Chapter 9 The Wedding Battle
Three days are over ever since Ash's former travel companions come to the castle. This day is Ash and Lillie's wedding. The news has been spreading throughout all the regions with the help of their friends in the United Region, a lot of people are willing to attend since Ash and Lillie are the most influential couple in the world for their achievements and the help for defeating the evil teams that are a threat of the whole 9 regions.
On this day, everyone has come to Ash's castle, those who don't know about it are shocked that Ash and Lillie live in such a huge castle, and those who know about it are excited to see what kind of place do those royals live. As for the traitors, during these days they have been stalking Ash and the others in order to take the Pokemon they have. But every time, they fail miserably as Ash manages to spot them and teleport them away as soon as possible. Ash is furious that they are now acting just like Team Rocket, no, maybe even worse. And it is the final straw as they try to fake the invitations to get in the castle, this causes Ash to teleport them away with their Gardevoir unable to use Teleport again with the move Disable.
After a lot of procedures, Ash and Lillie are now facing each other. Ash slowly lifts up the veil to see her beautiful face, yes, she has makeup, but Ash can't tell it since she is beautiful in his eyes. As for Ash, Lillie is also blushing at how handsome he looks in the white tuxedo meant for the bridegroom. After the priest made a vow, the two of them are kissing at the lips, signaling that they have become husband and wife.
After the wedding is over, they have a ball to celebrate a big event. They can't believe that Insey made a huge cake for the occasion, but in the end, they are glad that it is delicious. His former rivals, such as Alain, Paul, and the others are also surprised to learn Ash and Lillie fused themselves to become Ashlie, and they are happy to learn how strong they are. They are also given the title "The strongest couple in the world" And to prove this, they are going to do something for the end of the ball.
Ash says, "Now since the party is coming to an end...Since it is a special occasion, please let Lillie and I show a battle to every one of you."
Everyone is surprised as Ash and Lillie are having a battle, and Lillie says, "The battle is going to be six on six, we will be giving all we get, and we are not going to hold back with each other."
The others are excited, considering that they usually battle together as a being, and now they can see how the battle goes. As the queen, Aurora becomes the referee.
Ash says, "Well, I'll go with Hawlucha as my first Pokemon."
Lillie says, "I choose Milotic as my first Pokemon." Lillie says as she sends out her water-type Pokemon, and they are in awe at how beautiful it is.
"Now let the final Elite 4 battle begin." Aurora says as he raises his hand.
"Let's take the first lead! Hawlucha, let's go with Feather Dance!" Ash yells as Hawlucha spread its feathers to lower Milotic's Attack stat.
"Milotic, use Water Pulse!" Milotic goes for the attack, but Hawlucha manages to dodge the attack.
Ash says, "Since it is close by! Sky Uppercut!" The Pokemon gives an attack and it hurts Milotic.
Lillie says, "Now use Scale Shot! Follow by an Ice Beam!"
She made ice scales and it shoots Hawlucha, causing him to crash into the ice. "Hawlucha! Are you okay?" Hawlucha nods and Ash says, "Good, now let's go with Endeavor!"
Lillie widens her eyes as Milotic is now in the same health as Hawlucha. Lillie says, "Even though we are in the same situation, I still can end this! Use Blizzard!"
Just then, the attack causes Hawlucha to be frozen, and it faints in the end.
"Hawlucha is unable to battle! Ash send out your next Pokemon." Aurora says.
Mallow says, "I never knew Lillie is a good battler."
Mark says, "She and Ash train together during the 8 leagues after all. Ashlie is not just Ash."
Ash says, "Sceptile! Come on out!" As the Lizard Pokemon appears, he says, "Use Leaf Blade!"
Lillie yells, "Dodge it!"
Milotic tries to dodge, but Sceptile beats it first and then knocks it out in the end.
"Milotic is unable to battle, Lilllie, send out your next Pokemon."
Lillie says, "Frosslass, time for battle!"
As the ghost Pokemon appears, Ash says, "An Ice Type Pokemon...I'm sorry, Sceptile, I need you to rest."
After Sceptile is recalled, Ash takes out another Pokeball and sends out a Pikachu.
"Wait, did Ash just send out a Pikachu from a Pokeball?" Serena asks in confusion.
"That is not Pikachu, you'll see." Golly says.
"Use Dark Pulse!" Ash says as the "Pikachu" use the attack.
"Use Phantom Force!" Lillie calls out as Froslass hides herself inside the shadows, much to "Pikachu"'s confusion. But it gets hit and the Imposter ability is gone, revealing to be a Zoroark.
"Zoroark. Are you okay?" Ash asks as it nods.
Gary says, "So it is a Zoroark..."
Ash says, "Zoroark, use Flamethrower."
Zoroark goes for the Fire Type attack, and Froslass takes a lot of damage. Lillie says, "Now Hail to hide!"
As the snowstorm appears, it covers the field as Zoroark can't find Froslass.
"Where is it?" Ash says in horror as Shadow Balls are hitting the fox Pokemon.
"Ash is in trouble now..." Dawn says.
Ash says, "Zoroark! Calm down! Feel the coldness and go with Night Daze!"
Zoroark closes its eyes and feels that the right side is colder than the other sides, so it attacks there and Froslass is getting damaged.
"Nice one." Lillie says. "I guess we should end this up."
Ash says, "You bet!"
Then they both go with Night Slash and Shadow Claw at the same time, both attacks cause a giant explosion, which causes both of them to faint.
"Both Pokemon have fainted! Send out your next Pokemon." Aurora says.
"Sceptile, I need your help again." Ash says as he sends out the Pokemon.
Lillie says, "You are not going to believe I would be using this. Greninja!"
As the Pokemon appears, everyone is shocked considering that Greninja is one of the Pokemon that Ash has a close bond with.
"Is she seriously going to use Ash's Greninja?" Serena asks in horror.
Ash says, "I have the advantage, so I'm not scared. Sceptile, use Leaf Blade!"
Lillie says, "Dodge it and go for Aerial Ace!"
Greninja manages to dodge Sceptile's attack and goes hits Sceptile, but Sceptile manages to hit Greninja after taking a hit.
"Now let's get stronger, should we?" Lillie says as Greninja changes its form into Ash-Greninja, this causes everyone to get surprised. Not only that, the Greninja just use a lot of attacks on Sceptile, causing it to faint in the end.
"If Ash attacks Greninja, then he will also take damage as well...this is not good for Ash..." Lana mutters.
Ash says, "I think you might force me to do this. Gliscor, I choose you!"
After the Pokemon appears, Kiawe asks, "Gliscor? How will Ash defeat his own Greninja with Gliscor?"
Ash smirks, "Use Guillotine!"
Gliscor goes for the attack and it immediately defeats Greninja with just one hit. Ash feels a little pain from it and he says, "I can only do this, so I won't be getting a longing pain."
Lillie sighs as she recalls Greninja, "And I thought I would sweep your team with just Greninja...well, I have Eiscue."
As the penguin Pokemon appears, Lillie says, "Let me return the favor. Sheer Cold!"
After Gliscor is hit by the attack, Ash knows he has two Pokemon left. Ash says, "Considering every one of our Pokemon is Level 100, it is no wonder that one-hit KO moves works."
Ash goes for Charizard as his fifth Pokemon, and he uses the Key Stone on the glow to Mega evolve it into Y form, the Drought appears and everyone can feel hot from the battle.
"Charizard...this is horrible..." Lillie mutters.
Charizard goes for Heat Wave, which just goes through the Ice Face ability to give damage, considering that the ability only works for Physical attacks. And after another Blast Burn, Eiscue is also down.
"How about I use this, Tyranitar!" Lillie sends out the fifth Pokemon and also Mega evolves it, with the Sand Stream, it just goes through the Drought ability. Both Pokemon are fighting together with Charizard using Seismic Toss and Tyranitar using Rock Slide, and both Pokemon are taking a lot of damage. In the end, they both faint at the same time.
"Looks like we are both down to one Pokemon." Lillie says.
"But I think we know what Pokemon we are going to use." Ash smiles.
"Snowy!" Lillie sends out the Alolan Ninetales on the field, and Ash says, "Chuster! I choose you!"
As both Pokemon are on the field, everyone knows that they are the first Pokemon as the normal version of Ash and Lillie. Pikachu goes with Iron Tail, but Ninetales manages to dodge the attack and goes for Moonblast, which is countered by Electro Ball.
Mallow says, "Snowy is so strong...I never knew that..."
"Me neither. After this battle...I can tell that Lillie is capable of taking care of herself." Gladion says.
After a while, Ash and Lillie take out their Z Rings and they yell, "Let's do this!"
Lillie is doing an Ice Type of dance while Ash is doing an Electric Type dance. They yell, "Use Gigavolt Havoc/Subzero Slammer!"
Both Pokemon unleash their full power by using their strong moves, and the attacks also hit both Pokemon and cause a giant explosion. Everyone is feeling intense at the battle, and the result is clear after the smoke disappears.
Aurora looks at the field with a smile, and she says, "Both Chuster and Snowy are unable to battle, the match is a draw!"
Ash and Lillie sigh as they hug their Pokemon, after that, they shake hands with each other and Lillie says, "Nice battle, Ash."
"You too, Lillie. I'm glad that we do this." Ash says as they embrace each other, the action causes everyone to cheer for them.
Aurora says, "I must say that was also an intense battle, it is perfect for the end of the party."
The others are frowning as the party is ended, but they understand that everything won't last forever.
At the end, as every guests has left, Ash and Lillie are at the balcony of their room.
"I wonder what will happen next." Ash says.
"Who knows, but we will think about it tomorrow." Lillie says.
They kiss once more, and Ash says, "I love you, Lillie Ketchum."
"I love you too, Ash Ketchum." Lillie says.
Then they all head inside, preparing to go to bed.
Here is the wedding. I hope you enjoy the moment of the new weeds, both the battle and how the shorter version of the wedding goes. I made a full battle of Ash and Lillie, as I want to point out that both Ash and Lillie are equally strong and strategical. Lillie is also using Ash's Pokemon, considering that they were Ashlie and they have to use all their Pokemon for the Gym battles, Elite Four battles, and the Champion battles.
