Chapter 7
The next day, Ash, Lillie, Serena, Chloe, Ashlie, and Goomba are there, and Ashlie is still glaring at Goomba because of what happened yesterday. Serena asks, "What happened to them?"
Ash says, "Long story short, Isabelle's Halloween Espurr played a prank on Goomba to change him into an Espurr so that they can play hide and seek in Wonky Woods, and he is not that happy as he has his Pichu continuously attacking both Ashlie and Espurr at the same time under they were...worse."
"It's not my fault, if someone messes with me, I am going to give a payback." Goomba huffs.
Ashlie says, "Enough of that, so Papa, are we really going to visit all the 18 gyms today?"
"Of course." Ash says as he turns to Serena and Chloe, "This would be a long trip, so I suggest that you better prepare yourselves."
Serena and Chloe nod as they all head into the Flying Taxi. At the same time, the traitors are watching as Goh asks, "Why didn't you try to hypnotize them again?"
Max replies, "Do you think I don't want to? I can't do it because they have some sort of barriers around them."
"Probably one of Ash's nasty tricks." Brock mutters. "He is unpredictable."
"Should we follow them?" Lana asks.
"We'd better." Gladion says, "Nobody goes away with my sister for that."
Their first destination is Virima City, and Ash says, "This place is located very close to our private island, which is our home. This Virima City's Gym is actually that mansion over there."
Lillie says, "What you need to do is battle the Gym Trainers for the keys to the leader's room to battle."
"That sounds easy, but then again, this is the first Gym, right?" Serena asks.
"You bet, the leader is a man named Jim." Ashlie says, "Chelsea likes to do puns of him."
"Jim Leader? Very funny." Goomba says.
"He specializes in Normal Type, but the problem is that all of his Pokemon are capable of learning Hidden Power, you never knew what kind of power he would use." Ash says. "Since the tournament, the Gyms are closed, but as a Champion, I can bring everyone here even though the Gym Leaders are absent."
"Okay...as long as the Leaders don't mind." Chloe nods.
Once they are inside the mansion, Ash says, "Jim is a tour guide, and he is also one of the important figures of the city. From the north of Virima City, they planned to merge the two cities into one."
"But they didn't do it, why?" Goomba asks.
"Because of Virizion. You don't want to mess with a Legendary Pokemon, after all." Ash says. "And that's why there is a Virizion statue at the Virima Trail."
"And what about the bridge to the south?" Chloe asks.
"That leads to Southern part of Virima City, which is also a good place considering that it is located on the ocean. Raina, Scott's cousin and also the head of the Battle Factory of the Frontier has her training gym there as well." Lillie says.
"But why does he sets his gym in his house? Won't that be a mess for him?" Chloe asks.
"That's why a lot of people decide to battle him in the tours instead of his house, but Jim doesn't care at all, he has his Pokemon repair it and with the earnings from the Tour guide, he manages to rebuild everything in the end."
As for the traitors, they are at Virima City as they are trying to find both Ash, Lillie, and the others. But they have lost sight as they accidentally run into the library, their loud noises offended the librarians and they have to kick them out of the place.
"Just where did he go?" Clemont says in a tired tone. "Don't tell me he was in that Virima Hotel..."
"I don't think that is the Gym they were talking about..." Misty mutters.
Just then, they feel like something is glaring at them, as they turn around, they find Virizion, who is looking at them with anger before leaving.
"What is a Virizion doing here? And why did we miss our chance to capture it?" Iris asks.
"Which way did it go? We have to get it!" Before they can do it, Ash and the others are leaving Jim's house.
"Next, we are going to Premoggin Softlands, it is where the Fighting Gym is." Ash says as they go into the Flying Taxi. The traitors are conflicted, as they decide to chase after Ash and his group instead of capturing Legendary Pokemon.
"Are you telling me that the whole place is actually a Gym?" Chloe asks as she looks at the battlefield out in the open.
"Yeah, and that right there is the Battle Mall, you can buy a lot of things that are related to battles or Pokemon, like evolution items, battle enhancement items, and so on." Ashlie says. "It is a perfect place to go."
"And the leader here is Lee, he is a Fighting Type Specialist and he is also a leg-specialist athlete! From what I have heard, he is from Hoenn and he often climbed Mt. Chimney for a lot of times as training."
"That sounds harsh, considering Mt. Chimney is very high." Serena comments.
"He is also a fan of stargazing, as the stars in the sky will always be there to support him through my successes and failures." Ashlie says.
"He sounds like a cool guy." Goomba says.
"And because of his fastness, Chelsea often nicknames him as Instant Lee. He doesn't take apprentices because he feels like the inner strength comes from their own selves, and he thinks that a lot of people can't keep up with his training."
"Just by sounding it, I can understand why he is worried." Serena nods.
"And there is an Elite Four member who also specializes in Fighting Type, right?"
"You mean Arnalda? Both she and Lee have different fighting styles, Lee prefers working his legs, but Arnalda moves with her fists, as the Tower of Heracross located at the Technicolor Forest is where she has been training. She is also a good builder considering a lot of buildings are built by him.
"Here at Premoggin Softlands, we come here from the Weather Wonderland, it is separated into four areas and each area has its own weather. Sunny, Rainy, Snowy, and Sandstormy."
"That sounds cool. I mean, the Victory Road of the region is also the same." Serena says.
"You've noticed that, I must say you are sharp." Ash says.
"Why thank you." Serena says. Lillie adds, "And if you go north, there are no gyms, but a temple called Neon Temple, which is for Regigigas, and the Tinder Village, a place located in the Tinder Forest, which is famous for sticks and Farfetch'd."
"Okay..." Chloe says. "So where are we going next?"
Ash says, "We are going to the Flying Type Gym. Just follow us."
As they take the Flying Taxi once again, they are heading to the Yellow Sea, the traitors are still following them, but who knows when they will be able to catch up to the group and get what they want?
Goomba asks, "So why is this Yellow Sea has yellow water? I mean? Won't that be disgusting?"
Ash says, "About that, the water is not yellow." Ash takes a cup and shows it to Goomba, which is as clear as glass. "The rocks of the sea are filled with Thunder Stones and Yellow Shards. That's why Pokemon like Tynamo, Chinchou, and some Pokemon like Rayquaza and Zapdos like to rest here."
Lillie says, "I still remember how Rayquaza wants to have a game of Rock paper scissors with you and he lost, that is interesting."
"Rayquaza playing rock paper scissors? Weird." Chloe says.
"But where is the Flying Gym?" Goomba asks.
"It is over there, that's Angela's Aviary." Ashlie says as they enter the aviary, only to find a lot of Flying Trainers and Bird trainers training their Flying Type Pokemon or riding them in the skies.
"I never knew there is an Aviary like this..." Serena says in awe.
"The leader here is the second strongest Gym Leader in Ceolis, Angela. She is great at battles without even communicating with Pokemon." Lillie says.
"Like Diantha?" Serena asks, and they nod.
Ash adds, "Angela also lets his Pokemon do what they want, considering that it would be better for her Pokemon. And trust me, you can't find her in the news considering that she doesn't like being on the screen, mostly for private reasons. But I think it is because the interview might scare Flying Type Pokemon."
"I see. But there sure are a lot of birds here." Goomba looks around as they see a trainer with a Pidgeot flying past.
"Well, Lugia and Ho-Oh really like this place, that's for sure. The last time we battled here, it was me and my sister against Angela and Natalie at the same time."
"Natalie? You mean that lady wearing a green bat costume that was using all kinds of bat Pokemon? I mean, I have seen her battling a few hours ago." Chloe says.
"Yeah, we didn't have a good meeting, but everything went well after that. She was asked to be a guard for some shady business when we first met her, but after that, she has been close to our Dragon Leader Draga. She is also one of our Frontier Brains, as her facility is the Battle Cloud."
"Battle Cloud?" Goomba asks. "What does that do?"
"It is a place for Sky Battles, the same ones in Kalos." Ash says. "Our Battle Frontier consists of 5 Facilities, Battle Tower and Battle Factory are the common ones, and there are Battle Cloud, Battle Stage, and Battle VR. The three of them are the new ones."
Lillie says, "Battle Stage is led by Felicia, as she goes with Inverse Battles, and the Battle VR is led by Kayla, our League Manager and also the Fire Leader's sister. We have our own VR and we can fight as Pokemon."
"Okay, that sounds cool." Goomba says, "I'll try to conquer every one of them."
"I'm sure you can." Ash says.
Just then, they find the traitors in front of them and they feel annoyed. "So you decided to follow us even though we have been telling you that we have no business with you?"
"If you go to prison and return my sister to me, then we won't bother you." Gladion says.
"Seriously? Papa didn't tell the whole crowd that you were the ones that framed him, and now you try to continue doing that? Are you out of your mind?" Ashlie asks.
"It's not your business, brat!" Misty yells as she hits her with the mallet, causing Ash to get angry.
"Nobody hurts my daughter and gets away with it." Ash says with anger as he takes out Glalie. "Use Ice Beam on those guys!"
Glalie notices the traitors as he gives them a cold stare, and then they all froze on the spot until Lillie manages to call the police.
"Let go of us!" Iris yells.
"You'll just have to wait until the ice melts. As for you, the bitch who hurt my daughter, you are going to jail for what you have done!"
"What? You can't be serious!" Misty yells as two police officers give her a handcuff. "You can't do this to me!"
"You already lost against Serena and me in the tournament, so you have no reason to get out of this." Ash says with a cold tone as Misty is taken away. After that, Ash and his group leave while leaving the traitors trying to wait for the ice to melt.
And here is a new chapter, and this wraps up the first three gyms. And don't worry, there will be a chapter for Misty's trial, considering that I want to show all the characters in this fangame.
