Chapter 2 the reason
I don't own One Piece or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Mr 5 and Valentine looked at Shadow and 5 said:"So you want us to join your crew."
"Of course."Shadow said.
Miss Valentine laughed."Why should we join a pirate?"
"Well Mikita."he said shocking them."Yes I know your name, like your partner is Gem and Goldenweek is Marianne, now the reason is your boss only sees you as tools, plus I can see so much potential in you, to become better people and show the world who we are."Shadow said.
They stare at him and Gem said:"Okay, you know our names, but how did you know?"
"She told me."he points at Marianne.
"Hey!"Mikita glares at her but she was having tea.
"Now now, we will be going to Arabasta soon, but we will have to avoid your other teammates and the straw hat."Shadow said.
"But what is your goal that you need us, is it just One Piece and becoming King of the pirates?"Gem asked.
"Not a bad guess, of course I'll go after it but there's something else in also looking for."Shadow said making them interested."Long ago a item from space it self crash landed on Earth, it sent off a strange energy around the area changing the island it was in, the box was known as Pandora and it has the ability to grant power and your true desire."
"So your after this box."Mikita said.
"Bingo!"He points at her."All we have to do first I find the box and take it with us, then one piece is next, congratulations everyone."He claps his hands.
"But we didn't do anything yet."Gem said.
"I know."Shadow said.
"But how do you know it's even real?"Mikita said.
"Simple it was once found by the pirate king himself."That shocked all of them."Yes, but he hid it somewhere else because it was very special so it's away from where his treasure is, I have a clue since I once read a Poneglyph."
"Poneglyph!"Gem said."As in one of the ancient scripts of the world."
"Yup, the Poneglyph I found told me a story where there's a unique one that isn't like the others in the world, the Pandora Poneglyph which is a green one that will tell us exactly where it is, one that was made by the Pirate king's own crew member."Shadow said.
"I see, so where do we find this one?"Gem said.
"It's in the new world."Shadow said.
There was a silence before the duo screamed:"What?!"
"The new world, we will never reach there."Mikita said.
"Not alone, but if we recruit more members with unique abilities then we will find it."Shadow said.
"But why the mask?"Mikita said.
"Simple, those that don't see my face outside of the crew means I'll be able to walk around freely, because my identity secret is also power."He said and they got amazed.
"So can we see your face?"Mikita goes up to him.
"After the little rat is gone."He said making them confused.
They looked up and saw a woman sitting at the railing of the floor above.
"Miss All Sunday!"The three said.
She smirks at them and said:"So all three of you have decided to become pirates, well that makes you all traitors, but."she looks at Shadow."You managed to find a poneglyph, but did you really read it correctly, since I am the only one that can."
He chuckles and said:"Well these eyes of mine can tell much better than you'll ever do."
"I see, well then, I'm interested to see where this poneglyph is."She said.
"Like you'll ever find it, it's in a secret area, both of them are, you'll never find Pandora."Shadow said.
"Well then, your the second crew I met that has caught my interest."She then jumps out of the boat and they saw her landing on a smaller one going off.
"This is bad."Gem said.
"Why did you let her go, she could be finding that poneglyph that tells you where the other one is."Mikita said.
"But captain already has it."Marianne said.
"Huh?"the duo said.
"Idiot, I brought it with me."he said and he goes up to a door to open it revealing a set of stairs."Follow me."they went down.
They reached a purple room with glowing lights and there in the middle of it was the poneglyph.
"Wait so it was here all this time."Gem said.
"Of course, only a idiot would allow it to stay in the same spot, I need it with me so I can find it, she thinks she special but my eyes are able to read it perfectly."He turns at them."This is the new step, for."He takes off the hood and mask making the girls surprised."Of the shadow crew."his face was that if Squall Leonhart."You maybe know me as Leo."
Mikita and Marianne blushed at his face making Gem facepalm at they're reaction.
"Now let us begin."Leo said.
Note:Here's the reason for Leo's reason, he wants to be King of the pirates but he wants Pandora the most, the box he's finding is in the new world so he will need all the help he can get.
