Chapter 14 True Hearts day part 2

It was night time and everyone in Ever After was preparing for the big True Hearts day party that was going to start, Ryu and his group made a rope and slide down through it making them sneak around the school without being found.
"Duck."Ryu said and they went inside the bushes, Crowler walks around before going off.
"Hmm, there better not be any slackers around."he said.
"If my mother were to know about this."Reiji said.
"That's if we are even found, come on after what drama we deserve to have some fun."Ryu said.
"Question, where's Duke?"Kite asked.
"I asked him to deal with two certain people that made Ashlynn and Hunter force to reveal they were a couple."Ryu said.
They then went foward and arrived at the place, Ryu knocks on the door making it open and they went inside the party.
The group went around and Ryu saw Raven making him go up to her."Hey Raven."
"Hey Ryu, glad to see the rest of you guys came."Raven said.
Akiza goes up to them."This is not really what I'm used to."
"What you never gone to a party?"Raven asked.
"Not really."Akiza said.
"Akiza didn't had the best life."Ryu gets some drinks from the bar."But when she met us she learned to have some fun."
Akiza smiles at him and Raven said:"Well you should try and loosen up here, after we're all friends."
"Yeah."Akiza said.
Melody went up stage and said:"What up Ever after are ready for me drop some true hearts tunes."
Everybody cheered and she said:"Well follow me." she started playing her music.
At the outside
At the fountain Sparrow plays on his guitar while Duchess swims over to him in swan form.
Then she goes to her human form."Sparrow I need you to help me ruin the True Hearts dance tonight."
"What? Why?"He said.
"Briar is planning it!"She knocks his hat off position and he fixes it, she prances over to the other side of the fountain."And if I can get her in trouble with Headmaster Grimm, then, there'll be a new opening in the Royal ranks!"
"You know what?"He stands up and turns his back."I am done with you!"
"What's ruffled your feathers?"She said.
"I, Sparrow Hood, the rocking-est, handsome-est guy in this school can't find out where the dance is! No one'll tell me, 'cause I'm friends with you."He said.
"Well, someone around here must know something..."Duchess said.
"Oh yeah."They then saw Duke standing next to a tree."Like who would be able to tell you."
"Hey why aren't you in the party?"Sparrow asked.
"Oh nothing, just came to look around."He said.
"Well maybe you can tell me."Duchess goes up to him.
"Oh I will only tell if you beat me."Duke said.
"Let me guess duel monsters?"She said.
"Not exactly."He smirks making them confused."Follow me."They went with him.
He then goes to a shed and they found a set of stairs, they then found a special arena there."We're going to play my special game."He goes to a red booth and she goes to the blue one, then they moved surprising her and they stood up with three hearts light up."This is Dungeon Dice monsters."
"What, I never heard of this game?"She said.
"It's very simple."Then three dice came out and Duke picks them up."See these, they are your dice, they each have a crest on them, Summon, Movement, Magic, Attack, Defense, and Trap, now heres how it goes."He then throws them.2Go dice roll."They roll around and they stopped."Perfect."He picks up one."Dimension on the dice."A dice appears on the field."Now come out Ryu-Kishin."The dice opened and the monster appears. 10/10/ 10.
"Wow."Sparrow said.
"Now you see what you have to do, the way you have to win is to send your monsters to your die master and then attack they're heart points, of course you need to build a path to it."Duke said and his path was opened with one of the squares on the sides and three on front.
"Okay fine."She then gets hers."Go dice roll."She then saw them roll and she didn't get anything."What?!"
"Oh yeah did I forgot to mention, lower level ones have more spaces while the stronger ones have less chances."He said and she saw her's only had one each."Also you need two of the same level at the same time."He gets another set."Go dice roll."He then rolls them and they stopped."Yes another summoning."He inserts one and it opened in a different path with three on the side."Dimension the dice, go Yaranzo."Yaranzo appears. 20 / 10 / 10
"Okay my turn."She gets her dice."Go dice roll."They roll and she got two level 1 dices."Finally."She then inserts one."Dimension the dice, come Penguin Soldier."Her Penguin came out. 10 / 20 / 20
"Well look at that."Duke plays with the bang of his hair."Someone is learning."He gets his dice and saw a black dice."Perfect."He then rolls it."Go dice roll."He then got what he wanted."Now dimension the dice."He then summons one next to him."Warp Vortex."She then saw a black hole.
"What's that?"Duchess asked.
"That's the warp vortex, it allows me send monsters through to another one, so all I have to do is send another one to your side and send my monsters through it."Duke said.
"He played you."Sparrow plays on his guitar making Duchess grunt.
"My turn."She then got three dice."Go dice roll."She then gets two summon ones."Good, dimension the dice."She then makes a path that connectes the paths together."Come out, Mammoth Graveyard."Mammoth came out. 10 / 10 / 10
"Also his effect allows all beasts to get a extra 10 in power."Both her monsters got stronger. 10 - 20.
"Now I'll use the movement crests I got from the previous turns to put him in front of your Yaranzo."She then has Mammoth in front of his monster."Now attack."Her monster tramples Yaranzo destroying him.
"Not bad, but my turn."He gets the dice."Go dice roll."He got a summon."Perfect dimension the dice."A path was next to her Mammoth."I summon the Battle Ox."Battle Ox appears. 20 / 20 / 20
"Also you should know that your monster also makes mine stronger." 20 - 30.
"Oh no!"She said.
"Now I'll move him."His Ox walks in front of her Mammoth."Now strike him down."Battle Ox cuts down her Mammoth making all the monsters go back to they're original strenght.
"Wow, he's totally playing her."Sparrow said.
"Well yeah, after all I made this game."Duke said.
"What?!"Duchess got shocked.
"That's right Dungeon Dice Monsters is my creation and I played you like an idiot."Duke said.
She growls and then takes out more dice."Go Dice roll."She then got a summon for a level 4."Yes, yes."She then isnerts one."Dimension the dice, come Barrel Dragon."the dice opened next to where her die master is and Barrel Dragon came out. 40 / 30 / 30
"Wait you got that."Duke got surprised.
"Yes, now I'll use his effect, by using 4 magic crests I can sacrice my Penguin."Her Penguin turned into sparkles."To shoot down your ox."Barrel Dragon fires and destroys Duke's monster.
"Well not bad."Duke said and he gets the dice."But let me show you how it's done, go Dice roll."He gets a summon."Now Dimension the dice."A dice opens next to the Warp Vortex."Come on out Orgoth the Relentless."Orgoth appeared. 50 / 30 / 20
"Wow."Sparrow got surprised at the size of the monster.
Duchess gets more dice."Go Dice roll."She rolls but didn't get a summon."No worries, I'll just use the movement ones to get Barrel Dragon to protect me."She moves her Dragon in front of her.
"My tun."Duke gets the dice."Go Dice Roll."He then rolls and gets a summon."Dimension the dice."He summons one near her area."I'll sumon The 13th Grave."The monster appears. 10 / 0 / 10
Duchess was next."Go dice roll."She rolls the dice and gets a summon."Dimension the dice."She sumons one in the path of her Mammoth made blocking off the side."Come Killer Needle."Her bug appeared. 10 / 10 / 10
"So let me guess your trying to block me off, smart beautiful."He said making her blush a bit."But now."He gets a black dice."Go Dice roll."He rolls it and got it off."Now Dimension the dice."A dice appears next to her and opens another warp vortex making her shocked."Now Orgoth go inside the Warp Vortex."He goes foward and teleports to her side of the field."Now to let's attack her Dragon and I'll use his effect to give him extra power by using a few magic crests." 30 - 40
"Now Attack!"He said and Orgoth lifts his sword up.
"I'll use my monster to block it."Her Monster uses it's defense to block the attack. 40 - 30
"Not bad."She then rolls again but she didn't get the crest she wanted.
"Too bad."He rolls again and then got more magic crests."Now I'll those to make Orgoth stronger." 40 - 50
"Now attack."He said and she saw she didn't have enough so her monster got destroyed.
"Oh what's the use."She looks down."That was the best one I got and you took it down."She gave up making Duke the winner.
He goes up to her and said:"Hey your good for a novice, but the fact that your trying so hard escaping that destiny of yours made people hate you."
"Well I don't want to be a swan."She said.
"But how about this."He said."I'll help you out."
"What?"She got confused.
"Help you fight against the destiny, if you don't want it make your own."He said.
"Well, thanks."She said.
"Hey what can I say, you have a pretty face at least."He said making her blush.
"Look at that."Sparrow gets his guitar out."He got you head over heels."She then chases after him.
Back at the party.
The music was finished while Cupid climbed on stage and said:"Give it up for Melody Piper."
Everybody cheered and Cupid told the stories of True hearts day:"Now, since True Hearts Day hasn't been spellebrated in such a long time, I wanted to tell everyone what it's all about. Once upon a time, there grew a very special tree: the Heart Tree. And even if the winter was harsh, and the other trees failed to bloom, the Heart Tree blossomed no matter what. And so, our fairytale ancestors gave the blossoms to each other on True Hearts Day to show that even though it's not always easy, true love will always find a way."
Cupid whistles and signals pixies to drop the Heart Tree blossoms to the audience.
"Make sure to give yours to someone special to you."Cupid said and Ashlynn walked on the stage.
"Can I, Hunter when I listem to my true heart it tells me that you're my prince charming."Ashlynn said shocking Ever after except the duelists.
"But how can you be a royal and date Hunter?"Blondie asked.
"I don't know but if writting our own happily ever after means I can't be a royal then call me Ashlynn the rebel."Ashlynn said and she goes up to Hunter.
"I would like to give this to you Hunter if you'll have it."Ashlynn offered her true heart.
Hunter looked at her and said:"Of course."He hugged and the rest cheered for them.
Apple approached them and Ashlynn noticed her.
"Apple I'm so sorry I just had to do" She interrupted when Apple gave her true heart to her.
"Why are you giving this to me?"Ashlynn asked her.
"I might be worried about you, and I might think you're doing the wrong thing, but I want you to know that we'll always be friends, no matter what. That's what's in my true heart."
"Thanks Apple you're the best." Ashlynn said.
"This is literally the best day ever."Hunter said and he hugged Ashlynn.
Ryu was looking at his and Syrus asked:"Who are you going to give yours?"
"I don't know, I'll guess I'll keep it until the right time."Ryu puts it away and walks off.
Apple and Ryu went to the middle by accident and she got surprised.
"You know, you made the right but I saw your not completly accepting, so I'll give you a chance."He said making her smile."See ya."He walks away.
"Bye."Apple waves at him.
He then goes to hang out with Maddie and Raven.
"Say where is Duke?"Raven asked.
"He went to deal with a certain swan."He said making them curious.
"Oh really, well I hope he's alright."Maddie said.
"He said theres another one the next year, he has some important business now."Ryu said and they enjoyed the rest of the day together and they notice a couple of the others having fun.
Reiji was sitting at a table reading a book with Ginger holding her true heart."One day."
Some of the girls that liked Ryu were thinking of giving they'res to him but they wanted to wait for the right time too.
Note:Heres the second part, also instead of a normal duel we got the first secondary type of duels being Dungeon Dice Monsters since Duke made the game, also this is my first time doing the game.
