I'm starting this chapter to respond to a few reviews.
Overlord3: Honestly man I don't know, I don't really like mass harems as that involves fleshing out each and every character and their relationship with the MC. I however can assure you that I do plan to include Serafall, as well as the entire ORC. Any additions after that are purely up to whether I'm up for writing them or not, though if a character is requested enough I'll make the attempt to add them.
: Thanks for the help on the forum, I luckily found a way around the problems though. I have noticed the problem I have of putting too many commas in places. Thank you for blatantly pointing it out though, cause it caused me to look at the upcoming chapter for my Akame Ga Kill story and I noticed there were way too many commas in unnecessary places. About grammar and a beta reader, I personally don't wanna use a beta reader, but you pointing out my misuse of grammar is eye-opening and I'll be sure to review my chapters more before posting. Seriously thank you, it's nice to receive praise but constructive criticism like this will simply make things better for everyone.

Now with that being said let's jump right back into the story!
After the announcement made by the gauntlet, Issei was covered in dazzlingly red light. By the time it receded he was now donning a draconic-looking armor.
Issei quickly looked down at himself, "I look badass!"
[You've reached Balance Breaker, you're significantly stronger this way but be wary. This is your first time using it. It'll likely run out in ten minutes. Twenty if you conserve your energy. Also, don't think this means you'll win. He's still much stronger than you, if you want to win you need to make a plan of action beforehand.].
"I got it Ddraig! I won't rush in haphazardly."
Raiser looked on in silent amazement. "If Raiser wants to win Raiser has to push his advantage NOW!"
Raiser quickly charged at the young man in front of him flinging fireball after fireball towards him, "That's a powerful armor you have, but Raiser will still be going home with his Rias."
Issei quickly dodged as many of the fireballs possible but one still managed to graze by his chest, "She's not your Rias!" He yelled before charging at the man. "I have no way of stopping his regeneration. If I want to win I need to do it with a move that has enough power to essentially erase him. Ddraig, boost me."
[BOOST![BOOST![BOOST![BOOST![BOOST![BOOST!].
Issei got in close with the man and they exchanged blows. Issei quickly threw a punch to Raiser's abdomen but was blocked, he then flung his left fist into the older man's kidney. Raiser wasn't just taking a beating though after each of Issei's strikes he either blocked or parried and quickly returned his hits with ones of his own.
[Your Balance Breaker is going to drop in about two minutes. Whatever your plan is you need to execute it now!].
[BOOST![BOOST![BOOST![BOOST![BOOST![BOOST![BOOST![BOOST!].
"That should do it!" Issei jumped back from his opponent and a ball of green energy appeared in front of his left fist.
Raiser backed up warily, he could tell this attack was all of the boy's power. He needed to dodge or make a defense as soon as possible.
"Dragon..."
Issei's fist came rocketing forward as he punched the ball.
"SHOT!"
The beam of energy quickly flew at Raiser, "If Raiser gets hit his healing won't kick in fast enough and he'll be retired!" With that thought running through his mind he quickly summoned his flaming wings and attempted to take off.
"Oh no, you don't!"
Issei and Raiser's eyes snapped to the source of the voice, they had both forgotten Rias was here. She flew up to meet Raiser and flung a Ball of Destruction at him, effectively corralling him between the two attacks. Rias and Issei however were quickly surprised when he deftly dodged to the right and sacrificed his entire right side to avoid being retired.
Issei at this point was exhausted, his armor had disappeared after he fired his Dragon Shot. His vision began to swim as his exhaustion finally set in. The last words he heard before passing out were from Raiser.
"You were doomed to lose to Raiser. After all, Rias belongs to Raiser."
Issei sat up in his bed in a cold sweat. He took in his surroundings and he realized he was back in his room.
"Was it... was it just a dream?"
[No Partner, unfortunately it wasn't, the Phenex and your Queen are having their engagement party as we speak.].
His door opened and Asia walked in, "Issei-san you're awake!" The little blond nun yelled as she jumped into his arms, hugging him. "I was so worried!"
Issei looked down at the girl in his arms. "Asia, I need to go save Rias."
"You can't! Not without me! I'll be able to heal you if something bad happens."
"I have to go alone, Asia. Please.. let me do this."
As Issei continued to persuade Asia into letting him leave a silver magic circle bathed the room in its light. Out from the circle stepped none other than Grayfia, the Gremory family maid.
"Grayfia-san?! What are you doing here?!"
"I was told to inform you of Raiser and Rias' wedding. Although, it appears someone has already beaten me to the punch. However, my master told me to give you this." Grayfia held a magic circle out to Issei. "This will allow you to transport to the ceremony."
Issei took the slip of paper from the maid before looking over to Asia, "Neh, Asia, do you still have that holy water? Oh, and, can I borrow your cross too while I'm at it?"
Asia questioned Issei on why he needed these items given his weakness to them, so, he explained his plan to beat Raiser Phenex once and for all.
The Underworld
After using the transportation circle Issei found him in a rather large, elegant-looking hallway that lead to a large pair of double doors. He took notice of two guards stationed there and summoned his sacred gear before quickly knocking them out. Issei then kicked the set of doors in and found himself looking into a crowd of devils in suits and dresses. Looking up, he saw what he had come for, Raiser Phenex.
[Don't get too worked up partner, you came up with a brilliant plan. Do not waste this opportunity.]
"Don't worry Ddraig, there's no way in hell I'll fail again."
The crowd had finally taken notice of Issei, including the ORC and Raiser.
ORC: "Issei!"
"Just what do you think you're doing crashing Raiser's wedding?! I won the rating game! There's nothing you can do about it fool!" Issei looked at the Phenex in front of him for a short time before responding, "Unfortunately for you, you stuck up yakitori, I've come to make a declaration..." there was a brief pause as Issei waited for dramatic effect. "Rias Gremory's virginity belongs to me!"
Crickets...
[You've got to be kidding me.]
"Foolish, insolent boy! You have already lost!"
"Now now Raiser. Surely we can make this into something more interesting, no?" The man who said this was none other than Sirzechs Lucifer, the Maou taking the place of the original Lucifer.
"But Lord Sirzechs-" Raiser tried to say before being cut off "Surely if you beat him once you can beat him again. Besides, the Rating Game only showed us a glimpse of the Red Dragons [Balance Breaker]. As an added stipulation though if the Red Dragon defeats you in battle your marriage with Rias Gremory will be dissolved. Are you okay with this term?"
"It is as you said Lord Lucifer, Raiser has beaten him before so Raiser can and will do it again, Raiser accepts."
"Red Dragon, do you accept?"
"I do."
"Then the two of you shall enter this field I had specially made, just in case of course, and shall fight till your opponent retires."
Issei and Raiser stepped into the other dimension and prepared for their second battle.
[Welsh Dragon Balance Breaker!]
Issei dawned his balance breaker for the fight ahead. He removed the cross and holy water and hid them in each hand, boosting all the while for his plan.
"Fight!"
Issei immediately dashed for Raiser throwing a left jab towards his sternum. Raiser dodged and launched his fist towards Issei's helmet, he quickly dodged the punch and prepared his special move to end the fight.
"That first punch was just a bait to lure you into close quarters! Now, for my actual attack!"
[Transfer!]
The boosted power Issei had been storing was transferred to the cross and holy water. He removed the stopper from the holy water and splashed Raiser with it, the holy nature of the water weakening his regeneration and causing immense pain.
"AAAARGGGGHHHH, hah, hah, h-holy shit that fucking HURTS!" Before Raiser could go on the defensive Issei threw an open palm strike towards Raiser's chest. The contact of the cross caused him even more excruciating pain. Issei then launched himself backward with his wings, "And to finish it off!" Issei used the holy power of the cross in a new type of attack. Summoning the same ball for [Dragon Shot] he infused it with the holy power and punched it towards Raiser.
[Holy Dragonic Shot!]
The attack was a direct hit. Sending Raiser flying back whilst also retiring him. Issei was then transported out of the dimension and greeted with the sight of Rias.
"Rias..."
"ISE!" Rias suddenly charged toward him and gripped him in a bone-crushing hug. Sirzechs approached the two and offered them passage from the underworld on a griffin.
"Woah! It's so beautiful from up here!" Issei called out, "You know Rias, I want to tell you what I told you before again, as your [Pawn] I will always protect you. Although, I will always like Rias for Rias, not the Gremory name."
"Mou, Issei look over here for a moment."
"Ah, yes Ria-"

HAHAHA GUESS WHOSE BACK WOOOOOOO DOES IT FEEL GOOD TO RETURN BABY! Now I know many of you will ask "WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU?!" Well, I'll explain, 1. I've started pursuing the path to becoming an engineer and was pretty busy with that. 2. I was seriously caught up in reading other's fan-fics, as well as being busy with various new games I've gotten. Plus, I started babysitting my cousin's kid, and man that Lil dude can be a pain sometimes. But, I do have to apologize, a lot of this was due to my own laziness plus the fact I was writing on my phone. (I got a laptop now woooooo!) Don't worry now though MacaroniManX is here to stay baby! Next up, updating my Akame Ga Kill story (which is also way past over-due hehe woops.)
