WhiteElfElder: thanks for your review my friend. Unfortunately for Harry it's strengthening and control even with his training control is difficult. And should not be paired with alcohol.

...
The group immediately broke off to grab drinks. Harrison ordered one of the strongest Fae drinks available. The bartender simply shrugged not questioning his tastes. Spending so much time with Grim had given him a taste of their food and drink. A taste that was hard to pass up when it was offered.
The others got their own favored drinks and began to mill about. All except for Master Keller who stuck close to his side. No words were exchanged between the two of them. His eyes were on the crowd of people around them.
Harrison knew that his teacher was expecting trouble. He was always expecting trouble. After the first four years of his schooling at Hogwarts he understood it. For a good while he had been expecting trouble when he was in Nightingale.
As he got his drink refilled he noted the entrance of a man. Dirty blond hair fell into blue eyes. Harrison wanted to growl like his animagus form. Barty Crouch Jr. why was he here?
The mental question was stupid. There was only one reason for the man to be here. He was looking for Harrison. The boy nudged Keller carefully and his head shot up. His dark eyes were on Crouch.
Then his master touched his shoulder and whispered over his drink, "Be careful, Harrison. That man is up to something though he cannot attack you as long as you are in the alleys."
"That doesn't stop him from annoying me," retorted the boy, "Any advice?"
"Find your blood brother and stick close to his side," said Keller, "Or stay close and drink. Either way you need to make a decision soon."
Neither option was very enticing. Though if it comes down to it he and XIII were skilled enough to defend themselves. The only issue was that they didn't how the magics would react.
With a sigh he took his glass with him as he headed onto the dance floor. It had started out as a great birthday. Why did it have to end with these issues?
Harrison didn't get very far however before a hand gripped his elbow. It took all of the boy's self control not to draw his wand. Turning he faced the one who dared to grab him.
In a short time Crouch had found and approached him. Looking over the man he found Crouch looked far healthier than he had before. Something in his magic twitched but it didn't lash out like he expected.
Harrison snarled, "Crouch. This is supposed to be a celebration. Go away."
Crouch laughed with a false hurt look, "Why Harry I remember a time when you would be happy to see me. Why so angry with me?"
Harrison snapped as he pulled his arm free, "You know exactly why I am do not wish to see you, Crouch. You lied to me for a year. So no I am not happy to see you or any you call a friend."
This time there was a true flash of hurt in his face. Harrison didn't care as he tried to push past the man. Maybe standing with XIII would be better. Around them the air became hot as his magic lashed out around them. He went through the breathing exercises that Keller and Grim had taught him.
They didn't do anything to calm his magic. The air became stifling with its heat and he desperately tried to reign it in. Crouch was shoved away from him with enough force to send the dark wizard sprawling. Cool hands encircled his wrist locking in his magic. Air cooled slightly but it was stifling.
A familiar voice of Grim said, "Focus on me, Harrison. Don't let your magic burn you from the inside out."
Harrison grit his teeth but did as he was bid. Focused on controlling the inner fire that had made itself known. Another pair of hands touched his shoulders. These were even more familiar, Master Keller. Smoke began to form around the three of them. It was coming off of Harrison but only those who were closest to him would be able to notice.
Keller softly spoke the instructions on magical circles. A common way for the two to calm their magics. No matter if it was Harrison's magic acting out or Keller's was. Out of all the exercises they had tried this was the most useful. He sucked in the air and he noted that when he breathed out smoke came out as well.
The beating of his heart slowed as his magic calmed and the air cooled. Slowly Grim released his wrist and wiped away sweat that had formed on his brow. It took a little longer for Keller to release his shoulder.
When Harrison looked up he found Crouch staring at him. There was something unfamiliar in that gaze. Whatever it was it sent shivers down his spine.
Harrison said with a false smile, "I'm fine now. Thank you Master Keller."
Keller said with a dark frown, "You're losing control more often now. Maybe we should take you back to your Godfather. Or seek the counsel of Durant."
Harrison shook his head as he replied, "There's no point. The Headmaster would simply say as he had before. Occulude my mind and use the calming exercises. Do not allow someone to use my temper against me."
Keller gave a small smile. It turned dark after a moment as he glanced around them. Then he led Harrison back to the bar pushing him into a stool. Now that he was back in control he took a sip of his drink. The alcohol burned as it went down centering him.
XIII oblivious to what had happened said, "Brother come let's drink with the other Hawks."
Harrison let out a sigh but grinned as he left to follow his friend. Keller said nothing knowing that saying a word would do nothing to deter them. The Black Hawks were misfits and always did as they pleased. It made them many enemies within Nightingale. How Harrison had become a King.
That was how he spent most of the evening drinking with his friends. With practiced ease the group practically drank their weight in their chosen poison. A few had chosen to dance with the other customers. Sometime in the night Keller had left them and dropped a paper in his coat. Harrison stayed close to his friends out of the fray. Several times he caught sight of Crouch but he did not try to approach again.
It wasn't until early in the morning that
Harrison returned to his godfather's house with XIII right on his heels. They barely had the energy to undress which was when he found the paper. With a groan he opened and read it.
Be careful. Do not trust the dirty blond haired man. Something tells me you are not the only one struggling.
