This is just for when I write a scene way ahead of where I'm at with the fic currently and I feel I need to rewrite it entirely. Just don't want to let it go to waste even if people won't read it. Heads up I feel that they'll be pretty bad. Hopefully it's enjoyable since I wrote this at like whatever in the morning

Nedzu was looking over some of the invitation requests that he got for the hero class on his computer with a tea cup beside his keyboard. He usually wouldn't go over things like this but ever since the U.A incident he wanted to make sure there wouldn't be anything fishy going on. As he scrolled down the list of hero names with who was requesting which student, the principal stopped his eyes widening slightly but there was a gleam of interest showing. He went to click on the hero's name to see which student the man was requesting but stopped when he heard a knock on his door. He sighed as he already knew who it was. "You may come in Aizawa"

The door opened and walked in the homeroom teacher of class 1-A Shota Aizawa, who looked much better than he did weeks ago, the man had a rather large scar underneath his eye with a couple of smaller ones near his lip and above his left eyebrow. Though his eyes were filled with a small amount of anger and confusion

Nedzu just smiled as he waved at the teacher not caring about the man's look "Greetings Aizawa, may I ask why you have decided to come to my office? If it's about the request then don't worry I'm almost done" He explained happily but they both knew it wasn't about the requests or well the requests he was talking about.

Aizawa tsked in annoyance as he pulled out a piece of paper and placed it onto the principal's desk "You rejected my request for having Hitoshi Shinso in my class, why? The boy deserves to be in the hero course, did he not prove himself by becoming the winner of the Sports Festival?" He went to continue on his rant but stopped when Nedzu held up his paw, his face gaining a neutral look

"You surprised me Aizawa, of all the people I expect to show favoritism, you weren't one of them. Hitoshi did win the sports festival battles but how exactly did the young man win?" He could see the confusion in the man's eyes but he waited until he heard the answer so he could start ripping into the man.

Aizawa felt insulted when Nedzu said he was showing favoritism and now he was being questioned on how Hitoshi had won? The rat had seen it, he always watched each sports festival. The man just wanted the boy's hard effort to be rewarded "The kid won by using his quirk sir, why is that a problem?"He swore if it was because Hitoshi didn't have a flashy quirk.

Nedzu took a sip of his tea before he looked Aizawa in the eyes "Yes it is a problem Aizawa, it's a problem because he won only using his quirk. Tell me did he do anything else besides using his quirk? I watched the footage three times now Aizawa and the boy used his fight every chance he had gotten for each fight" He explained but he knew that wouldn't be enough to get Aizawa to see the full picture by the clear look of anger showing on his face

"What's the problem with that!? Hitoshi used what he had, it's not his fault his opponents couldn't keep their mouths shut"

"Because that's the problem Aizawa! The boy each time made his opponent talk, that was the only reason he won, that was his only plan was to get his oppnet to talk. Hurray he did so well but what if his opponent didn't talk? I remember seeing him be trapped by Todoroki, he couldn't move and the match was about to be called before he gave one last desperate attempt and it worked! The boy got Todoroki under his control and made him walk out of the ring. For a man of logic you must see how stupid the boy's plan was"

Aizawa felt some of his anger leave him at Nedzu's words but that didn't mean all of it had left. The principal's words held some truths to them but he still had some retorts "Perhaps his plan was illogical but that doesn't mean it didn't work, He deserves to be in the hero course for taking out some of my best students, if he was just given time he would be able to learn more in the hero course"

Nedzu felt his moment of thought freeze for a moment. Aizawa, the man who was all about being logical and the person who expelled someone because their plan was illogical had just said Shinso deserved to be in the hero course because his plan still worked and would just need time to learn. The principal took a deep breath trying to calm his nerves before he just said fuck it "Bull-SHIT! Now I know you're showing favoritism because if I recall correctly you expelled Midoriya Izuku because his plan was illogical! You said he still hurt himself and that wouldn't work in the line of hero work! I agreed because I trusted your judgment! Now? Now you come at me saying he just needs time!? Where was this time for Midoriya? Is things different because this boy is like you? Because he doesn't have a flashy quirk and he failed the physical exam because of it?" He asked in anger, not caring about the man's slight fear.

He had held his tongue for too long but not he would make sure the man heard his words. "Well tough shit Shota! Life isn't fair, you said so yourself. The boy didn't even try during the exam, he just ran around not even knowing what to do! Did you not see how skinny he was!? At least Midoriya had bulked up a bit. Hitoshi looked like he did nothing to try and make his dream come true! You want to take him as your student so badly but you never even took a moment to look at some of your students. Do you not see how terrified they are of you? They're afraid that you'll expel them by just breathing wrong!"

The principal just sighed as he rubbed his face with his paws as he forced himself to calm down, he looked up looking much tired than he had been earlier. "There's so many things I want to say to you Shota, so many but that's all I'll say for now. I will be moving Hitoshi to the hero course, his quirk is a good one and I don't want him to think his efforts were in vain. I will put him in your class but I don't want to see any favoritism, only time you will be allowed to train him is during the week of internship, afterwards you can't train him outside of class unless you're offering the same training to all of your other students. I will also be contacting Ms. Midoriya to see if I can schedule a meeting between you and Midoriya Izuku. The boy at least deserves the option to talk to his hypocritical teacher on why he was expelled. Also before you even attempt to deny, this is the only way you'll have Hitoshi in your class. He'll still be in the hero's course but he'll go to Kan. Do you understand Aizawa?"

Aizawa had a neutral face, he had went to open his mouth to defend himself time and time again but Nedzu didn't give him a chance to and now he was being given an ultimatum, If he actually wanted to teach the boy he would need to meet with the student he had expelled, there was always the chance the boy wouldn't agree to it "Fine I'll agree to this."

Nedzu nodded before waving his paw "Then you may leave my office, by tomorrow you should have your classes request along with Shinso"

Aizawa just nodded before getting up to leave. He needed to get planning now, he would only have a week with Shinso alone and he would spend as much time as he can to make sure the boy could get caught up to his class and perhaps even ahead. He had already been in the talks with the kid on training him, it was upsetting he wouldn't be able to fully train him until next year but Nedzu never said he couldn't drop hints for the boy. Shinso would need every advantage he could get while trying to survive the hero course and Aizawa would be damned if he let a gem like Shinso slip through. The boy would be an amazing hero, he knew it.
