The next day Ren was not surprised to find Neville in his classroom swing the sword around.

Ren sat down on his desk and watched Neville for a few minutes and Neville asked "Are you going to sit there and watch or are you going to train with me Noc."

Ren tilted his head to the side and said "I have a favor to ask old friend."

Neville stopped and Ren said "Please call me Ren. While Noctis was one of my top two lives so far it was also the shortest of my lives. I...I have so much innocent blood on my hands that I have no right to call myself that name at this time...Perhaps someday when I have brought some balance to my ledger I can bear hearing that name again."

Neville looked at Ren for several moments and said "You did what you had to. I saw ALL your memories. I know what you have done...I wish I could have been there...in fact I kind of think I might have and I don't think I was the only one."

Ren tilted his head to the side and asked "What makes you say that."

Neville said "A feeling when I look at your memories of your life as Edward and then compare them to your memories as Noctis. Takeo was like Ignis with his honor and duty, and Nikolai was like Prompto with his self destructive actions. Replace Vodka with a camera as a coping mechanism and it's pretty close."

Rens looks changed to look like Edward Richtofen and said in a German accident "Does that make you my muscle head idiot, Dempsey."

Neville looked at Ren and said "Fuck you Doc."

Both Neville and Ren blinked and Ren reverted back to his normal look and said "Huh...that..."

Neville said "Felt natural."

Ren frowned and said "Neville...this weekend, I want to try something. It's dangerous though."

Neville asked "I trust you."

Ren took a deep breath and said "Don't...I've made many mistakes and this could be one also. I...I'm not sure if I should even suggest this but...but now I'm curious and you know what they say about curiosity."

Neville sealed his sword and walked over to Ren and placed his hands on Ren shoulder and said "I trust you. In this life and every life."

Ren bit his lip and said "I...you don't know how much that means to me. The only person I've had for support is the one person I SHOULD NOT have supporting me. Death."

Neville slapped Ren across the back of his head and said "Stop going all Emo on me. Now what is it you want to try."

Ren rubbed the back of his head and said "I...might have deserved that...As for what I want to try...it's a ritual...It's a soul resonance ritual...but before we can do it I...I have an offer for you. If you accept you will jump in power from where you currently are to a Guardian. I'll be doing to you what Death did to me when I was Ignotus. The reason I have to do that is because if we do the ritual and it doesn't work the ritual could kill you and I would lose you forever."

Neville said "I am your friend and bodyguard. You are like the little brother I never had. I'll gladly become a guardian as long as you know I will take my role as YOUR guardian seriously."

Ren took a deep breath and said "Thank you...the ritual will cause us to regain every lifetime you and I shared together. That does not mean the memories we will gain will be good ones though. We could have had lives where we were enemies. It also means that there could be other lives you have lived that we didn't meet up with enough to activate the ritual. Are you sure you wish to take this chance."

Neville said "Yes...do you think there is any chance Prompto or Ignis might join us."

Ren looked in thought and said "I...I don't know. I've got a lot of power...but even with all I have been through I am still very inexperienced in the grand scheme of things. The only reason I released your memories the way I did was because with the bindings on you, you stood out like a fire in the middle of the night."

Neville sighed and said "Well it's almost time for breakfast and I have classes I have to attend. What are your plans for the day."

Ren looked at him and said "Truthfully...before you showed up I was planning to go zombie hunting since my classes are after dinner...but I know that if I tried to do that you would ditch your classes and come with me to protect me."

Neville said "And they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks."

Ren started to say something only to pause and said "You know...Since I got you back...there's another old friend I could get my hands on that I think could help watch our backs no matter what we do. He would be easy to get."

Neville got an interested look on his face and said "Really."

Ren said "Yeah...but I'll wait till later to introduce you to him. For now we need to go to breakfast and then you have classes."

As Ren stood up Neville quickly pulled Ren into a hug causing Ren to freeze a moment and Neville after a few moments let him go and said "Come on your highness."

Ren laughed and both exited the classroom and began to head toward the great hall.

After they sat down for breakfast Ren was eating when the morning owl mail arrived.

A snow white owl flew into the great hall and landed on the table in front of Ren and Hagrid saw this and said loudly "That's strange. What's she doing here delivering mail to you Professor Ren. I got her as a birthday present for..."

Suddenly Hagrid was not able to speak as his mouth disappeared and Ren looked between Hagrid and the owl a moment before taking the note from the owl's leg and quickly began to read it.

Frowning Ren got up and walked down to Hagrid who was feeling his face trying to find his mouth and Ren said "Hagrid, you missed the staff meeting where I first was introduced to everyone. The reason I stopped you from speaking is because the name you were about to say could have accidently activated a curse that would have killed you. I am the person who were sending the owl to and I thank you for her. I however do not go by that name anymore for my safety and the safety of others. It is important you never call me THAT name. Do you understand. Just nod your head."

Hagrid who had stopped struggling nods his head and Ren looked at McGonagall and said "Professor McGonagall, you heard what I just told Hagrid. Can you read this letter and verify that I am who he sent the owl to."

McGonagall took the letter and read it quickly and said "He's telling the truth Hagrid. You can't tell anyone his other name and you can't call him that. Do you still wish for him to have that owl as a gift."

Hagrid's mouth reappeared and he moved his jaw several times and said "That wasn't very pleasant...but yes. I got that owl for you since I didn't get the chance to see you on your birthday. You will have to name her though."

Ren looked at the owl and said "Hedwig. Her name is Hedwig."

Hedwig flew up to Ren shoulder and began to nuzzle against his head causing him to smile.

Ren looked at Hagrid and said "That reminds me Hagrid. I heard you have a three headed dog named Fluffy. Is that true."

Hagrid got an excited look on his face and said "That's right."

Ren laughed and said "That's kind of funny. My grandmother Samantha had a dog named Fluffy whose like a family pet. Would you like to see her."

At this several of the staff got a scared look on his face and Hagrid said "Of course I would. Where is she."

Ren put his fingers to his lips and gave a loud whistle causing everyone to turn and look and him and he said "Here Fluffy."

A demonic howl was heard before a flash of light appeared in the middle of the room and a 15 foot tall demonic looking dog with glowing red eyes and what looked like flesh hanging from it's body appeared in the middle of the great hall causing everyone to jump to thier feet and move away from it in either shock or fear except Ren who held out his arms and said "Here Fluffy, come here girl. Whose a good dog, whose a good dog."

Fluffy barked and quickly moved over to Ren and sat down in front of him and panted as Ren started to pet her.

Hagrid got to his feet and came around the staff table and said "Oh, she's beautiful. Do you mind if I pet her."

Ren looked at Hagrid and said "That's up to her."

Hagrid stepped forward and Fluffy growled a moment before she took a few sniffs of Hagrid before she barked at him and then turned her head back to Ren and allowed him to pet her.

Dumbledore said in a commanding tone "What is that meaning of this."

Ren glared at Dumbledore which Fluffy saw and began to growl at Dumbledore also.

Ren said "Do shut up Albus Dumbledore. I already told you about Fluffy here who is my grandmother's familiar. She's been trained to be completely obideant. She will not attack anyone unless they attack her first unless I or my grandmother ordered her to. She only looks scary because of the experiment Gallert Grindelwald and his followers did on her. Now sit down, and shut up you before I have Fluffy here piss on your lemon drops."

Ren turned around and said "Your such a good girl. Oi, Neville, get your ass up here. I have someone I want you to meet." as both he and Hagrid continued to pet Fluffy.

Neville walked up and looked at Fluffy who turned to him and sniffed Neville before looking back at Ren and then at Neville with a confused look on her face before she whined a little.

Hagrid said "Oh, we should introduce her to my Fluffy, I bet they would get along great. Perhaps they can make a litter together."

Ren paled and said "NO...Sorry Hagrid. My grandmother has all breeding rights for Fluffy. She is her familiar after all."

Hagrid got a sad look on his face and said "I understand...but can you talk your grandmother about it for me. I would really like to breed her with my Fluffy."

Ren patted Fluffy one last time before he said "You need to go back home Fluffy."

Fluffy barked before disappearing in a flash of light.

Hagrid asked "How she do that."

Ren said "That's one of the things the experiment Grindelwald's followers did to her. She can teleport bypassing all wards. It does not matter how powerful or what kind. Even wards like the fidelius is useless against here. I'm just glad my grandmother was able to rescue Fluffy and her pups before Grindelwald and his followers could use them against thier enemies."

Hedwig had jumped off Ren's shoulder when Fluffy appeared gliding down from the rafters before landing on Ren shoulder and looked around before she bit Ren's ear and rubbed his cheek before she flew away.

Hagrid said "Looks like Hedwig is already taken a liking to you. Why did you name her that anyways."

Ren was quite for a moment and said in a quite tone "There was a woman I knew once. She was real special...she died giving birth to a son...but if she had a daughter she wanted to name her Hedwig...Hedwig reminds me of her."

Ren shook his head before he went back to eat some more with a sad smile on his face.

Neville walked over to where Ren was sitting and said "You have no idea how much I wanted to pull out my sword when she first appeared."

Ren said "Suck it up, buttercup."

Neville glared a moment before he laughed and returned to his breakfast.

McGonagall who came over said "Please don't make a habit of bringing creatures like that to this school Mr...Ren."

Ren looked at her and said "There was two reasons I did that. Hagrid gave me a unique gift that I had to show my graditude for. Showing him that Fluffy was my gift back to him...but that was also me trying to give you a subtle message. You still haven't done anything about the third floor or about a certain rat problem that I can see from right here."

McGonagall said "I have plans to deal with both this weekend. Not all of us have as much free time you have."

Ren smiled and said "That reminds me, I'll be stepping out for an hour or two. I need to swing by Gringott's to deal with some paperwork this morning and another task I need to finish as well. I should be back before lunch."

McGonagall said "Very well. Please let me know when you return."

Ren nods and looks at Neville before nodding and then Ren opened a portal to Gringott's and stepped through shocking everyone and then closed the portal."

Several hours later during lunch, a metallic bronze, human like machine walked into the room causing everyone to stop and look at the machine.

The machine stopped in the middle of the room and said "Statement, greetings meatbags. I am HK-47. I have been given orders to inform the female meatbag McGonagall that my master Ren has returned and is in his office. Query, Does the female meatbag McGonagall acknowledge the message."

Albus Dumbledore who had stood up and pulled out his wand said "What is the meaning of this. What are you."

Hk-47 turned his head toward Dumbledore and said "Observation, there must be something wrong with my sensors. My sensors do not read you as female, meatbag McGonagall. Querry, have you performed some action to change your gender meatbag McGonagall from female to male meatbag McGonagall."

Dumbledore glared at HK and said "I am not Professore McGonagall."

Hk looked toward Dumbledore and said "Querry, if you are not the female meatbag McGonagall, why did you speak out when I was inquiring about her."

Dumbledore said "I am Albus Dumbledore, headmaster of this school and..."

HK raised both his arms and said "Statement, so your the meatbag full of fecal material who thought he could manipulate and control my master. Observation, you are a very ignorant meatbag who has no idea how lucky he is that my master is in a some what good mood. The last ignorant meatbag who thought he could manipulate and control my master caused my master to cut off his lower jaw, reach out and rip out the fools vocal cords and forced him to be healed where he would spend the rest of his life eating through a tiny tube of paste like food. It's days like those that make me proud to serve my master."

A voice from the entrance way said "That's enough HK. Dumbledore failed in his attempts to manipulate and control me. That is why I take great pleasure out of making him suffer by ruining his day as much as possible. I brought you here for another reason."

HK turned and said "Statement, MASTER, tell me what mission you have for me. Is it for my assassination protocal or one of my many combat abilities. I hope it's all of the above."

Ren said "No. The people of this world, when it comes to advance warfare or weak and ignorant children who have no idea what it's like to fight a galactic war where millions of lives are lost every day. They even have fools who call themselves dark lords who have no idea the TRUE power of the Dark Side. As such your talents for causing death and destruction through direct combat are not the skills I require your assistance with right now."

HK tilted his head to the side and said "Query Master, then what purpose have you brought me here for."

Ren smirked as he walked toward HK and said "The noblest work of all. The local magical government is full of corrupted, arrogant, annoying, idiots who think thier office gives them power to try and manipulate and control me."

Ren reached into his pocket and pulled out a disk and said "This data disk has a copy of ALL laws of this world as well as all treaties, magical, non-magical, local, national, international, and global. You are to take this information and act as my agents to destroy the political idiots beliefs in them being able to manipulate and control me. Should some idiot get lucky and find some way to even attempt to bother me, you have my permission to show them my displeasure with aggressive negotiations. I want a recording of every time you make one of those idiots cry like a baby or loose control of thier bodily functions in fear of me or my agents."

HK said "Statement, Oh wonderful master, you give me such joy to be your servant. Query, am I allowed to arrange accidents for the idiots."

Ren said "Only if negotiations fail and only if it is non lethal. While dead bodies send one message, a defeated enemy who has no will to live after being crippled and having everything important in their life destroyed sends a much better one."

Hk said "Statement, BEST MASTER EVER." before he turned and started to walk away.

Dumbledore started screaming for HK to stop which was ignored and after HK was gone Dumbledore glared at Ren and said "What is the meaning of this."

Ren said "I'm sure you will hear about what happened in diagon ally soon but I will tell you anyways. There was this toad looking woman who wore pink clothing who claimed she was the undersecretary of the Minister of Magic. She was originally in Gringott's on some business when I walked in. Because of my status with the Goblins they quickly came to me to see what they could do to assist me. The toad woman did not take kindly to that and waited outside Gringott's for me to leave. When I did she demanded to know why I was given such treatment. I told her it was none of her business and she started shouting about her title and job and when I still refused to answer she decided to attack me. When I simply waved away her first few attacks she tried to crucio me."

This caused several gasp in the room and Ren said "I used an ability I know called absorbtion which allowed me to absorb and drain the magic from her attack making it where her attack did nothing to me. When I didn't react to being hit by the crucio she tried the killing curse. That caused me to take the kid gloves off. "

Dumbledore asked with a worried voice "What did you do."

Ren smirked and said "The toad demanded to know how I stopped her attacks. Since she demanded to know I copied my memories and shoved ALL my memories into her brain. She started to foam from the mouth as she screamed in pain on the ground before she passed out. They took her to St. Mungo's to the long term damage ward. Her mind has been destroyed by the knowledge of my memories. Since some blond hair idiot named Lucius was with her he warned me that he was going to inform his good friend the Minister about what I did and have me arrested. After that I decided that he and all the other little pricks need to be taught a lesson which is why I brought HK-47 out of retirement."

Looking around the room Ren saw the looks everyone had and Ren said "Let this be a lesson to all of you. It's not who or what you are that is important. It's what you do that determines the type of person you are. I don't care about house, wealth, family, political power, personal power, race, gender, species, magical status, or anything else like that. All I care about is your OWN actions. Right now HK is going to teach the Ministry the error of it's way by destroying them with thier own weapon...red tape. He does not eat, sleep, rest, or need to take a break. He is also able to fill out multiple forms at the same time correctly. With a copy of all laws, treaties, and other information, he is going to bury them in legal procedures where every office of the ministry will ground to a halt while trying to sort through though all the red tape...the fact I gave him the ability to create a time bubble means that within 5 minutes of him entering the building, several hundred years of red tape will suddenly appear on every desk."

Ren looked at Dumbledore and said "That includes all 3 offices that you sit as well Dumbledore. By the way, many of those documents have time limits on them. Failure to deal with them in a certain time limit will cause the document to automatically be passed into law. Should have kept that pink toad on a shorter leash. I think one of those documents is the paperwork to revoke the statue of secrecy."

Dumbledore paled before he quickly left the great hall.

Ren looked around and said "Let that be a lesson to all of you. Sometimes the best way to defeat an enemy is to kill them with thier own weapon. For those of you with parents working for the Ministry, I'm not sorry." before he turned and walked out of the great hall.

After Ren left Neville began to chuckle before he burst out laughing causing everyone to look at him.

McGonagall said "What is so funny Mr. Longbottom.

Neville who still had an amused look on his face said "His Highness...that was pure Noctis." as he started to laugh again.

A female voice from the doors of the great hall said "That is enough laughing from you Gladiolus Amicitia."

At this everyone in the great hall turned to the doors and saw a blond hair girl with silver eyes wearing a white silk dress that seem to wrap around her body with the top part fasten around her neck.

To everyone's shock Neville quickly jumped to his feet and had a shocked look on his face as he looked at the girl and said "My lady...are...are you her...are you..."

The girl walked forward and said "I am the reincarnation of the Oracle, Lunafreya Nox Flueret, just as you or the reincarnation of Gladiolus Amicitia. Imagine my shock when earlier today I was walking with my father down diagon ally and suddenly I would see my beloved, Prince Noctis Lucis Caelum, being first verbally assaulted and then magically attacked. Why were you not there to protect him if you are here and have your memories of your previous life. You are the Crown Guard, the Shield of the King."

Neville bowed his head and said "There is much you do not know my Lady Lunafreya."

The girl looked at him a moment and said "I am called Luna in this life. Luna Lovegood."

Neville said "Neville Longbottom."

Luna tilted her head to he side and asked "And Prince Noctis. Who is he."

Neville said "You would have to ask him yourself Lady Luna. He has suffered greatly in ways you that has changed him."

Luna said "Then take me to him."

Neville bowed and said "Follow me my Lady."

Minerva McGonagall said "Wait just one moment. What is going on here. Who are you and what is this business both are speaking of."

Luna turned and looked at McGonagall a moment before she looked up toward the enchanted ceiling a moment before she looked back at McGonagall and said "I will not answer your question...but perhaps you can ask HIM instead." as she turned toward Neville and said "Lead on."

McGonagall asked "Him, who."

Just then there was a mighty roar that shook all the windows of the school.

Neville looked at Luna who had an amused smirk on her face and she said "I may have reincarnated but I do still have the power of the Oracle."

Neville glanced out a window as they headed toward Ren's class and his eyes widen as he saw a huge dragon that was taller then the school standing on the school lawn.

The sound of running feet was heard before Ren came running around the corner and froze a moment as he looked at the dragon and he started to move his arm when Luna who was standing beside Neville said in a demanding tone "Prince Noctis Lucis Caelum. We need to talk."

Ren froze as he heard Luna and looked toward her and his eyes widen in shock as he said in a scared voice "Luna."

Luna looked at him a moment and said "Oh my love, what have they done to you." as she moved forward and wrapped Ren in a hug.
