Janeway and Chakotay find themselves alone on Voyager after the ship is attacked by the Vidiians not long after their arrival in the Delta Quadrant. During their forced confinement under siege, Chakotay tries to convince his new captain to get to know him even better than she already thinks she does...

C/7. AU where the phase variance in the Quantum Slipstream drive is corrected by Seven and the crew of Voyager returns to Earth in the episode "Timeless". They return to an Alpha Quadrant in turmoil.

Years in the Delta Quadrant have taken their toll on Voyager and the relation between the Captain and her crew are at breaking point. Against her First Officer advice, Janeway decides to use a shortcut to avoid crossing into Borg territory, but even she cannot control everything. Dark.

Seven decides she needs to widen the scope of the Borg kids' education and experience, and she knows who to ask for advice and help... Set immediately after 'Ashes to Ashes' S06xE18. One-shot.

Once back in the Alpha Quadrant Janeway discovers something that is not possible. Seven is not with her to help her sort it out. This story was years ago written for a challenge but I wanted to post it here as well. No beta-reading. Feedback welcome.

After cutting herself off from everyone she knows, Kathryn receives a surprise visitor that puts things in motion that not even she can stop. **The story is not yet complete, but I am working on it.**

The battle of Unimatrix Zero is over, and the crew of Voyager believes that they've managed to thwart the Borg, yet again. The Queen, however, is a dangerous opponent and determined to track down the drones Voyager has helped escape. Soon Captain Janeway's life hangs in the balance, while Commander Chakotay clings to his humanity, as he desperately tries to save them all. J/C.
