller one on an underground pros salary.
Izuku held the brake on the bike, it seems there was heavy traffic. He looked to see people getting out of their cars and soon heard rumbling. The ground was starting like an earthquake was happening and it turned out that the earthquake belonged to a hero.
Izuku saw the new hero Mt. Lady strike a large and giant villain. The punch stunned him, giving the larger hero the opportunity to unleash a super move of hers. Mt. Lady launched herself at the giant villain and delivered a flying kick that struck right in the chin.
"Canyon Kick!" Izuku heard the name, but did pay attention to it. Instead what he had his eyes focused on was the move itself. If one would look behind the visor they would see the teen's eyes just staring at the large hero with a lost look on his eyes. What people didn't know outside of Shota and Emi was that Izuku just used his quirk to copy the move. They saw this for the first time when they watched him watch pro wrestling, he just had the lost look and blank look on his face.
It wasn't his fault, it was how All For One programmed him to be. Back in his days as his assassin the mad man would have his Taskmaster just stare at the screen of all the great fighters and heroes of the world. He would stare at the monitors of the fighters of the past and present, copying their moves and adding their own techniques to his arsenal. Izuku shook his head, he could not turn that off even if he wanted to. Whenever he sees someone fight he must copy their move.
With the fight over, the teen decided to take another way to school, traffic was going to be hell and it seemed like no one was going to be moving with the way that Mt. Lady was posing right now. So it was in his best interest to take another route to get to school, lucky for him again he studied all the roads to his school and memorized all the shortcuts.
Moments Later
Izuku pulled into the school parking lot and parked his bike, he turned off the engine and got off. Everyone that was in the school and already walking into it stopped moving when they heard the sound of the motorcycle, when they heard the engine sound they knew that it was Izuku. He was the only one in the school that owned a motorcycle and they were right when they saw him get off the bike.
Izuku took off his helmet and when the school girls saw his short green curly hair they all screamed in excitement. It should be no surprise that Izuku is the most popular in his school. He is quiet, mysterious, good looking...hot to others, and smart. A perfect man in the eyes of the girls, but there are some who are getting tired of how Izuku structs around the school like he owns and may be looking to make an example out of him.
Personally the teen didn't ask for the fangirls and just wanted to be left alone, he doesn't have any friends and he doesn't want any. All he wants is his brothers back. The teen began to make his way into the school where he went to his locker, he put helmet inside the locker and switched out his sneakers for his school dress shoes. When Izuku put on the black dress shoes he made his way to class and ignored all the looks that were given to him by the girls.
'Another day, *sigh*' Izuku mentally groaned, as another day it was going to be. Who knows though, maybe something will happen that will at least make it interesting, but he honestly doubts it.
"Now in class can anyone tell me what happened to the Samurai of Tsushima?" The history teacher looked at his class to see all of their bored looks. Honestly none of them were paying attention, they were all too busy doing their own thing and that included Izuku. The super soldier had his book standing up to cover himself as he drew in his journal. Izuku was drawing the face of a woman with long hair that covered her left eye. It was a beautiful and detailed drawing that was all done with his pencil.
The woman was of course none other than his sister, not a day goes by where he doesn't think about her. That was one of great gifts of photographic memory, he remembers the details of his sister's beautiful face so well. The length of her hair, the color eyes, and the size of her cheeks.
Natasha had looked out for him and protected even when they became soldiers, she became the sister that he never had. Somehow even when she was a cold calculated killer she had this playful side to her that just liked to mess with him. He wonders how she and the others are doing even as he draws this picture.
"How about you Izuku? You seem to be distracted, the drawing of this girl is very well done, but this is history class and not art class." The teacher thought he snuck up on Izuku, but the super soldier heard him coming. Even in his own thoughts he could hear the clicking of his knock dress shoes. Izuku heard some laughs from the students in the class, they believed that the teacher had him, but that was far from the truth and the same could be said of the teacher.
Izuku didn't stop drawing Natasha, instead he began the shading to give the picture more life, but as he did this he answered the history teacher's question. It was an easy one for him.
"The Samurai lost, it's as simple as that. They believed that they were fighting the same old enemy, but they weren't. The Mongol leader at the time was different from his predecessors, he studied his enemy, learned the culture, the history, the fighting style, and even the language. When the time came to invade Tsushima the samurai stood no match for they were simply much weaker. The samurai failed to adapt, they failed to evolve, and that caused their downfall and near extinction." The teacher and the students were all caught off guard that Izuku was that versed in the fall of the Samurai, but the teen was not done.
"Now if it wasn't for one samurai that survived that attack the samurai would truly be defeated and the island of Tsushima would be lost to the Mongols. The samurai had no name, but the people of the island called him the Ghost. A warrior that was willing to sacrifice his samurai code and evolve to combat the Mongol forces. Ultimately the Ghost was one defeated the Mongol leader and freed his island, but the price was that the Shogun deemed him ronin and traitor. Legend says that ghost disappeared from the lands and was never seen again."
The class was deathly silent as Izuku finished the story. In fact it was stuff of legend, a scary story that is told to kids to scare them, but it would seem that Izuku believes it. Izuku is well versed in that topic for his entire attire is much similar to that of a modern day ghost and he sees a similarity between him and the legendary ghost. For one both are willing to adapt and evolve in order to defeat their enemies. Adapting, evolving, and scary mask it was something that they both greatly shared.
The bell rang soon and the piercing sound got the students and teacher to awake from the shock. Izuku did not wait for the teacher to dismiss the class, he just simply grabbed his stuff and walked out of the class. Izuku just aimlessly walked through the halls, he was heading to the stairs and his destination was his roof. It was his lunch break now and he was going to spend it on the roof watching some pro wrestling.
Later That Day
The day was over and Izuku was now ready to go home, he left his locker, changed his shoes into his sneakers and grabbed his helmet. School was done and now it was time for him to get back home and work more on his gear. He had upgrades to make to his armor and he wanted to get them done before UA.
Izuku stepped outside of the school and saw the many students leaving the building, some had their own rides while many others were taking the train. Izuku was heading towards his bike which was parked right next to a red sports car that he knew belonged to a spoiled rich kid.
The super soldier just sighed that maybe he could get out of the parking lot without dealing with any trouble, but something was telling him that it was not going to go down that way. Izuku walked up to his bike, but the girl next to him in the parked car looked at him very closely.
"Nice ride," The girl complimented and Izuku looked at her. She was a sexy girl, but nothing he had never seen before. She came from a rich family, had fair skin, red hair, and cat-like eyes that had something to do with her quirk.
"Thanks," Izuku left it at that and wanted to leave it at that, but the girl had other plans.
"Mind if I take a look at her?"
"You are already doing that." Izuku reminded her and she chuckled, she got out of the car and headed right towards Izuku's blue motorcycle. The teen let the female student eye his bike like it was a famous portrait. She circled it, but eventually she came to stop in front of Izuku with her back facing him.
The girl got daring and decided to touch the handle bars...or tried to is the better word. When Izuku saw that her well manicured hand was going to touch his motorcycle, he drew the line. One could look, but no one outside Shota and Emi could touch his bike. Izuku quickly grabbed the girl's hand, it was not in a rough manner. Instead it was more a reminder that her fun was up.
"Look, but no touching." The girl gave him a smile that belonged to a cat. She got close to him, but their lips did not touch, instead she just wanted to make a scene and boy she did when the students walking saw them. Murmurs began and it wasn't long before the girl's boyfriend and his clique came.
"The hell are you doing?" Izuku looked to his right to see a medium sized man with four students the same size as him. All of them had bodies that belonged to athletes and Izuku knew them as the four members of the school baseball team and the one leading the charge was none other than the captain and a fellow rich prick.
"There's a reason why you got my girl's wrist around that hand of yours?" Izuku looked at the wannabe tough guy and then back at his girlfriend. He let go of the hand and answered the basketball team's captain.
"She wanted to get a feel for my ride, guess she's not getting enough from yours." The crowd around them laughed at the joke for they caught the hidden meaning, but the captain was not laughing. He was fuming and wanted to punch Izuku, but the teen had no time for games. He wanted to get home and work on his upgrades for his suit.
Izuku ignored the fuming captain and got on his bike, he put on his helmet and started the engine. Soon he began to leave, but the captain was going to have the last laugh. He grabbed a baseball from his friend and threw it. The round white ball left with his hand with tremendous speed that it almost looked like a bullet. The ball hit the side mirror of the bike and that made Izuku come to a complete stop, someone had just damaged his baby.
The teen parked the bike and turned it off, he then got off it and took off his helmet. His eyes were cold, ice cold. He looked at the damages on the mirror, it was completely torn off and now his precious bike was ruined. If there was one thing that no one should ever do is never, ever, ever mess with his motorcycle.
"Baseball field, now." Izuku demanded, he was going to kick the captain's ass and he was going to do it where he felt most at home. The captain smirked and followed Izuku to the field where everyone else went with them. When they got to the field Izuku stood right in the center of the diamond, right in the pitchers box while the captain stood in front of him with a bat in hand.
"Here's the deal. You strike me out I'll pay the damages for your stupid bike, but if get a hit then I'm taking that stupid bike of yours."
"Alright." Izuku nodded his head. He doubts that the captain has anything that he would ever want, so the repairs to his bike were fine with him, but someone else had other plans.
"Also if you win, you get me for a night." The girlfriend of the captain got in between them and that made Izuku raise an eyebrow. The girl was willing to bet herself in this little game, he didn't know whether or not she was foolish in believing in her boyfriend or she was the type that wanted to live recklessly. He figured that both were true.
"Deal?" The girl looked between the two and the captain nodded his head, he was confident that whatever Izuku he was going to knock it out of the park. Izuku nodded his head as well and got tossed by one of the captains' goons. Izuku had seen enough baseball and copied more than enough of the greatest pitchers' forms and if you add that to his super soldier strength, this guy stood no chance.
'Might as well have some fun before I end this. How about each pitch is a different form, yeah that works.' Izuku nodded his head and got ready to throw the ball. He inhaled a breath of air and got ready to throw. Izuku threw the white ball with his right hand and it left it not with great speed, but precision instead. The captain saw the pitch and smirked as he got ready to swing, but at the moment his bat was coming to make an impact the ball dipped to the ground.
"Strike one!" The captain looked back to see that he indeed did miss, Izuku had gotten him with a curve ball and a great one at that.
"Fluke," The captain was being petty and it was obvious, but he still believed that he was going to get a hit. Izuku tossed the ball again and caught it, he looked back at the captain with a smile which pissed him off. Izuku was going to win, but he was going to humiliate the big shot at his own game. The captain has been struck out and well today it was going to be first, and it was coming from someone who didn't play this sport.
Izuku threw the ball again, this one leaving much faster than the other, but not fast enough to be a true fastball. The captain was serious about the second pitch and swung at it with the power of his strength quirk, but like the first pitch he missed. The ball was coming straight, but then cut outside and by the time the captain realized it he had swung and missed. Now he was on strike two.
The captain was steaming now, he even hit the ground with his silver bat. Everyone started to murmur louder as they were witnessing something special. Their great baseball captain was about to get struck by someone that is not on the team. Izuku tossed the ball again and caught, when he looked back at the captain he could see that he was fuming.
The captain grabbed some dirt and rubbed it in his hands, he was not going to miss this time and to show it he aimed his bat at the sky to basically tell everyone that he was going to hit this out of the field. Izuku rolled his eyes and decided to finish this, he was ready to call this one.
Izuku threw the ball, but this time it was with all his strength. The ball flew out of his hand like a missile and the captain didn't stand a chance against it. Before he could even swing the ball was already in the hand of the catcher and it was still not done. The ball was spinning like a top. The catcher could not believe that he just witnessed a baseball be thrown so fast and so hard. When the speed meter tracked how fast the ball went it clocked it a 140 mph.
"No...No way." The captain whispered with shock all in his tone, he could not believe that his unblemished record of no strikeouts had come to an end and it was by this nobody at that. Izuku dropped the catcher's glove and rolled his arm.
"I'll send you my cash app." Izuku told him as he began to walk off the field, but the captain was not going to take his defeat honorably. He was going to make Izuku pay, so he grabbed the silver bat and ran at the super soldier.
Izuku heard his footsteps coming and heard the shock gaps of the student body that was watching the match. The teen stopped moving and turned to block the bat strike with his right forearm. The bat made an impact, but it didn't hurt Izuku. It didn't even faze or stun him, all it did was make him even more annoyed for now he was to kick his ass in a fight as well.
Izuku spartan kicked the captain in the chest that sent him backwards, he lost hold of the bat as he rolled backward. His goons came to help him up and they looked like they were ready to take Izuku on. The captain brushed their hands off of his shoulder and said two words to his gang.
"Get him." Izuku sighed, he knew what was about to happen now. They were going to attack and low behold all five of them came running towards him.
"Ok, I guess we are doing this." Izuku let them come to him and when the first one did he leaned back to dodge a punch and countered with a devastating gut punch that brought one to his knees. He then went to the second one and hit him with a flying knee that rocked him for blood came spitting up. Two were done and now there are three left.
The captain tossed one bat and he went charging into Izuku like that was a working idea, but hey A for effort he believed. Izuku caught the bat under his left arm when the player tried to hit him at his side. Izuku with the bat trapped under his arm tightened the hold making the player drop it and then followed up with a palm strike to his chest that sent him flying.
Everyone that had questions about Izuku were getting them answered right now. They wondered if he was strong, well they are seeing right now. They wondered if he could fight, well they are seeing it right now. Izuku was dominating them, the baseball team stood no chance.
"Come on," The captain commanded his last goon, but he was not having it and had seen enough from Izuku to know that he would be better off not fighting him.
"Fuck outta here with that! You're on your own." The last goon took off running, going as far as to hop the gate. He didn't even want to be in the same area as Izuku right now. All that left was one and the captain was not going to go down without a fight. The captain was going to wait for Izuku to come in instead of going after him, but that was the worst mistake because that standing target gave Izuku the opportunity to test out a new thing that he just learned today.
Izuku saw that the captain was not moving and decided to end this himself, he took off running and while the captain thought he was going to tackle him he decided to leap into the air and delivered a flying kick that was just like the flying that Mt Lady did earlier today. The kick landed on the face of the captain and before he even knew it he was already out cold.
The captain fell to the ground in a heap and all that was standing was Izuku. The teen looked down at the out cold captain, "Don't ever mess with my bike again." Izuku warned him, he knew he couldn't hear him, but he would definitely remember his loss today.
Izuku turned around to leave, he was going to have the repairs to his bike to his list of things to do, but expecting the girl that he had won for the night to come and wrapped her arms around his left arm.
"Don't forget about me." The girl said with a smile and Izuku gave her a blank look, he honestly had forgotten about her.
"Shouldn't you be with him." The girl shook her head at the super soldier.
"I was going to break up with him tonight anyway, he was becoming too much of a pain in ass. Besides what you said earlier was not false, I do want to ride something brand new and better." Izuku now sees where this heading and now he had two options, he could send the girl on his way or he could enjoy this one night stand. I think we all know the right choice.
"I'm not looking for a relationship and this is for one night." The girl looked at him with her slitted eyes and asked one question.
"Your place or mine?"
Later the Night
"Uh, finally home." Shota complained, it had been a long day with school and patrolling and now he was finally home with his girlfriend. Emi and Shota laid on the couch, both kicked off their shows and both were too lazy to get up right now.
"Should we tell Izuku that we are home?" Emi asked her boyfriend, but Shota just shook his head, besides from the sound of it seemed like his son was coming to greet them.
"Hey, Izu, sorry we got home late. There was bank robbery and all that, anyway how was your-'' Emi stopped talking when she turned her head to see not Izuku, but a redhead girl that looked to be the same age as Izuku. A red head girl that had hair was frenzy and had buttons that were not closed up on her shirt. It did not take Emi or Shota minutes to figure out what the girl had been doing upstairs with their son.
"Oh, hello. I was just leaving." Emi and Shota saw the girl had gone to their door and then noticed Izuku coming down the stairs as well. They looked at him to see him in his tank top and sweats, both of them...well Emi more so than Shota gave him a knowing look.
"Bye~" The girl said goodbye to the family and the moment the doors closed Emi asked the question that was on her mind the moment she saw the girl coming down from the stairs.
"What the hell was that?" Izuku shrugged his shoulders much like Shota and answered his surrogate mother.
"I'm doing what you said, enjoying school. Alright, I'll see you guys tomorrow, night." Izuku headed back up the stairs while Emi had her jaw dropped, Shota meanwhile just closed his eyes as he enjoyed the comfort of his couch. In all honesty it was Emi's fault, she did want Izuku to enjoy the benefits of school and from the looks of it he was.
'I just hope he won't be doing that when he gets too UA. I don't need students from class appearing here every night.' Shota silently prayed that would not come true, it would be too much work if it would.
Speaking of UA, Izuku will be taking the exams, he could've gotten him a scholarship, but Izuku said that he didn't want any special treatment. He wants to do it the hard way and he shall. It won't be long now before the UA exams come and that is where Izuku will meet the girl that he shares a similar enemy with.

Chapter 5: Time For The Exams
AN: Alright, I hoped you enjoyed this small filler chapter. Next chapter is the UA exams. Now I want to discuss what happened. I didn't give the girl or the captain any names only because they are meant to be forgettable characters, they have no huge importance in this story. Izuku got some action and he kicked the ass of the dude the mess with his bike. Day is over.
Now onto Shota and Izuku relationship and his night terrors. Izuku is dealing with some nightmares, he sees that faces of the people that he hurt and that is something that he has to live it. Now not everything can be solved with therapy, some of SS will do it, but others will have their own ways of coping. Izuku way is training and sparring with his dad.
Nezu is going to play a big role in all of this as the story progresses because he may be the only man on the planet that can understand how Izuku and the others SS feel. I wanted Izuku to find his own healing method and when the time comes and it will come trust and believe, he and Shota and Emi are going to have a talk about this.
Anyway I won't go to much into detail cause I want it to be surprise, but that is chapter for me. I will see you guys next time.
