"Damnit... seems I was right."

Rias really hated the fact that her life had just gotten a lot more complicated, thanks to Namikaze Industries now owning 95% of the entire city, she was now constantly having to send her familiar out to scout the territory. Akeno had to send her familiars out to do the same, which meant that they couldn't use their familiars to gain contracts.

Kuoh was a unique place.

It was a spiritual center, it naturally drew the supernatural to it like flies to honey. Those in Japan with Sacred Gears or special blood were just naturally drawn to the power of the place, it a large magnet of some sort. Just like how she just noticed that a boy had been asked out by a fallen angel in disguise, by the name of Raynare it would seem. He had some kind of Sacred Gear, she didn't know what it was, and she didn't know what the fallen angel planned to do with the boy. If he was going to get scouted by them to join Grigori, or if she was going to attack him. Hell, she didn't even know if the fallen angel had actually gotten a crush on the boy.

She didn't exactly have a lot of spies, or any for that matter, letting her know about fallen angels in the area.

She just wanted to get a summoning contract on the boy's body so that he could summon her if he felt any strong desires. Since she didn't know what the fallen angel had planned, she couldn't exactly do anything to stop them. This was her territory from the supernatural point of view, but if this was just a girl seeking out love from a human boy, then she would feel bad trying to stop them. At the same time, there was some suspicious movements from the girl that just alerted her to the fact she wasn't on the up and up.

"Which Sacred Gear does he have?"

"It doens't matter, the contract says I have to protect him while he is on Namikaze property... and they own most of the city now." Rias realized that she was having a lot of trouble now because of her earlier mistake. She sighed to herself and looked towards Koneko as the girl entered the room, done with classes for the day. "Koneko, can you fetch Issei Hyoudou for me... what is with that face?" Rias asked with a raised eyebrow.

Koneko was making a face that showed she really did not want to help her with this, as if she had some other more important plans. Now that she thought about it, Koneko's grades had been improving over the last month, AND she seemed happier than before. She was good at hiding her emotions, but she had been hiding them less and less recently.

"... I kind of had plans."

"What plans are more important than potentially saving a life?" Rias asked with a raised eyebrow, not exactly seeing what was so important.

"... Spending time with..."

"You can reschedule your job with your client some other time, you're very popular, I'm sure they will be happy to reschedule for you." Rias waved off that concern. Koneko only ever spent time with her fellow peerage members OR clients. Some client must have some pretty good video games if Koneko was spending time with them like this though, or be a very good chef. The girl loved her snacks, and she loved all things video games and music culture. "Go on, go collect Issei. I'll think about what to say to him when he gets here."

Koneko frowned, and Rias looked at her with a raised eyebrow going even further into her red hair. Koneko seemed like she REALLY wanted to not follow directions, which was not like the girl at all. She was very obedient normally, of all of her servants Koneko was the one that needed the least discipline over the years.

Koneko got her phone out and scent a text.

"Okay, I'll-"

"Who did you just text?" Rias raised a hand and stopped Koneko from leaving, a frown on her face when she saw that her servant was having a private conversation. Koneko having a texting relationship with a client was very unprofessional of her. It was not something that Koneko had ever done before.

While devils COULD fulfill long terms requests, Koneko was not the type that was schedules for those types of things, and the clients who usually ordered her would not be able to afford that. Very few humans were valuable enough to request anything sexual from Koneko, who was a virgin.

Yes, humans could make sexual requests.

But every devil had a phone that scanned the worth of a client and measured how much payment that would be needed for such a transaction, and taking a girl's virginity was something only those with extremely high and pure soul energies would be able to suggest. Otherwise it would be one of the rare cases where a human would need to pay with their soul, which was rare but allowed if the human was informed of it ahead of time and agreed to it.

"... A friend."

"You don't have any human friends do you?" Akeno questioned for Rias, since she had never seen Koneko hang around with a person either. "... Are you being forced to... is a client forcing you-"

"It's my boyfriend okay!"

Koneko exited the room and slammed the door behind her, leaving two very stunned girls behind who hadn't expected Koneko to say such a thing. They stared at each other in silence, not expecting such a thing from the small girl.

"She got a boyfriend... what a surprise." Akeno whispered, before a smile came over her face. "Good for her, I'm happy she was able to find somebody... bet he's into petite girls. She does have a nice butt." Akeno could see why a guy would be attracted to Koneko, she was like a small animal in looks, and came off as very confident thanks to her normally neutral facial features.

Rias stood up and paced back and forth.

Happiness appeared on her face for a moment, before concern.

"... What if he is using her though? Koneko is very innocent, and if he's using her, it could break her heart. You handle the Issei situation, I'm going to get my familiar to track down whoever she is dating and have a conversation with him." Rias spoke with no hesitation at all. She wanted to make sure that Koneko was safe, and that she wasn't dating a guy who was just using her for her body.

She needed to protect her family, and Koneko was a part of that family. She was sure that Akeno could handle explaining the situation of his life being in danger to Issei without her. Koneko's safety was far more important to her than the safety of some human she didn't care about.

So Rias left the room and summoned her familiar.

"Track down Koneko's scent, lead me to the person who has her smell on him."

-At Naruto's apartment (40 minutes later)-

"This is the place... it seems rather... normal." Rias judged the apartment complex as normal, which was an odd sign. She didn't sense anything supernatural about the apartment, and that didn't really set off any alarms in her mind on it's own. She was just on edge as her familiar flew up to one of the doors on the first floor, and showed her which apartment was the correct one. "Apartment 109... remember that Rias." Rias spoke to herself as she walked forward.

She knocked on the door.

She came face to face with some very well built muscles from a man who wasn't currently wearing a shirt, and was sweating quite a bit. It would seem that he just got done working out, or he just got out of a steamy shower.

180cm tall.

He would seem to be about 17 or 18 years old, so he was about her own age, or maybe just slightly older than her. He was within an acceptable age range to be interested in Koneko at the very least, which was a point in his favor that he wasn't somebody even older with a fetish.

"Sorry, but do I know you?"

"I'm Rias Gremory... Gremory Rias."

"First name Rias, last name Gremory, you're a foreigner, I understand it so don't worry. You're from the high school... nice to meet you, I'm from the college. Naruto Uzumaki." Naruto greeted her as he raised a hand up lazily. "Well, if you're moving into the apartment building, I would be happy to welcome you... after I get a shirt on." Naruto greeted her with a friendly expression.

A point in his favor.

He seemed like a very expressive and warmth filled man, but Rias raised a hand up anyway.

"I'm not here for that, I came to speak with you about your girlfriend... you see, I'm one of Koneko's friends, and I only just now learned about you. I would like to ask you a few questions." Rias was forward to the point. She expected some kind of resistance, or some other kind of reaction to her.

All she got was a scratch at the back of his head.

"Ah... you're being protective of her, well come on in... take your shoes off, and please pull her skirt down a little. Your panties keep showing." Naruto warned her about how the breeze kept showing off her panties. He kept noticing her sexy panties, and while he was used to that kind of thing, he didn't want the girl to embarass herself.

Rias followed after Naruto without a word said, and took her shoes off, but since she didn't care about her panties showing she didn't bother lowering how she wore her skirt. She looked all over the apartment, and took in the sights. She saw college textbooks sitting on the desk, opened up with homework left half finished. She saw the dishes in the sink was soaking to make them easier to clean, which showed that he did know how to wash up after himself.

Basically, she walked into the average apartment of a well kept man, who did not know he would be having guests coming over, and thus didn't have time to clean.

Perfect inspection conditions.

"So, you're here to inspect me... ask any question you want." Naruto stated to her with open arms.

She gladly took him up on that.

"What made you interested in Koneko?"

"She and I had fun together at the arcade, so I asked her out on a date to see if we had any chemistry, and we did." Naruto stated as he grinned at the memory. He rubbed his nose with a satisfied look on his face. "We got a meal at a fast food place and at it at the park after the arcade, and I knew that she was a girl that I would like to spend more time with." Naruto truthfully stated without holding back.

Rias blinked.

That was so normal to her, and he seemed very honest about it. He didn't hesitate or seem like he had to make up some kind of story to please her. If he was telling the truth, then they just met by chance, had fun together, and he asked her out purely because he had fun with her. That was one of THE most acceptable reasons to want to date a person, because you felt you might have a connection with them.

"I see... and what do you think of her body?"

"She's cute, I mean, she has a pretty normal body... but her hair and eyes make her look really cute... I don't quite get this question... are you asking if was sexually attracted to her or something when we met?"

Rias raised a hand.

"Actually, you just answered my question." Rias didn't need more information on that. She forgot that bodacious bodies were not that common in Japan, and this guy was Japanese. A girl like Koneko with a shorter, more petite frame, was considered to have a pretty normal body. Koneko's own cute looks did make her sexually appealing, and she was very athletic so a guy Naruto's age not being attracted to Koneko would have been more weird.

Calling her cute was the correct answer, and the way he seemed genuinely confused by the way she phrased her question showed that he didn't have an ulterior sexual motive. If he was attracted to Koneko sexually or not did not matter to her if his interest in her stemmed from something that did not start sexual.

"Okay... but yes, I am attracted to her body as well... she's super athletic. We played basketball together, and I saw her toned tummy. I really appreciate how hard she works to get her body that toned." Naruto stated with a smile of pride on his face.

Rias nodded in approval.

She held up three fingers.

"Third question... how far have you and Koneko gotten?"

"We've kissed and held hands, but we haven't gone much further. I think she wants to, but until she shows me she wants more, I'm not going to push her into anything. Personally, I do want to go to second base with her."

"Not all the way?" Rias was confused by the way that he mentioned second base.

Didn't he want to go all the way?

"Eventually, but I don't think Koneko is ready to go that far with me, and I don't want to push her. These things take time, and I want her first time to be special ya know... every girl's first time should be really special." Naruto blushed at how cheesy he sounded, but he wanted Koneko to be really good and ready for him to make the move on her. He didn't want their first time together, and her first time, to just be something that happened in the spur of a moment.

He wanted to make it something that Koneko would never forget.

Rias nodded, finding his answer to be acceptable. She put a thumb to her lip in thought as she looked at the man in front of her, trying to gauge to see why he felt so normal to her. He seemed like an unsually kind man, but he seemed like he was holding back as well.

"... Is that a..." Rias' eyes scanned the room, and she looked at something that caught her attention. Her eyes sparkled a little when she saw something that she never expected she would see in her lifetime. "Is that... an out of production... oh my... they stopped releasing... this was a discontinued anime... they cancelled this, how do you have the entire series... how is the entire series animated?" Rias asked as she got distracted from what she was going to ask Naruto when she saw an anime she never thought was going to be finished.

Naruto raised an eyebrow.

"What?"

"You have the ENTIRE Rurouni Kenshin series IN ANIME form... but it was cancelled... HOW do you... what the hell... HOW!?" Rias grabbed the multiple boxed sets that were on Naruto's DVD holder, and she just looked at them and looked at the anime episode lists, seeing where the series ended, and where it seemed to continue. "This... this covers the entire 28 volumes... how does this exist?"

Naruto just raised an eyebrow.

"I mean, I don't mind if you borrow it if you want, but aren't you here to talk-"

Rias rushed Naruto then and there, and wrapped her arms around him in a massive hug. She refused to let him go until she finished conveying her emotions properly with her hug, and she looked at all of the DVDs that she was going to have to spend her time watching.

'I mean, I just paid the animation studios to finish the anime for me, that isn't all that special.' Naruto thought as he gently pushed her off of him. It would seem she was some kind of anime lover, he had quite a few completed versions of cancelled anime. It cost a lot of money to make them, but it was worth it for his own personal satisfaction.

Rias coughed into her hand with red cheeks.

"... Back to Koneko..." Rias' eyes kept going to his shelf to see if she couldn't find anymore hidden treasures for her viewing pleasure. She managed to look back at Naruto, before her eyes wandered back and forth. "... what are your plans... what are your future plans... what..."

"What are my future plans with Koneko?"

"Huh?... Yes... yes that!" Rias remembered what she was back here for when Naruto completed her question, suddenly remembering that she needed to not get distracted by anime.

Naruto shrugged.

"She's 15, and I'm 17... we're young, but I would love it if things could get more serious... Rias-"

"OH! Is this... this is a Tomo-chan anime, how does THIS even exist... and-"

Naruto grabbed Rias back the back of the uniform, and grabbed an entire stack of anime, before he lifted her up over his shoulder. He walked her to the exit of his apartment and set her back down, before he handed the stack of anime to her. He got her shoes and helped her put them on since her arms were full.

"Binge watch all of those if you want, and we can continue this topic later."

"Hey, if you and Koneko don't work out-"

"You're her friend right?" Naruto put his hand on her shoulder, and he had a grin on his face that promised violence.

"Yes."

"Well, if you're her friend, don't try to seduce her boyfriend."

Rias' face becamed shocked when she realized what she had been suggesting, but her mind had been overrun by the thought of getting to binge even more anime that she would never have the chance to watch otherwise.

That was the day that Rias learned that Koneko had a boyfriend.

Nobody saw Rias for 5 days after she met Naruto.

She never left her home during those 5 days.
