The twisted creature convulsed between the two blasts, its body writhing in pain until it fragmented into nothingness.

"That's another one down."

"Yes. The world is just a little bit safer today thanks to us."

"Well, we have a world shaking event to get to ourselves, don't we Neptune?"

"Indeed. Our finances are deeply submerged into it, Uranus."

The pair smiled at each other and went their separate ways.

Hours later, they both stood upon the altar in flowing white dresses, a crowd of smiling and crying friends watching them.

"Do you Amara take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do," replied Sailor Uranus, now in her civilian form.

"And do you Michelle take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

Sailor Neptune smiled behind her veil. "I do!"

"Then by the power vested in me I""

"I OBJECT!"

The assembled crowd gasped and turned their heads towards the open doors. Striding through them was an old curmudgeonly man with a green suit and a four-leafed clover in his lapel.

"This wedding cannot be permitted!" he yelled.

"Why!?" implored Amara.

"Why can't you just leave us alone and let us share our love for one another?" added Michelle.

"Yeah!" Added one of the crowd members, a woman with long blonde hair tied up in an odango style. "Just because they're both women doesn't make their love wrong!"

The old man's face scrunched up in frustration. "I do not object because they are both women young lady." Silence fell. "I object because…they're COUS-"

"Alright, I think that's enough of that." Reaching over Hotaru's shoulder, Haruka closed the laptop lid.

Hotaru looked up at her in disappointment. "But it was just getting to the good part."

"Trust me. Little good will come from reading something like that," Michiru counseled. "Honestly, I'm not sure why Minako even told you about those sort of things."

"They aren't all like that," Hotaru said defensively. "Look, this author has about forty stories about the Sailor Senshi. She even admits in her bio they're all just 'slice of life fluff and little else'."

Haruka leant over Hotaru's shoulder again to read. "Well, whoever this 'Underworld Dreamer' is they clearly have too much time on their hands."

A few clicks logged her into her profile page. A few more and it soon listed her total story count as '41'.

Out of habit, she refreshed the page a few times to see if she'd gotten any new reviews.

Nope. Same old same old.

Maybe she'd wait awhile before she checked again. It wasn't as though she was in a rush for anything.

Amidst the foggy white nothingness, Setsuna let out a deep sigh.

Happy April Fools Folks!

And yes, this is a spiritual sequel to my other fic 'The Girls Shock: Fan Fiction is a Bizarre Adventure!'
