Set right after The Reichenbach Fall ends. An old friend of Sherlock's appears and takes John on a trip into his best friend's past.

It takes him a long time, but suddenly he knows. Suddenly Sherlock knows what is unusual about the pocket watch that has seemingly always been with him. And then he finds out he isn't Sherlock at all.
