'Is having a boyfriend so much fun?' Nejire Hado was asking herself this for some time now. Mirio was dating Kaoruku, Tamaki was dating Yuuyu, Ryuko was dating Rumi, even Ochako was dating Tsuyu.
'They have so much fun with their partners that sometimes they even forget that I am there.' She pouted a little thinking about how sometimes Tamaki and Yuuyu feed each other only for later they remember she was still there.
Mirio asked her to go with him to the mall to have fun only to ask her advice of a present for Kaoruko's birthday. She helped anyway, she likes to make people happy.
Everyone around her was dating someone, but no one even tried to approach her, she was scary because she was part of the big three? People were intimidated because she won the Beauty Pageant? People were annoyed by her endless questions?
She was indeed a curious person, almost everyone started to ignore her when she started asking things about them that got her attention.
If dating is so much fun, how she makes someone ask her out? Nejire has no idea how to flirt, sure she was confident in her appearance. Big boobs with a great ass according to Yuuyu, her long blue hair with big curious eyes that Ryuko said look like the stars at night.
She was called cute many times, but people often forget she is 20 years old, she isn't a kid anymore, sure she loves to watch cartoons and eat candy, but she was a hero in training, she deserves to relax.
People liked her dress in the Beauty Pageant, but that was something out of her style, she likes loose clothes so she could relax lazily on her couch. Was that the problem? Because she doesn't act all mature like Midnight?
While Nejire thought of reasons why she was still single and if dating was as good as her friends made appear, she didn't watch where she was going and bumped into someone carrying boxes.
"Ouch! Sorry about that, are you okay?" She asked and finally saw who she bumped into."Midoriya?"
The problem child of class 1-A and her kouhai, Izuku Midoriya was there rubbing his butt since he did fall on it.
"Hado-senpai? Sorry for bumping into you, it wasn't on purpose!" He started bowing fast and apologize to her.
"It's okay, I was distracted!" She then looks down at the boxes that dropped the papers on the ground and decided to help him gather them.
"Thank you senpai! Aizawa-sensei asked me to deliver those to Cementoss." He then notices her eyes were distant and his hero instincts make him act. "Are you okay?"
"Hm? Yeah, just thinking about..." She then looks at him and got an idea. "Hey, Midoriya?"
"Yes?" He looks to her big eyes curious and sees a huge smile spreading on her face.
"Have you dated anyone?" She could swear she saw his eyes get a blue screen before restarting his brain.
"D-D-D-Date? Like date a girl? Why would you want to know that senpai? is this some kind of weird dream?" Izuku then started to mumble about what reason Nejire could have to ask him that.
'Cute' She thinks while looking at her Kouhai. "So? Have you dated anyone?"
He then snaps out of his mumble trance."Huh? No, I haven't! Why?"
"Are you listening? Everyone is acting like a date is super awesome, when we go out, they always bring their girlfriends/boyfriends so I just sit there and see them flirting all the time." She started saying and Izuku understand how she feels, Ochako have been distant since she started dating Tsuyu and Kacchan have toned down since he started dating Camie.
"Is that why you are distracted Hado-senpai?" He asked looking to the female of the big three.
"Yeah, I want to know if dating is really as much fun as it looks." She answers looking at him and notice a small blush on his face.
"I am sorry, but I have no idea about it since I have never been on a date before." He answers with a little shame while picking the boxes and preparing to leave, only to Nejire grab one and start float beside him.
"I will help you carry those, that way we can keep talking." She goes floating while he walks.
"Thank you Hado-senpai!" He smiles at her, a little embarrassed by having her helping him.
They walked chatting about hero work, school projects, and friends. At some point, the topic went to quirks and for every question Nejire has, Izuku has at least two theories. That was something she wasn't expecting, someone being able to keep up with her.
They arrived at the Teachers office and gave the boxes to Cementoss as Aizawa asked.
Izuku starts walking to the lockers to grab his things to go home, but Nejire was still following him.
"Hado-senpai? W-W-Why are you still following me?" He was a little nervous, worried if he was being rude to his senpai.
"Oh? Because you are fun to be around. Mirio and Ochako always said that, but this is the first time we talk just the two of us!" Her smile made his heart beat a little faster and his cheeks get a tone of red.
"T-T-Thanks, you are fun to be around too senpai!" He was glad she didn't think he was rude.
They were in a comfortable silence walking to the lockers, Izuku got his stuff and they walked to the school gate, some students saw the two together and thought it was weird, usually, one mutual friend was there with them, like Mirio or Ochako.
"How about we go eat something senpai? I still want to ask you more about your quirk." He was starting to stutter less around her, she was making him feel comfortable in such a short time.
"I know just the place, I want a big Hamburger with fries and a strawberry sundae!" She was having such a good time that she didn't want to part soon.
"Sounds good, I will eat it too." His answer was a little more animated, he was having fun with his senpai and he didn't want to stop any time soon.
"Then let's go!" She grabbed his hand excitedly and walked with him to a place she hasn't gone without some couple at her side in a while.
They sit and tell the waitress their orders, Izuku kept asking about her quirk and even said some ideas he thought could help her. Nejire was listening to him with great interest, he was not only answering her questions, but he has some himself that she hadn't even thought about it.
"Thanks for telling me about your quirk Hado-senpai, you were the last one to complete my book." He finished writing and closed his notebook.
"Oh? So you let the best to the end?" She asked teasing him and she got happy that he got red so easily. "I am just kidding!"
"Please don't bully me Hado-Senpai!" He said with fake sadness, both laughed at each other.
"Here's your order!" The waitress brought their food and Nejire eyes were bright like real stars.
"I really love this!" She was really happy to be able to eat without worrying about seeing someone making out on the other side.
"Your girlfriend is really excited." The waitress smiled at the reaction.
"S-S-She isn't my g-g-g-girlfriend!" Izuku starts to stutter embarrassed by what she said.
"Really? You look like such a cute couple! Sorry about that." She said a little embarrassed by her mistake.
While Izuku was embarrassed, Nejire was looking at him with interest.' That's it, I can ask him to help me find out.' She got an idea while taking a bite of her hamburger.
After the waitress left, Nejire started to think about how much fun they had and how much they could understand each other in such a short time.
"Hey, Midoriya?" She sees him eating some fries while looking at her.
"Hm?" He was relieved to hear her talking since she went quiet after the waitress left.
"How about we discover if dating is fun with each other?" She the see him choking on his fries.
She gives him some water and he drinks like a man that was in the desert.
"W-W-What you mean Hado-senpai?" He asked completely red from embarrassment.
"We could do things like couples and see if it really is as fun as people say." She said as if it was obvious.
"B-B-But we aren't dating?" He wasn't expecting this.
"Then we can start dating each other and see what happens, what you say?" Her eyes were full of excitement, curiosity, and slight worry about the possibility of rejection.
"Dating senpai? She is indeed beautiful, her quirk is powerful, she likes..." He then goes mumbling again and she just laughs at that. His reaction is exactly what she expected.
"You can say no if you don't want it." This was too sudden and they weren't so close to the point to say they love each other, but they got along pretty well.
"Y-Y-Yes, I-I-I-I would like that." He finally said while looking at his hands on his lap.
"Really? You really, really mean it?" She asked getting on the table giving him a small glimpse of her cleavage.
"Y-Y-Yeah, we can discover together. I may need to read some guides about dating to be sure we are doing right." His nerd side was already planning to study how to date.
"Good idea, I will study too, I have so many questions about date places, how long a date should be? Is kissing on the first date too fast?" She started asking thousands of questions to the poor boy who tried to answer all of them.
After eating and paying (Izuku insisted on paying since he said he should do it like a man) they went back to the dorms and Izuku decided to accompany Nejire to her dorms.
"I guess I will see you tomorrow Hado-senpai." He was still too embarrassed to look at her.
She then got an idea of how to cheer him, she went and kissed his cheek.
"See you tomorrow, Izuku!" She then turns around and enters her dorm flying while Izuku was frozen in place.
"S-S-S-S-S-She k-k-k-k-k-k-kissed me! A girl kissed me!" His body moved on automatic while he reviews his afternoon multiple times on his head.
He went from taking paper to the teacher's office to dating his senpai in 3 hours. He got to his room and the first thing he did was get to his laptop to start searching guides to date.
'Dorksand Dating! That's it, I hope this goes well.' He was reading the guide without knowing a certain girl with blue hair was reading the exact same guide.
Those two will cause cavities to their friends, sorry if it is too short, but this is just a side project for now.
