The first notes from the violins interrupted the buzzing crowd, sending a murmur around the room. After a few bars, the tenor of the cello joined them, with the rest of the orchestra following moments later. A tentative glance towards the couples confirmed just how happy they were. But then, a Strauss waltz had a way of warming a cold heart, had a way of drawing a smile.

What if Maria and the Captain had recognised their feelings sooner? Would it have made any difference?

Maria returns to The Villa Von Trapp grappling with the knowledge that the man she loves is engaged to another. A bit of tooth rotting fluff, steamy moments and an alternate take on that fateful night and beyond. (It has now become M rated)

The Captain sends a letter to Maria, in hopes that she'll come back. Will she?

"Your face is all red." "Is it? I don't suppose I'm used to dancing." Liar, you can't help but think. You don't believe, not for a single second, that the delightfully pink blush staining her cheeks is because she's not used to exercise. It's something else, you think. You've seen this look before.

Brigitta is confused by Maria's depart, and when she comes back, she has many questions, and not a lot of answers. Brigitta's POV on Maria's return and the aftermath. I don't own the Sound of Music, or the characters or images, they belong to their respective owners.

"Maria was the reason for being alive after four years of feeling empty inside. But happiness hadn't lasted long. The dark tunnel had dragged him in again, deeper than before"

During their honeymoon, Maria and Georg attend a party. However, mingling with the other guests is the last thing on Georg's mind. Champagne is flowing freely, and the newlyweds are feeling mischievous.

A Maria POV companion piece to In a Look. Hiding away at the Abbey, Maria contemplates her feelings for her Captain.

Following the First World War, a widowed Georg von Trapp endeavours to start anew with his two young children. But eight years after their last meeting, *she* comes back into his life. A Jane Austen!Persuasion inspired AU. Rating may change in future.

In her quest to explore every twist and turn however, she uncovers more about herself than she is ready to accept.

Set in the time after the war but with a different timeline. Georg and Maria meet under different circumstances and Gretl is an only child. Completely AU but keeping a lot of the original story elements.

"If Maria needs proof that everything has changed, it is right in front of her, on that beloved, handsome face." - A sequel to my other fic "I Must Go, Uncertain of My Fate".

Set between the lake and the puppet show. Gretl's illness creates an opportunity for the Captain and Maria to see each other in different ways.

This Georg has a wicked reputation in the boardroom and the bedroom, drives fast cars, dates faster women, and seems resigned to his lavishly lonely lot, until he meets his new au pair from Nonnberg Nannies. This Maria was music major trying to earn enough money to finish her degree. She's sassy and smart and more than a match for our Captain. A modern SOM A/U :)

A little one-shot set a few days before The Party. The Captain asks Maria a favour, and as it seems to happen between them more and more, their every interaction brings them helplessly closer to one another.

This is a story written from the scene where Georg discovers his request to start work at Bremerhaven and has to report first thing in the morning. They plan to escape - but does all go to plan? Very dramatic take on what could have happened! Please Read and Review!
