Tiamat Dragoness: Hiya! Here's something for all you lovely readers to enjoy.
Note:I have inserted emojis into the text. My friend, who has dubbed herself as 'Crystal Da Pony', can view them on her device just fine, but I don't know if everyone could. Just wondering if the rest of you can as well.
Enjoy the story!

Chapter 16
Danny was ready to call it a day. Who could blame him; he did have to deal with aliens, Vlad plotting, a robot army, being accused of being an alien (or a ghost in Wes' case), his clone returning, bullies, and a crazy teacher all in one day. Fortunately, Crocker was chased off by his mom (you never messed with Maddie Fenton's family) and Sam (the goth had made a promise to hunt down the teacher and "destroy him with her combat boots" among other things).
Zeke ended up getting called home, much to his disappointment as he wanted to hear Danny's explanation of his 'mini clone'. Danny, Sam and Tucker had to hold in snickers, knowing that Zeke's choice of description had hit the head of the nail and the fairy was none the wiser.
Because of the alien invasion, the field trip had been canceled and parents of the students had been called to pick up their children. Incidentally, the Turners met Danny's parents and they got along quite well. It was surprising that they themselves had taken an interest in ghost hunting (though it was fleeting). Soon Timmy had to return home, as did Cosmo and Wanda since they were his fairy godparents.
Danny and his family had barely made it home themselves (Sam had them picked up in her family's limo as the Fenton RV was wrecked) before a certain blue-haired fairy started messaging him in the group chat.
Group Chat:

Danny rolled his eyes, feeling somewhat amused. Sending a quick message about meeting later at the park for explaining the story, He ducked into his room to find Danielle in a similar position as when Danny first met her: plopped on his bed reading a comic with the evidence of a food raid left over.
"Hey, I didn't say you could raid the pantry," Danny scolded, picking up a chip bag that obviously came from the kitchen. He was then met with big, puppy eyes. "Giving me those sad eyes won't change how we need to keep a low profile." Dani crossed her arms in a huff, making the teen laugh.
Jazz then entered the room. "You two doing okay in here?" Danny had introduced Dani to Jazz during one of her visits and the older girl immediately bonded with the ghost girl.
"Yes. What are mom and dad-"
"They're already working on rebuilding the RV, so you wouldn't be bothered tonight. Oh and we're having hamburgers tonight. Do you want anything specific?"
"My usual's good," Danny shrugged.
"Two hamburgers, fries, milkshake, and onion rings… super sized." Dani piped up.
Danny and Jazz exchanged looks, then snickered. "Okay, I'll be picking the food up. I should be back in… 15 minutes the quickest." Jazz then left the two half-ghost kids to talk.
"Oh! Before I forget, I got something for you." Dani rushed to a tan travelers pack propped up by his desk. Danny also noticed that along with her usual attire, she had a pair of aviator googles resting on top of her head. Her hoodie had what looked to be some sort of patches and soda tops pinned to it. On the sleeves, written in sharpie, were signatures. Some of them Danny recognized were The Oh Boyz, Love Handël, Jonah Wizard, and a few others.
"I know I'm late, but happy birthday!" The little girl beamed, pulling out a wrapped parcel; the box a light blue with yellow stars.
Danny smiled, "you didn't have to get me anything. Just seeing you is enough."
"Well I wanted to. So… open it already!"
Chuckling at her impatience, Danny opened the box. There was an assortment of items. The first thing to catch his interest was two stacks of photos. The first was a fair size, held together by rubber bands, with professional looking shots of different places.
"Wow, you put that camera Sam got you to good use." Danny commented, sorting through the pictures. He stopped on one, snickering a bit. "And some funny ones too. That rock looks kinda like a camel."
"That's what I thought too!" Dani exclaimed. "That's somewhere between Arizona and New Mexico."
Danny then turned to the second stack. It was much smaller than the first, held together by a paper clip. Danny's eyes widened once he realized what they were. "Are these…"
"Yep! I got some autographs for you." Dani said, quite proud of herself. Danny flipped through signed photos from Dumpty Humpty, the Flash, Captain America, and a few others.
"Okay, this alone is pure awesomeness!"
The rest of the gift was great as well. A stash of chocolates from various countries, some souvenirs, and-
"Hmm?" Danny pulled out a rock from the box. "Where's this from?"
"The moon."
At first Danny thought the ghostling was joking, but her expression and tone said otherwise. "Seriously?"
"Yep."
"No way…" Danny started to grin widely. "A real moon rock?! How did you ever get something like this!?"
Dani only smiled mysteriously. "Spoilers…"
Danny then pulled the little girl into a hug, "thanks!"
"Guys, I brought dinner." Jazz said, coming into the room with the bags.
~~~Line Break~~~
It was later that evening when Timmy, his fairy godparents, and Zeke appeared at their agreed place in the park to meet up with team Phantom. They all had planned, after breakfast, to meet there and Danny would explain then about his 'cousin'.
Danny and the others were at a picnic table, fiddling with the scraps of Mandie's robots.
"Hey guys, whatcha doing?" Timmy trotted up to the table, peering at the metal pieces. It seemed like they all were building stuff from the pieces.
"Tucker's trying to upgrade one of his PDAs with the alien tech," Jazz explained. "Danny, Danielle and I are making wind chimes… and I'm not sure what Sam's doing."
"Wind chimes?" Wanda asked, coming closer to look over Danny's shoulder.
"It's a great way to recycle, they make a pleasant sound when struck…" Danny held up one of the finished chimes and hit the varying lengths of metal to demonstrate.
"And it'll serve as a warning to the other robots who decide to invade!" Dani piped up, chuckling mischievously. "'Cause everyone knows that wind chimes are the bones of robots and are hung up to serve as a example."
"You just had to show her that online picture," Jazz sent a deadpanned look to Danny. He only grinned back in a similar manner as his clone.
"Okay, can we now get the story about the mini girl Danny?" Zeke asked impatiently, hefting up the young girl.
"Hey! Put me down!"
"Does she know…" Wanda began to ask.
"I already told her." Danny said, anticipating her question. He had explained who Timmy and the fairies were as well as their relationship to them. Dani's reaction was quite similar to Danny's; laughing in disbelief, then the laughter melted away to stunned silence. Other than that, she quickly accepted the reveal and asked Danny all sorts of questions about FairyWorld and what he had encountered so far. "She's excited to meet you guys officially."
"Oh, you guys have to do your introduction." Tucker added, looking up from his tinkering.
"Introduction?" The ghostling inquired.
"Yeah!" Cosmo cheered, understanding Tucker's hint. "I'm Cosmo-"
"And I'm Wanda."
"And we're-" just like when they had introduced themselves last time, the sign, spotlights, and other special effects appeared, "-FAIRY GODPARENTS!"
"Wow!" The ghostling's eyes lit up in wonder at the display. "Cool…"
"Zeke" Zeke interrupted, pointing at himself then at Timmy, "Timmy. Sorry I'm impatient, but can we please get to the story?"
Both Danny and Dani exchanged looks before Danny let out a sigh. "This is Danielle. We call each other cousins…"
"I'm his clone." Dani said bluntly.
Four jaws dropped in shock. "Okay, I was only kidding in calling her your 'mini clone'…"
"How?" Timmy asked, looking at Dani in awe and curiosity.
Thus both halfas explained how they met and what had transpired, with Tucker and Sam occasionally contributing. There was a silence as the three fairies processed the new information.
"We gotten pretty close. All in all, I see her more like a little sister than anything." Danny finished.
"Cool!" Timmy exclaimed, then started an excited discussion with the ghost girl about where she's been with the others joining in.
They chatted a bit before they all had to part ways; Timmy needing to be home while Danny and the others had patrol before hitting the sack. They were about to head their separate ways, but Wanda hesitated.
"Um, Danielle. Where are you staying at?" Wanda asked.
"Oh, I'm staying in the spare room in the OPS center when I visit Danny. Other than that, I just travel around."
Cosmo and Wanda both shared a look, gazed at Danny, who was sending them a silent inquiry with his expression, then they turned their attention to the little ghost girl. "Well, we do have extra rooms at our home in Fairy World. That is, if you're interested."
Dani gaped, not at all expecting the offer. "Are you offering what I think you're…"
"Danielle. We would like for you to live with us. It doesn't matter where you came from. You're just as much family as Danny. And since he sees you as his sister…"
"I have a daughter now as well as a son! Cool!" Cosmo embraced Dani in a hug, interrupting his wife's little speech. The little girl blinked in surprise, then returned the hug happily.
"Ohh," Wanda cooed, joining her husband in the hug.
Tiamat Dragoness: I know this chapter's kinda short. I'm still working on the next bit of the story. It's a tricky thing to write out and I didn't want to leave you guys waiting, so you get this.
I have a question for everyone: Does anyone think that Nickelodeon missed an awesome opportunity for the 'Danny Phantom' show when it came to music?
There is literally a villain who brainwashes people with her music, there's a band that the main characters love to jam out to… there could have been more songs written. I don't know about you, but I would have definitely went and bought a 'Danny Phantom' album if it contained: all the theme song variations, music from the show itself, and the songs that were performed. It would be awesome!
There could have been an episode where something Ember does causes the whole town to sing everything they say, or something along those lines. I love those type of episodes that pop up in some of my favorite series. Who wouldn't want to hear Danny singing? How about Sam? Or Vlad? Heck, throw in the Box Ghost too (it'll be hilarious)!
Let this be a clue of what I'm planning in the near future.
'Til then!💝
