Chapter 38 The Terror Within
Sean and Korra slowly began to wake up from their bed before smiling at each other as Sean kissed her making her moan.
"Morning." Korra said as she held him close.
Thats when they heard the twins making them smile before they got up and dressed before Sean took Hitomi who coed as she wrapped her little arms around him making him smile while Korra got Junior who yawned.
"Morning you two." Korra said.
Walking outside they saw Bolin training with Suyin's twins in metal bending.
"Guess he's really determined to be a metalbender." Korra said.
"Or he's just trying to impress Opal." Godzilla said making her giggle. "Do tell Bolin? Are you trying to be a Metalbender or are you trying to impress your new crush?" Godzilla asked making him freeze before glaring.
"You don't really have a thing for our sister do you?" Wei asked.
"Well, he at one point had a crush on Korra before we were married. Then he tried with Eska but got scared because of Desna's messed up face. Now I'm beginning to think he deserved it since it showed his true colors." Sean said.
"Yeah I'm starting to see that too." Korra said as Junior reached for her making her smile.
"Still trying to be a metal Bender Bolin?" Mako asked with the others next to him.
"Mako, Metal bending is extremely difficult. No one gets it right away, if they can get it at all! It's not normal." Bolin said before Korra started doing it and making a metal dragon with a grin.
"Ta da." Korra said making Junior and Hitomi giggle.
"You were saying?" Godzilla asked amused.
"Oh sure, she's the Avatar and you both trained her." Bolin said.
"That is far from an excuse." Sean said.
"Guys. It's time to get cleaned up. Tonight's opal's farewell dinner." Asami said.
"Yup. Looks like Lin convinced her to go to the temple." Dawn said.
Bolin sighed in depression.
"Now I gotta say bye to Opal? This is the worst day ever." Bolin said.
"Your as pathetic as Kevin." David said before San came out of his back.
"STOP CALLING ME THAT!" San roared.
"I was talking about the Kevin from my Era." David said.
"Oh." San said.
"You idiot." Ichi said making him growl.
'Those four are a walking disaster.' Godzilla said.
'No argument here.' Sean said.
"Well I see everyone here is gathered." Reznov said walking to them.
"Reznov? What are you doing here?" Korra asked.
"Making sure you lot are all right. Had an encounter with Zaheer on Air temple island." Reznov said.
"What?" Sean asked narrowing his eyes.
"Yeah. He was looking for Korra...And theres something else you need to know." Reznov said.
"What is it?" Sean asked.
"They busted every criminal out of the prison...Including Mark." Reznov said shocking them.
"WHAT!" Sean yelled.
"Yeah. I can only assume to divide our forces in the search for him and his group." Reznov said.
"And my father?" Asami asked narrowing her eyes.
"No. He wasn't there when this happened. He was at the hospital after he got beat up pretty bad by one of the inmates. Apparently his stunt got his wife and daughters killed when he controlled the first Mecha Godzilla." Reznov said making her scoff.
"Like I'm gonna cry for him for that." Asami said.
"We're looking for them now." Reznov said.
"We'll find them soon enough." Sean said.
Later
Everyone was at the dining hall as the Chef put down Opal's favorite food.
"Thanks for making my favorite meal." Opal said.
"I'm really going to miss you, Opal. No one appreciates my raw veggie wraps like you do." The Chef said.
"Every time I eat Raw Kale, I'm gonna think of you." Bolin said sadly.
"Oh my god do shut up." Dawn said.
"Even Hitomi would be annoyed by how mushy you are." Sean said before his daughter reached out for him.
"Dada." Hitomi said making him chuckle as he held her close.
"Zhu-Li! Bring the, uh, Thing!" Varrick said making her do just that. "Check out my latest invention. An Airbender finder." Varrick said.
"Wait, that can find airbenders?" Korra asked as Sean crushed it.
"HEY!" Varrick yelled.
"Buzz off you greedy good for nothing Mark Wannabe." Sean said.
"I am nothing like Mark. I didn't kill my own parents." Varrick said.
"But something tells me you would if it made you millions." Sean said.
"Sheesh. You really carry a grudge." Varrick mumbled.
"Did you say something?" Sean asked making him yelp.
"No! Nothing." Varrick said in alarm.
"If I could have your attention, please. Tonight, my beautiful little girl leaves for the Northern air temple. Opal, none of us could be more proud of you. You're an incredible daughter, sister, friend, and soon-to-be Airbending master." Suyin said kissing her head.
Suyin's twins cried a little while her second oldest just rolled his eyes.
"Here's to Opal. May she help lead us into the new era." Suyin said.
After that was done Opal was on an airship heading for the Northern Air Temple to where Tenzin and the others airbenders.
"Hey Asami?" Korra asked getting her attention. "Do you think you and David could watch the twins tonight?" Korra asked.
"Yeah sure but why would..." Asami tried to ask before seeing the look on her face. "Oooh." Asami said giggling as she took them. "Sure. no problem. I'm sure they'd love to spend some time with their uncle." Asami said making her giggle.
Sean sighed as he was about to head to bed but checked on the twins but found the cribs empty.
"Hey Korra? Where are the Twins?" Sean asked.
"I asked Asami to look after them." Korra said behind him.
"Why would ask..." Sean tried to say as he turned around seeing her completely naked. "Oh." Sean said chuckling.
'Here we go again.' Godzilla said blocking all this off and fell asleep.
"I figured we could use some private time since who knows how long we'll be here." Korra said wrapping her arms around his neck before kissing him as he held her close before removing his own clothing before both got on the bed as she kissed his chest before going lower to his cock making her lick her lips before placing her mouth over it and moaned around it.

Zaheer and the others were outside the Estate making sure not to get caught.
"Ok so we grab her and then..." Zaheer tried to say.
"Well, well, well." Sean above them shocking them as he looked at them. "It's been a long time you four. 15 years. Still up to the same BS as last time?" Sean asked.
"More or less." Zaheer said before Sean glared him at him cold eyes that sent shivers down his spine.
"I should have killed you when I had the chance. You let Mark out of prison? Are you mad? Do you know what that monster is capable of doing?" Sean asked.
"All I heard was he was gifted with machines." Zaheer said.
"And murdered his own parents." Sean said shocking them. "You really should do your homework on people before acting. It's idiots like you who doom the world." Sean said. "I'll give you a choice. Surrender now...Or die." Sean said.
"Neither one of those is happening you bastard." Ming-Hua said.
"Ming-Hua." Zaheer tried to say.
"Death it is." Sean said.

Suddenly Sean's body glowed before Godzilla appeared and snarled at them.
"Oh shit." Ghazan said before Godzilla roared loudly into the air waking everyone up and the Titans who rushed to him.
"WHOA!" Korra yelled as she got out of bed and dressed quickly before rushing off.
Godzilla roared at them before his spikes glowed and breathed Atomic breath at them but they dodged.
"I don't know what you're up to Zaheer but it ends now!" Godzilla roared as he charged at him trying to bite him but he dodged.
Thats when the dome turned off before Kong was seen and roared at Zaheer and his group before trying to smash them but they dodged.
"OH SHIT!" Ming-Hua yelled as she tried to slash them but nothing worked before P'li used Combustion Bending on Kong who just looked annoyed.
"Oh crap." P'li said as he smashed his fist down but she dodged quickly.
"INSECTS!" Kong yelled as Baragon tried to smash them as he roared.
Korra and the others rushed out before Ghidorah tried to blast Zaheer but he dodged before blasting him with air but he just shrugged it off before the three brothers tried to bite him.
"GET BACK HERE YOU WORM!" Ichi yelled.
Godzilla roared at Ghazan who used Lava Bending on his face but it had no effect as his skin was too strong.
"This isn't going well!" Ghazan yelled before Godzilla smacked his tail into him making him crash into a wall.
Orga tried to smash P'li but she kept dodging before blasting his left arm off making him roar before he just grew another.
"Zaheer this isn't gonna work!" P'li yelled as Rodan tried to grab her but she kept dodging before Dawn took over and blasted her with fire.
Korra got on top of Godzilla before summoning a rainbow wave of flames at Zaheer who dodged.
"Thats it! We're out!" Zaheer yelled using his airbending to gather all the smoke before they all vanished.
"Insect." Godzilla said as Sean took control.

Everyone was inside after that.
"The hell was that all about?" David asked.
"That was Zaheer and his group. Even with Airbending skills he's no match for the Titans. But how did they get in?" Sean asked.
"Thats what I want to know." Korra said holding the Twins close as they slept.
"I think one of the guards sold us out." Reznov said.
"Question them all." David said.
Meanwhile
"WHAT THE HELL!" Ming-Hua yelled.
"That did not go as I planned." Zaheer said.
"Theres no way we can get past all of them. Not at that size and power. We're screwed." Ming-Hua said.
"Maybe not. I have a new idea." Zaheer said.
Meanwhile
Sean and the others were interrogating the guards to see if any of them had anything to do with what happened last night.
So far no one was found Guilty due to Aiwei's truth seeking abilities.
The next one however.
"What was I doing last night?" Varrick asked. "Same thing I always do. From 9 to 10, I check my body for ticks. Lyme disease is a serious killer." Varrick said as everyone was getting highly annoyed especially Sean. "Then I did my nightly Varri-calisthenics followed by 30 minutes of breath holding. I filmed the whole thing if you want to watch it." Varrick said before yelling as Sean tried to hit him with Atomic breath.
"How bout admiting you had a hand in this. You already nearly got my kids killed with that stunt of yours and tried to start a war for profit. So admit it or I'll make you." Sean said with his eyes glowing blue.
"Look I swear I had nothing to do with that. I learned my lesson." Varrick said.
"The first part is true the second one not so much." Aiwei said making Sean snarl before grabbing Varrick who yelled as Sean threw him outside.
"Moron." Sean said.
Thats when the next guard arrived. He was at least a year younger than Korra was.
"Give me your name and tell me where you are from." Aiwei said.
"I'm Hong Li. I was born and raised here in Zaofu." Li said.
"Do you have any knowledge of the people who Kruger and the other Titans fought last night?" Aiwei said.
"No." Li said making him frown leaning forward.
"Did you help the attackers enter Zaofu last night?" Aiwei asked.
"No, of course not." Li said making him narrow his eyes.
"You're lying." Aiwei said shocking him.
"What? No, I'm not!" Li yelled before Godzilla took over and shadowed over him.
"You had best answer the truth boy." Godzilla said snarling making him tremble.
"I don't know! I'm telling you, I didn't help them." Li said as he growled
"You're a traitor to the entire clan." Suyin said before Godzilla knocked him out.
"I suggest we search his place." Aiwei said.
When they arrived they searched the place while Bolin was in the kitchen.
"Found something." Dawn said with some note.
"What?" Bolin asked with cookies in his mouth. (Oy)
"I think this nails him as the mole. Team Assembled. Ready to rendezvous." Dawn said.
"And look at this." David said with a book in hand before Aiwei read it.
"These are the Guards log books. All their schedules and routes are in here." Aiwei said.
"That guard knows where they are. We have to get him to talk." Korra said.
"It will be my pleasure." Godzilla said about to head out.
"No. Let's give him time to sweat it out." Aiwei said leaving.
Later
"Wow." Asami said seeing the damage from last night.
"What did you expect with Korra's life on the line?" Sean asked as Korra held the twins close as they slept.
"I don't understand why we're not questioning that guard now. I mean how does he get mixed up in all of this anyway?" Mako asked.
"Hmm?" Godzilla asked.
"That kid is only 18 years hold. You both said Zaheer has been in prison for 15. So how does he get involved?" Mako asked.
"Hmm. He could have been bribed or perhaps something else happened. The evidence was rather overwhelming." Godzilla said.
"Too overwhelming if you ask me." Kong said making his presence known.
"Have something to say?" Godzilla asked.
"I've seen this child before. He's not very ambitious but at the same time he doesn't strike me as someone who would accept bribes nor be a snitch. Further more he's only been on the job for a couple weeks. So how did he get those guard schedules so perfect so quickly? He would need a high rank to get them in the way you found them. So something is amiss." Kong said.
"You think he was set up don't you?" Godzilla asked.
"Can you say without a doubt that I don't have a valid reason to think that?" Kong asked.
"Hmm. Now that I think about it Aiwei was the one who said he was the mole. But what if he's just the fall guy?" Sean asked.
"You mean Aiwei set him up?" Korra asked.
"Without hesitation I believe this as well. I think it's time we look a little more closely into Aiwei's life." Godzilla said.
"I think you're all right." Varrick said.
"The hell do you want now?" Sean asked annoyed.
"Collecting pumice stones with Zhu-Li. That battle last night did a lot of damage. But it made some nice exfoliating rocks. And when you got calluses like mine, You take all the pumice stones you can get your hands on. Or in my case...Feet!" Varrick said as Zhu-li rubbed them on his feet.
This made the group groan in disgust.
Varrick however yelled as Godzilla blasted him with Atomic breath.
"Why can't you just die?" Godzilla asked annoyed.
The group headed for Aiwei's house before they walked in.
"I suggest we move quickly." Godzilla said as they searched the house.
"Uh guys?" Korra said making Sean walk to her before they noticed scoff marks on the floor. "We both know theres only one reason these would be there." Korra said before Sean pulled the shelf back.
A secret entrance was revealed making Sean frown.
"So the boy was a fall guy to cover his involvement." Godzilla said snarling.
"Aiwei's coming back." Asami said as Sean closed it before he entered.
"We need to talk about the guard." Sean said making him raise an eyebrow.
Offering them some tea he walked to the shelf.
"So, What exactly is not adding up?" Aiwei asked.
"Kong and the other Titans know this kid. They say it doesn't make sense how he's involved in all of this." Sean said.
"Perhaps through a relative. Or maybe he was bribed. We will find out those answers in time." Aiwei said as Sean and David looked at each other and nod . "But if it wasn't him, who do you think it was?" Aiwei asked.
"We're just looking for answers." Korra said.
"And you think you found them don't you?" Aiwei asked seeing the door was slightly open to the secret entrance making them tense. "You have no idea what is coming for you, Avatar." Aiwei said before Sean charged at him but a metal wall came out as Korra and the others rushed out before Godzilla tore it down and rushed through the tunnel only to find a bomb.
"Oh boy." Godzilla said as it went off.
"Mmm." Sean said annoyed dusting himself off. "I fucking hate bombs like that." Sean said as he went in deeper finding a tunnel collapsed.
'This wasn't about escaping. He was destroying everything here.' Godzilla said.
"Yup." Sean said as Lin and Suyin rushed in.
"What happened? We heard an explosion." Lin said.
"Wheres Aiwei?" Suyin asked.
"Your fucking truth seer sold us out. He was the mole. The kid was just a fall guy." Sean said shocking her.
"No." Suyin said in shock.
Later
"Bastard had an escape plan all set to go before we even found out the truth. Tire tracks were found on the other end of the tunnel." Reznov said.
"I trusted him with my life. I thought we were family." Suyin said.
"He worked hard to earn your trust. It's clear Zaheer has allies in certain places. We need to find out whats going on. And fast." Sean said.
"Whats the plan?" David asked.
"You, Dawn, Reznov and Julia will stay here to keep an eye on Korra and the Twins. The rest of us are going after Zaheer to bring him down." Sean said.
"Sean...Are you sure thats a good idea?" Korra asked holding the twins close.
"Korra I am not going to put you and the twins in anymore danger than you already are. I already lost Hitomi 30,000 years ago I will not lose you and the Twins." Sean said making her sigh.
"Be careful. You know there are things out there that can harm both of you." Korra said.
"Don't worry. We'll be fine." Godzilla said.
Sean on Naga with Fawkes flying over them and the others in a jeep moved out.
Korra was with the Twins as they slept peacefully.
"Daddy will be back soon. I promise." Korra said.
"Worrying isn't gonna help you know."
Korra widened her eyes before facing the original Hitomi.
"Hitomi? How..." Korra tried to say.
"Oh I'm the Strangest thing you've seen?" Hitomi asked making her smile. "Unlike Unalaq I don't misuse my spiritual powers. 30,000 years is a long time to master powers like mine. To travel to anywhere I please...Within reason." Hitomi said.
"Do you have any idea why Zaheer is after me?" Korra asked.
"I don't think he's after you specifically or Raava. I think he needs you for something else. Something that has yet to be revealed. Whatever that is only time can tell." Hitomi said vanishing making her sigh before her daughter Hitomi yawned making her smile as she looked over them.
"It's gonna be ok." Korra said holding her little hand.
Authors Note: Well that was intense. Zaheer's attempt to take Korra failed since he didn't count on getting caught so easily. And now he's planning something again.
