Chapter 1 Reunion with Ash
In a big mansion on Melemele Island, a blonde-haired girl is in depression as she looks at the window. A year ago, she attends a party with her friends and the others who shared something in common with her, which is the fact that they traveled with the same boy, only in different regions. Things are going pretty well, until some of his friends start to say bad stuff about him, telling him how he can't even win a league, and how he always brings disaster to them. A party is turning into a disaster, as she has never seen the boy being so broken before.
"You agree with them, don't you?" The way he spoke to her, it feels like a knife that hit her heart. She wants to disagree with them, but she can't find the courage to speak, and then her friends, who she has never bothered to call after THAT happened, told them that she agrees with them, even though all is a lie. They even tell him that why does this matters as he is going to die, and they see the boy that she likes being blasted by the attack of their Pokemon, and eventually, the boy is gone.
The mother of the boy has already called the police to arrest the traitors, but they escaped before the police can catch them. She didn't leave the spot, as she finds herself too weak to even move. The mother of the boy knows that she doesn't mean anything, as she tells the police that she is innocent, but rather she is also a victim as well. Since then, the mother of the boy has been treating her like a daughter after his demise.
The girl, now you know her name is Lillie, is looking at the photo of the boy, now you know his name is Ash. She says, "Why am I so weak...why do they have to make me give a bad impression to you when you were gone..."
Just then, she hears a door knock, and Lillie says, "Please come in."
The one that answers the door is Professor Kukui, he says, "Lillie, I have heard from Lusamine that you haven't been in a mood for several days. Your friends are worried for you."
Lillie screams at him, "They are not my friends! They made Ash hate me! True friends don't do that!"
"I know, but your brother and your parents, as well as Ms. Ketchum, are worried about you." Kukui says. "You really love Ash that much, right?"
Lillie drops another tear and she nods. "I just hope I can tell him how I really felt on that day..."
Kukui says, "You see, I have some good news for you. We might have found where Ash could have been."
This causes Lillie to look up in surprise. "What do you mean?"
"This morning, Delia received a phone call from her own son, and he tells her that he has become the Champion of the Fantasy Region."
"Really?" Lillie says with delight. "Did he still remember the accident a year ago? Did he hate me?"
Professor Kukui says, "At first, he acted like he didn't care about you, but after Delia told him your situation, he decided to wait for you at the airport so that he can talk with you."
"Me? To the Fantasy Region?" Lillie asks in surprise.
"That's right. This is your perfect chance. If you really regret what you have done, then you need to show him your resolve."
Lillie flinches a little, as she looks at her only Pokemon, Snowy the Alolan Vulpix. She nods and says, "If I can reunite with Ash, I will do anything I can."
"That is what I like to hear." Kukui smiles. "Now try packing up your stuff, we will be waiting for you at the Melemele Airport."
Lillie nods as she starts to clean up her stuff, she also turns to Snowy with a smile, "Snowy! We are going to find Ash! We are going to meet him again!"
Snowy jumps with excitement, as she really wants to see Lillie smile again.
After cleaning up the stuff in her room, she has been prepared as she is going to find Ash. Gladion, Lusamine, Mohn, Professor Kukui, and Professor Burnet are there at the port as Lillie is also there.
"It is good to see our little girl smiling again." Lusamine says.
"I know, Mother. I am going to meet Ash again. This time, I am not going to let him think anything bad at me."
"Sounds like you are eager." Burnet says as they laugh a little. Gladion says, "Be careful, sis. Liberty Region is said to be one of the dangerous regions in the whole world. If Ash wants you to go there and challenge the League, that means he is quite serious about this whole thing about you."
"I know, and trust me, Brother. I will become stronger so I won't be the same weak girl that couldn't defend herself before." Lillie says.
"What are you guys doing here?" The group of people tense up as they turn around, they see Mallow and the others, who are the traitors that made Ash think that Lillie is agreeing with them. Lillie says, "What are you doing here?"
"We are going to Kanto since Misty invites us to see her performance." Mallow says. "What about you?"
Lillie is now in a fury, even though Ash is alive, they have attempted murder and they are not even in jail, they even don't have any remorse for what they have done, Lillie takes a breath and says, "I am going to another region."
"You? Going to another region?" Kiawe asks, "Are you sure you are up for that?"
Gladion snaps, "Why do you care? Who do you think you are?"
"We're her friends, that's why." Mallow says.
"How many times I need to tell you: You are not my friends anymore!" Lillie says, "Mother, Father, let's go already, I don't want to be with those murderers."
"Okay." Mohn says as they glare at them before boarding their private plane, leaving the four traitors in a confusion about what they have done to make Lillie hate them.
Now the plane arrives at Aristar Town, a beautiful town where the Professor's Lab is. In the place, they can see a lot of Pokemon and humans living together. Lillie says, "So this is the Fantasy Region? I must say that it is quite interesting."
"It sure is quite interesting." Gladion says.
As they step outside of the airport, they find that people are wearing some sort of old traditional outfits. And in front of them, they see a boy with two Pikachu that Lillie feels familiar with.
"Ash..." Lillie is shocked to see the boy that she loves, wearing a prince outfit, and he is standing in front of them.
Ash also notices them and he doesn't show any angry feelings, instead, he just bows at them and says, "Welcome to the Fantasy Region. It's nice to see you again, please come inside."
Ash has already prepared two cars and he asks Lillie to sit with him in a car while the other members sit in another car, at first Gladion is worried, but Lillie tells him that she should do it.
Once they are inside the car, Ash turns to Lillie and says, "I have heard everything from my mother, thank you for taking care of her while I couldn't."
Lillie stutters a little and says, "It's fine...but don't you hate me?"
"Why should I hate you? You didn't do anything to me." Ash says while tilting his head.
"But what happened a year ago..." Lillie says.
"Oh, that? You didn't say anything to me." Ash says. "You don't need to be so worried about it."
Lillie sighs in relief and she asks, "So what have you been doing after your proclaimed death?"
"Oh, that? I have been trying to create a paradise in this region." Ash says. "You have never heard of Fantasy Region before, right?"
Lillie shakes her head, and Ash says, "That's because I made the region with the help of Legendary and Mythical Pokemon by my side."
"Really? I don't know you can just make a region like that..." Lillie says in awe.
"I know." Ash says. "I haven't told others outside of the region except for your family and Professor Kukui's family, because what happened a year ago influenced me a lot."
"I see..." Lillie frowns.
Once they arrive at Professor's Lab, they see the Professor is a girl with the same age as Lusamine, and she walks to Ash and says, "Prince Ash, it is an honor for your visit."
"Hello, Jullie. I have brought some guests here." Ash says.
Professor Jullie turns to the Aether Family and she says, "Hello there. Are you perhaps the Aether Family that is told to come to this region?"
"Yes, I am the President Lusamine, and this is my husband Mohn, my children Lillie and Gladion." Lusamine says.
"It's nice to meet you." Lillie bows with a nervous tone, and the Professor says with a smile, "No need to be scared of me. I am Professor Jullie, and I'm the Professor of this region."
Ash says, "Besides business, I have decided to request Lillie to enter this league. Can you please show her the things that she needs to do?"
Gladion asks, "Wait, you are going to challenge the League here, Lillie?"
"I don't mind. I was too weak to defend myself from those traitors." Lillie says. "I want to become stronger so I can protect myself."
Jullie says, "This league is not an easy walk in the park, as you can see...ever since Ash becomes the Champion, he has managed to make every Gym Leader strong and tough. Not to mention that Ash Ketchum is also a famous figure in this region, as he has owned a lot of things ever since he comes here in this region...or should I say...he is the one that created this region."
"C...created?" Gladion is surprised, as Mohn says, "I guess this news really shocked our children indeed."
"Well, I guess so. Now since you're here, why don't you take the Starter Pokemon? We have 24 kinds of Pokemon for you to choose." Jullie says.
"Are you sure? I mean...I already have Snowy with me..." Lillie says as she shows the Alolan Vulpix, and Jullie says, "Ah, an Alolan Vulpix, I can tell you raise it very well. But I can tell that only Vulpix is not enough even if you are going to the first gym. The Starter Pokemon is considered a gift from me."
Lillie says, "If you say so...then I choose a Pokemon that I'm familiar with...I choose Litten."
The Litten is happy that it has been chosen, and Ash says, "Why do you choose Litten?"
"Because I want a Fire Type to help me out." Lillie says. "And Litten seems to be familiar to me."
"I see. Well, here is Litten's Pokeball, and this is the newest Rotom Phone." Jullie says as the Rotom Phone flies towards Lillie's hand, she catches it and puts it into the bag.
After some time learning the basics, Ash and Lillie bid farewell to the other members of Aether and Professor, Ash says, "Well, this is where your journey begins, Lillie."
"I know." Lillie says, feeling a little happy that she gets to travel with Ash again.
Now I should talk about this story, I want to write a story with Lillie as the playable character, and with the other stories I wrote, like Sevestar, it is a peaceful region. But I want to write a region that is like Pokemon Reborn, Pokemon Insurgence, or else that has an Evil Group that terrorizes the region. And I have decided to go with this story. And the region has 18 gyms just like Pokemon Reborn and Pokemon Spork, but for the gym leaders and Elite 4, I am still going to do with my OCs. I hope you like this chapter.
