LONG LIVE THE KING

KING'S LANDING

As the sun rose the city came to life. The city watch guard changes, people get up eat and then to take care of their business or conduct business. Children fill the streets to play. Then the roar of a great beast fills the air and everyone looks up pointing, as three Dragons fly over the city. Some stare in wonder with tears streaming down their face. Others run, scream, and hide.

"Stay calm!" Men of the City watch yell, already knowing about the Dragons. "They will not harm you stay calm!"

The gates of the city are opened and the Dragon Army enters the city. As they do gold, food, and clothes are thrown to the people. They start cheering and clapping. "A gift from your King…King Aegon the Seventh of his name and House Targaryen!" A man yells. "The Usurper has fallen and House Targaryen reigns again!"

Two thousand troops march in front of the wagons the food, gold, and clothes are thrown from. The rest of the Dragon Army marches behind them with the Lords of Westeros. Meanwhile Aegon, Rhaenys, and Daenarys land their Dragons at the old Dragon tower of the Red Keep. There are three levels with openings for the Dragons to fly into. Aegon lands Rhaexor on the roof. Then the Dragon stands on it's hind legs and roars into the air.

Then it crawls down the side of the tower into the top den. Aegon dismounts Rhaexor and goes down the steps. He is joined by Rhaenys and Daenarys. The King's Guard are Ser Barristan Selmy, Lady Brienne of Tarth, Obara Whitewolf, Whitewolf the name she took to be knighted and then inducted to the King's Guard. Ser Wylas Hordor, who took the name he always spoke for his House name. Ser Allayn Velaryon and Ser Jorn Hammon.

After setting things in order and making plans, Aegon, Daenarys, and Rhaenys head to the Sept of Baelor with the Kingsguard and a hundred men. The people both noble and lowborn gather to witness Aegon's coronation as King. Then they return to the Red Keep under the deafening cheers of the people. Before holding court Aegin meets with Mace Olenna and Margaery Tyrell.

"Thank you my Lord and Ladies for coming. There are things we need to discuss."

"Your Grace my family is fully prepared to pay for the wedding."

"Lord Tyrell if I may…The promise to marry Lady Margaery was given by my Aunt. I made no such promise. And my heart is with another."

"But…"

"But what? My Lord seventeen years ago the Tyrell army faced the Baratheon army at Ashford. Lord Randyl Tarly led and won the day, but you claimed the victory. My father sent word to you to join him on the Trident, but you marched your army to Storm's End…Tell me my Lord how many men did Stannis have at Storm's End?"

"I…I do not remember."

"Well let me refresh your memory…" As they speak Olenna holds Margaery's hand to comfort her and keep her from crying in the King's presence. "Stannis had five thousand men at his command. He was no threat to your rear. And the only reason I do not strip you of wardenship of the South is because your family was loyal to mine."

"So that time we spent to together at the tourney was all for show?" Margaery asks.

"My Lady. Did I give you the impression that I wanted anything beyond genuine friendship?"

She sighs, "No your Grace you did not. But you must have known that I felt something for you beyond the crown, becoming your Queen, or the Iron Throne."

"I did and I am so sorry. But the heart wants what it wants…And I am in love with another."

She stands up, "May I be excused your grace."

He nods and she is joined by her father. "I have one question your Grace. Princess Elia, did she approach us with the foreknowledge that you would choose another?"

"She did not. I have another offer for your House My Lady." Aegon offers a marriage between Lady Margaery and his cousin/brother Robb Stark. She agrees to the match and leaves his solar. With that settled Aegon heads for the throne room to issue out Targaryen justice. Tywin Lannister demands a trial by combat and will face Lady Obara Whitewolf of the Kingsguard.

Cersei Lannister is tried for slavery and sentenced to serve the silent sisters. Pycel is tried and sentenced to death for his crimes against the Tagaryen family. After the trials, the lords of Westeros pledge their oaths to Aegon. Then preparations are made for the wedding of Aegon to Daenarys and for the trial by combat.

JAIME

Jaime had asked permission to see his father. He is taken to the dungeons surprised they had not placed his father in the black cells. "Father."

"What are you doing down here?"

"You are my father where else would I be?" He takes a seat, "Father let me be your champion."

"No! Do you think I'd risk your life in a trial by combat. You are the future of House Lannister…It's legacy."

"Dan you! I know you are disappointed me. So let me do one right thing in my life."

Tywin looks at him, "Make me proud and protect what is left of our family. If I die so be it."

He tried but his father would not listen. Later Jaime returns with Myrcella and Tommen. "The trial by combat will take place after the wedding." Jaime says.

"Who is he marrying?"

"His aunt Daenarys Targaryen." Tywin grunts.

DAENARYS

Dany had seen so many possible futures when it came to the person she would marry. But the one she is overjoyed to marry is Aegon. Her wedding day had finally arrived. She had never been with a man before, but had spoken to goodsister Princess Elia on the subject so many times, as Elia had been a mother to her. She knew what to expect and hoped Aegon would be pleased with her.

Her niece Rhaenys and her mother by choice helping her to get ready; Rhaenys is two months with child. A white dress with blue gems on the edges, along with a red and black sash with the three headed dragon draped across her, from shoulder to hip. Dany's hair is up in a diamond tiara. Prince Doran is to walk her down the isle.

A carriage takes her to the Sept of Baelor and as they travel the people cheer and shout blessings on her. When she arrives Aegon is waiting with the High Septon. Her brother Prince Viserys is present as well, he smiles at her and she back at him. Aegon is wearing a red and black tunic with a ruby and gold jewel around his neck. A Dragon like crown of gold and rubies adorns his head. Ser Barristan stands beside the King holding a silk pillow with another crown for her. Aegon places the cloak on her, then they say the words and finally he crowns her. They feast in the garden.

ROBB

After the gifts are given Robb walks up to the Tyrell table. "Lady Margaery, may I have a dance." He asks wearing a grey and white tunic with gold trimming. She agrees, "I am sorry."

"About what?"

"That I am not the man expected to marry."

She sighs, "A dream and that is all it was."

"Well I hope that you will give me the chance to make all your dreams come true."

TYWIN

"Lord Tywin…It is time." The guard says entering his cell. He is taken to the tourney field for the trial by combat. He is given a shield and sword as Obara Whitewolf walks into the makeshift arena armed with a spear. She twirls the spear around showing off.

"My Lords and ladies…We bare witness to a trial by combat, between Lord Tywin Lannister and Lady Obara Whitewolf to the death. And may the gods judge fairly."

The girl is younger and has speed on her side, but Tywin has experience. He attacks first trying to close the distance and neutralize her reach. He uses his shield for defense and his sword for offense. Tywin also fights cautiously, because Obara is the daughter of the Red Viper and may have placed poisoned on the spear head.

He thrusts, moves, blocks, and tries to get close to wound her but Obara is too fast. She is the one who draws first blood. As the fight drags on Tywin grows weary and is slashed on his sword arm. He receives a stab to the leg and starts to fade from blood loss. Obara spins into Tywin and slits his throat…
