Chapter 6 The Journey Begins
A new day arises from the sky and the group thanks Professor Eve for letting them stay at the lab for a night. They are looking at the castle as they frown a little, they already know the house belongs to Ash and he is royalty.
"This castle really belongs to Ash and his family..." Serena frowns, "I can't believe that he is married and it wasn't any one of us..."
"I know, but what can we do? It is our fault that it becomes like this." Dawn says.
As they are walking on Route 1, they are looking at the vast plains with a lot of Normal Type Pokemon Roaming around. There, they see a girl brushing some kind of sheep Pokemon with a Blissey and a Wigglytuff by her side, but much to their confusion, the two Pokemon have some kind of gem on them. The girl seems to be enjoying it, but the group didn't know what Pokemon she is brushing.
"There you go. You are nice and clean." The girl sees the approaching goat Pokemon that seems to be the evolution of the one she is brushing, but that sheep Pokemon has a gem as well.
At the same time, they see a boy and a girl walking towards the girl and the Pokemon. They don't need to guess as they know that the boy is Ash. But seeing how the girl is holding Ash's arm, they assume that the girl is Professor Eve's sister, as well as Ash's fiancee, Alice.
"Thank you for helping me comb them, Naomi. It seems like this Dubwool is really perfect." Ash says.
"No problem, Ash." Naomi says, but she notices the group. "Oh my, it seems like we have company."
Ash and Alice turn around and they are facing his former travel companions. Max asks, "Ash? Is that really you? Are you really alive?"
Ash bows to them and says, "I am Ash Ketchum, the Prince of Sevestar Region. I welcome all my past travel companions to my region."
The group is shocked at how Ash is saying politely, and Alice also does the same, "And my name is Alice Urup. It is an honor to meet you all as well."
Gladion asks, "Can I ask what's with the talking?"
Ash says, "I know it will be surprising for you guys, but it is vital for the royals to fully behave, if the rulers are rude, then the society won't prosper."
Cilan asks, "I see, but Ash, didn't you kill yourself? How come you are still alive?"
Ash says, "I did kill myself. But that's to get back to my Pokemon self. As you can see, I am Arceus, the Alpha Pokemon."
Dawn says, "I know that we have met an Arceus before, but that was you?"
Alice says, "Indeed. The incomplete self Ash had. And since he was back to his own self, he has invited me and my family here to create this new region. And it is our hard work that we made it a paradise."
The girls are frowning and Serena asks, "So you really are Ash's fiancee?"
Ash holds her arm and says, "She is, and I see that you all have our invitations."
The others nod, and the words from Ash's mouth cause a lot of girls to have their heartbreak. Bonnie asks, "So Ash, can you tell us about this region?"
Ash says, "Sure, Bonnie. I'd say my angel and I will show you around this region and introduce you to my friends and family."
Naomi says, "See Ash? You don't need to worry much."
"I know." Ash says, "I will like you to meet our friend Namie."
"Wait, that Naomi? I heard about you, you are the famous stylist in the whole world." Dawn gasps.
"Why thank you." Naomi says with a smile. Then the others introduce themselves to her, and she nods.
"So what are you doing here?" Misty asks.
"I actually live around here, my house is over there." She points at the house as they see some Normal Type Pokemon resting there.
Lillie looks at the Blissey and Wigglytuff, she asks, "Ash, why are those Blissey and Wigglytuff having those gems?"
"The gems mean that they are actually Pokemon of me and Alice." Ash says. "We didn't want to confine our Pokemon in a place just like what I did for those in Professor Oak's Lab, so we decide to let them roam free in the region."
"I see..." Just then, they hear a sound as they see a wild Wooloo is trying to tackle on the fence.
"No, you Wooloo. You can't do that, you'll hurt yourself." Naomi says as she uses Stoutland to chase Wooloo away. She turns around and says, "Sorry about that, these Wooloo here likes to break my fence and I have to chase them off."
"So that is called a Wooloo? And this must be its evolution, right? I have never seen them before..." Kiawe says.
"Wooloo and Dubwool are native to the Galar Region and their wool is great for the fabric." Alice says, "Why don't we talk inside of the house?"
"That is a good idea." Naomi says as they bring the group into her house so that they can talk for a while.
When they are inside the house, May asks, "So Naomi, how did you know Ash and Alice personally?"
Naomi says, "You see, I am actually from the Hoenn Region. Petalburg City to be exact."
"That is the same as us." Max says and May nods.
"I knew about it, you two were the children of the Gym Leader Norman. In fact, he was my idol, which causes me to train Normal Types." Naomi says as the Maple Siblings are happy to hear about it.
(Flashback)
A younger Naomi is walking on the road, as she spots a Furfrou. Naomi gasps as she knows that this Pokemon is from Kalos and it has a lot of different forms.
"Just by the look of it...it seems like you are in your Natural Trim, right? I have a picture of all 10 trims, which one do you like?"
The Furfrou looks at the guidebook and it points at the Matron Trim with its nose, Naomi then takes out a style box as she tries to style the Pokemon. Once she finishes styling, which looks just like how the book says, and the Furfrou is happy as it licks her, it is when she realizes that she wants to be a stylist.
A lot of years later until two years before Ash's wedding, Naomi and Furfrou are walking near the pond as they see Ash and Alice dancing at the pond.
"Amazing..." Naomi mutters at the sight and Furfrou happily barks, and it catches Ash and Alice's attention.
"Sorry...we didn't mean to interrupt you..." Naomi apologizes to them along with Furfrou, Ash says, "It's fine, no harm is done."
Alice notices the Furfrou and she asks, "That Furfrou has a Matron Trim, right?"
Naomi nods and says, "Yes. My name is Naomi, and my dream is to become a famous stylist."
Ash says, "That is a good dream you have here. This is Alice, and my name is Ash Ketchum."
"Ash Ketchum? But you were supposed to be dead?" Naomi asks in confusion. "I saw the news three years ago..."
"The news isn't real, but it is true that I barely escaped from death. I wouldn't want to mention about this now." Ash says as Naomi nods. "By the way, how is your progress?"
"My progress? Well...I was just doing some small business like helping others with their basic styling..." Naomi says.
Alice turns to Ash and asks, "Are you thinking the same thing as me?"
"I guess so." Ash smiles, "We might find a perfect candidate."
(Flashback ends.)
"And after our first meeting, Ash has been using the powers of RPA to contact a lot of famous stylists like Paris and Sherman and having me study under them, and thanks to them that I gain the skills that I have been dreaming of achieving."
"That is a nice story." Cilan says. "No wonder that you are this successful."
"Why thank you." Naomi says.
Ash says, "Even though Naomi isn't the Gym Leader of the city we are going to, she is one of our friends that help us take care of Pokemon when we are busy. She mainly takes care of Normal Type Pokemon."
"Really? You have people helping you take care of Pokemon? How many Pokemon do you have?" Clemont asks with shock, and Alice replies, "Ash and I have all the Pokemon in the world."
Now the group is in utter shock, and Ash says, "I can show you some of our Pokemon if you want. This Plain Plains is a big place to explore."
As they get outside, they find a Dunsparce who is trying to dig a hole using its tail, Ash smiles and greets the Dunsparce. Alice says, "This Dunsparce is captured in Johto Region's Dark Cave, for some reason, Ash has been obsessed with trying to capture it."
Ash says, "Well, I failed to capture a lot of times, but I eventually catch it. That's why."
They also see a group of 10 Furfrou rushing towards Ash and Alice, causing them to laugh and pet the Pokemon. Bonnie asks, "All 10 Furfrou are your Pokemon? Are you serious?"
"Well yes. As you can see, each other them have a different style. There is a total of 9 styles and 1 natural form." Alice says. "Thanks to Namie, she is the one that helps us style the Pokemon when we are busy."
And when they see four Sawsbuck nearby, and they are surprised to see that they are in different forms.
"Sawsbuck are Pokemon that changes appearance in accordance to the season. But how is this possible?" Serena asks.
"Who knows, but those Sawsbuck are also belonging to us as well." Alice says. "Sometimes the world is mysterious."
Just then, they find a Bouffalant rushing past the group, as they quickly dodge in time. Iris asks, "What is the big idea?"
Ash sighs, "Sorry, that was my Bouffalant, it likes to charge recklessly for no reason. Alice and I caught it in Unova, and it is one of our strong Pokemon."
Cilan sighs, "That really is a strange and weird taste..."
And they feel the ground shaking as a Regigigas is walking towards them. Alice pets the Pokemon and asks, "Hey, Regigigas, I thought you were asleep.
Regigigas is communicating to Alice using the dots glowing, and Dawn asks, "You have a Legendary Pokemon Regigigas?"
Ash says, "This Regigigas is actually the same one we met in the mountains of Ten'i Village. He plays a big role in helping us creating the region. After all, there is an enduring legend that states this Pokémon towed continents with ropes."
Pikachu notices another Pikachu and he pats at him, causing it to be turned back to Ditto. Ash says, "Our Ditto was captured in Kanto, as it is helping Naomi out by disguising as her when she is occupied. You don't need to worry about the language barrier, as Meowth teaches it human speech."
"If you think of it, that sounds cool." Sophocles says.
Naomi says, "That reminds me...Ash, I forgot to give you back this Pokemon."
Ash knows what she is talking about as she goes into the house and brings a Pokemon out. The Pokemon is no other than Meowth, and he says, "It has been a while, twerps."
The others are surprised to hear the voice and then Bonnie asks, "You're Team Rocket's Meowth?"
"Nah, Team Rocket disbanded 5 years ago since our boss was arrested for his crimes. Right now I am the twerp's Pokemon." Meowth says, showing the gem to them. The others sigh in relief as Naomi brings Meowth to Ash. "How is your spa? Meowth? You enjoy it?"
"I felt relaxed thanks to Naomi here." Meowth says. "And I feel like I can do another battle."
"Sure, once we get to Silkan City, we will have the battle." Ash says as Meowth leaves to roam around the area.
Alice says, "For some reason, this Meowth is an interesting Pokemon."
"We know about it." Brock sighs.
Ash also shows them a small crack at the tree, and they find a Furret with the Ketchum Gem inside. Ash tells them that he captures the Pokemon in Johto as Alice likes how soft its fur is. They also show them a Kecleon who is hiding at the wall to spook Pikachu, as they find it using the Devon Scope bak in Hoenn, and a Purugly, who is sleeping by the pond as Ash tells them how demanding the Pokemon is.
