A/N: Many of you were asking about why it is that cameras can see through Perfect Unknowable. I was honestly unsure of how I would implement it in this fanfic, so I went looking to see what are Shizu's abilities given she is an an Automaton which is the closest thing to a robot that existed in Yggdrasil, but all I could find was that she was resistant to poison. That's quite similar to undead, but I couldn't find anything else, so I just went with the fact that cameras can see through that spell and invisibility in general. And I mean mind altering magic does work on her but doesn't work on undead, so in conclusion I couldn't find anything in the canon of Overlord to help me.

I mean, even a level one undead can see through that spell so it isn't just about level and really if invisibility was that overpowered I think it would lead to problems later on and stuff... and yeah, cameras aren't as advanced as a human eye but the way magic works is kind of arbitrary so I guess you could fit it to be that way. Plus cameras in 2138 are far more advanced then our own.

Someone said that I shouldn't be referencing memes and movies from our era 100 years later... and they do have a point given few of us remember memes or references from even 20 years ago but I don't know any memes from 100 years in the future so yeah, I'm going to sort of keep doing that.

The Floor Guardians of Nazarick had been called to the Throne Room.

There, seated upon the Throne of Kings was their overlord, Momonga himself. Surrounding him were a group of humans, some of whom the NPCs already recognized while others were strangers.

The humans, being the other guild members of Ainz Ooal Gown, had decided to put their differences aside for the moment and present a united front to the NPCs. As it was, all of them were aware of how dangerous these creations of theirs could be, and they did not want to incite any fighting.

"Many of you must be confused regarding recent events," Suzuki said. "Allow me to inform you of what has happened. The first thing that all of you should know is that we are in a world known as 'Earth' in the year of 2138, a planet which is inhabited solely by humans. Things like magic were a myth until a few days ago. All of the guild members, including me, were humans at one point in time."

"You all existed as programmed NPCs in a game by the name of Yggdrasil which was recently taken offline," Suzuki said. "Many of you can identify your creators, and for those of you unfamiliar with other guild members I have gone to the Treasury in order to give every one of us a Guild Ring." On cue, the others held up their Guild Rings. "It appears that while I was still playing the game, I was transformed into my in-game avatar, as a skeletal Overlord. The others, who were not logged in, have remained in their human forms."

Suzuki then paused to let the guardians take this in.

"A game?" Shalltear asked. She then frowned as if she was in deep thought and pondering a complex puzzle.

"I have understood completely," Demiurge said, adjusting his glasses in classic anime fashion as he said so. He then turned to the others. "Is it not clear what is happening? The Supreme Beings occupied a dimension higher than our own. However, they were able to descend to our own realm by using 'avatars', in other words, incarnating themselves in the forms we are used to!"

"Ah, I see now," Shalltear said.

"Truly. The. Supreme. Ones. Are. Even. Greater. Than. We. Could. Ever. Imagine," Coccytus said. "They. Truly. Deserve. Their. Places. As. The. Rulers. Of. Nazarick."

"I don't really understand it that much right now either, but I know the Supreme Beings are all really cool!" Mare said.

"Indeed," Demiurge said. "And now, we have all ascended to the same realm that the Supreme Beings live in! Is it not wonderful?"

"Yes it is," Sebas said with a smile. It was one of the few times that the two of them agreed on something.

Suzuki's jaw nearly dropped. While he was happy that they were reacting this favorably to his announcement, he was still shocked that they were this happy about it.

They had all just been told that they were video game characters! Normally being told this would precipitate some kind of existential crisis in someone, or so you would expect.

There were people who descended into depression spirals at the thought that they lived in a simulation- how worse would it be to know that your existence was, in some cases, like Eclair, a literal joke? That nothing you had done up till that point really mattered?

But there was no anger or tears at this news among the NPCs.

Instead they were all talking jovially amongst one another.

Suzuki cleared his throat. "In case you were unaware, the reason the others were not around was not because they left or wished to abandon you all, but simply because real life work obligations caught up to them. They did not stop going into Yggdrasil because they were disappointed in you or any such reasons. When it was simply a game, obligations here caught up with them. I wished to clarify that in case any of you ever felt abandoned- know that we did not leave out of our own choices."

Demiurge's tail began wagging. Coccytus let out a soft breath that formed small crystals in the air. Mare and Aura both seemed to be overjoyed. Sebas met this with a stoic smile.

It was Albedo's reaction, however, which was the most curious. For a second, her mask completely fell off and she had an incredulous look on her. She then had an indecipherable expression before she resumed smiling as before.

"This is wonderful news!" Demiurge proclaimed. "As this means that, if I am correct, all of the Supreme Beings may spend as much time with us as possible then now?"

"Um... yes," Suzuki said.

"But, Momonga-sama," Shalltear said. "What cause the others to stop playing this game?"

"Obligations in real life," Suzuki answered. "As in, jobs, their families, etc. Many of us would have loved to keep playing, but we had to keep working in order to keep our jobs and earn wages to buy food, shelter, and the like. You see, in real life we are nothing truly special as you all would think." He paused. "We are but ordinary humans, and in the grand scheme of things on Earth, we were mostly unimportant."

"That's not true!" Albedo protested vehemently. "Even if all of you were humans, you were still the leaders of Ainz Ooal Gown!"

"Y-Yeah!" Mare said. "And plus, now that we're here, you don't need to worry about any of those things!"

"Yeah!" Aura said. "We can grow all the food we need here in the Tomb! And as for shelter, you all have your rooms!"

"If. Anything. The. Fact. That. Ordinary. Humans. Created. The. Great. Tomb. Only. Increases. My. Respect. And. Awe. Of. The. Supreme. Beings." Coccytus said.

"To describe the current situation of the Great Tomb of Nazarick," Suzuki continued with his speech. "We are somewhere unknown, though we believe we are not in Japan, the country we were originally in. This world did not have things such as magic or intelligent races aside from humans in it, but it appears that manifesting here has brought some Yggdrasil mechanics to this world. Some humans have gained magical abilities, though as far as I can tell for now they appear to be rather weak. We must bear in mind though that perhaps there are people who could quickly become powerful enough to rival us."

"Understood!" Shalltear said. "We then just need to wipe out all of humanity to ensure our place on top!"

Panic began to spread through the present guild members. "N-No! Shalltear, we must not go to war with other humans! It might be difficult for you to understand, but we were all humans once and don't want to wipe out the rest of our species."

"Yeah," Aura snapped at Shalltear. "Think before saying anything!"

Shalltear let out a moan before putting on an apologetic expression.

"Anyway," Suzuki said. "For now our priority is finding the other Supreme Beings. I have managed to obtain a list of addresses where they are located as well as their real names- the issue of course now arises that aside from your creators, it appears that you are unable to recognize any other of them. Also, if we were to go to them, they might panic and have difficulty understanding us. As such, in order to speed things up, each of you will be sent to your respective creators." Hachiman coughed. "I mean, some of you will be sent to your respective creators to bring them to Nazarick. Do understand that you are not to harm any humans in this endeavors, and in case your creators refuse to come along with you, you are requested to leave them be and ask me to try and convince them. Are we clear?"

"Yes Momonga-sama!" the chorus echoed.

"Does this mean we'll meet Bukubukuchagama-sama then?" Mare asked.

"Indeed, you will be given the chance," Suzuki said.

"Alright then!" Demiurge thundered. "We must all endeavor to ensure that we fulfil our orders without any failure! Understood!"

Albedo turned around to face the other NPCs.

"It doesn't matter which world we are in- this one or that of Yggdrasil which we are familiar with. We have but one objective in our lives- to serve the Supreme Beings with every fiber of our beings!" Albedo declared. "There is no higher goal! There is no greater objective! It does not matter what form the Supreme Beings are in- they are still our creators! We will manifest their will!"

A chorus of cheers from the NPCs met her.

"Excellent," Suzuki said and waved his hand. "You all are dismissed."

The NPCs filed out of the room and as the door closed, the guild members let out a collective sigh of relief.

"That was intense," Tabito said.

"Yeah," Tukuta said. The pressure of being around so many high-level creatures had nearly made him burst into a cold sweat. The glory of the Throne Room rendered in real life couldn't completely make up for that.

Hayato didn't want to admit it, but he had barely been able to find his voice. Even though he was somewhat okay being around Demiurge, with the added influence of the others focused on just them... and knowing that they had been programmed to hate humans, he felt like this could've easily gone south.

"But Suzuki was a natural," Hiroshi said. "Suzuki-san, how were you so composed? I mean, I could barely even find my voice but you said thing so smoothly."

'I was just as scared as all of you!' is what Suzuki wanted to tell them, but given how frightened they were he felt that this was not an appropriate thing to say. He needed to give them confidence that they could handle this, even if he himself wasn't sure that they could. "Part of it is this undead body of mine- I don't feel fear as I usually would. Not to mention I think I've interacted with them far longer than any of you have, so I'm sure that with time, you'd also be as equally comfortable talking to them as I am."

"I hope so," Hayato said. "I feel like maybe I could talk to Sebas fine but with the others... I mean, with what we wrote in their character sheets, or rather, everyone else did, we're facing a problem right?"

"We're not going to let Shalltear go find Peroroncino are we?" Hachiman asked.

"No," Suzuki said. "It appears that he and Bukubukuchagama are living together right now, so I'll send Aura and Mare instead."

"You still sure that's a good idea?" Hiroshi asked. "Why not we just go and talk to them individually?"

"I have thought of that," Suzuki said. "But there are many of them who may panic upon seeing a skeleton approach them. Some of them may not even completely remember how my avatar looked like or any of the other NPCs- but they will remember the NPCs that they created. Not to mention this lets us confirm that they are our guild members and not someone else entirely."

There was another reason that he wasn't saying- namely he was sure that many of the NPCs would go ahead and try to find their creators anyway, Aura and Mare being a prime example. They could maybe rely on NPCs such as Coccytus to stay put, but the others might very well leave the Tomb against orders if they thought their creators were out there.

Also, and this was a more useless, sentimental reason- Suzuki could tell that the NPCs did treasure being with their creators. He wanted them to be able to meet them as soon as possible.

"Hey, can you give me some pointers though?" Hachiman asked.

"Pointers?' Suzuki asked.

"Yeah," Hachiman said. "I've been trying to get the 'Evil Overlord' look ever since I found that World Item, but you managed to do it way better than I do. What's your secret?"

"There really isn't any," Suzuki said. "I just kind of... go with the flow."

"Huh," Hachiman said.

"Anyway," Suzuki said. "We still have some humans on the Sixth Floor, right? We should all go talk to them once and see how things are settling there."

A/N: I don't like author notes inserted between stories, but I feel like I kind of need to do this one here. From here on out until I mention so, the stories aren't necessarily in chronological order and all take place over the course of a month, though again, not necessarily in order.

"So, Albedo, what is that you wanted to discuss with me?" Suzuki asked. He then turned his head to see that Tabito had also been brought along with her. "Oh, hello."

"Hello," Tabito said. "I wanted to spend some time with Nigredo, Rubedo, and Albedo, and when I went to Albedo she said she wanted me to come see you."

"Alright," Suzuki said. "What is the matter Albedo?"

"Tabula-sama," Albedo said. "I wished to ask your blessing to marry Momonga-sama!"

Both Tabito's and Suzuki's jaws dropped at these words. Thanks to his emotional regulator though, Suzuki was able to recover first. "What are you talking about Albedo?"

"Namely, our marriage!" Albedo said. "Tabula-sama is much like my father, and so I think it would've been appropriate to get his permission before the two of us marry."

"But, um, Albedo, why Suzuki particularly?" Tabito asked.

"Uh, I think I can answer that," Suzuki said sheepishly. "Before the game ended- I changed her settings a bit. Namely, the last part where you wrote 'She is a slut.' I replaced it with 'She is deeply in love with Momonga.'"

Bouts of laughter echoed across the room from Tabula.

Suzuki and Albedo were confused by the reaction.

Albedo was wondering whether or not Tabula was laughing at the idea of someone as lowly as her marrying a Supreme Being, while Suzuki was sure that Tabito was laughing at him.

Turns out neither view was correct.

"I'm sorry," Tabito said as he caught his breath. "I just think it's really hilarious you did that and everything came to life. Well, if you ask me, Albedo, yeah sure, you have my permission to marry Suzuki."

Albedo's face flushed red and her wings began to beat rapidly. "Well isn't that great then Momonga-sama?"

"Wait, wait, please stop joking Tabito!" Suzuki said. "She'll really take it seriously!"

As it was Albedo was already thinking about how many kids they would have. "Twenty... no, thirty! And what should I name them..."

"I'm not joking," Tabito said. "In all honesty, if you went ahead and changed her settings to be like that, and she really does love you, why don't you just go ahead and marry her? Or do you have a girlfriend or wife here in the real world?"

Albedo's wings drooped a bit at the mention of the last sentence but Suzuki said, "No, nothing like that."

"Well what's the problem then?" Tabito asked.

"But, she only thinks this way because I reprogrammed her," Suzuki said. "She wasn't supposed to think like this. It isn't how she's supposed to be!"

Tabito shrugged. "Yeah- but honestly this is way better than what I wrote. I wrote her as a slut just because, but your line is a whole lot wholesome. So I guess if she's going to be real, I would prefer for her to be madly in love with one person rather than whoring around."

Tabito then tapped his chin. "As for whether or not it's right, I mean, who's to say? After all, what is free will in the end? Are we not all programmed by society and genetics and whatever? Philosophy aside, even if we left the NPCs descriptions blank, they would still have some behaviors that are there because of their race and build, right? And stuff like their karmic values. So it can't really be helped- saying it isn't 'free will' or anything in a world without free will doesn't kind of stack up. So yeah, you have my permission to bone Albedo if that's what you want." Tabito then began chuckling at his own joke.

"Do you hear that, Momonga-sama? That means that it's all okay!" Albedo said.

"Uh..." Suzuki said, now unsure of how to respond.

"Come on, really, it's fine," Tabito said. "I mean, who's going to stop us? The government? Ha! Plus, we all know eventually someone's going to bonk an NPC."

Both of them said "Peroroncino!" at the same time.

"So yeah, it's not like that cat's going to stay in the bag for too long," Tabito said.

"So, what kind of dress should I wear, Momonga-sama?" Albedo asked. "I looked up recent bridal dresses designs on the Internet and saw the latest ones! Let me print them out!"

"Wait, wait, the Internet?" Suzuki asked.

"Oh right, I forgot to tell you," Tabito said. "Masayuki and I were working on hooking up one of the Shizu's to an outside satellite, and long story short, we're not entirely sure how- but we managed to connect her to the Internet. I think with time we'll even be able to connect a printer to her so Albedo could get some images out." He then rubbed his neck sheepishly. "Ah, I forgot to tell you, we might have hijacked a commercial satellite to do so though, and I think we covered our traces rather well, but it is possible that they maybe might have found us."

Suzuki was alarmed now. "But- can they possibly trace us back here?" He wasn't sure how exactly the Internet worked, but he was sure that if they had access to it that they could be found.

"I'm not sure," Tabito said. "Shizu does say that she can scramble it so they can't find us, but the issue is that her mechanics might work differently from what we're used to with this technology now, so I can't exactly say it won't happen."

Suzuki sighed. This was going to be an issue. "Alright, let me go ahead and talk t-"

Suzuki got no further as he was practically smothered by Albedo. "So Momonga-sama, once we decide on a bridal dress, we need to go ahead and send out invitations. I'm thinking of making Nigredo my maid of honor, though of course, I'll need to appoint several people as bridesmaids like the Pleiades and... I suppose maybe that Shalltear for now or she'll throw a fit. So where should we go to our honeymoon? And who will be our ring bearer? I think Aura and Mare can be them, but then where should we hold the wedding? Is the Throne Room fine? I also think that..."

Albedo began talking so fast that Suzuki had no idea what she was saying.

"Well, you two kids have fun," Tabito said and turned to leave. "I think I'll go hang out with Nigredo for now."

"Oi! Tabito! Don't leave me like this!" Suzuki cried out, though his pleads fell onto deaf ears.

A/N: The rather unconventional way I'm writing this new section is for a reason that I think it'll be better and it will be a short story kind of thing where they connect in some way.

Also, I realize on thinking more about Maruyama's lore about the Earth of 2138 and I find my own inconsistencies. For one, he uses a monetary system rather similar to modern Japan- he says that an executive would have a salary of around 10 million yen per year or something of the equivalent, also while discussing currency in the game. However, given inflation you'd expect Yen in 2138 to be worth far less than that today.

Also, it's said that the people in 2138 had no future, but if Ainz was spending a third of his income on Yggdrasil, or about 33%, by my reckoning he would be able to retired in about 24 years. I don't know about life expectancies and the such in that age, but that doesn't seem to be too long. And alright, Yggdrasil was his only escape but the fact remained that one day it would go offline so...

Also the thing about orphans on the streets makes little sense as well given how few of them there should be, and even in that world the government would need to do something about children given how economies thrive on having more people.

Overall, I think his worldbuilding of the real world Earth in his time isn't as good as his worldbuilding when it comes to the New World, but that can't be helped as he probably gave little thought to it.
