(Camera flashes to Ichika's face then Cross-Z, then to Cross-Z jumping off a building and flying into battle. Scene changes to Cecilia taking aim with her rifle and firing off a shot)

(The shot passes Rin, who swings at the camera, Charlotte blocks incoming fire before firing back)

(Changes to Laura swinging her cannon and aiming before firing off a shot, the shot flies past Akatsu as she thrusts with her blade, under the helmet Houki let's out a tear.)

(Grease drops towards Cross-Z with her weapon at the ready, Cross-Z spins around and thrusts his blade at Grease, their weapons let out a shockwave of energy as the two steare each other down. Scene changes to Tajimi and Phantom Task behind her. Looming over all of them is a Mech hidden in Shadow, a beam charges up before firing at the screen.)

(Gentoku walks forward with Yamada behind him. Camera changes to an up close look at Gentoku up close, looking at one half of Gentoku's face is with a creepy smile. Camera switches to other side to see a dulled out Gen with purple crack veins creeping up his face. Stalk Revels in everything.)

(Sento Drives his bike before swerving to park as he looks over the ridge. Looking over a hill, Sento looks on at Hokuto's army. Stalk flies in with new armor covering her.)

(Camera flies past the cast in different poses looking at the camera M's face shows anger, as camera changes to Sento also with a serious face, before Chifuyu drops in besides Sento. Sento and Chifuyu reach out to each other, but a shadow creeps up Sento's hand. Sento brings his hand close to his eye, the camera focuses on his eyes to see a shadow in both eyes.)

(Still focusing on the eye, appears an all black boots, hand, chest piece, then belt with a Red Trigger upon it. Then to Normal Build as his helmet folds out, the camera pans back to look down upon the entire cast. Camera changes to a Full Bottle being tossed before being paused in frame.)

Sento's lab… We are Sento

I type away at my computer, overhauling the systems in the Sclash Driver and the Jellies. 'There's so much spy hardware it's incredible how controlling Hokuto was...' As I type away, my hands start to slow down as my mind wanders back to Stalk's words. "... You still carry too much. That's why you're unable to free yourself." "Sento?" Chifuyu enters the room and walks over next to me.

Sento:(leans back in chair) What is resolve? I wonder if we can really protect Touto…

Chifuyu:(steps up to Sento)...(meets Sento's face) Beeh~!(weird face)

Sento:(chuckles) What kind of face was that?

Chifuyu:(smiles) Chloe did it for a little girl to get her to smile… I've learned since working at the IS academy that being relaxed is good for you. When a student is feeling relaxed and confident they tend to do well… Strange, you would have laughed more at that about a year ago.

Sento:(nods) Yeah… Thank you… You and Chloe.(starts working) Chloe is always being cheerful in front of us.

Chifuyu:(crosses arms) That's about all she can do for us… I'll make sure she knows.

Sento:(typing away) I remember… Before the war began, I said I fought for love and peace…(slows down) I-I want to smile from my heart while saying that again…(smiles) Love and Peace…(looks at Chifuyu) Not bad, right?

Chifuyu kneels down to meet my face and we exchange a kiss. "Yeah, Love and Peace." The moment is shattered as Houki rushes down the stairs. "Sensei! Chloe just collapsed!" She shouts. "What?! What happened?" I exclaim standing up, grabbing Grease's things. "I don't know! She just had a pain in her chest before suddenly passing out!" Houki exclaims when our wrist communicators begin to beep. "What now?!" Houki exclaims answering.

Himuro:(over call) This is Humuro. The Prime Minister's residence is under attack by Seito! Requesting immediate backup!

Prime Minister's residence… We are Observers…

Outside in the courtyard, Seito and Touto guardians battle it out against each other. As leading the charge are the two Kaiser Bros and Gentoku. "Clear the courtyard. Their military strength is almost spent." Gentoku ordered as he walked unopposed to the front entrance. "I have it from here." Gentoku said leaving everyone else outside to fight. Gen walks through the halls of the building before entering the Prime Minister's office, as everyone . Walking in, Gen points his Nebula steam gun at the staff in the room.

Himuro:(turns to door) Gentoku.

Gen:(steps over)...

Maya: Gentoku-san…(turns to Himuro) Prime Minister!

Himuro:(turns to everyone) Leave all of you!

Everyone watches in silence, as Taizan and Gentoku stare each other down.

We are Sento… Outside...

Driving onto the scene and hopping off our bikes. Me, Ichika, Houki, Madoka, and Akaba run onto the battleground. "Finally!" Rain shouts, tossing a Touto Guardian's head away. "We were getting tired of waiting. Ready?" Forte said, stepping over each other, Rain leans over and kisses Forte. "F-Focus!" Forte said, embarrassed. Both grab their bottles and Rain takes out the Nebula Steamgun.

"Gear Engine! Funky!" "Gear Remocon! Funky!"

Kaiser Bros:(synch) Jundo.

"Engine Running Gear!" "Remote Control Gear!"

Build:(looking around) I don't see Gentoku anywhere… He must have gone inside.

Cross-Z:(stepping forwards) Sento! You go ahead, we'll keep these guys here!

Grease:(cracking knuckles) Be all lovey dovey in front of me like that?! Rubbing in that you got a girl? I'll crack your face in!

We watch Grease charge in to fight the Kaisers. "Better hurry." Akatsu said to me as she rushed over to help Grease. "Right." I said before running past the two Kaisers. They attempt to attack me as I pass only for Akatsu to vine one up with roots, and the other blasted by Akaba and then attacked by Grease.

Meanwhile… We are Observers…

Taizan inputs a code into a console on his desk as he stands across from Gentoku. "Gentoku. You were such a kind boy." Taizan said as he put his hands behind his back. "But 10 years ago, because you went to the return ceremony for Tabane's exploration of Mars in my place." Remembering back to the video of the light that he felt changed his son. "If only I had gone instead..." Cutting him off Gentoku points his gun at his father.

Gen:(unfazed) I have no interest in old stories.(gun pointed to his head) Yamada-san.

Maya:(in her IS) I can't let you do this Himuro-san!

Taizan:(looks at Maya) Yamada-san! I thought I told you to leave!

Maya: Not when your life is at stake, sir! Sento and the others are here, they are not too far behind!

Gen:(draws out bottle) Then I need to get to work!

Gen spins around grabbing Maya's gun and kicking her in the gut. Maya is flung back and hits the wall before falling down. "Now." Gen said, pointing his gun back at Taisan. "Unlock the Box." He coldly said. Typing in the last digits Taizan enters the code, the floor opens up as Pandora's box rises up from the ground. Gen and Taizan stare at each other for some time before Gen lowers his gun and approaches the box.

We are Sento

Running into the room, I spot Maya on the ground but getting back up, the Prime Minister by his desk unharmed, and Gentoku next to the box. "I won't let you have Pandora's Box!" I exclaim, Gen slowly turns around to face me, his belt already on his waist. Shows his bottle and opens the cap.

"Danger! Crocodile!"

Gen: Henshin.

"Break! Chomp! Crush! Crocodile in Rogue~! O~RA!"

Rogue:(pulls out bottle) This isn't the place for our showdown.

Rogue inserts the bottle into his gun. "Full Bottle!" Rogue picks up the box before pulling the trigger. "Funky Attack!" His body is engulfed in flames as he takes on the shape of a phenix, flying through the wall of the building he flies off. "S-Sento! We need to get after him!" Maya said flying after Rogue. "Wait Maya-san you- Ah~" I groan as I switch out my bottles before following after.

"Taka! Gatling! Best Match! Are You Ready?!"

Build:(jumps out of hole in wall) Build up!

"Hawkgatling! Yeah~!"

Rogue picks up the Kaisers on his way out, with me and Maya in hot pursuit. "Helicopter!" Grease inserts the bottle in her belt to activate the rotors, while Houki and Ichika pair their IS abilities to fly after. "Wha- Hey! No fair!" Grease shouts as everyone else flies ahead of her.

Meanwhile… IS Cafe...

The Cafe is silent, when a light ring fills the room. The Fridge door opens, a figure steps out and walks to the door. Without a word the figure leaves the building, the hum following her as the light shines down on the gold wrist band on her hand.

Back with Sento…

Everyone arrives at the Skywall, Rogue and the Kaisers have the Skywall to their back, while our group arrives, with Grease slowly flying in. "The hell! I didn't know these belts had IS tech in them!" Grease shouts as she and Akaba drop down to the ground. "Yours don't Cross-Z and Akatsu were built with this capability." I quickly explained. "The hell's up with that?" Grease said.

Rogue:(drops Box to the ground) The Skywall, which threw our fates into chaos. The perfect place for our showdown, don't you think so, Katusragi?

Build:...

Rogue: Once I take your bottles and open Pandora's Box.(steps foot on box)... Everything will end. Or rather… Everything will begin.

Build:(takes out Sparkling Can) Build up!(transforms and attacks Rogue) I fight for love and peace! I'm different from you, who became a Rider out of Vengeance!

Rogue:(deflects and strikes back) Vengeance… vengeance… I abandoned thoughts of that long ago.(Knocks Build away with uppercut) I became a Rider to defeat Touto. THIS time, I'll reunite the Country with my own Two Hands. That is all I want.

Rogue clenches his fists, as energy wraps around the arms the gauntlet pieces flash as energy knuckles shaped like Crocodile heads from and cover up the fists. Rogue starts hitting me, his stance and fighting style now like that of a boxer. I block a knuckle by grabbing Rogue arms. "I-Isnt the Boxer, Cross-Z's thing?" I ask, only for Rogue to break free and throw a fist at me, the jaws on the right hand open and grab me as I'm lifted up from the face. "Don't care." Rogue said, hitting me again with his other arm in the gut before being thrown into the ground.

Rogue:(raises fist)... Hmm!(gets shot) Ugh?

Maya:(flying in) Sento!

Build:(looks over) Maya-san?!

Maya grabs me and pulls me away and up to my feet. "Himuro-san, Stop this!" Maya protests stepping away from me. "If you really want to reunite the country, you don't have to do it like this!" Rogue aims his gun at Maya. "We can end this war without any more need of bloodshed!" Rogue fires at Maya but it hits the ground before her. "Move." Rogue coldly said.

Maya:(stands tall) Gentoku, you must stop this before you lose something important to you!

Rogue:(gun trained on Maya) I've abandoned all that I have.

Maya:(clenches fists) Then it will only hurt more when you lose even more.

Rogue:... I said… Move.

Grease:(looks over) Use Hazard Trigger! I'll stop you if you lose control of yourself!

Maya turns around to look at me with clear concern on her face. Taking out the Hazard Trigger, Rogue lowers his gun to let me transform. "Hazard ON! Max Hazard ON!" Inserting it with my Sparkling can still in the belt. I crank the belt as the press materialises. "Build up." "Overflow! Rabbittank Sparkling! Yah Yay~!" I step past Maya and before charging into Rogue.

Build:(attacking) Reuniting the country and taking it over are two different things!(using funnels to attack) If you take it over by force…(forms funnels into blades) No one will be happy!(swings blades)

Rogue:(catches blades) Nonsense.(shaps blades) Nonsense!(gut punches Build) Pursuing only a dream of Love and Friends.(hits Builds back) You people don't understand the burden of managing a country.

"Funnels!" I shout for all of my funnels to converge on Rogue. Rogue quickly jumps up as energy jaws appear on his hands and feet. The jaws chomp my funnels to pieces, I move in to punch him. Rogue lands on the ground and catches my fist pushing it away as he hits me in the head. "You cannot break my conviction." Rogue said, as I tumbled to the ground. Rogue turns the crank on his belt down.

"Crack up Finish!"

Rogue jumps towards me, the energy jaws on his legs grow larger and cover the feet entirely as the two sides of the jaw press down against me. Biting down on my armor tearing it apart, then Rogue tosses me into the air. I'm flung into the Skywall, with the damage causing me to explode. I fall to the ground, the armor fading off as I lay on the ground.

Maya:(running over) Sento!

Cross-Z:(looks over) Not even the Hazard Trigger can beat him?

Akatsu:(jumps back) Ichika! Look out! Everyone together!

Grease:(steps up) Come on already!

Glancing over I see the Kaiser's spin up their gears for an attack. While Cross-Z, Akatsu, and Grease use their Twin Breakers for an attack. "Single! Single Finish!" Both groups fire their attacks at each other. The Gears cut right through the attacks and hit the Riders, knocking them out of their armors.

Maya:(looks on) No way…

Rogue:(walking over) This is the end…(glances at something) Hmm?

Maya:(looks over) Who- Chloe-chan?

"What?" Everyone exclaims as our eyes turn to the road, where a lone figure walks down the road. Chloe walks barefoot with her eyes closed as she walks straight, as a silent hum enters our ear. The gold bracelet on her arms now starts to glow with a warm gold hue. "M-Mii-tan?" Madoka said dumbfounded. "Chloe-chan! Get out of here!" Maya shouts at her to no response.

Engine:(looks over) The German spy… Hmm?

Remocon:(looks over) Wait… Something's… Off.

Rogue:(clenches fist)...

Ichika:(confused) Chloe?

Houki:(confused) Chloe? What's wrong?!

Chloe opens her eyes, but they are no longer the same color. The background of the eye that was once black is now a normal white. With the pupil no longer being a golden amber. Now they are an emerald Green.

Sento:(staring)... Chloe?

Construct 103 Complete.
