The scene showed the Hulk, still holding onto an unconscious Betty, just arriving on a forest, the rain from earlier seemingly following the pair. He made it to a nearby canyon, where he then found a small cave free from the rain and set her down gently.

Worried for her, he inched closer to her so as to get a better look at her, hoping that there was something that he could do.

Almost as if in response to his presence, Betty began to stir, and once she awoke she was greeted to the sight of the Hulk's mug. Surprised by the sudden proximity, she freaked out and slapped him away, causing him to hit his head on the top of the cave. He just walked out with his hand on the bump while the other went to his hip and let out a sigh while looking to the distance.

"While it is sweet that he's worried about her, it's only natural for her to react that way if someone or something being that close to her face ends up being the first thing she see's after waking up." was Glynda's sage like comment, which got a nod of agreement from all of the girls in the audience, and even from Ozpin[1].

After getting over her surprise and calming down a bit, she then remembered who it was that was with her, "Bruce?" This got the Hulk's attention as he peeked inside to look at her. He slowly made his way inside while making sure that he wouldn't scare her again, "Bruce?"

Before he even got a chance to answer her, a lightning bolt struck a bit close, startling him. He left the cave and shugged a big boulder out into the distance before roaring to the heavens as though in challenge, all the while he kept gesturing to Betty to stay back.

The more 'sensitive' of he group were caught off guard by the lightning and clung to their respective partners, after they've calmed down and saw the Hulk's reaction, "I know that you're worried about her, and the lightning was scary, but I still think that you're over reacting a bit." said Ruby.

"As much as I agree with you, Miss Rose, you have to understand that he can't help it. As we've clearly seen, once transformed, Banner, or rather the Hulk, becomes more emotionally sensitive to what's around him. Reacting like that to a lightning bolt striking close seems par for the course." Ozpin explained.

After a while, she spoke to him, trying to calm him down, "It's okay, it's okay." Her voice seemingly all it took for it to work.

Once it looked like she had succeeded, she led him back into the cave. Once inside, the two sat down and just stayed there in each other's presence, and while Betty appeared to suffer from a bit of cold the Hulk looked completely unaffected.

The camera zoomed out with Betty these last words of reassurance, "We're okay. It's just the rain." All the Hulk could give for a response was a sigh.

"Well talk about Beauty and the Beast, am I right?" Vein commented.

This got everyone's attention, "Beauty and what?" was Jaune's eloquent reply.

Katana answered, "A fairy tale from our world about a man cursed to become a beast and the only way to break the curse is by having a girl love him from the bottom of her heart."

Before they could ask for further details, Vein interrupted, "As much as I want to remember that story," he then glared at the guys, "and I do, don't question it," he returned to normal, "I'm afraid that we're a bit pressed for time, so you'll just have to wait till later."

With his piece said, they all returned to the screen.

The scene changed to what appears to be a military hospital, were Ross had just walked in while in the company of one of the doctors.

"Will he ever walk again?" he asked the doctor.

"He's alive?!" Everyone cried out.

"I-impossible. With that kick directly into a tree, his organs should've been absolutely pulverized. To keep him alive after that... that Serum is incredible." Winter said in awe.

"But don't forget what the cost could be." Blake reminded Winter, who nodded in agreement.

The doctor answered, "Most of the bones in his body look like crushed gravel right now." He then opened the curtains to show Ross the man they were talking about. "I will say this for him. He's got a heart like a machine. Never seen anything like it outside of a racehorse."

"That poor horsey." Nora said sadly.

"And what about the soldier laying there with his skeleton reduced to gravel?" Ironwood asked, a bit upset about the girl's lack of concern for a soldier.

"Eh. He knew what he was getting into this time." Nora dismissed.

Ironwood growled at this, but Qrow put a hand on his shoulder. "Easy, Jimmy. You gotta admit, he kind of asked for that. He just stood there and let the Hulk kick him like that." He defended Nora and he reasonings. Ironwood sighed at this, but nodded and realized Qrow had a point.

Ross' only response to the sight was what could at best be described as a mix between a sigh and a scoff. He then approached the man on the bed, who (thanks to a POV change) was then revealed to be one Emil Blonsky. The man in question was so heavily injured that it looked like the machine he was hooked-up to was the only thing keeping him alive.

Ross just gave him a once-over before nodding to himself and then turning around to leave.

Had he stayed, however, he would've noticed Blonsky's hand twitch before closing into a fist. The last thing showed before the scene changed, was Blonsky snapping one of his eyes open.

"Oh, come on! Not even aura should let someone recover from something like that!" Jaune complained.

"Indeed. Otherwise, my father would still be able to walk to this day." Penny said. She wasn't built before Pietro lost his ability to walk, but she did know he once could and wished it was possible for him to do so again.

"This raises the important question, though: is the serum functioning as it should, or mutating dangerously to allow him to come back from something he never should have?" Ozpin said, as he remembered they had to be cautious with Blonsky at first in case he showed any side effects.

Betty had just groggily woken up before snapping completely awake in shocked realization that she was just on top of Bruce, who had somehow changed back sometime last night. After getting her thoughts back together, she then proceeded to give him the jacket she was using to give him some cover.

"Aww, it was looking like it was about to get good." Coco complained.

"Coco!" Velvet chastised.

She was then seen coming out of an office, as she made her way back to Bruce, it was revealed that they were in a Motel complex. Once inside their room, Bruce took a shower, but in the middle of said shower, he had yet another flashback of the fight causing him to panic and huddle down on the tub.

"How on Remnant did they get to a Motel!? They were likely miles from the nearest city!" Weiss cried out in disbelief.

"Not to mention, how they were able to do so without alerting the military, as they surely must still be patrolling the area and looking for Bruce." Ren added.

"They must have woken up sometime after she gave him the coat and they made it to this Motel. As for the military, it still wouldn't be hard to disguise Bruce. He's gone places they should easily recognize him with little more than a hat on." Pyrrha deduced, briefly putting on her detective mustache.

"I'm more worried about those 'flashbacks' he seems to keep having.", Ren decided to add in his worries, though it seemed like he wasn't the only one

Getting worried about the flashbacks, the students decided to ask, "Um, Katana, Vein, what's with those flashbacks?" Yang was the one who decided to bite the bullet.

It was Vein who decided to answer, "Well, you know how, even when transformed, Bruce and the Hulk are essentially one-in-the same, right?" the others nodded, "Well, think of it like being stuck between a normal and lucid dream."

He then went on to elaborate, "In a normal dream, you experience things that you'll later forget upon awakening, but in a lucid dream you're both aware and, in certain cases, in control of what happens. As such, you could say that the transformation is similar to going to sleep, with Bruce dreaming about what the Hulk's up to and, unfortunately, upon waking up only the most intense and impactful of experiences end up being the ones he remembers."

Despite now knowing why he was getting them, the audience still couldn't help but feel worried about him.

The scene then shows Betty just as she was returning from shopping, while Bruce could be heard heaving in the background. Getting worried, she approaches the bathroom after setting down the bags. "Bruce?"

He steps out of the bathroom, hair a wet mess and a toothbrush in his mouth. "Oh, hi."

Worried for him, she asked, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah. Yeah, actually I feel a lot better."

"Good."

"Thank goodness." Ruby said.

"Oh, yes. I almost forgot he swallowed the drive, so... regurgitating it would be BY FAR the best way to retrieve it." Ironwood said, shuddering at the thought of the two alternatives.

"I just had to get my data back." He explained as he showed her the very drive that he had swallowed during the attack.

Betty made a face that was half-confused and half-perplexed, "You ate it?"

To that Bruce simply answered, "Well, you know..." He then finished with a bit of a joking smile, "...the circumstances called for a little improvisation."

"Wow" was all she could say.

"I'd call it a bit more than A LITTLE improvisation." Blake said.

"Yeah. He really bit off more than he could chew there!" Yang said, to which everyone groaned.

She then went on to the bags, "Okay, so they didn't have a great selection but I got you a few options." She dumped the contents, revealing them to be clothes, she picked up a box and threw it to him, "First things first."

He caught and inspected it, revealing it to be a monitor watch, like the one he lost in Rio, "Oh, you're kidding me."

She smiled as he put it on, before later tossing him something else, which was revealed to be a pair of purple stretch-pants, he responded with a look.

"What?"

"No." he tossed them back.

"They were the stretchiest pair." she defended.

"I'll take my chances."

Katana and Vein laughed at this. "Is something wrong, Katana? Vein?" Glynda asked.

"It's a joke. The Hulk's classic appearance always has him wearing purple pants, so he's basically saying, I'm not taking the classic look." Katana explained.

"A bold move, considering many fans hate it when you change things and rub the changes in their face, but I say this worked well." Vein added.

The scene changed to Ross sitting in a darkened war room, staring into the distance with a lit cigar in his mouth.

His assistant, Sparr, came in with a small folder, "That's from Quantico. They're getting Blanked. The academic language in the published stuff could be three dozen off our list. And we haven't even got samples for three dozen more." she finished her report.

Sensing the incoming question, the military men quickly explained, "They're probably looking for Mr. Blue, however, due to the amount of papers, both research and names, it is taking quite the amount of time to track him down." Ironwood explained with a shudder, remembering the many papers he had to look through for both investigating into wanted individuals and looking for someone to work with the military on some of their projects.

Satisfied, they went back to the screen, along with glaring at the General.

After a moment of silence, Ross started talking, "You keep seeing it in your mind, don't you?" he asked her.

After a while, and knowing what he was talking about, she responded, "Yes."

"Did it shake you up?" he asked off-screen, then chuckled, "And then when it did, makes you kneel." he said before going to his Cigar.

"It's only natural that she would be shaken up, we see things similar to that everyday and we still get shaken up every now and then." Pyrrha commented, something that just about everyone, even Katana and Vein, couldn't help but give a nod in agreement.

"It was..." she tried to get her thoughts in order, "...outside my training. An enemy has an agenda, and we fight to block it." She stopped to once again get her thoughts in order, "But that... it had no agenda."

Weiss scoffed, "Of course it had no agenda, no offence to Banner, but that was a hulking green rage monster rampaging just to look for a way out." She then sunk into the couch and huffed wit her arms crossed, "If that didn't look like someone without an agenda other than escaping, then I don't know what it was." She grumbled while calling the people on the screen idiots.

"All he wanted was to be left alone, had they not engaged him then a fight wouldn't have broken out." Blake added her two lien, both sad at what Bruce had to go through and angry at what Ross has been doing.

Ironwood just sighed, "Again, as much as I would like to agree with you, Miss Belladonna, I'm afraid that it just isn't possible." He then glared at the man who seems to keep brazenly abusing his authority, "So long as that man remains at the top of the military ranks, then the soldiers will have no other choice than to obey his orders."

This in turn got everyone to glare at the on-screen General, many of which hoping that he would get his just deserts.

After inhaling a puff of smoke, he began, "Major, a great writer once said, 'There are clefts in the rock where we see the back-part of God, and tremble.' There's no training for what you say out there, because it's not a... an enemy that confronts us, it's a new power. Let loose through a crack in the cliff of 'Nature's Mystery'." She just stood there, listening to his speech, not saying a word. "And how many times do you think that's happened in all of human history? Fire, the splitting of the atom. The universe unveils a secret, and people recoil; cowering in fear and awe."

"And then comes the person who stops trembling. Who steps forward. To face the flame and seizes the burning stick and says: This will ride and master and use." he continued, while moving his other arm for emphasis. "And civilization's history is written by those men."

He then turned to face her while taking in another puff, "Major, we've glimpsed the back-part of God." he began, "And for our nation, and for our way of life I intend to put a harness around it. And history will say that here, at this moment, we confronted our fear!"

"Okay, I'm sorry, THE FUCK?!" Yang roared, her eyes red and burning with rage.

"You CAN NOT be serious!" Glynda screeched.

"Are you actually saying that all of this death and destruction, all the lives wasted, all of these losses in both equipment and personnel..." Weiss began.

"...Was all just to satisfy a GOD-COMPLEX?!" Blake finished.

"UNACCEPTABLE! Not only are you wasting military recourses for the sake of a personal grudge, but also to satisfy a madman's dream that can never come true!? Send me there, RIGHT NOW, so that I may shoot him!" Ironwood roared, what little patience he had for Ross completely gone.

"Forgive my rudeness and breach of protocol sir, but GET IN LINE!" exclaimed Winter, who was also enraged with Ross.[2]

"You took the words right out of my mouth." Qrow got out.

But before anything else could be said, "CRACK, SHATTER!", they were all caught off guard by the sound of something breaking. Looking back, they were all surprised to see that it was none other than Ozpin, who in his hands used to be a mug of coffee that he usually wasn't seen without. The thing that really took them by surprise was the fact that his face was twisted into an enraged scowl, one that neither of them, even Glynda (who spends much of her time by his side), has ever seen on him for as long as they have known him.

To say that it spooked them would be and understatement, "P-Professor Ozpin?" Ruby squeaked out, getting the man to snap from whatever trance he was in.

"Forgive me children, it's just that..." he began to apologize, but he couldn't finish the thought.

"There's no need to apologize Oz, we understand." Katana assured him, and then went to continue to glare at the general on the screen, "No matter how many times you see it, or even when you know it's coming, it is scenes like this that are bound to extract some form of reaction from the audience."

Despite her words, Ozpin couldn't help but feel ashamed, and embarrassed, that he had snapped like that. He was usually more in check of his emotions than this.

"If it makes you feel better, I had to deal with a similar asshole myself." Vein got out, getting the attention of everyone in the room.

"Really?" Jaune asked, to which he got a nod.

Hesitantly raising a shaking hand, Velvet timidly asked, "May I ask what happened to him?"

"You don't have to be nervous little bunny." he reassured her while slipping in a small joke to make her blush, he then turned serious, "As for your question, the guy was a more 'the ends justify the means' kind of mad-scientist. Don't worry though, he was taken care of, I can assure you."

Noticing the sharp tone he used, they decided to continue with the movie, all the while Katana gave him a sympathetic glance.[3]

She never once took her eyes away from him, listening to his speech from start to finish.

"You're a good soldier Cabot, if you want to go back the rabbit hole, you go with nothing but my thanks." He told/reassured her.

After a moment of contemplation, she finally spoke, "I'd just be staring at the window, wondering who was screwing it up in my place."

Taking that as her answer to stay, "Alright then." Ross simply conceded with her decision, taking one last puff of smoke before the screen changed scenes.

"I guess it was nice of him to at least give her an out." Ruby got out.

"Indeed, miss Rose." Ozpin managed, now calmer after his little episode, "While I cannot condone him for his actions, I'll at least say that he did the right thing here."

"Uh, what do you mean?" Jaune, the ever clueless, asked for clarification.

It was Ironwood, who had also calmed down from his Triade against Ross, who answered, "What he means is, that while Ross himself can't seem to be able to leave this alone, he at least has enough self-awareness to recognize that he was dragging his, for lack of a better term, partner into a situation from which there's no going back from and could lead to serious repercussions, both to her health and/or to her career."

Winter then decided to finish, seeing where her superior was going with this, "Which is why he had offered her a way out. He knows that, should this fail, and I hope it does, then he and all those working with his will face the consequences for their actions. As such, he was trying to spare her from the eventual fallout of this path he had set for himself."

"However, like a true soldier, she has accepted this mission and has made it her duty to see it through to the very end. Consequences be damned." Vein got out, somberly remembering when he was a soldier fighting for the future of his people.

"Indeed, such a shame that a brilliant soldier like her has gotten mixed in with people like Ross." Ozpin agreed somberly, remembering when he too was once a soldier.

The scene went back to the Motel as its lights were being turned on for the night.

Inside their room, Betty was seen giving Bruce a much needed haircut, "Take short back there, okay?" he requested.

She just laughed, "I have done this before, you know."

Many of the girls were awed by the touching scene, some of them even cooed, while the guys just remained silent, not seeing what the big was.

After she was done, she played around with his hair a bit. As she kept running her fingers through his recently trimmed locks, the atmosphere became more somber, "I don't know how you've done this on your own for all this time."

"With clippers, usually." he answered, getting her to laugh a bit and even playfully pull on his ear.

Her smile faded away as the atmosphere got somber again. She then hugged him from behind, while giving him a few kisses on the side of his face.

Facing each other, the two of them then began a passionate make-out session, as if they wanted to make-up for all of those years that they've been apart from one another.

It was then, that many in the audience began to turn red at the sudden change in atmosphere. Yang and Qrow covered Ruby's eyes while Winter did the same for Weiss, much to their indignation. Pyrrha and Nora covered Jaune and Ren's eyes respectively, Ironwood made sure to keep Penny from seeing this as well despite her confusion, he wasn't going to get killed by professor Polendina due to him letting his 'daughter' learning about the 'Birds and the Bees' earlier than intended.

The only ones who weren't averting their eye were the hosts, who knew how this would end, and Coco, Velvet (who used her hands while peeking through her fingers) and Blake, who was now sporting a lewd smirk with her eras twitching and trying to get a closer look, only to get dragged back once again by Katana via the edge of her pants.

When they got on the bed, just as things were looking to be escalating, Bruce's new monitor started going off, signaling that he was reaching the 'danger-zone'.

With great reluctance, and a small sigh, he stopped things before they went too far, "Wait, wait, wait."

"What?"

"We can't do this."

"It's okay, I want to." She tried to reassure him.

"Yes! Do it! She's giving you the ok!" Blake got out a bit eagerly, earning her a small, bright faced glare from the others trying to protect the purity of the younger folk.

He just shook his head. "No. I can't", just as the beeping calmed down he then elaborated, "I can't get too excited."

After a moment, she asked, "Not even a little excited?"

His groan all but confirmed it as he fell into her chest. "It's okay." she tried to placate him.

The room was silent after that, no one said a thing, but for those who knew what they were talking about, it might as well be like a death sentence.

"Please tell me that I heard them wrong." Qrow pleaded, despite already knowing the answer, he wanted a second opinion, desperately hoping that he had heard wrong.

"I'm afraid that you did." Ironwood answered, equally appalled by what he had heard as well.

Ozpin looked down with sympathy, "That poor man."

None were more devastated than Blake, just as she was about to see some refined art(smut) she was then kept from it with the revelation of just how much Bruce has to suffer because of his curse. Unable to love or even enjoy one of life's greatest pleasures, all because of What Ross did to him. A sentiment shared by many others who couldn't help but hate the man more.[4]

"Uh, what did he mean by 'too excited'?" They were all broken off of their mussing by Ruby's sudden question.

Like with the previous movie, Yang and Qrow answered immediately, "We'll tell you when you're older." This just got a pout from the Red Reaper.

"When you're older." Winter answered before Weiss could even ask and she, along with Ruby, just pouted at being babied by her sister.

The scene changes to a TV on the news reporting about the attack on the university. "Rumors continue to swirl about a violent clash between forces of the U.S. Military and an unknown adversary on the campus of Culver University earlier today."

The report continued in the background revealing Ross watching this from within the base's planning room, "Sophomores Jack McGee and Jim Wilson witnessed some of the battle."

"It was so big. It was like this huge, like, Hulk." Jim tried to explain.

"Yeah" Jack agreed with him.

"McGee, who happens to be a reporter for the campus paper captured this on his cell phone." parts of the battle were then shown on screen.

The camera then returned to the reporter, "Further search for the mysterious Hulk was postponed by powerful thunderstorms in the Smoky Mountain National Forest."

Ross breaks away from the TV just in time to see Cabot enter the room breathless, "Sir, it's Blonsky."

This got everyone worried, wondering what has happened to the soldier.

Back at the base's hospital ward, Cabot and Ross hustle down the hall, his face grim.

As they reached for the doors, Ross asked, "Has anybody found out if he has next of kin or family?"

"You can ask him yourself." was all he got from her.

When he entered the room, he was presented with a scene he was not expecting. Right there on the bed, doctors and nurses were working on a FULLY healed Blonsky. The man himself didn't look like he had just barely gotten out of a grinder, if anything he looked better than ever. "Sir?"

Everyone was shocked at this. "Impossible! Even with an increased ability to heal, such extensive injuries should still take WEEKS at minimum, if not MONTHS!" Penny cried out.

"Just how far does this Serum push a human past the norm? Surely, there must be a limit. The human body can only handle so much." Ozpin said in concern.

Saying nothing, Ross made his way towards the man, drinking in the sight of what could only be described as a miracle, Cabot staring in open awe with her mouth slightly agape.

After a while, Ross finally spoke, "Good to see you on your feet, soldier."

"Thank you, sir." Blonsky responded, never leaving the general out of his sight.

Ross took a quick, amazed glance at Cabot, before returning to Blonsky.

"I would be impressed, but it's also sad that Blonsky now seems to be just as obsessed with the Hulk as Ross now." Pyrrha said sadly.

"It's also sad that he likely only views Blonsky now as an asset for capturing the Hulk and, should he succeed, he'll likely be executed as a loose end or harvested for his tissue and such, like Ross wishes to do with the Hulk." Winter added.

After another short session of marveling at the miracle in front of his eyes, Ross finally asked, "How do you feel?"

Before the screen went dark, while giving the camera the most intense glare to date, Blonsky uttered one final sentence.

"Pissed off and ready for Round 3." He declared.

"Okay, we get it, you're awesome! But I think you're forgetting, you're still a ways off from Hulk!" Yang told the guy like he was crazy. Contrary to popular belief, she DID know when she was outmatched, like when she fought that ice cream girl on the train, or when sparring with her uncle.

"And he's getting angry. We already know what happens to Bruce when he gets angry..." Jaune said fearfully.

"Precisely. Getting angry is still the work of chemicals passing through your body. Perhaps the chemicals of anger triggers a possible change in the target." Ren added.

"So, any thoughts?" Katana asked.

"I didn't think it was possible, but Ross has somehow made me hate him even more." Qrow growled. A sentiment shared by everyone present.

"That man really doesn't deserve to be in a seat of power." Ozpin growled, still not over how Ross has essentially ruined a mans life just so that he could, as the man had so eloquently stated, become God. he was not one for violence, but even he agreed that the man deserved to have some 'private time' with the blowtorch.

"We all knew from the previous scene that he was bad, but this? He's dropped to a whole new low." Coco got out, something shared by all those around.

"As much as I want Ross to get what he deserves, I'm more worried about what's happening to Blonski." Velvet nervously got out.

"Same here, we already know that's what created the Hulk, who knows what that stuff will do to him." Jaune agreed, also worried about the soldier.

"Well we won't know until we see. Katana, play it." Yang quickly said.

Seeing as they didn't have any more to discuss, she started the next scene.

Sorry for being late, job hunting took out more time than I thought it would. On the bright side, now I can devote more time to the story, atleast for about half a week.

I also apologize if some of the scenes here appear a bit rushed, first day of work.

A/S

[1] As a reincarnator, Oz was bound to end up living life as a woman at SOME point.

[2] This reaction goes out to my friend, who's character will appear later down the line, Chainharte. Thanks for the idea man.

[3] For those who have the game or have watched the walkthroughs for Code Vein, you should know just who he was talking about.

[4] Yep, it's true, he has to blue ball himself or risk letting the Hulk out and ruin the moment. Sad... Ross is going to die.

Well, running on a thigh schedule, about to go to work. Will try to get more done sooner. Poll is open till next week. I'll see you all later.

This is Vein Bloodborne, signing off.
