Heart Filled Memories
Hello all! Welcome back to another chapter! I'm glad everyone has been enjoying the story thus far! As you can all remember back from the last chapter some interesting individuals appeared in my story. Yes, people from Naruto's past come marching back into his life again. Many of them used him, made fun of him, and took advantage of Naruto's kindness, naivete, and loyalty.
Also, I am doing a rewrite of Infinite Fox, but check out my poll. There are two other stories I could be writing and posting once I get some other stories done. So, you all can vote on what you guys would want to see next.
So, yeah I hope you're all ready for what's coming up! Now let's get to reviews!

Muted reviews anime chapter 5. Oct 17: This is getting good, I hope you can add Shika(arguably my favorite character in Naruto) and Choji since I don't think Naruto will be a complete loner in school. Man, I'm waiting for more of your stories, keep up the good stuff man!
SoP: Glad you enjoyed it! As for the others, I didn't have anything planned for them just yet. But I'm sure I can add them to add in some more drama. Though, maybe in a good way.

Now onto the story!
Last Chapter
Kiba and Hinata began to walk away, but Hinata stopped and turned to Nino. By this time Ichika, Itsuki, and Miku came walking up to see what the commotion was. Hinata said, "Naruto has no taste in fashion, he's also an idiot and does anything you say. He'll buy you whatever want and do anything for you. It was so easy to manipulate him." Hinata laughed as she turned to Kiba and rested her head on his shoulder, "Naruto was fun while he lasted, so once I was done with him." She raised her hand in the air as if it was a victory for her, "I threw him away! Because he wasn't who I was looking for." Hinata clearly showed she used Naruto and threw him away when he was done.
Nino gripped the ladle in her hand so tight she bent it, "Those bitches!" The Nakano sisters look at Nino surprised, "What right do that have to call Naruto that! He isn't like that at all! They don't deserve him!"
"That's right." Miku chimed in as she glared at them, "Just who do they think they are to call Naruto things like that." Miki looked where Naruto left with a worried look on her face, "Just… what did they do to you Naruto?"
Ichika was angered by this, "Those… pieces of trash… how could they treat Naruto-kun like that." Ichika hated to hear them thrash Naruto like that.
Just then Itsuki said, "That's why… Naruto got upset. When I told him we should keep it a student and teacher distance. Especially after we took him shopping… you don't think they…"
Nino closed her eyes and shook her head, "I think they did Miku… Itsuki… Ichika… I think they did." Nino felt her swelling of hatred for those people.
This Chapter *Night*
It was a night with clouds going past the moon which at certain times block out the light from the sky. Even with the flashlights people had, they were barely working as is. Naruto just then popped out of the bushes saying, "RAAAAAAHHH!" Which earned ear-piercing screams from nearby couples just trying to pass the test of courage.
Naruto and Yotsuba then jumped out at Maeda and the girl he was with. Naruto and Yotsuba did a scary roar at the two causing them to run away. Naruto was simply wearing a clown outfit with a mask on. Yotsuba was dressed up like a mummy. Naruto was trying his best to forget them from earlier. Yotsuba was having fun herself, she picked up a jacket and said, "This is fun." She reached the jacket outwards Naruto, "It's fun seeing the life in your dead eyes for once."
Naruto deadpanned, he didn't know if that was a jab at him or a compliment. Naruto decided to play with it as he put the jacket on, "Well it's been great being able to come back to life."
Just then Yotsuba crouched down and drew a swirl in the dirt, "I was afraid you might not come." Naruto looked at her interestingly as she moved her eyes to look at him, "Let's make sure we aren't left with any regrets after school camp." Yotsuba turned back to Naruto with a big smile on his face. Then Yotsuba whispered, "The next group is coming."
The two then jumped out roaring at the two, however, they got no reaction. It was Ichika and Miku, "Naruto." Miku looked at Naruto with a non-surprise look on her face.
Ichika was the same, "Yotsuba's here too." She was holding her phone out with the flashlight on.
Naruto rubbed the back of his head and sighed, "You already know the gimmick. I shouldn't have bothered." Naruto took his mask off as Yotsuba giggled as she rubbed the back of her head.
Just then Ichika put her hands into the air, "Ahhh you scared me!"
"Really?" Naruto looked at her with a deadpan expression.
"Yeah! You really did!" Ichika walked up to Naruto, "You know I never noticed it until now. Your blond hair really stands out in the nighttime!"
"Yeah, it's my Tou-sans's hair. Much like Naruko's too. Anyway, there's a dangerous cliff ahead." Naruto closed his eyes as he shook his head, "Follow the signs…" Naruto saw Miku staring off into space. Though Miku was looking away from Naruto embarrassed, "Miku you okay?" Naruto walked up to her as he placed his hand on her forehead, "Your face is all red you feeling well?"
Miku's eyes widen at the close contact, "I uhhh, yes I'm fine!"
"Well." Naruto stood back up, "Just watch out for the cliff. Stick to the signs and you'll be okay."
"I-I know… let's go Ichika." Miku began to walk away which confused the hell out of Naruto.
"Huh? Wonder what's up with her." Naruto placed his mask back on but Miku stopped and so did Ichika.
"Naruto." Miku turned to him as well as Ichika, Ichika knew what Miku was going to say, "When we all get a chance, we need to talk about that Hinata girl."
Naruto flinched as he rubbed the back of his head, Naruto began to worry, he hoped they didn't see him as extra luggage. Then again, he shouldn't be thinking like that, but it's hard not to. Just then Yotsuba spoke up, "Yeah, I'm not too sure who they are Uzumaki-san, but we'll have to talk about them."
Naruto sighed internally; Naruto noticed two more people coming up. Though due to Naruto's anxiety, he did not notice it was Nino and Itsuki. Once Naruto and Yotsuba got into position the two jumped out trying to scare the two. However, Nino didn't react right away, but Itsuki did as she took off. Naruto saw them running off the path they were supposed to follow, "Oh no." Naruto jumped out of his costume and ran towards them.
With Miku and Ichika
"Well, you got to see Naruto-kun. You should have stayed a little longer." Ichika was a little confused by Miku, she knew Miku like Naruto.
Miku stopped walking as she said, "I-I think I'm weird."
"Huh?" Ichika looked at Miku confused.
"Naruto is tutoring all five of us." Miku seemed to have a down expression on her face as she turned to Ichika. Though her frown turned to a small smile, "What do you think of Naruto, Ichika?"
*With Nino*
"Itsuki! Where did you go?" Nino called out as she held her phone up with the flashlight on. Just then her flashlight on her phone began to flicker on and off until it died, "What?! No way! Why is this happening?!" Nino continued to walk as she said, "School camp is supposed to be fun so why am I out here all alone?" Just then Nino froze as she noticed an ominous breeze beginning to pick up. The moon was blocked out by clouds causing there to be little visibility. The bushes began to shake and move due to the wind and Nino's eyes faded out as she nervously looked around. She could feel her anxiety shoot up when she noticed she was truly alone. Soon it hit the limit as she screamed, "No!" She took off running within the forest. She ran for about fifteen years until she tripped on the ground, "Itai…" Nino slowly stood up as she said, "This sucks!" She sounded like she was on the verge of tears.
Just then Naruto came walking up, "Are you alright?" Naruto asked, looking at Nino worriedly. Though Nino didn't recognize it as Naruto right away. There was dirt covering his face and leaves in his spiky blond hair. Naruto smiled, "I found you, Nino." Naruto's whisker marks were currently not visible due to the dirt on his face. The reason he had dirt on his face was when he got a face full of dirt when he tripped on a root. When he wiped his face, the dirt seemed to cover his whisker marks without him noticing. So, to Nino Naruto looked like someone else.
Naruto wiped his face unconsciously with the sleeve of his jacket. Revealing his whisker marks and Nino's eyes widened, "Oh! Naruto! Wow, I almost didn't recognize you. Without those whisker marks, you looked like someone else!" Nino began to notice how different Naruto would look without his whisker marks.
"Yeah." Naruto sheepishly rubbed the back of his head, "My Kaa-san always told me I looked like a carbon-copy of my Tou-san, just without the whisker marks." Naruto extended his hand out to Nino, "Come on let's get up." Naruto slowly helped her up but noticed her angle was red. Nino flinched when she put weight on it, "Here, let me carry you."
"Wait what?!" Nino squealed out cutely as she was lifted off her feet by her blonde tutor. Nino's face turned completely red as she looked up at Naruto.
Though when Naruto picked her up, Nino's dress got caught by a root and tore. Naruto panicked a bit, "Oh shoot! I'm so sorry Nino! I tore your dress!" Naruto was worried Nino was going to get mad.
However, Nino seemed to not care as she had an embarrassed and cute look on her face. Naruto shook his head, "I-it's okay… let's just head back." Before Naruto knew it Nino rested her head up against his chest causing his heart to race.
Nino had to ask as her face began to turn even redder than before. Naruto swore her face was redder than his mother's hair. Naruto looked at her a little surprised, Nino got out of Naruto's hold for a moment so she could stand. The rays that bounced off the moon and onto earth seemed to put a spotlight on Nino for Naruto. Nino gave a polite curtsey and said, "Please… will you dance with me at the campfire tomorrow?"
Naruto was taken back by this as he looked at Nino surprised. His cheeks turned red as he scratched them, "Ummm yeah…" Naruto smiled at her, "I'd be happy to."
Nino blushed back as she said, "That's great… I-I can't wait… also can you still carry me? My ankle still hurts."
Naruto walked over and gently swooped her off her feet, "Yeah, not a problem." Naruto also felt Nino lean into him as he held her bridal style.
Just then Itsuki came walking out from the tree line. She was currently crying, "Itsuki?!" Naruto and Nino said at the same time.
Just then Itsuki ran up to Naruto and Nino, she didn't care if Naruto was there or not. She wrapped her arms around the two crying, "Nino! Where were you! Don't leave me like that!" Once Itsuki calmed down she backed up, "W-What happened Nino?"
"I-I twisted my ankle… so Naruto is helping me out." Nino said embarrassingly, but in actuality she liked it.
*With Miku and Ichika*
Ichika put her hand up to her chin and had a serious look on her face, "What do I think of Naruto-kun?" Ichika closed her right eye keeping her left eye open, "I think he's going through his awkward phase. As well as going through his phase to find out who he is." She then held her hand out and said, "I mean, he's pretty unbalanced at times, don't you think? Imagine if he grows up the way he is now."
Though Miku didn't have a very amused look on her face. Miku said, "I don't mean that. How do you feel about Naruto?"
Itsuki knew what she was talking about, "Miku, I think we should trade spots for the dance." Itsuki smiled as she turned to the left a bit, "You're worried, aren't you?"
Miku then said, "Let's be fair. You should be his partner."
Ichika closed her eyes, "Try not to regret things. These times aren't going to last forever."
*Main Homestead for the Students*
Everyone met up with Naruto placing Nino in a chair, "Oh, Miku, Ichika. What's up you two?" Naruto was standing next to Itsuki, and Nino who was now sitting in a chair.
"Oh, look at the time I gotta go!" Ichika smiled as she began to walk away, she grabbed Itsuki by the shoulder dragging her away, "Come on Nino let's go!" Nino was then taken out of her seat by Ichika as she hopped along with them.
Naruto looked at the scene confused, "Uhhh what's up with them?" Naruto turned to Miku as she looked at him with a blush on her face, "Ummm something up Miku?"
Miku was worried about what Naruto would say, "Uhhh, Naruto…w-would you dance with me… at the campfire?"
Naruto looked at her confused and said, "Of course silly, I mean I did say I had no issue dancing with you earlier."
Miku's face turned bright red as she quickly ran away leaving a confused Naruto, "Why the hell are they all running away with bright red looks on their faces… no… that can't be… they can't have a." Naruto was cut from his thoughts, "Hey! Uzumaki-san! We need your help!" Yotsuba came running from the back door and up to Naruto.
*Storage House*
Naruto asked, "You just want me to move these right?"
Yotsuba nodded her head, "Yup! They were keeping them in here to avoid the snow. The team is hard at work for the campfire tomorrow."
"Okay then." Naruto walked over to the logs and hoisted one up with his arm. Then placed it on his shoulder. He then reached down for another, grabbing it with just one hand. Then placed it onto his shoulder again, "Well let's go."
"Wow, Uzumaki-san! You're really strong!" Yotsuba chirped out as she grabbed one and hoisted it onto her shoulders. The two then walked out to take it to where the campfire would be.
"Yeah, sorry about leaving you so suddenly too Yotsuba. Nino needed help when she twisted her ankle, so I guess this counts as making it up." Naruto chuckled as Yotsuba began to scold him.
"That's right! I had to do all the scaring myself while you were gone!" Yotsuba couldn't stay mad though, "But you did it to help my sisters… so I can forgive you this time."
Just then when Naruto and Yotsuba got there, some girls needed her help. So, Naruto went to continue working and found himself in the shed, "Oh Ichika, need some help?" Naruto smiled as he helped her pick up the log.
"That would be appreciative!" Ichika said with a smile, she could use the help.
Just then Ichika shivered, "It's cold! I should have worn a jacket."
Naruto currently didn't have a jacket on, when they got back, he placed his hoodie on. Naruto deadpanned a bit, but he didn't mind. Naruto motioned for Ichika to put the log down. Naruto walked over and took off his hoodie. Ichika's face turned bright red. Naruto stood there without a shirt on, "I didn't put a shirt on when I put my hoodie on. Otherwise, I'd get too warm, but I should be fine for a while." Naruto placed the hoodie over Ichika as she put it on.
Ichika could smell Naruto off the hoodie, it smelled like Naruto, "Wow… it's a bit bigger than I am." Ichika stopped talking when she saw Naruto's fit and firm body. He had an eight-pack going with a strong toned chest. Ichika clammed up not knowing what to say.
"Now let's continue." Naruto walked back to the log and picked it up which Ichika frantically did the same but with a huge blush of red on her face.
While walking Naruto asked, "So, have you been enjoying this so far?"
Ichika smiled nervously and nodded her head, "Y-Yeah! I-It made my heart r-race!" "Your body is making my heart race!" Ichika shouted to herself, but then she noticed she said that as she felt her heart race even quicker.
"Well, I'm glad too, you five have been doing your best to enjoy yourselves." Naruto smiled; he did what he could to be nice to them. If things go well tonight, maybe, just maybe he'll be able to fully trust them.
"So… Naruto while we're doing this…what is your story with that Hinata girl." Ichika asked, wondering who she was, and she could only see a small frown escape Naruto's lips.
Naruto looked at the ground, "The worst mistake of my entire life. Someone who made me feel really bad about myself and brought the notion of me ever wanting to date again."
Ichika nodded her head worriedly, "I know, the way she treated you… you were like her item… once she got bored."
"She threw me away…" Naruto bit his lip, "That's why… I've never tried dating since then."
"I can see why… you know… we're here for you." Ichika had a smile appear across her face as Naruto paused for a moment and stared at her. Ichika looked at the log that they were holding, "Don't forget that we're not like that Hinata girl." Ichika looked back up at Naruto as she looked him in the eye, "We're your friend, and we'd never do that to you, never."
Naruto's cheeks turned red as he rubbed the back of his head, "T-Thanks Ichika… t-that means a lot." Naruto smiled appreciating the fact that Ichika said that. It warmed his heart, "There is more to it, but I guess I'll tell you the next time we're all together. Come one there's one more in there."
The two soon put the log down and then went back to grab another one. Naruto and Ichika made their way back to the shed, "Well here's the last one. Let's get this done and over with."
"Yeah, then we're all set for the campfire tomorrow." Naruto nodded his head, "Tomorrow, I'm sure we'll have fun. I'm not the best dancer, but my Kaa-chan taught me that before she passed. So, I hope I'm not too bad and embarrass you guys."
Ichika's cheeks turned red as she looked at Naruto, "S-So… you're willing to dance with me?"
Naruto nodded his head and looked down, "Of course! I promised before, and I don't break my promises. That's what my Kaa-san taught me, so, I'll uphold it and dance with you. I look forward to it. I just hope I'm not too bad of a dancer. Ahahaha." Naruto chuckled as he scratched his cheek. Naruto looked up and saw tears running down Ichika's cheek, "Ahhh crap! Did I say something wrong?!"
Ichika noticed she was crying, "W-What?! N-No! It's not what you think I… I-I can't think right. Sorry, but can we put this down for a moment?" Ichika placed her end of the log on the ground. Then Naruto placed it gently on the ground.
Just then Naruto heard a voice from outside, "Well, let's get it done and head back to the inn." Before Naruto could react or do anything. Ichika pulled him to the side along with the log standing upright. Naruto found himself hiding from them with Ichika. The girls said, "That was surprisingly quick." Naruto also found Ichika up against his chest as she was up him. Currently, she was feeling up every inch of Naruto's toned abs.
"Yeah." The other replied.
Just then Yotsuba called out, "Pardon me." The two turned to Yotsuba and Naruto stayed quiet for who knows what reason, "Have you seen Uzumaki-san?"
"Uzumaki-kun? The one blonde cutie?" The girl giggled, earning a blush from Naruto as he stayed there quietly.
"Sorry, we haven't." The other girl responded.
Ichika giggled as she looked up at Naruto and quietly said, "Remember when this happened last time? Is there a reason we're hiding?"
Naruto smiled as he placed a hand on Ichika's shoulder, "One I'm shirtless, and two you're the one who pulled me to the side. You ask yourself that question." Naruto chuckled a bit as Ichika couldn't think of an answer.
Then again Naruto could tell her emotions were everywhere, "Well no is looking." Just then the doors to the shed close. Just then there was a click, "Huh… a click."
Ichika looked towards the door, "Click?"
Naruto placed his hand on the door, "Ummm." Naruto gave it a push, he had a sweat drop appear on his forehead, "Ummm… we're locked in."
"Where's the key that was here?" Ichika looked at the door frantically, she didn't want to be trapped in there.
Naruto couldn't help but begin laughing as Ichika joined in not knowing what else to do, "Well they got us."
"What do we do?" Ichika looked worriedly, "Naruto, should you take your hoodie back so you can at least stay warm?"
Naruto shook his head as he placed a hand on his chest, "As I've said before, I'm fine, I'm also unusually warm anyways. So, I'll be fine, at least that's what the doctors have always told me."
"Well regardless we're locked inside… what do we do?" Ichika looked at the locked door worriedly.
Naruto walked up to the door and took a fighting stance that Jiraiya taught him. Naruto positioned himself back a bit and tensed his body. Then Naruto lunged forward bringing his fist up to punch the door. Ichika saw the wood cave in, but Naruto stopped as he held his hand, "Itai, that hurts… there's at least ten or so inches of wood there. No way I can punch through that." Naruto sighed, even with the chakra-enhanced punches he couldn't break through the wood all the way.
Ichika's jaw dropped, "W-What?!" Ichika looked at Naruto's fist quickly. It was bruised a bit, but that was it, "You do realize you just punched through like four or so inches of wood, right? Not a lot of people can do that."
Naruto shrugged his shoulders, "The glass up there is tempered, no way I can punch that. Hell, a bullet couldn't even penetrate that." Naruto put his hands on his hips.
"Uhhh Naruto… isn't that the burglary alarm system?" Ichika asked, wondering if Naruto could use it to get their attention.
"Ummm if I break it, maybe we can get their attention if they notice it's not working." Naruto looked up at the system from where he stood but sighed, "It might be busted…" Naruto then got down on his knee, "Get on my shoulders. I need you to try to pry the section off if possible. Maybe we can rewire it to get it to work."
Ichika blushed a bit, she just hopes this doesn't upset Miku. Ichika swore she was finding herself falling more and more. Falling more for her tutor, her blonde whiskered tutor, Uzumaki Naruto. Ichika even said to herself, "Stay calm…" Ichika gripped the part of the hoodie that rested over her heart, "I can't trip this sensor in my heart, either." She moved forward and got on his back, "Don't say that I'm heavy." Ichika looked down at Naruto, "You, okay?" Ichika
"Yeah," Naruto replied as he grabbed Ichika's legs to make sure she didn't fall over. Ichika held not Naruto's shoulders but found his traps, delts, and lats to be quite toned and strong. Naruto worked out. Just then for more assurance, Ichika squeezed her thighs against Naruto's cheek which surprised him. Though he made sure to keep his cool. Naruto let out a small grunt.
"W-Whats wrong?" Ichika asked worriedly.
Naruto simply scratched his cheek, "Uhhh y-your thighs. It's giving me a weird case of déjà vu."
Ichika noticed what Naruto was referring to, "Hey! No enjoying my thighs!"
Naruto sighed as he stood up all the way. All 5'10 of Naruto stood up allowing Ichika to reach new heights she has never been at. Naruto did add, "Well… your thighs feeling… reminds me of my Kaa-san's, sorry." Ichika could only relax and smile at that, but even still. They were her thighs, not Naruto's mother's.
Naruto, however, was not tall enough for Ichika to reach the sensor. So, Naruto gently let her down as he sat up against the door. Ichika did the same too, "Starting a fire would be bad, it causes too much smoke to build up in here. We would die soon after." Naruto sighed as he placed his hand on his cheek.
"Well, I'm sure the others will come! How about we talk about something!" Ichika looked at Naruto with a smile on her face. This was a way for her to get to know him.
Itsuki and Miku
"Ichika still isn't back?" Miku stated worriedly.
"Yes, she left saying she needed to do campfire group stuff." Itsuki placed her hand under her chin with her other arm supporting her elbow.
Just the Yotsuba came running over, "Miku! Itsuki!" She stopped and looked at her two sisters with a serious face, "Have either of you seen Uzumaki-san?"
"Huh?" Itsuki looked at Yotsuba surprised.
Yotsuba nodded her head, "He vanished in the middle of helping the campfire group. He's not in the dining hall, and he isn't in the room." Yotsuba turned around and pouted as she puffed her cheek out, "He's wandered off to waste time again!"
Miku remembered back to what Itsuki said about being the Nee-chan for Naruto, "I'm going to look for them." Miku turned and jogged off.
Yotsuba reached out to try to stop her, "Miku?!"
Just then Itsuki saw Yotsuba holding something in her hand she just reached out with. It had a key at the end of it. Itsuki asked, "Yotsuba, what's the key for?"
Back with Naruto and Ichika
"And that's the whole story. Anyway…" Ichika was telling Naruto a story about an event between her and her sisters. Ichika put a finger up, "The other day, Itsuki-chan was like…" Ichika then jumped to Naruto's left looking up at him while trying to intimidate Ichika, "And Nino was so screwed." Then Ichika made direct eye to eye contact with Naruto, "What do you think she said when she saw that croquette?"
Naruto scratched his cheek, he didn't know, "Uhhh… it wasn't perfect?" Naruto scratched his cheek not knowing what to say.
Ichika sighed as she dropped her head, "You're going to make Nee-chan cry again."
Naruto pats her on the head causing Ichika to blush, "Don't worry so much Ichika, you seem a bit tense." Naruto smiled trying to help Ichika calm down. Which that reminded Naruto, "That reminds me… why were you crying earlier Ichika?"
Ichika's eyes widened as she looked at Naruto. She then looked down at the ground as she said, "I-I might end up quitting school."
Naruto looked at her as if she was being real, "Really? You're quitting school?"
Ichika smiled as she turned back to the flow as she smiled, "I'd technically by taking a break." Ichika remembered back to her scenes she had to play, "You know how I've been shooting for that movie you got me into right? I'm starting to get more gigs now, too. Other actors playing student roles skip school knowing they'll have to retake a year or move to more flexible schools. You know how hopeless I am when it comes to school. I don't think I'll miss high school." Ichika closed her eyes and then opened them, "Besides, Miku might be better off if I'm gone."
"You idiot." Naruto said out loud which caused Ichika's eyes to widen at him. Naruto had a hurt look on his face, "You're saying that the time you spent with your sister, this entire time in high school didn't matter to you? You won't miss spending time with them? Along with me too? Did our time meeting mean that little to you?"
Ichika quickly retorted with, "Of course not!" She placed her hand over her chest, "I was happy I met you! Including being able to spend my time with my sisters."
Naruto smiled as he sat back and calmed down, "Good, because if you didn't cherish those moments with your sister. You'd be one hell of an idiot; you'd have hell to pay for from your sister." Naruto looked at Ichika and smiled as he placed a hand on his head. This earned a blush from Ichika as she stared into the glistening sky-blue set of eyes Naruto has. Naruto smiled as he said, "Ichika since you're my friend, let me tell you what my father's friend's son once told me. It's what I'd tell anyone pursuing your dream." Naruto placed a hand behind Ichika's head and brought her towards him along his forehead gently meeting Ichika's. Ichika's face turned completely red, "For the small amount of time I've known you. I want to impart this much truth to you…You don't ever have to forgive me. And no matter what you do from here on out, know this… I will love you always." Naruto gently let go as he moved back to his spot, "That way, no matter what you do, what mistake your make. It will never change how I feel about you Ichika! You and your sisters have been some of my closest friends ever. Like my childhood friend Mito… the girl you girls met a day ago. I've changed a lot… since we first met."
Ichika's face burned bright red as she quickly sunk back into her spot. She pulled her legs up close and Naruto moved in close, putting an arm around her. Ichika felt her heart racing and Naruto chuckled, "Sorry… I am getting a bit chilled, but I should be fine." Naruto smiled and tried to be cool about it. When Ichika felt Naruto move close to her, he wasn't kidding, Naruto was really warm.
Ichika smiled as she looked onwards at the window, "We can call it off Naruto-kun, we don't have to dance at the fire camp."
Naruto looked at her confused, "What? I thought we were? I didn't want you guys to do it by yourselves. I didn't have a problem dancing with you, ya know. Besides… there is one more thing I should tell you." Naruto reached into his pants pocket and pulled out his wallet. Naruto opened it and handed Ichika a piece of paper, "My Nee-chan gave that to me before we left… remember how I was going to play a role in that movie?"
Ichika opened the piece of paper as her eyes widened in shock, "W-what?! Our actor who is playing the teacher is being let go?! You're the replacement I've heard about?!"
Naruto scratched his cheek as he smiled nodding his head, "Yeah… I am, I don't mind since I told Nee-chan I'd owe her one. She decided to turn it in, plus I'm even being paid for it too. Her manager really likes me, it's because not only can I act. I'm a better actor and singer than Kasumi-Nee. I can't tell you how many managers have tried to get me to sign a contract with them." Naruto took out his phone and showed Ichika the emails he had been sent.
Ichika's eyes widened in shock, "WHAT?! You're kidding Naruto?! People from Disney? Warner Brothers?! Universal Studios?! New Line Cinema! Sony! Paramount Pictures! Naruto! This is amazing?! How the heck did you get all of these offers?!"
Naruto sighed as he thought back to his father, "The only reason they know who I am is due to my Tou-san. Him being the CEO of a company run by Jiraiya of Senju Corporation. Jiraiya got my Nee-chan into acting and singing. There were two times, my Nee-chan needed a backup singer since he strained his throat. He couldn't perform in a solo. Another guy was quitting after their current performance since they were offered a manager from another company. So, I was the backup singer for the solo performance. At the time people knew me as Menma Namikaze since I wanted to hide my true identity. Didn't want all that attention, but all the production studios knew who I was and who I was related to. It's just not known to the public, so I made Kasumi's manager sign a waiver that she could not disclose my true identity. Kasumi threatened to quit if the manager did that."
Ichika could only look at Naruto in awe, "That's amazing, me and my sisters have heard of Menma Namikaze once! Well, then we never saw him again… to think you were that naturally talented. Also the fact you were… well "Menma"."
Naruto shook his head, "No, it's not that, it's because of my background. I've always been smart, so memorizing the lines was easy. I was just born with the voice, everything else is thanks to my Godfather's training. That's why I'm so nimble and I can throw a punch." Naruto smiled as he looked at Ichika, "Ya know… that's the first time I've ever told anyone that. The only one who knows about it is my family, and Mito."
Ichika felt honored to be the first to hear that from Naruto. She soon got up from her seat, "How about this then! Why don't we practice! It will be our very own campfire night!" A wide smile appeared on Ichika's face causing Naruto to blush a bit.
Naruto began to notice Ichika's maturity and beauty. Naruto slowly got up and Ichika handed him back his hoodie for him to put back on. Naruto said, "As long as no one sees."
Ichika giggled, "Great! So, you were embarrassed!"
"Obviously." Naruto said tiredly but Ichika could only smile. Ichika knew at that moment, that was it, Naruto stole it from her. He stole her heart.
"I never knew…" Ichika's face turned red, "You had this cute side before."
Naruto shook his head as he walked over, "If it's for a little bit why don't I do this." Naruto grabbed some wood. He then took out his survival knife and scraped it against the flint. Causing sparks to fly onto the wood. Naruto created a small campfire, "This way it's more realistic."
"Oh… wow, I didn't expect this." Ichika smiled as she walked up to Naruto.
Naruto chuckled as he looked at the fire, "That reminds me of the legend Yotsuba kept rambling on about."
"Legend?" Ichika's eyes focused on Naruto as he looked at her surprised.
Naruto extended his right hand out and placed his left hand on his hip and said, "I'm a bit surprised, you of all people should know what that is. Ya know, the legend that the two people who dance at the campfire will be together for life."
Ichika flinched a bit, "W-What?... Does Miku know about that?"
Naruto nodded his head, "Yeah, why? She was there."
Ichika seemed to have a frown appear on her face. She placed a hand over her heart and backed up, "I-I didn't intend to…" Ichika turned and walked back to the side. Ichika placed a hand on the wall. She looked down, "The campfire was important to Miku." She gently pressed her head up against the wall, "And yet, I…" Ichika then turned to Naruto as she said, "Naruto-kun." Ichika took a step back, but she ended up hitting the log they propped up earlier. Ichika turned her head to see what it was until it was too late.
Naruto ran forward as he shouted, "Ichika!" Naruto brought his foot around and smashed his foot into the log causing it to break in half. Once Naruto did that, he quickly rotated himself around and used his body to shield Ichika from the splinters of wood. This caused a very loud crash when the rest of the log slammed into the ground. Once the debris settled down along with the dust. Naruto was holding Ichika close to his body and Naruto looked down at her with a smile, "Phew, close one, you aren't hurt, are you?" Naruto smiled towards Ichika, and Ichika looked back at Naruto with her blush appearing on her face, "You know Ichika… you're pretty cute when I get a real good look at you."
Ichika had no words, the way the light from the fire bounced off of Naruto's face lit up his facial features. The whisker marks on his cheek, his strong jawline, and his electric blue eyes danced in the light of the flames. Ichika could only avert her eyes as her mouth clammed up, she had no idea what to say. Naruto and Ichika then turned to the side to see that the log broke the rest of the doorway where Naruto punched it. Then suddenly the alarm began to go off since the log broke through the door, "Huh… it does work."
Just then Ichika pushed up with her hand against Naruto's face, "Let go!" This surprised Naruto since he was still holding her pretty tightly in a protective fashion. Since this was sudden, Naruto was ready for this.
The alarm system said, "Impact detected. Please unlock within thirty seconds."
"W-What?! H-Hey, wait stop! Ahhh!" The two fell to the floor falling on top of one another. The two looked up to see the light going off on the alarm.
"If the alarm is not disarmed, security personnel will be dispatched immediately." The alarm system alerted.
"Shoot… let me see if I can power my way through." Naruto stood up rolling his sleeves up.
"Right!" Ichika added, but just then the sprinklers went off causing Ichika and Naruto to get soaked, "Sprinklers?! The fire!"
Just then the doors opened with a voice coming from the door, "The key to the door is right here." Naruto looked up to see Ichika and Miku, "Ichika… What were you two doing here?" Naruto noticed the voice belonging to Itsuki. Itsuki seemed to have an annoyed look on her face.
Both Naruto and Ichika looked at Miku, who was next to Itsuki, not knowing what to say.
*Tomorrow*
Naruto was sitting up in bed, they had to explain to the teachers what happened. Then as well as explain to Itsuki and Miku what happened. Ichika also did what she could to make them believe him. Luckily, thanks to Naruto's streak of not being a perv, and being someone trustworthy. Miku and Itsuki could only sigh and let go of what happened. Regardless, today was the last day of their School Camp anyways. Naruto sighed as he looked out the window, "How did our School Camp end up like this? What a drag."
*Somewhere with a Certain Nara Somewhere in Japan*
Shikamaru was laying on a hill watching the clouds. Until he flinched and sat up, his friend Choji sat up, "Something wrong Shikamaru?"
Shikamaru shivered as he said, "Some poor bastard is having a drag day… I feel bad to whomever it is… what a drag." Shikamaru laid back down as he placed his hands behind his head. Naruto was currently wearing a red school gym jumpsuit.
With Miku
Miku was still in her room looking out the window as her two classmates said, "Okay, Miku-chan, we'll be in the dining hall."
"Yeah… I'll be right there." Miku replied not turning around. Miku had a lot going around in her head, "If we are all equal." Miku looked at the firepit that was outside her window, "What am I supposed to do?"
With Ichika
Ichika had her hand on her head, "Of all the times to get sick huh?"
Itsuki was by her side and she simply said, "Accident or not, it was the result of your carelessness. Stay in bed for the day and reflect on what you did."
Ichika then said, "Go, go have fun, don't stay in all day. Go Skiing."
"Butt…" Itsuki wasn't allowed to finish until Ichika interrupted her.
"I'll meet up with you all once I feel better." Ichika smiled, she didn't want her sister to be held back. Ichika then turned to Itsuki, "Or are you having a hard time facing Naruto-kun?" Itsuki's eyes widened remembering the scene of someone being over Naruto while he was sleeping, "You've been wary around him ever since our stay at the inn."
Itsuki then said, "So that was you." Itsuki closed her eyes and said, "It's only been three months. That day I asked him for help with schoolwork at the cafeteria. I didn't have the faintest idea…that things would come to this."
Ichika chuckled a bit as she said, "Does Naruto-kun seem like a bad person to you?"
Itsuki stuttered, "T-That's not what I mean!"
With Naruto
Naruto slowly got out of bed, he was going to take his time until Yotsuba slammed his door open, "Uzumaki-san!"
"Yotsuba?" Naruto said, shocked to see the Nakano quintuplet barge into his room.
Yotsuba smiled as she said, "Come on! I won't let you miss this optional activity! We're going skiing!"
Later
Naruto was in his skiing outfit with Yotsuba by his side. Yotsuba was as energetic as ever, "Let's ski down all the slopes!"
Naruto was feeling a little strange, he didn't know what it was, but he was sure he was fine, "Well there is one thing… I have no idea how to ski."
Yotsuba turned to Naruto and smiled with stars in her eyes, "If you really can't ski, I'll hold your hands and guide you!" Yotsuba pictured them holding hands smiling happily when they were skiing.
"That reminds me where are the others." Naruto asked curiously.
Yotsuba then said, "Ichika's sick, and Itsuki is taking care of her."
Naruto blushed as he rubbed the back of his head, "Not surprised after what happened last night…"
"Well anyways, Nino is already Skiing. Oh!" Yotsuba noticed Miku came skiing up to them. Yotsuba smiled, "There she is!"
Naruto turned to the person behind them, "That's not Nino, that's Miku."
Miku's and Yotsuba's eyes both widen, "What?! I didn't recognize her at first! How did you know about Uzumaki-san?" Yotsuba turned back to Naruto, shocked.
"Yeah… you got it right again with us. How are you able to keep guessing who we are?" Miku looked at Naruto confused; she was happy though. The fact that Naruto can pinpoint them out so easily makes her feel special. Not only that but that she is different from her other siblings.
Naruto scratched his cheek, "Well not to sound like a creep or anything but there are a few ways. To tell the difference between you all. Naruto slowly skied over to Miku, "This is without having you guys speak. This also goes with if you're all wearing the same outfit, but you guys kept your hair the way they are. Miku, unlike you and the rest of your sisters. You're a lot more laid back, easy-going, and go-with-the-flow type of girl. You're a bit timid, so your shoulders are more relaxed and slumped. Yotsuba, your body posture is that of always being ready to jump. Nino has a sense of pride within herself. She carries herself well, Itsuki has the most sense of maturity in the group. She has her body language of that of a mother watching over her children. Ichika has the body posture of that of a leader, ready to take charge when needed."
Miku and Yotsuba looked at Naruto a bit shocked. It was a little unusual. Those were subtle things, yet he was able to pick up on them, "Those are small things we do… how do you do it?"
Naruto scratched his cheek, "I may or may not watch and read too many Batman comics and shows." Naruto chuckled a bit at the end, Nino and Yotsuba did not think that Naruto was an avid comic book reader. Just then Naruto leaned into Miku too and sniffed a bit, "Plus I know it's also Miku because she smells like lavender." Miku's face began to blush at the close contact, "Yotsuba you're energetic so of course you would use a shampoo that smells like oranges. Itsuki pomegranate, Ichika roses, and Nino daisies."
Yotsuba was impressed, "Woah Uzumaki-san! You got all of our shampoos right! You really are like a detective!"
"Well paying attention to the little things is what's important." Naruto moved away from Miku as he adjusted the snow goggles on his head, "Now! Let's do some skiing!"
Yotsuba slid up next to the two, "All right! I'm always the one being taught stuff, but today," Yotsuba raised her hands into the air, "I'm gonna teach you two everything!"
*Later*
Naruto was skiing down a much larger slope with great speed and control. Naruto got the hang of it after five or so minutes from Yotsuba. Naruto was a natural as he was skiing down the slope as someone came up to him. The two kept racing down until they came to a stop. Naruto smiled and said, "Hey Ichika! Feeling better?" Then Naruto noticed that Itsuki then wasn't there, "Wait… where is Itsuki then?"
Ichika could only give him a half-smile as she said, "Itsuki-chan's skiing on her own because she doesn't feel like she can face you." Ichika put her goggles on, "Come on! Let's play tag! Yotsuba is it!" Ichika took off down the rest of the slope.
Naruto quickly put his goggles on, "See you two later!" Naruto took off with Miku pouting as Naruto left as she quickly put her goggles on and slowly made her way down the slope. Meanwhile, Yotsuba count before she starts her chase.
As Naruto made his way down Ichika came up to him, "Hey Naruto-kun… there's something I want to ask you."
"Ichika?" Naruto looked at her confused.
Ichika kept her eyes forward, "You haven't told anyone about last night, right?"
Naruto then said, "Ichika, that's your choice and your call, not mine. It's not my business either, but so you know. I'm here for you." Naruto smiled at her as she looked at him, "Remember what I told you?"
"What?" Ichika looked at Naruto confused.
Naruto then noticed something, "Uhhhh I just realized… I rushed things too quickly… I may be able to turn and slide on skis… but I FORGOT TO HAVE YOTSUBA TO TEACH ME HOW TO STOP!" Naruto went down faster down the slope.
Ichika's eyes widened, "N-Naruto!" Her hand reached out, but Naruto was gone.
Naruto found himself heading towards the wood lodge at full speed, "Well better to learn while on the fly." Naruto looked at his feet and slowly turned the skis inward, "Well that didn't work." Naruto hit a rock that was covered by the snow and began tumbling forward. Luckily Naruto managed to push off with his hands and jump onto his feet. His momentum was interrupted so he stopped on his feet, and he sighed. Naruto opened his eyes to find himself by the skiing and snowboarding stuff. So, Naruto took it all off, "Okay, yeah, that was a bit harder than I thought." Just then Naruto saw Nino, just the girl he wanted to see. He hasn't seen her at all in a while, but just then he was yanked into an igloo and the entrance was covered.
Naruto watched as Nino and Yotsuba came walking to the area he just was at the same time, "Yotsuba? Have you seen Naruto?"
Yotsuba shook her head, "I thought I saw Uzumaki-san here." '
"Weird." Nino placed her hand on her chin.
"Where did he go?" Yotsuba asked, wondering where Naruto could have gone.
Naruto looked to his right to find himself right up against Miku, "Oh, Miku," Miku seemed to be squished from the close contact.
Miku then relaxed and looked up, "That was close. They almost got you."
Naruto looked up and asked, "This is an igloo… did you make it?"
"No, it was already here." Miku was nervous that she and Naruto were in such a tight area.
"Wow…" Naruto let a chuckle out as he looked around, "It's pretty warm inside."
Miku then blushed as he noticed Naruto pushing up against her chest, "N-Naruto…" Naruto turned his head to her and saw his arm was up against her chest, "It's cramped in here. Don't move too much."
Naruto quickly moved his arm away as he said, "O-Oh, sorry about that! You want me to get out?"
Naruto went to move out, but Miku grabbed onto his jacket pulling him back. Naruto could see that Miku seemed to be nervous about something, "D-Don't leave either." Naruto looked at her confused, "I-I don't know either."
"Miku?" Naruto could sense her emotions were everywhere, she was confused about how to feel. Though, he was getting a sense of warmth from her. That she was trying to tell him something. Naruto sat back and he looked at her asking, "Miku… if something is bothering you." Naruto smiled at her, "You can tell me, I'm not going to judge you or get upset or mad. I'm your friend, I'm here to listen to you."
Miku's cheeks reddened as she felt her heart rate skyrocket and her face began to heat up. Naruto shook his head, it seemed Miku was having a hard time getting it out, "It's okay if you can't say it. Just understand that at one point you girls were equals, but not anymore. You're your own separate person, your Miku Nakano, not Nino, Yotsuba, Itsuki, or Ichika. You're Miku, Miku. Don't forget that."
Miku smiled as she went to stand up, but she hit her head on the ice, "Itai!" Miku held her head where she hit it.
Naruto laughed a bit as he rubbed her head, "Mosh, mosh, it's okay." Naruto then leaned in and placed a kiss on top of Miku's head causing her face to blush and steam to shoot out of her ears, "Oh? Sorry about that, I always do this when Naruko gets hurt. Kaa-chan would always do this if we ever got hurt." Naruto then motioned to her, "Come on let's go." Miku relaxed but continued to blush uncontrollably.
"I'll be out there in a moment." Miku smiled as she took out her phone and she went through her contacts and she called Ichika. Ichika found her phone ringing and Miku's contact picture, "Ichika, hey… There's something I want to talk to you about."
Ichika then replied over the phone, "Miku, what is it you wanted to talk to me about?"
"We don't need to be equals, we need to be fair. So, then what should I do?" Miku asked, talking to Ichika over the phone.
"Are you talking about the campfire?" Ichika asked, wondering if that was what Miku was asking.
"Y-Yeah." Miku closed her eyes and said, "The legend that people in the class were talking about says that you have to hold hands at the finale. Right. Naruto has two hands." Miku opened her eyes and said with determination, "Let's take both his hands."
*Cough* *Cough* "Huh? Say what?" Ichika asked, confused as she coughed over the phone not hearing Miku.
Miku sighed as she decided to drop it, "Never mind."
*With Ichika*
"Sorry, I still have a bit of a cough." Ichika replied to Miku.
"You should be staying inside, not skiing." Miku scolded her elder sister.
*Miku*
"But I just changed into my ski wear." Ichika whined.
Miku closed her eyes and metaphorically put her foot down, "No. You're sick. Stay in bed."
Naruto came crawling back in since he noticed Miku was taking longer, "Oi, Ichika if you're not feeling well, you should be in bed." Naruto's head was right up next to Miku's, "It's gotten worse, huh?"
Miku's face turned bright red as Ichika replied with, "Huh? Did I ever tell Naruto-kun that I'm sick?"
Naruto then said, "No, you just said…"
Steam shot off of Miku's head as she pulled her phone away, "Y-You were on speaker."
"Oh, whatever. You two are together, right? I'm kinda relieved, I think."
*Ichika*
"Okay, I'm going to head back, but I have a favor to ask of you two." Ichika looked over the slopes of the mountains they were at, "Find Itsuki-chan. She's on her own. I'm sure she's lonely."
*Cafeteria*
"Huh… thought she would be here. I know I would." Naruto smirked at all the delicious-looking food.
Miku deadpanned, "That's rude."
"I'm not calling her fat! I'm just saying she likes to eat!" Naruto let out a sigh as he didn't feel like arguing that. The two walked out and Naruto mentioned, "Come to think of it, I haven't seen her since we started skiing."
Miku held her phone out following Naruto, "I can't get through to her phone either. I wonder if she went to the advanced course."
Naruto was beginning to find his face feeling warmer than usual. Naruto shook his head, his head felt weird, but he was fine. Just then Miku said, "N-Naruto? Are you okay? You're not looking so well." Naruto thought to himself, "I wonder if I got this from Naruko… maybe that's how Ichika got it. Now here I am starting to feel sick too. I have to find Itsuki before I get any worse."
Just then Yotsuba came barging in as she tackled Miku to the ground, "Did you really think I wouldn't find you here?"
Naruto turned his head to the two, "Yotsuba?"
Miku lifted her head as snow clung to her face, and some fell off her face, "I forgot."
Yotsuba smiled as she said, "I already caught Ichika and Nino!"
"You haven't found Itsuki though?" Naruto asked worriedly.
"Nope!" Yotsuba stood at attention.
"Honestly, where have you all been?" Nino crossed her arms.
"Naruto, maybe you should get some rest." Miku added, but Naruto wanted to make sure Itsuki was okay.
"Sorry, Yotsuba caught me." Ichika chuckled as she placed her hands together in a prayer position.
Miku walked past Naruto along with Yotsuba in tow, "Okay, Naruto, Ichika, you two are going back to the cottage."
"Yotsuba… did you ever catch Itsuki?" Naruto was worried about her, and he also wanted to find out what was bothering her.
Yotsuba turned to Naruto when he heard her name and then the question. She replied with, "No. I searched for her, but there was no hint of her anywhere."
"Is something wrong?" Miku looked back wondering what was really going on.
Naruto then said, "This could be bad, we need to find Itsuki." Naruto looked up, "There's a strong breeze coming up and there's going to be a lot of snowfall."
Nino even turned back to Naruto, "What's going on? It has to do something with Itsuki."
Naruto found maps in the cottage for skiing and brought it back out for him and the girls to look over, "Given how much we've run around the place, it's weird that none of us have seen her."
Ichika knew what Naruto was saying, "That can't be."
Miku then added worriedly, "I still can't get through to her. Ichika, you're sure Itsuki said she was going skiing, right?"
Ichika nodded her head, "Y-Yeah."
Then Yotsuba looked closer at the map and said, "Wait… I haven't gone there." Yotsuba pointed at the professional course that is on the slope.
Nino then narrowed her eyes, "Isn't that the course that Sensei warned us not to go because the path hasn't been maintained?" Nino quickly turned to run to find Itsuki, "I'm going to go check the cottage if she's gone back. If not I'll go talk to Sensei."
"Hang on." Ichika's eyes began to water and shake worried for her sister.
Nino shot back and said, "I need to, we might need to call for a rescue."
Ichika then said, "Well… it might not be."
Then Nino raised her voice, "We can't take this lightly! We need to find her, and a rescue search might be needed!"
Ichika backed up a bit as she looked down, "Sorry… I-I just d-don't' know what to do." Ichika didn't want to think of the worst-case scenario.
Naruto himself was finding it harder to breathe as he took a few breaths. The sickness was starting to take its toll on him, "Naruto, you should really go rest, Naruto."
Naruto closed his eyes for a moment and thought back to the entire day of what happened. Just then Naruto opened his eyes, "Hang on. I think I know how to find her."
"Fine her how?" Nino asked worriedly, for Naruto it was nice to see how much Nino really cares about her siblings. She acts like she doesn't at times, but deep down, she loves them deeply.
"I'm sure we'll find her." Naruto nodded his head as he said, "You all trust me, right? Well Ichika, come with me."
*Gondola Ride*
"Did you mean you were going to look for her from up here?" Ichika asked, scanning the area looking for Itsuki.
"Yeah… it's possible we could find her from up here." Naruto continued to look around.
Ichika then took her mask off as she had a solemn look on her face. Naruto looked down and said, "Is that Itsuki?" Naruto pointed down below them, "That one there."
Ichika looked at Naruto confused, "Um… Th-that one?" Ichika turned away and said, "I-I don't think so."
Naruto turned back to Ichika and said, "I figured… isn't that right Itsuki?" Naruto turned to Ichika, "That guy down there is a guy." Naruto pulled Ichika's hood down revealing Itsuki's long hair that flowed in the wind. Naruto placed a hand on her shoulder, "You have bad eyesight. You can't see very well without your glasses." Naruto placed his hand on his lap, "Sorry I made such a big deal of this. You had a hard time telling us, didn't you?"
Itsuki then asked, "W-when did you notice?"
Naruto smirked as he said, "When you called me Naruto-kun when I went down the slope. When Yotsuba forgot to teach me how to stop. Just then your voice changed, it wasn't that of Ichika's. Besides, looking back on smells, your hair smells like pomegranate now that you let it flow out." Itsuki's eyes widened, "Plus your body posture, you have a more of a maternal stance and attitude." Itsuki couldn't get over the fact Naruto knew so many little things about them. That they never really think about all the time. Naruto looked up and closed his eyes, "Ichika calls me by my first name. She adds the -kun suffix to my name. You don't, Yotsuba is the only one who calls me by my last name." Naruto smiled as he looked over at her, "You and Ichika have the most similar auras compared to the others. Ichika had leadership, a need to lead you five. Yet, since you're the youngest, you have the same aura. But more of a maternal feel to your aura, so you two can be quite similar at times. However, for me… I'm able to read you all like an open book. I've spent so much time paying attention to you girls. I noticed the small habits and small things about everyday life you guys do. I may not know you all perfectly, but I feel like I know you girls well enough to consider you all my best friends."
Itsuki remembered what Ichika told her about Naruto. That Naruto isn't like their dad, that Naruto is very different from a lot of the guys they've interacted with within school. That Naruto is someone to be trusted, Naruto is and always will be a close friend to them.
Flashback
"Does Naruto-kun seem like such a bad person to you?" Ichika asked Itsuki.
"That's not what I mean." Itsuki closed her eyes. Itsuki gently gripped Ichika's hand, "But it's different when we're talking about relationships. I don't know a thing about him. Besides that, Hinata, Kiba, Sasuke, and Sakura. That Naruto had interaction with them at one point."
"I hope you don't believe a single word they said was true. About Naruto-kun being a lousy boyfriend? If anything, they treated him horribly." Ichika quickly made sure to get across for Itsuki, just talking about those four made her blood boil.
Itsuki shook her head, "It's not even that. We need to be more selective when it comes to men."
Ichika then added, "Just remember… Naruto-kun is nothing like Tou-san."
End of flashback
After they sat in a few seconds of silence Itsuki could only look down as she tightened her fists. Her hands rested on her lap. Tears began to fall down her cheeks, she said, "I-I'm sorry. I-I just wanted to be sure."
Naruto could only say, "You're weird you know that?"
"W-What?!" Itsuki angrily shot towards Naruto, but he only had a smile on his face.
Naruto continued to look up at the sky, "You never follow through all the way." Naruto then felt his head begin to spin as he slumped to the side. His head found its resting spot on Itsuki's shoulder. Naruto's breathing quickened as his face flushed completely red.
"Huh? N-Naruto?! T-That's moving fast!" Itsuki turned her head to find Naruto's face, flushed red, heavy breathing, and very warm, "N-Naruto!" Itsuki shouted worriedly.
*Later*
Naruto found himself being carried by two teachers who pulled him into the building and said, "I'm glad you brought him here. We'll let Uzumaki-kun get some rest here and see how he does. Could someone bring his stuff?" All the girls looked at Naruto worriedly, and Nino simply bonked Itsuki on the head for her antics.
"Sure." Yotsuba looked at the ground, upset.
Ichika then said, "Sorry, it's my fault. I can stay behind…"
"I'll watch over him too!" Itsuki felt just as responsible.
Naruto simply turned to them and smiled at them, "Don't worry so much, I just need some sleep. I'm sure I'll be better tomorrow, go enjoy yourselves. Don't let me s-stop." Naruto lost his balance as his head began to spin. Naruto stumbled backward, but luckily with the combined strength of the Nakano sisters, they all caught the sleeping Naruto before he hit the ground.
The teacher then said, "Quickly, bring him to the beds. If his condition gets any worse, we'll call for an ambulance." The Nakano sisters don't know about Naruto's overly strong and resistant immune system. However, there are times when Naruto gets sick, and when he does. He gets it pretty bad.
The teacher even said, "From now on this room is out of bounds." With that, the girls were forced to leave Naruto alone. Naruto went inside and laid down and did what he could to get some sleep.
Later
Naruto slowly opened his eyes as he saw out the window the fireworks going off and firepits burning. Naruto looked to see the Nakano quintuplets kneeling by his side with them all holding onto a finger. One Nakano quintuplet per finger, "W-What are you f-five doing?" Naruto asked weakly.
Ichika smirked as she said, "So, you were holding back this entire time huh?"
Nino blushed looking away as she said, "Q-Quit talking so out of character and be yourself."
Miku smiled, saying, "The five of us are with you."
Yotsuba said, "Let my power heal you."
Itsuki finished by saying, "What did you feel during the school camp?"
Naruto looked at the girls as they all looked at him worriedly. Naruto sat up and said, "I-I'm warm…" Naruto brought his hand up and threw his shirt off, along with his pants. The girl's eyes widen, and their faces turn red. Naruto then covered himself back up with the sheets. The Nakano sisters made sure to remember that piece of eye candy. Naruto extended his hand back out from the sheets. Naruto looked at all five and said, "Thanks for being here… it makes me happy that you all care so much about me. I appreciate it… but I do need to ask. This whole campfire legend… is it real? Because… if this continues on, I'm going to end up having five wives. I'm sure that is illegal in… Japan… zzzzzzz"
The girls blushed harder at this, "W-Wait! D-Don't think so much into that! …" Nino stopped when she noticed Naruto was asleep again.
Naruto fell asleep quickly for the short time he woke up to take his clothes off. However, Ichika looked to her left, "Oi… what's this." She held up Naruto's wallet and out fell some photos, "Oh my Kami… that little boy… was Naruto?!" The girls look over to see the photos of Naruto as a child with five pictures of five quintuplets who were about thirteen years old with a thirteen-year-old Naruto. The five pictures showed five girls with blue eyes, and the same pink hair, "No way… that little boy I was with five years ago… was Naruto?!"
"What?!" Itsuki shouted in surprise, she had the same pose of that photo back at home in her room.
"To think we all met Naruto, five years ago, on that same day." Miku could only chuckle at this, it seems all five of them have an equal shot at Naruto.
"Woah! I remember this! I can't believe this was with Uzumaki-san!" Yotsuba shouted in shock as the ribbon in her hair twitched upwards.
Just then the bed shifted, and the girls noticed they were too loud. Naruto rolled over facing the other side. Naruto mumbled, "Which one… will… be my… wife." Naruto snored away, and the Nakano sister could only sit and stay with Naruto. The Nakano sisters all had a crush on Naruto, it was evident for all five of them.
Four Days Later
Naruto spent the next three days in the hospital. Mainly because Naruto pushed his body too far, straining himself. It caused his sickness to affect him for a while, but he eventually got over it. Naruto was currently walking across the overpass studying his flashcards. However, he heard some people call out his name, "Naruto-kun!"
"Naruto!"
"Uzumaki-san!"
Naruto turned around and was met by the five Nakano quintuplets. Yotsuba was currently waving to Naruto with both hands in the air, "You guys."
"Morning!" They all cheered out to Naruto in unison.
Yotsuba ran up next to Naruto along with Miku being a step behind Naruto, "Are you feeling better now?"
Naruto nodded his head as he had a foxy grin appear across his face, "Yeah! I need to make up for the time I've spent in the hospital, though I am feeling much better!"
"Well, I'm glad to see you up." Nino then spotted Itsuki eating again, "Stop eating already, Itsuki."
Itsuki noticed she was being watched and she defended herself, "I get hungry in the mornings!" She then went back to eating her morning snack.
"I know!" Ichika placed her hands on Nino's shoulder, "To celebrate Naruto's health recovery, we should all go to the crepe shop after school…"
Naruto then walked over and tapped Ichika on the head, "We're going to study though, right?"
Ichika began to laugh until Miku spoke up, "Naruto." Naruto, Nino, and Ichika turned their heads to Miku, "I hope you help us lots with studying."
"Studying together huh?" Yotsuba had her finger on her chin. She then raised her arms excitedly and shouted, "Let's do our best!"
"Hey! I never agreed." Nino took a few steps off to the side crossing her arms under her chest.
Miku then retorted with, "Everyone besides you, then, Nino." Miku had a smug smile appear on her face.
Nino then turned away saying, "I never said I wouldn't join." Everyone could only smile, and Naruto simply patted the top of Nino's head earning a blush from her.
Just then Itsuki spoke up, turning to Naruto and her sisters, "Naruto, we'll be in your care." Naruto and Itsuki's sisters looked back at Itsuki with their own smiles on their faces. Naruto was glad, they were all really coming along together.
Naruto smirked as he said, "Right!" Naruto leaned forward a bit as certain parts of his face were blocked out by the sun as he said, "The finals are coming up so I'm going to work you all hard."
However, the girls all slid in next to one another. They all had defensive stances, "U-Um…"
"You've all better prepare yourselves! We've got a lot of work to do!" Naruto shouted as he began to run after them.
"RUN!" Nino shouted as the girls scrambled to get to school. Naruto let them get ahead, it would be a lot more fun that way.
Soon they got to school as the girls ran inside and went to their classes. Naruto smiled as he slowed down and took his time. Naruto even remembered back in the hospital when they came to visit him. Naruto officially introduced Mito to the Nakano sisters and the Nakano sisters to Mito. So, Naruto went ahead and explained his relationship… past relationship with Hinata and her friends a few years after Mito left for America.

Let me tell you, the chapter will make all my reader's blood boil. It also makes you question why Naruto never tried to end his relationship with Hinata when he should have. Anyways!
