Wish me luck with my first fic
Not all people are born equal
Izuku Midoriya had to learn that the hard way at an early age. Yet despite that, it didn't stop him from doing what he thought was right even if his quirk hadn't manifested yet. Even as he came face to face against three bullies.
"Stop it Kacchan why are you being so mean!" Izuku said despite his trembling while standing in front of a boy who was crying on the ground, "He's already crying! if you don't stop, I'll stop you myself!"
"Hey Deku," Said the spikey blonde-haired kid with red eyes as she hit her fist against her palm causing a small explosion to go off, "Stop pretending to be a hero and get out of my way"
This girl is Katsumi Bakugo, his best friend or… former best friend up until she got her quirk. And ever since then she'd had been her main bully.
"Yeah, let's get him" shouted another child, his fingers growing to the point where they were taller than his body. A chubby kid with red bat wings nodded in agreement as they charged in to attack Izuku
Our poor little cinnamon roll didn't stand a chance. With the long finger kid holding him in place while Katsumi and chubby ganged up on him beating him down. By the time they were done Izuku smoking and bruised as the bullies declaring themselves heroes. Izuku who was still recovering didn't hear to conversation the bullies were having.
"What a loser," said long fingers
"Yeah, what a Deku," said chubby
"HEY NO ONE BUT ME GETS TO CALL HIM DEKU YOU GOT THAT CHICKEN WINGS," said Katsumi in fury as she mad mini-explosions going off in her hands
"S-sorry Bakugo," said chubby
"Shut up let's just go," Katsumi said as chubby, and fingers followed no one noticed the sad look in her eyes when she gave a glance to Izuku.
Izuku manages to get back and realizes that he's all alone. Even the kid he had helped had run away leaving to the bullies. Yet Izuku isn't mad about it because he knows that a true hero Always protects those in need no matter what. That is what he wants to be a true hero just like All Might.
"Ow that hurts," he said with tears in his eyes as he picks himself back up from the ground.
"I'll show them that I can be a hero once I get my quirk" he cried to himself alone in the park, "I'll be one of the greats"
"You should give up. It's impossible for him to get a quirk" said the old doctor with a heartless tone not even trying to be nice.
Izuku right there and then dropped his All Might toy in shock the news hitting him like one of his favorite hero's punches
"What is there something wrong with him, doctor?" Inko Midoriya said worried for her baby, "Kids around his age are already getting quirks but my little Izuku still hasn't got his"
Even though she was annoyed with the doctor's behavior she pushed on if it meant knowing what's wrong with her baby. The doctor went on to explain how 20% of the population doesn't have a quirk and why Izuku doesn't have a quirk explaining how said child should have already manifested a quirk from one of his parents. He then goes on to explain that because Izuku has an extra joint in his pinky toe he doesn't have a quirk.
"And since he has an extra joint in his pinky toe," said the doctor in a bored tone, "He doesn't have a chance of manifesting a quirk"
With those words the mother and son feeling sad. When they got back to the apartment it was quiet, she couldn't stand the fact her childhood dream was now shattered. And with her husband nowhere to be found, probably overseas somewhere, she had to carry the burden of protecting her little cinnamon roll all by herself.
Izuku was silent all the way home and when they got there, he sat motionless at his desk. Inko, in an attempt to try and cheer him up, put on the All Might debut video. As Izuku was in his room she went online in search of more answers in the hopes that the doctor was a little wrong. But what she found made her despair more and more. What she found was that the 20% were the elderly and was getting smaller at a fast rate the quirkless in japan could be counted with her hands she all so found out that they didn't live as long from either being attacked or committing suicide from all the harassment and prejudice. It looks like her baby's future looked nonexistent
She knew he was getting bullied even though he tries to hide it. He would always say that it was from playing but she knows you can't get bruises that severe from just playing with friends. The worst part about is Izuku won't say anything about it, and she hasn't been able to narrow it down to anyone.
"Mom," Izuku said as his mother walked into the room, "No matter what trouble you're in, he'll save you with a smile."
Izuku slowly turned to his mother tears in his eyes, "Can I be a hero *sniff* just like him"
Inko rushed her child holding him in her arms as he cried
"I'm sorry," Inko wept, "I'm so sorry!"
That's…not what I wanted you to say" he thought as the waterworks started, "Mom… I want to be a hero"
5 years later
After that day things went downhill Inko and Hisashi had gotten a divorce over Izuku. She could never hate her baby boy but Hisashi refuses to even be near the boy saying he was a mistake. After that they got a divorce, they were in court for at least a year she won having Hisashi pay child support and winning a large settlement that would help her and Izuku live comfortably for a few years. But that doesn't mean things have been well ever since then Inko has becoming unhealthier because of the stress of having to take on everything and since Izuku quirklessness has been revealed he had become an outcast no one would hang out with him and he would constantly get bullied, and he couldn't go to anyone for help, not even the teachers. And this is where we meet our unlucky hero running away from 5 bullies
"Please just leave me alone" Izuku shouted at his pursuers
"Come here and take your beating loser," said bully number 1
"Yeah, I need to let out stress and you make a great punching bag," said bully number 4 as the other nodded agreeing with him.
Izuku ends up tripping over himself causing him to fall that's when the bullies caught up to him
"Well look like we caught you," said bully 1
That's when the group of bullies that to beat on poor Izuku hitting left and right
"Why does this happen to I did nothing pls someone save" thought Izuku
"HEY! What do you kids think you're doing" Said an unknown male voice
"Get lost old man before we decide to kick your ass," said bully 3 with his friend giving shouts of agreement
"Let the kid go or I'll make you regret it," said?
"Let's see you try," said bully 1
The 5 bullies proceed to charge the unknown man. Said man got into a stance and the dash at thugs. Before any of the bullies could anything, the man had already taken down bully 1, delivering a punch to his chest and groaning on the floor. Bully 2 and 4 try to sneak attack said man but he grabbed both throwing them over his shoulder and into the ground. And then with blinding speed, he moves to 3 and 4 pushes his palms out between them with then sends both bullies flying.
"Now I'll give you idiots two choices, one you can leave and pry I don't see you again," said the man in a calm tone. Then in a cold voice said, "Or two I can teach you a lesson all of you will never forget"
All the bullies ran away scared shitless from how capable the man was. Izuku just sat there trembling like leaf in the wind. Until the man offered his hand with a kind smile reaching out his hand to him.
"Are you ok those guys rough you up pretty bad back there" said?
"I-I'm fine *Sniff* this usually happens," Izuku said with watery eyes as he took the man hand and stood up
"And why don't you just fight back or tell an adult," said?
"Because… because I'm quirkless they wouldn't care if something happened to me," Izuku said
The man gave Izuku a curious look and started to think for a bit. He then nods in agreement with what he was thinking and then asked Izuku a question.
"If someone, when was to help you get stronger what, would you with your newfound power?" ask the man curiously
Izuku right there thought about all he had suffered for the past 5 years all the beatings and insults. And knew what his answer was the one thing he has been wanting to do since he was a kid
"A HERO I WANT TO A HERO!" Izuku shouted with all the heart he could muster, "I want to be someone people can rely on"
"Then it's Decide tomorrow if you can come to this address and I promise you I'll make you a great hero," the man said giving Izuku a note with his address.
"O-Ok I'll try," Izuku said, he soon ran home after that leaving the man by himself to think.
"Oh, wait where are my manners my name is Kenichi Shirahama," said the man identified as Kenichi
"II-Izuku Midoriya it was a pleasure to meet you sir I'll see you later," Izuku said running off waving goodbye as he did
"Masters I final found worthy of being my disciple" Thought the man make his way home.
Location: Musutafu, Midoriya residence
At the Midoriya residence when can see Inko Midoriya confiding to her best friend Mitsuki Bakugou. She tells about her troubles and how she feels like she failed as a mother and how hard it's been to find a job to support herself and Izuku, how she failed to protect him from bullies, and how she crushed her baby's dream and his trust in her.
"I *Sniff* just don't know what to do Mitsuki" Inko said crying into her friend's shoulder, "I haven't been able to find a good job and Izu won't confide in me for anything"
"Inko don't worry we can get through together we're best friends I have your back" said Mitsuki comforting her friend, "I can help get a job as a model working with me"
"But look at me I let myself go it could take forever to slim down again" Inko wept
"Don't worry we can get you into modeling shape in no time what you should be worried about is-" Mitsuki said before she was interrupted by the sound of someone barging in through the door
"MOM MOM MOM!" Izuku shouted sounding excited for once running up to his mother smiling at her
"I-Izu you look h-happy did something good happen" Inko asked wiping away her tears surprised by her son's energy
"I met someone who said he wants to train me to become a hero!" Izuku said with a happy tone.
"W-what do you mean?" Inko asked curious and worried for her baby boy
"I was getting chased by some bullies and the man beat them all up and said he wants to train me" Izuku said
"Whoa slow down their kid are you sure we can trust this guy?" Mitsuki said trying to be the voice of reason
"Please mom I want to do this I might not get another chance like this" Izuku begged his mother
Inko took a good look at her baby boy and she saw something she hadn't seen in a while hope. Pure unadulterated hope that hasn't seen in a long time the all-time she has seen something like that is when they went to check for his quirk. And after that day she hasn't even seen a glimpse of hope in his eyes since. But right now, as she looks down at her son, she can't help herself and makes her decision right there and then.
"Ok Izuku we'll go and see this man tomorrow all I need is an address," Inko said softly
"Yes, thank you mom I have the address right here oh I can't wait for tomorrow" Izuku said brightly as he handed a note to his mother
"Thank Izu now go do your homework ok" Inko told him well taking the note looking over and seeing and address
"Ok mom" said Izuku going to his room absolutely excited for the next day once he left there was complete silence until Mitsuki finally spoke up.
"Are you sure this is a good Inko?" Mitsuki said questioning her best friends' decision
"Mitsuki for the first time in a long time I saw something in Izuku I thought was gone" Inko said, "And now he looking at me with happy eyes asking no begging me to agree to support him and his dream I failed him once as a mother when he needed me to tell him he can be a hero and now this is my second chance so I'm gonna support him no matter what," Inko said with a fire in her eyes.
"*sigh* I'll try and help you as best as I can," Mitsuki said
"Good cause I'm going to take that offer you gave about modeling and you're going to help me get back to shape," Inko said
"Oh, so now you want to model," Mitsuki said jokingly
"Hey, I have to support Izuku the best I can," Inko said
Location: Ryozanpaku
The Midoriya's decide that they would both wake up early to head to the address's location, but when they both got there, they didn't know how to get in. They both tried pushing the door, but it wouldn't even budge an inch for them no matter how hard they tried. So, there they sat waiting for at least an hour now with no way to get in but just as they were about to leave.
"Oh, hey there, you must be the kid Kenichi was so excited about," said?
The mother and son duo turned to see a beautiful woman that looks to be around the same age as Inko holding groceries. The woman had long blond hair going down to her bar in a braid she had a figure most women would kill for. She was extremely fit with curves that had Inko biting her thumb. Oh, and don't even get Inko started on her breast what do you need to get boobs that big sell your soul… sorry where was she but under all that beauty you can clearly see muscle, she the body of a fighter and looked like she could be a pro hero.
"Hello how rude of my name Miu Shirahama Kenichi's wife," Miu said Identifying herself
"I-I'm here to drop off Izuku if that's ok," Inko said
"Yeah, sure just let you guy's in so he and Kenichi can get started," Miu said as she opens the giant door that Inko and Izuku have been trying to open for hours the sight leaving the duo shocked.
"come in you two make yourselves at home I'll go look for Kenichi," Miu said
When Both Midoriya's walked through the door they took a minute to admire their surroundings what they saw was a very big but old Japanese-styled house. Around the house were small ponds, trees, and stones all around the place. They could also see old training equipment like a wooden punching dummy.
"Hey Izuku!" shouted Kenichi walk up to the Midoriya's with Miu right behind him. "This must be your mother"
"Y-yes I'm Inko Midoriya I'm here to drop off Izuku," inko said
"That's great so then enough with the chit-chat. Izuku are you ready to train" he continued
"H-hello Mr. Shirahama I'm ready as I'll ever be," Izuku said
"Good then why don't we get star-" Kenichi said
"W-wait! Mr. Shirahama I would like to speak to you alone i-if that's ok" Inko said
"Sure, that's alright with me," Kenichi said "Hey Miu you think you take Izuku inside the dojo and get him settled in as me and Ms. Midoriya talk to each other"
"Ok Kenichi, Izuku come here with me for a bit to get ready," Miu said with a gentle smile
"O-ok M-Mrs. Shirahama" Izuku said following Miu inside once they were both out earshot Inko and Kenichi started their conversation
"Mr. Shirahama I would like to thank you for offering to train my son you don't how much this means to him... to us" Inko explained with a soft tone. "Ever since he was diagnosed as quirkless things have been terrible and I-"
"Mrs. Midoriya it's ok you don't have to worry I'll take good care of Izuku" Kenichi interrupted with a kind smile
Inko looked giving him a curious look, "why are you doing this no one does anything for free so, why we why my little Izu" Inko said her voice trembling with tears starting to form in the corners have her eyes
After what she had said Kenichi turned to the direction Izuku has gone and started to speak. "He reminds me of myself when I was young" Kenichi turn to Inko with a serious face, "When I was a kid I was constantly bullied day in and day out all the way to my teenage years and I thought it was going to be like that forever" Kenichi face then turned gentle as he remembers the day that would change his life forever "Then one day I was walking back home late at night when I got attack by some thugs I thought it was going to be the end. But out of nowhere the most beautiful girl I have ever seen tour through the thugs like nothing she then gave me a helping hand and picked me up" Kenichi softened even more and remembers that day fondly. "The moment I took that hand my life changed for the better and I can say that without a doubt in mind it was the best decision I ever made" Kenichi now gives Inko a determined look as continues. "And now a boy who has the same problem as wants to become strong not to get revenge but to be a hero and when I look, I know no matter what happens I will everything in my power to help accomplish is dream"
Inko look at Kenichi in a new light and giving the man the benefit of the debt, she wiped away her tears and smiled knowing that her son was in safe hands, "Alright now that I got that off my chest take care of my child and don't push him too hard"
"Don't worry I got this handle" He said confidently
"Izuku I'm going to go have fun ok!" Inko shouted get Izuku's attention
"Ok mom, love you bye!" he shouted back
"Love you to honey," Inko said wave goodbye and leaving Ryozanpaku
"So, then Izuku are you ready to your first steps into becoming a hero achieving your dream" Kenichi shouted trying to hype the boy.
"Yes, sir I'm more ready than I ever been in my entire life!" Izuku shouted in complete joy and determination.
"Great follow all of my instructions and you'll achieve your dream," Kenichi said
LET'S DO THIS!" Izuku shouted ready for anything.
1 hour later
"SENSEI THIS TORTURE WHAT AM I EVEN DOING!" Izuku cried in agony
"I'm training you exactly how my masters trained me," Kenichi said calmly
"BUT WHAT AM I DOING!" Izuku cried
"Oh, that is what I call horse stance from hell my master never really named it so that's what I call it," Kenichi said
This where we see Izuku in a horse stance, but it looked like someone was trying to torture him. He had to hold two jugs of water up and if he even tried to put his arms down little blades wrapped around under his biceps pointing at his ribs would stop him. He was also tied down to a wooden plank making him unable to move from the stance. He also had a stick point at his ass preventing him from sitting down as well as cups of hot boiling water on his laps and a bowl of hot boiling water on his head.
"Hey, don't worry you have at least an hour and 30 minutes of this" Kenichi said like it was the most normal thing in the world
"I'LL BREAK FOR THAT PLEASE SENSEI!" Izuku begged for mercy
"Don't worry you'll be fine" Kenichi said with a gentle smile but to Izuku that smile looked like a demonic grin promising pay.
"KYAAAA!" Izuku screamed
1 hour and 35 minutes later
"I nngh Can't feel anything," Izuku said feeling his body tremble
"Ok now on for endurance run to the nearest park and back as fast as you can," Kenichi said strapping a rope around Izuku's waist which was connected to a tire.
"Hey isn't the nearest park 20 miles away!" Izuku said look at his sensei like he was crazy.
"Yes, it is and that's why I will be helping," Kenichi said sitting down on the tire and pulling out a whip, "Anytime you start to slow down I'll give you a little incentive to keep you go"
"ARE YOU CRAZY!" Izuku shouted was this man trying to kill him
"Stop whining and get moving daylights burning," Kenichi said
"But-" Izuku tries to say
"*CRACK* mush," Kenichi said hitting Izuku with the whip.
"YOU DEVIL!" Izuku cried as he started his long trek to the park
Sometime Later
"BODY AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BEND THIS AWAY" Izuku shouted in pure agony as Kenichi force his body to stretch.
"Don't worry Izuku you'll get used to it over time" Kenichi said "by the end of the month you won't even notice"
"GOD HELP ME" Izuku shouted
30 minutes later
"KEEP YOUR HIPS AND HEAD LOW AND MOVE QUICKLY" Kenichi shouted as he swung a bamboo stick at Izuku which he dodged
Right now, he was having Izuku hold two Jugs with his arms up again having him shuffle his way through a bunch of post in front of him having him dodge the bamboo stick periodically
"Isn't this a bit much for one day!" Izuku said
"We need to get your body ready for actual martial arts yes sure you know how to do a cool move but without the right body that means nothing," Kenichi said
"BUT WHAT THE POINT OF ALL THIS" Izuku shouted throwing the jugs on the ground, "Will this really help me become a hero," he said softly, "Does even matter" Izuku finished
Kenichi looked at Izuku and sighed, "Izuku the path you chose for yourself is not easy there will be many struggles but isn't that worth it to achieve your dream" Kenichi said as he walked up to one of the bigger stones in Ryozanpaku and give it a one-inch punch which shattered it to pieces this shocked Izuku not knowing how strong the man truly he looked at him with awe. Kenichi turned to Izuku with a smile." When I met you I saw someone lost in the world just like I was someone without a helping hand. But couldn't just leave you like that so I did what the most important person in my life did for me" Kenichi said gently, "I gave you my hand offering help because I would be rejecting the same thing that made me the man I am today" Kenichi walking up to Izuku and offering his hand once again, "So Izuku will you let me help you become a hero let me give you the strength to achieve your dream"
Izuku looked at his sensei hand and took it shaking it, "I trust you sir and I'll follow your every order please take care of me" Izuku with a newfound determination
"Alright then let's take your train up a notch shall we" Kenichi ready to get serious
"YES SIR!" Izuku shouted ready to go
"KENICHI, I HEARD SOMETHING BREAK WHAT DID YOU DO" shouted Miu
As both master and student final understood it seem to both that they are ready to take on whatever the future has in store for them. But right they both have to take on the deal with a very angry Miu

So, this is my first fic honestly this was more difficult than I thought it was going to be like I have a newfound respect for Authors. I got inspiration from a Lot of fics for Total Command, Deku: The Sharingan Hero, The First Pillar, How Eating a Strange Fruit Gave Me My Quirk, To Be a Hero, and King of Fighting go check out these fics if you haven't because they are fucking amazing honestly, I keep rereading them because I can't get enough.
