He tries to be patient, but he had \put a lot into project mutagen-x. this would make or break his family's company. As he contemplated these things, General Dolsen shows up military troops and seizes control of the building. "General Dolsen, to what do I owe the honor?"

He hands him a document, "I am seizing control of all material\s concerning project mutagen-x, by order of the government."

"You can't do this!"

"It's done and I expect your\ full cooperation."

"What about Splinter?"

"The rat will be terminated by lethal injection."

Michael calls his lawyers ad is able to put a hold on the Generals actions. "I told you this would happen" Baxter yells entering Michael's office. The last thing he wanted was to deal with his brother. He tries to placate him, but fails. "No! I am through with you brother. We are done Goodbye!"

SHANNON

Showing up to work, she found soldiers all over the grounds and inside the building. When she made her way to see Splinter, she was denied access. "What the hell is going on?" She asks walking into \Michael's office. "Two soldiers are guarding the door to the lab where Splnter is kept." She runs from his office after he tells her. She runs to Yoshi's room where he is packing.

"Shannon what is wrong?"

"Everything. The government is taking mutagen-x, the serum, the hard files, all the data…and…" She starts crying ad he grabs her a hug. "They plan to kill Splinter by lethal injection."

"No they won't. Go home and pack your things. Only things you really need. Meet me here." He writes down some directions and hands her the note.

YOSHI

Yoshi dawns his ninja garb. He uses the vents to get to the security room. He knocks the men in the room unconscious with a gas pellet. The he heads to Splinter's holding cell. "Master?"

"You are coming with me. The military, the government is here and they wish you dead. They also want the serum." He picks the scan card lock easily enough and escapes through the vents. "What are you doing?"

"Wait here there is something I must do."

"What?" Yoshi asks having a feeling what it is.

"I want the serum."

He sighs, "Don't kill anyone.

SPLINTER

He leaves Yoshi and heads through the vents to the main lab. The lab is empty at the moment. He removes the grate and drops down from the vent twenty feet up. Splinter uses his strength to break the glass on the locker where the serum is kept. He takes a canister and leaps back up to the vent. After some twists and turs he rejoins Yoshi and they leave.

The Master Ninjas make it to outside and steals a supply truck. As they leave the facility the alarms sound. They drive for a few miles and then ditch the vehicle. They trek through the woods traveling for miles. They wait util dark to sneak aboard an eighteen, wheeler. They ride in the trailer for six miles and jump off. They finally meet up with Shannon and drive to New York.

BAXTER

Michael was on his way to Washington when, the call came and he orders the pilot of his private jet to turn around. Upon returning to the TGRI lab he discovers that Yoshi helped Splinter escape and they stole mutagen-x. Meanwhile Baxter is in his downtown penthouse apartment. He had hacked the cameras at TGRI and watched as Yoshi freed Splinter and Splinter stole his serum.

He slams his fist on the desk and started drinking. After three drinks he came to a decision. Baxter accesses the dark web as the Scientist. The he posts a bounty for one million on each name.

It takes two months to set up a base. Then he follows Baxter Stockma for two weeks and then waits in his apartment for him to come home. "Who are you?" Baxter asks after coming out of the bathroom.

"I am Shimu Tatsu, First Ninja Master of the Foot Clan. I have come about the death marks. Why do you wish your ow brother dead?"

"He stole my shares I our family's company. Then he went against my wishes with my invention."

"And what is your connection to Homato Yoshi?"
