A NEW LIFE

Upon arriving in America Yoshi was met by an American Japanese man, He greets Yoshi in the Japanese custom, "My name is Kindo Nagata…Do you prefer Japanese?"

"I am fluent in English."

They drive from the airport in Las Angeles and head to a predominantly Japanese community. "Everyone here is Japanese?"

"Of Japanese descent or origin."

Yoshi is moved into a one, bedroom apartment and is given work a garage changing tires. Every morning he trains in his room, eats breakfast and gets a ride to work from a neighbor. He keeps to himself mostly, the pain of losing Emica is too much. After a while he opens the scroll and tries to decipher the symbols, but is unable to.

One morning Yoshi comes in and sees his boss with a young teenage girl who is crying. At lunch he goes to the office. "Excuse me sir."

"Yoshi…What do you want?"

"Is everything alright? I saw your daughter crying earlier."

"This fucking country! No justice for our people!"

" Tabun, watashi wa anata ni masayoshi wo eru koto ga deki masu."

He looks at Yoshi with a curious expression, "You how?" Yoshi takes a pin and draws a Japanese character on a piece of paper, The character is a symbol of the Foot Clan. He jumps and bows, but Yoshi stops him. "Why were you excommunicated?"

"Because I avenged the woman I love…Now tell me…What happened to your daughter."

"My daughter is a college student…She went to this party and those White pigs raped my daughter. We seek justice, but they are rich and get off."

"Tell me their names and I will do the rest."

"How much do I have to pay you?"

"One hundred dollars." For several weeks Yoshi studies the four college students. He learns their routines and habits before making his move and kills them one by one. The first boy he poisons at a bar disguised as the bartender. The second boy he drowns in his bathtub. Fearing for their lives and that these deaths have something to do with the girl they raped the families of the two remaining boys take drastic measures to keep them alive.

The third boy is given bodyguards to follow him wherever he goes. This does not stop Yoshi, who kills the boy in the showers at the gym. That last boy was taken to a private cabin at Big Bear. He is surrounded by heavily armed security. Yoshi takes down the security guards one by one; knocking them unconscious. Then he slits the boy's throat and cuts off his cock.

DAVID JONES

David Jones is the father of College Hockey Star Casey Jones. He owns the Security Firm that was protecting Nathaniel Walters at the Cabin. "Dave!"

"Will! Good to see you man." They hug.

"How are Sheryl and Casey doing?"

"Fine. Sheryl's cake business is taking off and Casey has several offers to play professional Hockey, after he graduates."

"Any idea who he will play for?"

"Not a clue."

"So why did I have to drop everything and come here?"

"My company was hired to protect one of the boys who was accused of raping that Japanese girl."

"I heard about that."

As they talk, the two men walk towards the Cabin where police are checking for prints and evidence. "So I had four men inside. Three on guard duty and one on the monitors…The rest were outside and even had one on sniper duty…Someone took out the sniper. Made it pass the motion detectors and incapacitated the men inside before he killed the kid…Then he took down the rest of my men when they entered the Cabin."

"Any of your men were killed?"

"No…I think a Ninja did this."

Dave sighs, "Not this again."

"Dude…" He counts on his fingers as he speaks, "…No fingerprints, no tracks, in and out like a ghost. Ninja!"

Dave is with the FBI and news of what happened reaches the ears of some powerful people in Government.

YOSHI

As time passes Yoshi accepts assassin jobs from Mob Bosses and Drug Lords against other crime bosses. He never takes jobs against witnesses, children, etc. One morning as he is practicing his Ninjitsu someone nocks at his door. "Are you Hamato Yoshi?"

"Who is asking?"

"My name is Samuel Grays…I am with the CIA and we would like to hire you…"

Yoshi accepts and moves to Langley, Virginia. For the next few months he does assassin jobs for the CIA for hundreds of thousands of dollars. One of his missions is to assassinate the Ambassador of North Korea. Yoshi is disguised as a Janitor in the United Nations building. He is getting ready to strike when Ninjas explode gas pellets around the Ambassador and his security detail.

Toshi takes apart his mop which is a make shift crossbow and fires into the smoke cloud. He kills two ninjas before killing the Ambassador. "Hold it right there!" A UN Soldier commands. Yoshi drops the crossbow and throws a ninja star at the man killing him. Then he explodes a smoke pellet and escapes. He is almost free when he is confronted by four Ninjas.

"Anata wa nani no ichizoku to itsusho ni iru no desu ka?" The Lead Ninja asks what clan are you with .

"Watashi wa sono sinbor wo shitsu te i masu .anata wa ashi no ichizoku desu…" Yoshi replies recognizing the symbol. "I have no wish to fight Foot Clan."

"Tell us who sent you and we will let you live."

Yoshi shakes his head, "I cannot…"

"You will tell us or die!"

Yoshi bows, "It is not my time to die…But I will send you on your way."

Weapons are drawn, but like lightning Yoshi strikes first with a spinning windmill kick. He manages to kick one man in the head and the other in the face. "Windmill kick…You have been trained by the Foot Clan!" The leader says in shock. The last man attacks with a flying kick. At the last, minute Yoshi spins around catching his foot and throws him into the wall. Blades on each arm sprout from Yoshi's sleeves and he attacks the Leader. After six moves he impales the Leader and then slashes the throat of the other man. The man he kicked in the face escapes while the other man attacks him.

TATSU

Tatsu is waiting for the Ninjas to return in a motel. When one of the Ninjas sneak into the room from the window he places a sword at his throat, "What is the code word?"

"Red Foot Master."

Tatsu removes his sword and allows the man to enter, "Where are your brothers?"

"Dead Master…A ninja with Foot Clan training killed them…He fought with Master level skill."

Tatsu takes out a phone to call his Master Oroku Saki. He describes to him what the Ninja told him. "Yoshi!"

"Do you want me to hunt him Master?"

"No return to Japan…After I am Grandmaster I will hunt Hamato Yoshi down and kill him myself."
