A Night to Remember

Note: It's just a fun bit with my Avatar! Plus an important announcement at the end!

Halloween night…

The Full moon shines bright in the night sky as a figure on a motorcycle drives into town. Parking in the town square and locking up his bike, he steps off and into the main plaza of the mall where everyone is Halloween partying. The Figure walks through the masses of people, unnoticed.

The man is dressed in a brown long draped coat with amber outlines across the suit, advanced body and arm armor. Blue jeans with padded leg armor and armored boots, with a tablet in a holster on the thigh. The man has short black hair with blue eyes, at 5feet 11inches in height he blends in with his surroundings, despite being in a crowded street of costumed people.

"Heh, people never fail to have fun… But I've got work." The man said, slapping his cheeks. Reaching into his coat the man pulls out square rimmed glasses and puts it on. A HUD screen appears in the glasses. "Now then… Where are you?" The man said, walking through the crowd and into an alleyway.

"Aww, come on now. It's Halloween, let's have some fun." A handsome man in an angel costume said to a girl in a wolf costume, against the wall of the alleyway. "I assure you it's- Hmm?" The handsome man looks over at the man.

"Bingo." The man said, flapping his coat to the side to expose his phone holster, he drew it with his left hand and pointed it at the angel. "Freeze!" The man brings his right hand in and taps the screen before bringing his arm out to the side. As he swings his arm, blue solid hologram screens appear around him. "STVP! Put your hands up and surrender!" The man said, pointing at the Angel.

"A friend of yours?" The Wolf asks. As the Angel goes to speak, the man makes a finger and makes a 'bang' motion. As one of the hologram screens becomes thin and slices through the Angel's right arm. "Kiyaa~!" The wolf screams jumping back.

"That. Hurt." The Angel said, as tendrils from the wound protrude out and grab the arm as it reattaches and fuses back.

"Mam, I recommend you go and pretend this never happened." The man said to the wolf, "Not that anyone would believe you." He said, holstering his phone. The woman nods and runs off, the man then crosses his arms and enters a combat stance as the holograms form around his arms. "Horror of the Makai Universe. You are in direct violat- You don't care do you?" The man asks as the Angel sheds its body into the form of a white winged creature. "Yeah, Figure. If you're gonna resist, I'm just gonna have to kill ya." The man said, swinging his arms to his sides as hologram blades protrude out of the holograms.

"You're no Makai Knight. What can you-?" The Horror said, the man swings the blades slicing across the Horror's chest. "*Roar~!* Wh-What?" The Horror steps back stunned, the man then flicks his hands as larger Hologram panels surround the alley creating a barrier. "You-"

"Don't waste our time." The man said charging at the Horror. The Horror swings at the man, but the man dodges every swing. The attacks that land only hit the hologram arms which deflect the attack. The man lunges under the Horror, jumping and spinning as he slices up though the Horror. Then as he falls down the man slices the Horrors Arms clean off.

"Kugh." The Horror brings out it's wings as it attempts to fly away to only hit the ceiling. The man jumps at the Horror changing his hand gesture from chop to claw. The Holograms change into a set of large claw arms that extend out to grab the Horror wings.

"It's No use." The man said, raising the claws over his head, changing them into blades again the man brought his arms down slicing the Horror in two. The body of the Horror explodes into black dust. The man lands on the ground and sighs. "So then. Who else?" The man asks, as the alley opens up again.

A large claver man with a mask steps into the alley. "Kay, Masked killers with no will." A shimmer of light and a roar of energy as a Predator appears drawing it's blade. "A Predator. Neat." A figure drops down from another rooftop, "Michal Myers… Aren't you due for a second movie in your reboot series?" The man asks, Michal simply readies his blade. "Oookay… anyone else?"

*Foooush!~*

A flame is lit up as a figure steps on the edge of a rooftop. The man looks up to see a Techno headless man with a lit jack o'lantern tucked under his arm. "Ah." The man taps the side of his glasses as a wanted poster appears for the headless man. "There you are. STVP, Headless one, you are under arrest for the illegal manipulation and transportation of individuals across dimensions." The man raises his arms as the Holograms form handguns. "Come peacefully and face judgement." The man said.

"Forgeraven..." The Headless figure echos, as it raises the jack o'lantern up and onto his neck. The Headless man draws a scythe. "Death is… Inevitable." The Headless one said.

"So said Thanos, but wibbly wobbly, timey wimey. Said Doctor Who." Forgeraven said cocking the handguns. "Just come in peacefully and no one has to get injured… Or die." All combatants ready their weapons. "Sigh~ Well, force is authorised… Who's first?" Forgeraven said, pointing his handguns at the headless figure.

Forgeraven:(Steps in) Hey, So… Yeah. That's my Avatar… Or OC… or whatever you wanna call it… But this next part is less a Halloween special and more serious. I'll post this on my Profile too. But this is in regard to the future of my writing.

I have been thinking since the start of the year to try and take my writing in new ways. And more recently, I've been wanting to work on projects beyond Fanfiction. This doesn't mean I am leaving Fanfiction forever. IT doesn't mean the stories I'm writing will end. I want to give them a proper conclusion as well as write so many more.

I want to monetize my work.

Now don't take this the wrong way.

I'm not going to put a pay wall behind my Fanfiction work. Far from it. It will still be FREE as always. But some of my other work will be. I will make a Website and for some of my projects I wish to make. For instance…

I've wanted to work on a Destiny X Arknights crossover.

Instead of a usual Fanfiction work, I wanna make it into a Audio book. Then post it on Youtube for people to watch. I want to make reviews of stuff, have a place to put my ideas down for others to see. Maybe even start streaming my writing process with you guys. I wanna go beyond what I can do now. So…

Do you think I should?

I may sound like a coward but… I don't know if you would even support me. You're all here just to read… But I wanna make writing my job. It's my DREAM job. I can't draw for shit. But I can write. So I wanna hear what you think.
