Chapter 2 New Travel Companions
"So where are we going?" Lillie asks in confusion as Ash is just grabbing her hand while walking further.
"It's almost there." Ash says as he finally stops, and Lillie sees that they are actually at a giant castle.
"Wow...this castle is amazing..." Lillie says in awe. "I have never seen a real-life castle before..."
"This is our castle." Ash says, "And we are going to spend a night here."
Lillie laughs a little and says, "Very funny, Ash."
"No, I'm not kidding. You did hear the Professor calling me Prince Ash, that's because I am a true prince." Ash says, and Lillie stops chuckling and her eyes are turned into shock.
"No way...you're a prince? That's so amazing." Lillie says.
"Why thank you." Ash says. "This is also where people challenge my Elite four, usually only people with 18 badges are capable of entering the castle grounds, but you are an exception."
"Me?" Lillie blushes a little as Ash brings her indoors. Lillie is in awe at the sight of so many relics and other antique-style furniture, staff members, and so on. Ash takes Lillie into the meeting room, only to find 4 people waiting for them.
Ash says, "Guys, I want you to meet Lillie. She is a good friend of mine back in Alola. Lillie, the four people you see right here are my Elite Four members. Eve, Drandon, Mark, and Alice."
Alice stands up from her seat and says, "It is an honor to meet you in person. Ash has told us a lot about you."
"Really?" Lillie asks with surprise. "I hope it is not everything bad..."
"Well, he sometimes feels angry about you betraying him when he needs you the most, but there are some times that he enjoys what you guys have done together in Alola." Eve says.
"I see..." Lillie sighs a little. Ash asks, "By the way, Alice, where's your boyfriend? I thought he would be with you?"
"Ray is on his way here, since he has some business to do." Alice says with a sigh.
"What kind of business?" Drandon asks. "I mean, I hope it is not about Team Alpha..."
"Team Alpha?" Lillie asks in confusion, and Ash says, "Even though we created the region, we couldn't bring good people without bad people to this region. And Team Alpha is the criminal group of this region."
"They have been taking away a lot of people's Pokemon for their own gain." Mark says with a sigh. "But it is a good thing that Brother manages to stop them before they can do anything to us."
"Did you just call Ash brother?" Lillie asks, "I never knew you have siblings, Ash..."
"I have 5 siblings. One being here as an Elite 4 while the other 4 are Gym Leaders. You'll meet them soon as they are nice and caring as well." Ash says.
"We are actually adopted by brother Ash, since we had a bad past." Mark says.
"I see..." Lillie nods. And then they see another person walking into the room and he says, "Am I missing something?"
Ash turns to Ray and says, "Oh, you're just in time, Ray. Lillie, this is Ray Chiu, he is from the Torren Region, and like me, he has traveled through 8 regions, and saving Legendaries. He is also Alice's boyfriend."
"It's an honor to meet you." Ray says as he shakes hands with Lillie, Lillie says, "Likewise."
Alice hugs Ray and says, "So what is taking you so long to come here?"
"Sorry, I just encounter Team Alpha grunts, they seem to be searching for something in Fornat Forest." Ray says.
"I wonder what they are searching for." Drandon says.
"Me too." Ash says, "But if that happens, we have to stop them no matter how."
"So what regions did you travel to?" Lillie asks Ray, and he says, "I have gone to Torren, Tandor, Rikoto, Ceolis, Kiraki, Eidew, Reborn, and the Kingdom. Each of the regions is memorable."
Ash says, "I know what you mean, Ray. Like how I have been to Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, and Galar. Even though we have some good memories, those traitors really ruin some of them."
"Again? You shouldn't bear what those people say in mind. They can't control you, Ash." Ray says.
"You're right. I have decided to bring Lillie so that she can challenge the Gyms, I want to know if you and Alice want to come along?" Ash says.
"Why not?" Ray asks, "It will be better to have our own journey."
Alice says, "Since I am Ash's strongest Elite Four member, I will also join in."
"That will be nice of you two." Lillie says.
"And what about you three?" Ash asks, and Mark says, "You do know that we have some business to do, or else we will want to come with you as well."
"Sorry about that." Ash sighs. "Ray, can you please show Lillie to her room? We have to have an Elite 4 and Champion meeting."
"Okay, Ash." Ray says as he takes Lillie out of the room.
While they are going to the guest room, Lillie asks, "So how did you and Alice confess?"
"About that, it all dates back to my journey in Eidew. Alice was from Kanto, but she moved to Eidew with her family when she was 5. Her father was missing, so I decided to help her find her father." Ray says.
"What happened to her father?" Lillie asks in confusion, and Ray sighs, "Alice is actually the granddaughter of the boss of Team Rocket, they have inherited the dark aura. Her father wants to use the dark aura to stop the evil."
"I can't believe that happened..." Lillie says. "And how do you meet Ash?"
"Let's say that Alice and I found him after our journey in the Reborn Region." Ray sighs. "He was badly injured and Arceus wants us to help him out. Once we finish healing him, we are tasked to create this Fantasy Region together. The reason is that we both have traveled through 8 regions respectively, and we know a lot about the world."
"I see..." Lillie says with a nod. Ray says, "In this region, we have been trying to include all the Pokemon from other regions, but sadly, that will be too confusing."
"How so? Can you tell me about it?" Lillie asks.
"Sure. In Torren, there are Delta Species, which are similar to regional variants but are experimented with, Pokemon from Alola and Galar aren't known there." Ray says.
Ray shows her the Delta Charizard, and Lillie is a little scared at how ghostly it is. Ray says, "Don't worry, Charizard won't hurt you. He is my best friend ever since I started my journey."
Lillie nods and Ray continues, "Tandor has some new Pokemon, but there are also some Pokemon that are infected by nuclear, making them Nuclear Pokemon."
He sends out an Eeveelution and says, "This is Nucleon. It is Nuclear Type, but Nuclear is very hard to use as it is weak to every type but strong against every type as well."
"That sure is confusing." Lillie says.
"And for Rikoto, they're basically Pokemon that don't exist outside Rikoto, and vise versa." Ray says as he shows a flying dragon Pokemon known as Tetravolt. "This is Tetravolt, it is an Electric and Flying Type Pokemon."
"Eh..." Lillie says in awe.
"Ceolis doesn't have new Pokemon, and neither does Reborn and Kingdom. So let's skip those three. Kiraki has a new type known as Light Type, Light Type is strong against Water, Ghost, and Dark Type, but it is weak to Dragon and Dark. Fire Type doesn't do any damage on this type, but it doesn't do much damage to Fire and Grass as well."
"That sounds confusing..." Lillie says while holding her head with shock. "It is confusing, and it doesn't help when there is also new Pokemon and a new type in Eidew, the Sound Type. Sound is strong against Fairy, Water, and Flying, but weak to Electric, Dragon, and Psychic. Because of how confusing they are, we ask Arceus not to add those new types into this region, and only a few Pokemon from those 5 regions will be added here in the Fantasy Region."
"That sounds nice." Lillie says, and then they hear a cough as they see Ash and Alice walking towards them. Alice says, "Ray, are you seriously flirting with Lillie while you have me by your side?"
"No...it's not what you think..." Ray says while he is sweating, and the two of them laugh out loud and Ash says, "Relax, Ray. Alice is just kidding. But seriously, I don't want somebody to flirt with Lillie."
Lillie blushes as she hears what Ash said, and Ray says, "Relax, I'm not going to take your girl since I already have a perfect girl. I was just talking about the regions that I've been to. You were listening to the same thing when you asked me about it."
"Oh, I have never been to the regions you have gone to, but I think the same goes with you as well." Ash says as he turns to Lillie, and suddenly, he grabs Lillie and carries her in his arms, causing her to make an eep sound.
"Ash? Put me down! What are you doing?" Lillie asks with half blushing and half horror.
"What? I'm carrying my princess to her room, which should have been done if Ray didn't take you to the battlefield to show his Pokemon." Ash says as he starts running, and Lillie is closing her eyes tight as he holds Ash in dear life.
Ray and Alice are watching how Ash and Lillie are interacting, and Alice says, "That sure is dangerous...but I think I can feel Ash's love towards Lillie..."
"I know what you mean. It reminds me of our journey in Kiraki, when I tried to take you out of that prison." Ray says.
Alice blushes as she remembers how she was accused of being a fraud by the Professor of the region just because she won the League fair and square and the fact Professor Cherry is an evil person who wants to take control of Arceus by capturing Legendary Pokemon in Master Balls. It is a good thing that he was killed by Arceus' Judgement.
"I don't want to remember that journey, I was being forced to work with them after you were sent to a coma by them, and after you woke up, I suffered from Amnesia and you had to help me remember who I am." Alice frowns.
"But that is also why you decide to choose Ice Type as your major." Ray chuckles and she nods.
At the same time, Ash and Lillie are now at Ash's room as Ash gently puts Lillie onto the bed. Lillie asks, "Why did you do that? Ash?"
Ash shows a smile at her and says, "What do you think? Ever since that betrayal, I have been in a depression because of you, I was thinking what you would think of me this whole time. Now you are here in this region and you are going to travel with us, I want to confess something to you."
Lillie's heart is beating fast as she thinks, "No way...is he going to..."
"Lillie, do you want to be my princess?" Ash asks as he takes out a locket. "There are only two lockets like this in the world. One is for me, and I decided to give the other one to my girlfriend."
Lillie squeals as Ash is confessing to her, she kisses him on the lips and says, "I want to, this is what I've been waiting for..."
And then the two of them share the kiss in the bedroom, and they don't want to separate from the kiss.
Here is a new chapter, and I decided to add myself into the story, and the 8 regions are from the games Pokemon Insurgence, Pokemon Solar Light and Lunar Dark, Pokemon Uranium, Pokemon Spork, Pokemon Xenoverse, Pokemon Sunday, Pokemon Fantasy, and Pokemon Reborn. I hope you like the interaction with these characters and the next chapter will be the start of the journey.
