The zombie apocalypse has started and a girl is kidnapped and taken to Umbrella. With a new, experimented version of the Plaga in her, the girl suddenly finds herself being tracked down by Umbrella after her great escape with the help of B.O.W's under her Plaga's control. Now she must fight for her life and escape Wesker's hands, and even try and keep her new B.O.W friends alive.
