AN: Hey back with chapter two and this one is much longer than the first chapter. I felt very dissatisfied with the first chapter with how short it was so I will eventually go back and edit it by adding some things because it's very awful compared to this one.

Yagi Toshinori was currently sitting in Nedzu's office, a day had passed at this point and his successor Midorya Izuku was currently home with his mother. He had wanted to comfort the boy but he knew Izuku needed time to come to terms with what happened. He stared at the rat in front of him, his usual smile gone, this was serious and he wasn't in the mood to be friendly towards Nedzu mostly because he already knew how this meeting would end. "Am I to assume you won't be rectifying Aizawa's decision on expelling Midoriya?" His tone was flat and to the point, there wouldn't be any reason to beat around the bush

If it was anyone else in his position they would have most likely flinched at Yagi's flat tone, if one knew he was All Might they would most likely have to put it bluntly, shitting themselves. Though Nedzu was not anyone else, he was the principal of the school and while his ear slightly twitched he showed no other signs of being affected by the number 1 hero's tone "You assume correctly Yagi, Aizawa has full control over who he expels as does Kan, I will not go into it deeply but hero teachers have full control over who gets to stay in their class and who doesn't. Since Aizawa has already filled out the file there is nothing I can do. I could possible be able to get him into the general course" He returned the flat tone

Yagi felt rage boil up inside him but he kept a tight lid on it "Izuku is my successor, he had only recently gotten his quirk can't there be some sort of exception? He wouldn't be able to train his quirk in the general course and you know that." He explained in a slightly frustrated tone, Nedzu was smart but he wasn't human, he never had a full grasp on emotions.

Nedzu just shook his head "I am sorry but I can not make an exception even if All Might asked for it...Can I assume you won't be turning in your paperwork to be a teacher here?"

Yagi just nodded before standing up "You would assume correctly, I signed up for this school to teach my successor I can not stay if my successor is expelled. Please be sure that none of the teachers spill out my secret" Those were his final words before he walked out of the office making sure to close the door behind him. With that the number 1 hero pulled out his phone as he needed to make a few calls. If Midoriya couldn't become a hero at U.A then he'll just have to do other methods

Nedzu let out a sigh before shaking his head, that last comment didn't sit well. This was a disaster, the school had lost All Might, the media was going to have a field day when this got out, he would do his best to make sure it didn't but he doubted even he would be able to stop it. He knew some would have already let it out when they had gotten their holo tapes. It doesn't help that they lost out on raising a good hero, he knew Izuku Midoriya would be an amazing hero, perhaps better than even All Might. If he didn't have so much faith in All Might he would have been terrified this would have pushed the boy into becoming a villain "Aizawa I really hope you don't come to regret your decision, I feel this'll be a very dark year for us and your students."

Izuku was in the darkness of his room as he watched the video of his acceptance over and over, being told this was his journey to being a hero hurt every time because it felt like a lie, ge thought things would change once he had gotten a quirk, he thought he would have time to train and learn to make it his own power while learning to be a better hero but he wouldn't be able to because he was expelled just because he had hurt himself with a quirk he hadn't even had for 2 weeks. He wanted to cry but it felt like he was out of tears, he just felt so tired, he wondered when All Might would get here to come take one for all back, he doubted the man wanted a successor who was expelled on their first day of school.

A knock echoed throughout the dark room that was only being illuminated by the video's light but Izuku didn't look up from the video but he did stop it as he knew who was at the door. "Izuku, Honey? Umm A-All Might is here, he said he'd like to talk to you" His mom's muffled voice came from behind the door.

Izuku froze a bit before steeling himself, he had come to terms with this already, he knew All Might would want one for all back and he had spent the night getting himself ready for that. He slowly stood up before heading towards the door and opened it, being greeted with his mother's worried look, he tried to give her a reassuring smile as he walked with her towards the living room.

There in the kitchen was All Might who gave him a sad smile "Young Midoriya it is good to see you, come sit. Your mother as well I have some things to tell the both of you as well as ask."

Izuku nodded as he sat down across from his mentor with his mother sitting next to him. He took a deep breath before he stared at All Might who waited for the both of them to get situated before speaking " I have spoken to Nedzu and unfortunately it seems he can't do anything about you being expelled from the hero course but he did say he could possibly pull some strings to get you into the general course, you could then try to do well enough in the sports festival and be moved into the hero course" He proposed to the two but mostly Young Midoriya who had this defeated looked which didn't fit the boy.

" If I went into the general course class I wouldn't be able to train one for all would I?" Izuku pointed out the downside of going into that course and Inko flinched slightly at her son's tone, she could hear the shock, despair and anger in it. She didn't blame him though, the deal seemed to be a form of pity in her opinion. Something he should have been put into if they were just going to expel her baby outright. She had been quite shocked when All Might himself had come to her home yesterday with her defeated and broken son. She was told everything about what's been going on, she was told about one for all, told how he was injured but was told the person who had inflicted the injury was dead, she had let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding when she was told this.

Inko had done the best she could to cheer up her son but nothing worked, she wanted to go right up to that school and give the teacher a piece of her mind, she understood where he was coming from, if her baby had a quirk all his life and still injured himself she would have thought it was best he didn't be in the hero class at that time but the fact he had gotten the quirk the day of the exam and it was even updated as well, she remembered being told by him how he had manifested his quirk and became a 'late bloomer' Inko wondered if that teacher even read her baby's file since she was told he was all about logic and knew it would have been logical to have kept Izuku from using his quirk either by forbidding it or using his quirk to get his point across. He should have taken him to the side to talk about taking extra classes to use his quirk to a safe level but she digressed things couldn't be changed and the best she can do is support her son.

Izuku looked down at the table and thought the idea sounded great, amazing in fact if it was given to any other person. If they had a good quirk, they would have been able to try to prove their hero teacher wrong and show they deserved to be there, that they could be a hero. Izuku did want to do that though, he wanted to prove Eraserhead that he was wrong about him but taking that option was just rubbing salt into the wound, he didn't want to prove himself to the school, to the teacher that had expelled him before he truly had a chance to show he could be a good hero. No he didn't want to be seen or considered something U.A had done to make him into a great hero. He didn't want to be seen as someone who had been redeemed or disciplined by showing how good he handled his quirk. He didn't want to be seen as someone helpless or useless, he didn't want to be seen as a Deku. He would be a hero even if he had to give up one for all

All Might and Inko watched as the defeated look in Izuku's eyes started to change and brighten up, there was a fire in his eyes and determination though they both caught a hint of fear, for what reason neither knew. "I don't want to accept the deal, I-I want to be a hero without having to prove myself time and time again that I can do it. If it means I'll have to give up one for all then I will All Might, I just hope you can find someone who can meet your expectations" He said with determination but there was still a hint of sadness he reached up to pull a piece of his hair out but he was interrupted.

"Young Midoriya you will not be returning one for all, the quirk is yours now and I am not going to take it back just because you were expelled, I feel this is on me because I had sent you to there with a very old quirk but very powerful, I know for a fact that I myself contributed a large amount of power to one for all, stack that on top with the other users and it should have been more than obvious to me I should have given some kind of advice but no more young midoriya." He transformed into his buff form and starred his successor in the eyes with his ever present smile "I promise you as your mentor that I will be with you every step of the way in helping you master one for all as well as becoming a great hero. Izuku Midoriya, would you do me the great honor of becoming my APPRENTICE?!"

Inko's and Izuku's eyes widened at the question "BECOME WHAT!?!?"

To be continued?

AN: Just Kidding, here's the rest

All Might let go of his hero form at the two midoriya's shouts and he couldn't help but let out a laugh at their shocked expression

"I-is that even allowed? How would that even work? I'm still a high school student, I'm not even in a hero school so how would I be able to get a license to use my quirk?" Izuku rapidly fired question after question to his laughing mentor who was slowly calming down. Inko happy to see her son getting back to normal somewhat placed her hand on his arm and gave him a smile with her eyes filled with amusement " Izuku honey, let All Might talk, I'm as shocked and confused as you are but I'm sure he'll be able to explain everything"

Yagi had finally gotten his laughter under control as he smiled at the two "Please Mrs. Midoriya, you may call me Toshinori or Yagi whichever you prefer while I'm in this form, that goes to you as well Young Midoriya." He nodded to his successor and Inko who just nodded and returned the smile "In that case you may call me Inko, Yagi." Inko told kindly with Izuku nodding his head beside her "You can also call me Izuku All- I mean Mr.Yagi!"

"Thank you, Young Izuku, Inko. Now the question, firstly yes it is allowed young Izuku, before I became the symbol of peace people took on apprentice's to teach and pass their skills onto as hero's of course it wasn't as noticeable since there were hero schools and when I came around most just forgot about it since taking an apprentice made most have to focus their time on teaching their student on how to be a hero along with helping control their quirks. My own teacher even took me on as an apprentice for a while to just allow me to get ahead of the curve so to speak. Since I took to one for all right away I would need to learn how to gage how much power I was supposed to use. So after training in fake city's and dummy's in U.A she took me out to do some underground hero work. I was utterly horrible at being an underground hero but I did learn how much power to use to take down the common thug." He told while sadly reminiscing of how he would mess up an interrogation by appearing too goofy -His teacher's words not his- or hurt someone a bit too much because he lost concentration. He quickly shook his head to snap out of his memories, he still had some things to explain to his soon to be apprentice

"I'll need to fill out some paperwork for me to take you on as my apprentice and you will still need to take the provisional license exam to be fully allowed to use your quirk without me being around. You can sign up for online school since you will be needing a high school diploma. You'll be able to get your license, Izuku but that's something you won't have to worry about for a while. For now I have the basics of the plan we'll be doing, of course as long as you're okay with Izuku becoming my apprentice Inko" Yagi nodded to his successors mother, he wanted to include her into what her son may be doing since she knows about one for all she has a right to know what her son will be doing.

Izuku looked to his mom hoping she would allow him to do this, he was about to open his mouth but she beat him to the punch "I-I don't really want my son being hurt again, you were crushed Izuku when you were expelled and it looked like I had lost you, I don't want that to happen again. I know for a fact that if I say no I'll be hurting you this time and I don't want that. So I will allow Izuku to be your apprentice Yagi but I want to see the schedule you'll make so I know what he's doing. Also Izuku you need to make sure you don't fall behind in any of your classes alright?" She looked at her son who nodded happily and tears started to form as he hugged her tightly

"I promise you Mom that I won't fall behind and I promise you Mr. Yagi I won't make you regret this" He gave his mentor a grin who just returned it. Yagi stood up and walked over to Izuku and ruffled his hair "I will never come to regret making you my apprentice, now I was thinking that we go get some ice cream and then head to out to meet up with my teacher who taught me when my mentor who gave me one for all passed. If that's fine with you Ink-" he was interrupted by Inko waving her hand "It's alright with me Yagi, I'll be heading to U.A regardless to make sure I'll be getting the money I paid for Izuku to go there back and if I'm lucky have a little talk with a certain underground hero" She giggled at that last part causing a shiver to shoot down both Izuku and All Might's spine before laughing nervously.

Yagi quickly regained his composter and cleared his throat before he looked at his student "Now I believe we should be getting ice cream so let's go young Izuku" he told with a wide grin before walking towards the front door with Izuku right behind him.

At U.A Aizawa didn't do any better as he felt a sense of dread come upon him as he was in the teachers lounge not in his yellow sleeping bag like usual. Snipe was appointed the new hero course teacher and currently his class should be halfway done with the battle trials.

He was currently looking through the general course classes to see who would take the spot of his expelled student Izuku Midoriya. Most didn't interest him until he came across one named Shinso Hitoshi, it seems the purple haired boy had a brainwashing quirk and had applied for the hero course but it seems his quirk wasn't very well suited but it seems he had also applied to general course as back up? The kid was smart, Aizawa would make sure to keep an eye on him.

--

Izuku and Yagi had made it to an ice cream shop and both had gotten ice cream cones. Izuku had gotten an All Might theme while Yagi wanting to do the same had gotten mint chocolate chips ice cream, safe to say Izuku was very embarrassed by that though after a few minutes of eating his ice cream Izuku looked at his mentor "Hey Mr. Yagi? You said we would be meeting up with the person who taught you after your previous master had...passed. W-what is their name? Maybe I know them!"

Yagi choked on his ice cream when Izuku asked about his teacher, he hit his chest trying to get the ice cream to go down before looking at his successor with a nervous grin "Well yes you are correct, I said you would be meeting him though I doubt you'd know him but his name is Gran Torino"

In Hosu City a short grumpy old man with a cain in his right hand, a yellow cape along with yellow boats and gloves could be seen boarding a train which was heading to Roppongi district of Minato in Tokyo, it would take some time so the man would be sure to get as much rest as he could especially since he would be dealing with something unexpected "5 years huh? Seems I'll have to kick Toshi's ass for taking so long to contact me but at least he found a successor, I wonder what the kid will be like" He mumbled to himself before he closed his eyes as the train started to move on.

AN: Hey hope the story was acceptable and hopefully my little joke was a little funny even a bit corny. If it's not obivous I won't be using Deku as Izuku hero name, I don't really mind it but in this world his view on it hasn't been changed and with being expelled he see's it as a remainder he wasn't good enough.

Also anyone read the latest chapter of mha? it was so good, though I won't be talking about it as there may be others who don't read the manga and I don't want spoilers but I would like to hear other peoples thought's if you can do it in a non spoiler way then go for it.

Reason I brought it up is because I'm thinking of having Izuku unlock the pass users quirks quicker than canon, among other things like full cowl. I have my reasons as to why but basically this is my warning to you that Izuku will become op, most likely by the time of the summer training arc.

I will also now be working solely on the soulmate story so I can work on 2 one shots before going back to Apprentice. That's usually how I'll be scheduling my writing now but I don't how a schedule on when I post, I just do.

Anyway thoughts on this chapter, why you think Izuku will be getting control over one for all faster. Things I could improve upon, things you'd like to see more of?

An2: I'm so glad I caught those mistakes, would have made things a lot more confusing. Also to the person who asked will Izuku be interacting with some of his former class mates? Yes
