At a playground nearby Little Whinging, two boys were waiting by the swings.
" Hey, Harry, I have something for you.
" What is it, Kaze
Kaze looked like kid Izuku but with black hair, onyx eyes wearing a red shirt, blue shorts, and red shoes holding something behind his back with a huge smile on his face.
Harry was wearing his usual hand me downs clothes and his cheaps glasses since his so-called Uncle refuses to spend his hard-earned money on a good-for-nothing freak.
Kaze then showed him a wrapped gift, and he held it out to Harry, who takes it with a curious expression.
Harry opens his gift with a curious but excited look on his face, and he let out a gasp as his gift or gifts.
One was an adjustable belt with a huge magenta mechanical buckle. The buckle was rectangular, with silver handles on each side, horizontally lined with three magenta-colored buttons. The center of the buckle was occupied by a clear, circular window surrounded by nineteen different symbols, including the one I had seen on the case. That particular symbol was on a small, green light above the window.
The second item in the case was a sliver, rectangular, book-shaped device that had a black stripe diagonally across it. A small, silver, cylindrical piece protruded from the top, right part of it, and along the bottom was a black handle on a right side hinge. The symbol from the case was printed in red in the middle of the black diagonal stripe.
Etched into the top part of the buckle's silver border were six capital letters.
DECADE
Harry said," This is the Neo Decade Driver and riderbooker." He looked at the device of his favorite Kamen Rider with awe.
Kaze said," Yup. Dad and I wanted to give you a gift of your favorite Kamen Rider, which is Kamen Rider Decade." He looked at his friend with a huge grin on his face as he see Harry admiring g the gift.
Harry said," Thanks, Kaz. This is my second favorite gift right after Aunt Petunia's gift." He see Kaze puffed his chest out with pride.
Kaze said," I see since you gained a fascination with photography due to a certain someone." He sent Harry a wide grin.
Harry said, "Guilty as charged." He gained a little grin on his face as a certain character inspired him.
Kaze cried," Let play Kamen Rider." Then, he gained an excited expression on his face as he wants to play Kamen Rider with his best friend, Harry.
For the next couple of hours, they play for a bit, pretending to be the main character as they take turns with Kaze turn now for the sixth time.
" There you are, freak!"
The fun between the two friends was interrupted by Dudley, and his gang came. They have sinister smirks on their faces,
Harry demanded," What do you want, Dudders?" Harry demanded what they want, and he didn't like the looks they are giving him and Kaze.
Dudley stepped forward, and he said," We want the toy that your friend have in your possession, freak.
Kaze said," You're not getting Harry's toy, you baby whale." He looked at the well-known bully with anger.
Harry cried," Yeah! Get lost!" He refused to let Dudley push him around.
Dudley sneered," If you don't give it to me, then I will take it by force!" He stomps towards Kaze with his face.
Dudley ordered his goons to push Harry away as they try to take away the Driver from Kaze, who refuse to let go.
" Give us the toy!"
" Cmon Higara!'
" No !"
" Big D won't beat you … badly as the freak."
" I don't care! He is not getting!"
Getting annoyed by this, Dudley pulled out a small knife and stabbed Kaze in the chest, making his eyes widened, while Harry was shocked.
Harry cried," KAZE!" He ran towards his fallen friend with fear in his eyes, and he tries to revive him.
The blood drips down to the driver as his body fell. Dudley and his gang feel satisfied by this, as they try to take the driver away, only for them to freeze in fear as they felt some sinister in the air.
Pier asked," You guys feel something?" He asked his fellow goons with a frightful expression
" Y-You hurt him."
They turned and saw Harry covered in a dark aura with tears in his eyes. The Neo Decade Driver glowed magenta and implanted itself on Harry's waist, engulfing him in a bright light, which causes a shockwave around the area.
KAMEN RIDE: DECADE!
Twenty figure blurred images appeared around Harry and soon went inside him. Now he bears black armor around the chest, shoulders, forearms, and legs. The inner thighs are white, as the legs have a big black line between the two colors. The chest has a slanted black 'X' with white outlines around it. His helmet is mostly dull grey with a silver chin guard and dull emerald compound eyes. But then seven rose color lines came out of the driver and became part of his helmet, adding color to the rider suit. Now the side of the body is magenta, and the shoulder pads, upper arms, and outer legs. His inner helmet turned magenta with black lines over the face resembling barcodes, and the black on the side of the helmet looked lively. And the emerald compound eyes bright up and turned distorted. This is Kamen Rider Decade's violent emotion.
Decade growled," You will pay!" Decade charges at the bullies and his mind are filled with vengeance.
"Zeke, wake up!'
In a bedroom,m Zeke shots up from his bed wearing a black tank top, looking startled from his dream.
Before he was Ezekiel " Zeke" Osamu, he was known as Harry James Potter, son of James and Lilly Poter, older brother of Rose and Joan, and finally, the true boy who lived.
" Zeke, are you okay?"
Zeke see an inch in front of his face was a tiny white bat-like creature with big red eyes known as Kivala.
Zeke said," I'm fine Kivala." He waves the little bat off with a fake smile on her face.
Kivala stated," You are a bad liar, Harry." She stated in a stern tone in her voice, making Zeke wince when he heard the named Harry.
Zeke stated," Kivala, you know how much I hate my former name." He gives the bat a stern look while crossing his arms.
Kivala said," You were once Harry James Potter even though you denounce the name." She spoke in a stern motherly tone.
" She right about that, Zeke."
Zeke and Kivala turn to see, leaning against Zeke's door, where Shinsuke looking at his nephew with a stern expression making Zeke sigh.
Shinsuke stated," No matter how many times you say that your name is Zeke Osamu, you will always be Harry Potter." He looked at his nephew with a stern expression
Zeke stated," Uncle, you know how much I despised that old name of mines. I prefer to be called Zeke Osamu." He crossed his arms over his chest, and he hated the name Harry Potter with a passion.
Shinsuke said," I know, and by the I got something to show you." He tosses Zeke a news article which Zeke caught.
Zeke turns on the light, and he see the article, which caused his jaw to drop as he reads the article saying," Harry Potter: The True Savior of the Wizarding World causing Zeke's jaw to sink even further. Next, he read about the news article about how Dumbldore selected the wrong child when the Dark Lord was defeated. Finally, he read the article about a marriage proposal between him and the dark lord's daughter.
Before Ezekiel " Zeke" Osamu, he was known as Harry James Potter, son of James and Lilly Potter, older brother of Rose and Joana Potter.
After the night when the dark lord attacked his parents, his sister Rose was proclaimed the Girl - Who-Lived.
Harry was declared a squib by the highly worshipped old goat named Albus Dumbldore, and his parents sent him to live with his relatives.
Living with his relatives was a mixed bag as Vernon and Dudley hated him, but he was treated with care by his Auntie Petunia.
But it didn't stop the abuse from Vernon, the bullying from Dudley and his gangs.
Aunt Petunia tried to help him, but she was met with abuse from her supposed family, causing Harry to felt even more connected to his Auntie.
He was called a freak or boy rather than his birth name.
He and his aunt were turned into a slave at the as they were expected to do all of the house chores so he can earn his keep since Vernon took him in with the " goodness of his hearts" ( Which is in reality greed since he was getting pay to take care of Harry).
Harry's school life wasn't better as he was an outcast, all thanks to his dear ole cousin Dudley, the baby whale who was also the school bully.
Dudley and his group of idiots would chase off anybody who would try to approach Harry.
The teachers and headmaster of the primary school believe Vernon's lies about Harry being a future criminal and a troublemaker, further isolating him from his peers.
Another question you are maybe asking is if Harry has to deal with this, then why didn't he tell the police or run away?
He tried to tell the police, but the police were either on Vernon'spayroll or believe the lies that the Dursley spout.
He didn't run away because he already tried it before, but he was always mysteriously brought back to the Dursely's house.
Harry gained an undying hatred of authority figures and adults except for his Auntie Petunia from his time at the Dursley household.
During his time in Primary School, he became friends with Kaze Higara, a store owner's son.
Kaze wasn't intimidated by Dudely and his gang or believe the lies about him being a troublemaker.
Harry, a bit reluctant, was unsure if he could trust Kaze, but Kaze proved him wrong as he defended him from bullies and shared lunches with him since Dudley could steal his lunch or claim Harry stole it from him.
A couple of weeks Harry started warming up to Kaze, and Kaze decided to introduce Harry to one of his favorite series called Kamen Riders.
Harry was interested in the series, and he asked Kaze to tell him more about the series, which made Kaze excited to share his love of Kamen Riders with his new best friend. Kaze showed him his father's shop called Tokuastu shop.
Harry met Kaze's father, Takeshi and Harry saw in the shop had different Tokuastu series like Super Sentai, Ultraman, and Kamen Rider.
Harry was shown the Showa and Heisei riders, which he enjoyed, but one rider from the Heisei era caught his attention.
That Rider was Kamen Rider Decade, and Harry was in awe of Decade because of his ability to transform into other Kamen Riders and his backstory.
Harry wanted to know more about Kamen Rider Decade story Kaze and his father, Takeshi, was more than happy to tell him.
Harry learned that Kamen Rider Decade or his real name Tsukasa Kadoya was a young man with no memory of his past and was a photographer. When his world was under siege from the enemies of the previous Heisei Kamen Rider, he gained the decade driver.
Harry found out that Tsukasa was known as The Destroyer of Worlds. As the overseer of the A.R. Worlds, he travels to each one to determine whenever it warrants destruction.
Harry was stunned to learn that Tsukasa was a bad guy and was the great leader of Shocker, the enemy of the Showa riders, but Harry was happy that Tsukasa managed to overcome his sinful past to become a good guy.
On his eleventh birthday, he was asked by Kaze to come to the park since Kaze got him a gift.
The gift or gifts were the Neo Decade driver, and ridebooker which made Harry happy and excited.
Kaze and Harry begin to play Kamen Rider, a game where they created where they would take turns being the main Kamen Rider and the main villain.
Dudley and his goons came because they wanted Harry's gift, but Kaze and Harry told him no.
Kaze getting stabbed by Dudley, and another result was Harry using his accidental magic on the driver, allowing Harry to become Kamen Rider Decade. He beat his tormentors in an inch of their lives, but it wasn't enough.
Vernon was looking for his son, but he found him and his they have beaten to a pulp, and he saw Harry as Decade, which caused him to conclude that he is responsible for doing that.
Vernon tried to fight Decade, but Decade has proven to be too powerful as Decade slashes Vernon from asshole to appetite with the ridebooker in its sword mode. The decade also begins to unload a series of resentment towards his and his aunt's abuser as he beat Vernon in an inch of his life.
Decade was about to use the final attack ride card, but Kaze's coughing interrupted him, causing Decade to rush to his friend's side.
Decade tried to reassure Kaze that he will be alright, but Kaze said," It's too late."
Decade tried to convince Kaze he can make it, but Kaze smiled, saying," I am glad that you are my friend."
Decade watches as Kaze closes his eyes, causing Decade to feel a wave of sorrow but then a wave of rage as he heard Vernon groaning in pain.
Decade uses the Attack Ride: Blast card to shot Vernon in the spine, causing Vernon's leg to limp, which stripped Vernon of the ability to walk.
" You are thinking about him, aren't you?"
Zeke nodded his head with a sad look as he missed Kaze, who died because of him, but he looked up at his Uncle Shinsuke, looking at his nephew with a concerned look on his face.
Shinsuke said," Zeke, I need you to do me a favor." He looked at his nephew with a serious expression.
Zeke asked, "What is it, Uncle Shinsuke?" He looked at his uncle Shinsuke with a curious expression.
Shinsuke said," I want you and Kaori to head to England to run the cafe shop there." He see Zeke's face range from surprise to curiosity.
Kiviala sighed," Oh dear." She sighs flies around, looking very worried for Zeke, and she looked concerned if he will run into some trouble.
Note: Here is the new chapter, and we learn about how Zeke gotten the neo Decade driver with a little twist as his upbringing is terrible, but his Aunt Petunia is the light in had a childhood friend named Kaze, but Dudley killed him.
