After finding a cat with a crescent moon on its forehead, Don McGarrett and Usagi Tsukino learn of a lost kingdom on the moon. However, Don's job as a federal agent also became involved after Usagi's parents were murdered. This is the story of the Sailor Guardians, and how they became federal agents.
