Lord Voldemort or Tom Marvolo Riddle Jr, Albus Dumbledore, Amelia Bones, and the newly elected Minister of Magic, Rufus Scrimgeour, were in The Headmaster's office at Hogwarts. They were looking over the documents.
Amelia said," I still say we don't sign the document." Amelia looked at the new Minister of Magic with a scowl.
Tom/ Lord Voldemort said," Dare I ask Madam Bones?" He looked at Amelia, who shot him a look of anger on her face.
Amelia stated," You know damn well Voldemort!" Amelia will and never forgive or forget the death of her family at the hands of the monster sitting in front of her.
Lord Voldemort said," I admit the deaths in the first war were not needed, and I thought surrendering the men who wronged you and your niece will ease the tension between us, but it seems I have a long way to go." Lord Voldemort was honest, saying the deaths that were caused during the first war were not needed.
Voldemort looks more human and regains some of his sanity because he absorbed some of his Horcruxes, then he decided to do something thinking at the wizarding world as he reviews the causes of the first war.
The first Wizarding war lasted 11 years, and the causality consisted of many wizards and Muggles dying. The wizards came from both the light side and his side, horrifying the slightly sane Dark Lord. So he begins to calculate the possible causality, concluding with every remaining magical family dying off.
Another part of the change in character is something that the Dark Lord is never ashamed to admit: his pride and joy, Delphini Belona Riddle. She was able to bring him back to his senses, and he vowed to make sure she is always happy.
The marriage proposal was created for many reasons, which are to prevent a second war from happening, unify the light and dark side to shows that light and dark can coexist together, ease any fears he may have caused during the first war, and make sure his daughter continued the Slytherin line and have his daughter find someone to make her happy.
The only thing they need is the missing link in the form of Harry Potter, the true savior of the wizarding world on which he doesn't have any Intel, which intrigues him and annoys him as he always has info on people.
In all, he knows Harry Potter could be a weak little boy who doesn't know his heritage, and if that is the case, then it would be his job to aid his future son-in-law. He hopes the Potter's boy treats his daughter with respect or there will be hell to pay.
Rufus asked," Dumbledore, what is the status of young Harry?" Rufus looked over at Dumbledore with a curious look.
Dumbldore lied," Well, I am currently planning on how to introduce him back to his family." He plans on sending Harry's family and their friends to Petunia's house.
Ameila asked," I have a question for you, lord Slytherin if you may answer?" She looked at the now sane Dark Lord.
Voldemort asked," What's the question?" He looked at Ameila with curiosity in his red eyes.
Ameila said," I heard rumors that some of your followers are defecting and joining a new rumored dark lord?" She looked at the dark lord with narrowed eyes.
The Dark Lord cursed mentally as he recalled some of his ex-death eaters turning their backs on him after revealing his heritage, but some stayed by his side. He also got rid of the dark marks since he regains his sanity.
The Dark Lord stated," The rumors are true, and I guess some of them didn't like the fact that a half-blood is leading them." But then sighs as he realized that he was a hypocrite fighting for a cause that he thought was stupid.
Amelia said," The irony, huh?" She spoke in a haughty tone making the Dark Lord or former dark lord sigh as he knows he has a long way to go before the tension goes away.
Little did the former dark lord, the minister, and Ameila Bones Albus was smirking underneath his beard.
Meanwhile, in the Aniteku Coffee shop in the muggle world, Cho Chang, her boyfriend Cedric Diggory, Viktor Krum, Fleur, and Gabrielle wore a booth with their respective beverage.
Cho Chang is a pretty Asian girl with long, shiny dark hair tied in a ponytail, a freckled nose dressed in a blazer jacket with a blouse worn under the jacket, a pair of shorts, ankle boots, a polka dot necktie, and a bracelet and wristwatch on her left wrist.
Cedric Diggory, a tall and extremely handsome young man with chiseled features, dark hair, and bright grey, is well-built and burly. He is wearing his Triwizard T-shirt and blue trouser and yellow trainers.
Viktor Krum is a tall, thin, sallow young man with dark hair and eyes. He had a large, curved nose that he inherited from his father, a sharp profile, thick, black eyebrows—casual clothes consisting of a button-up shirt, grey trousers, and grey trainers.
Fleur is wearing a white blouse with a black miniskirt, pantyhose, black high heels, and a blue bow tie. Her hair was in a ponytail in a ribbon.
Little Gabrielle or Little Gabby is wearing a Blouse with lace and frilly cuffs, a maroon mini skirt with suspenders, a pair of thigh-high socks, black Mary Janes, and a red bow tie. In addition, she has a black ribbon on her hair.
" Hey, Gabby, what that you got there ?"
Cho asked Fleur's little sister with curiosity as she see Gabby holding a piece of drawing paper in her hand.
Cho learns from Fleur that the youngest Delacour was quite the aspiring artist and would frequently spend her afternoons sketching whatever came to her mind. She was particularly skilled at drawing individuals.
Gabby said," It's something I've been working on since yesterday." She shows her drawing to her older sister's friends.
Cedric, Cho, and Viktor looked at the drawing, and they see the picture show a male donned in full armor, which was magenta, black, and white. An 'X' was on his chest and left shoulder, and his eyes were distorted green. A magenta buckle was on his waist with a silver case on the side.
Cedric said," Wow, that an intresting picture you got there, little lady." He looked at the armored figure in the photo.
Viktor said," The picture sure looks well detailed." He looked impressed by the clear detail of the drawing.
Cho asked," Who is this person that you drew little Gabby?" She looked curious as to who Gabrielle drew.
Gabrielle beamed," Decade." She spoke the name of her and her sister savior's name, but she didn't see Kaori, who was passing menus paled after hearing the name Decade.
Cho repeated," Decade?" She raised an eyebrow at Fleur, which her boyfriend and Viktor mirrored.
Fleur said," Well, my little sister and I were being surrounded by a bunch of rogue death eaters, then some mysterious boy showed up with some weird belt that allowed him to transform into his armor form." She recalled the strange boy who such used a magenta-colored belt to summoned the armor.
Cedric said." Magenta belt? I never heard of such a magical item like that." He looked intrigued by the concept.
Viktor asked," What did this boy look like?" He looked extremely curious about the mysterious boy known as Decade.
Fleur said," The boy had black hair, green eyes similar to Rose Potter, but you know he looks like a carbon copy of James Potter." She recalled the boy's appearance, and she just realized that he does look like James.
Cho and Cedric looked at each other with widened eyes as they heard what Fleur stated, and they know about Rose not being the savior but her secret brother Harry Potter. Then, finally, Fleur gained a look of realization.
Viktor asked," What with those looks?" He looked lost, and he see little Gabrielle looked lost for words as well.
Cedric said," That this Decade might be Harry Potter, The Boy who lived." He see Viktor, and Gabby's eyes widened briefly.
Gabrielle then sees something or someone in the coffee shop, letting her gasp as she sees the figure.
Fleur asked," Gabby, what wrong?" She heard her little gasp, and her big sister instinct kicks in.
Cho and the two male champions were concern until they saw Gabby pointed toward something, making them curious until their jaws dropped to the floor.
A figure is a young man that looks like Minato from the Persona but with black hair unkempt at the front, green eyes, and light build wearing, a brown coat, a gray scarf, a dark magenta shirt, dark blue jeans, and black shoes. He is wearing around his neck is a magenta polaroid camera around his neck.
Cho said," Black hair." She looked at the young man wearing the trench coat with widened eyes.
Cedric said," Green eyes similar to Lilly Potter." He looked at the male's eyes with widened eyes.
Fleur said," Looks like a carbon copy of James Potter." She looked at the boy with a camera with a stunned expression.
Viktor/Cho/Cedric / Fleur whispered," Harry Potter." They see a mysterious Harry Potter in the shop.
Cho cried," Excuse me, sir." She waves, getting the suspected Harry Potter who heard her, and he started making his way to the mage's table.
The boy asked,'' Yes? How may I help you all?" He looked at the group sitting at the booth with a curious expression.
Cho asked," I was wondering can you take me and my boyfriend's picture ?" She grabbed Cedric's hand, making him blush.
Cedric cried," Cho!" He looked at his long-time girlfriend with a flushed expression on his face.
Before the boy could react, he and the people in the coffee shop hear a popping sound, and he, along with everyone in the shop see outside were some rogue death eaters, but they weren't alone.
They were skeletons like monsters (Skulkin from Ninjago), making everyone scream in horror, causing them to run out of the coffee shop.
The death eaters fire killing curses at the terrified muggles making Zeke's eyes narrowed. Then he made his way out of the shop, ignoring Kaori and the mages' cries to say safe.
The ring leader mocked," Seem we got ourselves a hero, gents." But then, he notices Zeke approaching them.
Kaori thought," What is he doing?" She looked at her friend /co-worker with worry in her eyes.
One death eater looked at Zeke, and then his eyes narrowed as he looked like a carbon copy of James Potter.
One Death Eater cried," He looks like that blood traitor James Blood but with his mudblood 's eyes." He pointed at Zeke, whose expression gets frosty, took his camera, and then he snaps a picture of the death eaters.
Another Death eater said, "Oi, what are you doing, brat?" He closed his eyes as the camera flash blinded him.
Zeke said," take your picture." He spoke in a nonchalant way making the mages who came out confused.
Cedric whispered," What the bloody hell is he doing?" He looked over at Cho, who looked as confused.
The same death later asked," Take my picture? What the hell are you talking about, boy?" He spat out venomously towards Zeke who expression grew cold.
Zeke drawled," You know I don't like the word boy, but since I am generous today, why don't you Skiddle out of here let everyone enjoy their coffee." He looked at the Death eater, who looked taken before bursting out laughing.
His comrades join on laughing as well. Zeke reaches into his trenchcoat, and then he pulled out his Neo Decade driver making Kaori gasp, seeing the belt along with Gabby and Fleur.
Kaori thought," That belt. It looks like the one from the nightmare." She looked at the belt in Zeke's hand.
Fleur whispered," That the device Gabby and I were talking about!" She pointed towards the Neo Decade Driver.
Zeke places the Neo Decade Driver on his waist, a belt materialized and straps to his waist, getting Kaori, Cho, Cedric Viktor, The death eater, and the civilian's attention.
Zeke man pulled out pulls out a card with a small smirk on his face.
The Death Eater asked," Who are you, boy?" He looked at Zeke with narrowed eyes making Zeke's smirk widen.
Zeke positions his driver in a vertical mode, "Henshin." Then, he inserted it into the card slot.
KAMEN RIDE
He pushed the metal sides to close the driver and transformed.
