THE MASTER
PART 1. SPLINTER
YOSHI
"Splinter is ready. He has passed every test. And he has surpassed my skill as a Ninja." Yoshi says to Michael Stockman in a meeting.
"Will he kill?"
"I trained him to be an assassin. A killer…Yes he will kill."
"Alright then…It is time for a field test."
After the meeting Yoshi goes to Sharron's apartment to watch movies. "So these are the famous turtles, I have heard so much about." He says looking into the aquarium.
"My babies…This is Leonardo, the mean one is Raphael, that one is Donatello, and the little one is Michael Angelo. My niece gave them to me for my birthday."
"Interesting names."
"She helped me name them."
MICHAEL
Michael meets with the head of the CIA, Lucas Pake, Admiral Burns of the Navy and General Dolsen of the United States Marines. "Gentlemen thank you all you all for coming. I have a weapon that will revolutionize everything from modern warfare to Spying. "May I present the fruit of project Mutagen-X…Splinter!" Michael puts on a show for his guests and dramatically introduces Splinter, who rises up on a platform from beneath the floor.
"Oh my God!" Is the expression used by Pake as he stands up.
"Son of Bitch!" The Admiral says.
General Dolsen remains silent. "Splinter say good morning.
Splinter bows in Japanese tradition, "Good Morning gentlemen."
"A talking, walking, giant Rat." The General says.
"A humanoid Rat that has been trained in the world's deadliest art…Ninjitsu. Gentlemen in the middle East terrorists are holding American and British journalists as hostages. Allow me to send Splinter in as a field test to rescue the hostages and kill the terrorists."
"Director, Admiral…we should discuss this in private." Michael leaves the room pacing back and forth as he waits for their decision. After an hour he is allowed back into the conference room. "We will allow the field test Mister Stockman. But the subject must go unarmed and every hostage must be bought out alive."
SPLINTER
Splinter is given black ninja garb made to fit him and an elaborate mask to hide his fury facial features. "Remember what I taught you." Yoshi says to Splinter in an airplane flying high over Afghanistan.
"Yes Master."
He smiles, "I am no longer your Master."
He looks at him, "Anata wa itsumo watashi no sensai ni nari masu."
"Sore wa watashi no meiyo deshi ta."
Splinter's mask has a camera in it so that the Director, Admiral, and General can observe Splinter's mission. "We are over the drop zone." The Pilot says over the COMs.
Splinter runs out of the back of the plane diving. He floats for a few minutes and releases his parachute a thousand feet from the ground. At his top speed of sixty miles per hour Splinter runs through the countryside. "How fast is he moving?" The Director asks.
"Splinter's top speed is sixty miles per hour." Michael replies.
Eventually he finds a tree and breaks off the branches. Then using his claws Splinter makes four spears. After another two miles he finds the terrorist camp. Sniffing the air he detects five scents in the air. With his hearing and sight, Splinter locates the first patrol. There are three of them patrolling together, below him as he is on a rock.
Splinter waits until they check in, before attacking. He leaps throwing two spears at the same time and as they strike down two of the three men, Splinter drops down on the last man and snaps his neck. He takes guns, extra ammo, and knives; then he hides the bodies. Splinter runs and leaps from shadow to shadow. He kills three more patrol men before reaching the main base.
When the coast is clear Splinter leaps forty feet across and fifty high to a tower with a sniper. He climbs up and slits the man's throat. Then using the sniper riffle he takes out the other four. With his sense of smell Splinter finds explosives and weapons in a truck. He takes some C4 and sets the timer. Then he makes his way into cave.
Another hour passes before he finds where the hostages are being held. There are six of them, four Americans and two British journalists. They are guarded by eight men. Splinter leaps from cover as the bomb explodes. As he is diving out of cover he shoots down the eight men in a matter of seconds. But a ninth man comes out and shoots. Splinter dodges the attack and breaks the man's leg. Then he snaps his neck.
MICHAEL
With a smile on his face, Michael watches as Splinter hides the hostages and takes down the rest of the terrorists. Then a transport arrives to pick them all up. "Gentlemen, the mission was a success. All terrorists are dead. All hostages successfully rescued. Imagine if Splinter had been armed."
"We can see the benefits Mister Stockman. Tell me what other animals would you expose to this Mutagen-X?"
"Domestic Animals of course. Animals with attachments to humans. Dogs, cats, Birds…Imagine what a humanoid Iguana could do. Or a frog…"
"We will have to discuss this with National Security Council and the President before we approve."
"I look forward to your decision gentlemen."
YOSHI
Yoshi is on a plane with Splinter heading back to the TGRI facility. "How do you feel after killing so many people?"
"You taught me Master that some people disserve death. Those men disserved what happened to them. I am at peace with myself."
PART 2. GRANDMASTER OROKU SAKI
The Acolytes, Ninjas, and Masters of the Foot Clan assemble for the final test of Oroku Saki. If he passes the test Saki will become the new Grandmaster of the Foot Clan. "Oroku Saki…You have overcome every challenge and test. This will be your final test and if you are worthy, you will be the new Grandmaster of the Foot Clan."
"I am ready Master."
"Then you face me!" Grandmaster Shindo announces walking out in his Grandmaster armor of red and black. A red foot print on the breast plate, a red long sleev shirt under the black breast plate, black arm grieves and boots. Red leggings and black thigh guards. The two combatants may only choose one weapon to fight with. Shindo is armed with a spear and chain. Saki is armed with a double pointed spear staff. The staff has no spear heads the ends are points and it is made of metal. Shindo's weapon gives him reach and he initiates the fight. Saki deflects the attack and leaps at Shindo, but he counters and flicks his chain spear again.
Saki dances to the side and swings his staff holding it at the edge to give himself reach. As they fight the drums are beaten in rythem. The sound of their weapons clashing along with the beat of the drums. Shindo draws first blood and then catches the staff in the center they pull against one another. Saki leaps into a spin kick at Shindo still holding the staff.
Shindo kicks him in the side and Saki goes. His weapon is ripped from his hands, but Saki clips the old man's feet and leaps to his own. Then he flips over Shindo who is still on his back. As the old man gets to his feet Saki shocks the onlookers and performs the Sati Oshi Strike. When Shindo turns to face him he uses the technique striking him in the chest. Shindo leaves his feet sailing through the air and hits the ground spitting up blood.
The drums stop as Saki exhales a deep breath. "Oruku Saki stands victorious…He is now Grandmaster!" Saki goes to the baths to get ready for the ceremony that would name him Grandmaster.
TATSU
Tatsu and the ninjas loyal to his master stand ready on a hill overlooking the Foot Clan compound. When the bells of victory sound they are to attack. Two hundred ninjas stand ready to attack. A signal is sent signaling that Saki had won. Soon the bells will sound, but they must wait for the first toast in Saki's name. Spies in the compound have laced the drink with something to weaken the ninjas.
"That is the signal." Tatsu says. Arrows, throwing stars, and poisoned darts fly at the ninjas on patrol. Then swords and other weapons of death are drawn. Those who carry the rank of Ninja and Master are killed. The acolytes are spared if they do not fight back. When Tatsu bursts into the main hall Saki is attacking those at the table. When it is over, the walls are stained with blood and the acolytes are forced into the courtyard.
"Why?" A Master asks dying at Saki's feet.
"For my brother…As you judged his killer, I judge you all." Tatsu smiles as Saki raises his foot and cracks the Master's skull.
OROKU SAKI
Dressed in the robes of the Grandmaster Saki stands before the Foot Clan Acolytes. "The old ways are done…I Oroku Saki have ushered in a new era of the Foot Clan. You can follow me or die with the past. Choose now."
After solidifying his power over the Foot Clan Saki demands new recruits from the villages under his protection. "Your army grows Master."
"Yes…soon the other Ninja clans will fall and the Foot will rule the Shadow World of Japan."
"And your enemy Master?"
"I have not forgotten him…Send eight of our best Ninjas to America. Find Homato Yoshi."
