A/N: It's time for me to start thinking of what new stories I'll write, or if the series can even continue as it has been, since work is so hectic. Any prompts my readers wish to provide will be considered.
Disclaimer: This is just an unpaid hobby.
"Ugh," Risa grunted and shoved back the notebook. "This is too difficult."
"If you paid more attention in class, maybe you'd be able to figure out the homework," Riku said, unfeeling, and did not look away from sorting through her wardrobe in search of a good date outfit.
"I pay attention. I'm not a child," her sister shot back, disapproving. "This is just too hard for me by myself."
"I can't help you," Riku said as she tossed aside another two shirts, already worn on dates. "I have to leave in half an hour."
"So I'm going to be bored and feeling stupid. Are you sure you don't want to help me instead?"
"As if. I've been waiting for Niwa-kun to ask me out for months."
"It hasn't been months. And what about a tutoring date?"
Riku threw a bland look her sister's way, then grabbed one of her favourite shirts as a compromise since she did not have enough time to be as fussy as Risa in selecting an outfit. "You always complain that I treat you like a third wheel anyway."
"Well!" Risa sighed, rising from Riku's desk and leaving her things strewn over it. "There's only one solution, then."
Distrustful, Riku glanced over her shoulder and asked, "What's that...?"
"I need to call Hiwatari-kun," Risa replied and swept off to fetch her phone. "He can help with my homework and I can't be bored when I'm bugging him."
After watching her twin go, Riku rolled her eyes and sighed. She really did not know how Hiwatari-kun of all people could put up with someone like her sister.
