Percy Jackson comes home to a pouting Hestia and a silent Hera.

"What's up with the two of you?" He asked as he wondered what happened. "It's rare to see you guys not get along."

""It's her"" The two of them spoke at the same time. The sister goddesses then glared at each other.

The demigod noticed it and thought they're being cute.

"It's Hera." The goddess of the hearth spoke out first. "She's so obsessed in beating you that everytime we're here, she just wants to play Smitten."

"But Hestia, you've completed almost all of the platformers here, why are you complaining?" The queen of the gods bites back.

"But that doesn't mean I won't play different games now, does it?" The goddess questions and the silence return once again.

"Then I guess Hestia haven't been able to play games since you guys came here today then?"

"That's right." Hestia answered the demigod. "She's so obsessed about beating you, Percy."

The son of Poseidon then got a sudden thought. "How about we leave her here if she wants to practice and beat me?" Inquired the teen, which surprised both goddesses.

"Hey!" Exclaimed the goddess of matrimony.

The hearth goddess ignored the queen of the gods' pleas. "Where are we going then? It's already nighttime. There's not much to do at this time."

"You'll be surprised at the amount of activities you'll be able to do at night, Hestia." Smiled Percy as he offered his hand to the goddess. "So, let's go?" He asked.

The said goddess smiled at the gentlemanly display, and took his hand. "Sure. Take me to church, Percy!" Exclaimed the woman.

"Wait!" Shouted Hera, who stopped playing Smitten when she heard the son of Poseidon's proposal. "I'll join you guys." She ran up to the two, who were walking towards the main street.

Reaching the two, she tugged both of their clothes to stop them. "I said wait for me!" She said between the panting she's currently doing.

"I thought you're going to train and beat Percy?" The goddess of the hearth smugly asked. "What changed your mind Sister?"

"I..." Trailed off the goddess of matrimony. "Wanted a change of pace." She formulated a reason. "It's been tiring playing Smitten."

Shrugging, the demigod then responds to her. "Alright, come with us Hera."

Hearing what she wanted, she quickly went to Percy's left side, mirroring her sister who's on the right. The trio walked on the streets of New York, with the goddesses marveling at the lights and sights that they walk into.

"Percy, where are we going?" Asked Hestia, wondering where that are going.

"I was thinking of going to a poetry pub."

It was Hera who asked what that is. "What's a poetry pub?"

"It is a pub, but with an open stage for those that would like to try spoken poetry." Explained the demigod.

"You would take us to a place of alcohol?" Questioned Hera once again, not liking the idea of going to such places.

The son of Poseidon responds at her question. "No, you guys don't need to drink alcohol to enjoy there. It's just that when alcohol is added to the variable, people get wildly different and compose poems that reflect intense passion for something."

It was the goddess of the hearth who spoke first after his explanation. "That sounds fun! Watching drunk people talk about things they like."

"Hmph, for all I know they're all going to ramble about the female anatomy and be lecherous creeps." Said the queen of the gods which made Percy feel like he's with the man-hating goddess of the moon.

"Whew, I felt Artemis pass by quickly. Did you guys see her?" He asked and the two wondered what he meant. When he saw the looks he was getting, he sighed and went ahead and explained his words. "Hera's words earlier sounded like what Artemis would say, that's why I joked about her passing by." After explaining what he meant, the teen then switched topics. "So, what are you guys expecting to see once we're there?"

"People reciting their pieces to others?" Replied the goddess of the hearth. "Based on what you told us."

"Bunch of drunkards laughing at every single thing?" Said Hera, still unimpressed with the fact that the place is riddled with alcoholics.

"Right." Said the son of Poseidon. "We're here." He pointed in front of him, making the two look. It was painted green outside, with a large poster in the center that said: "Jameson's Pub and Poetry." It was decorated with lights and scribbles that resemble poems.

"That's how I became a father,

and how I met your mother." The man who was reciting then took a bow as others clapped. The trio of Percy, Hestia and Hera were sitting on a table, with the demigod clapping at the performer.

Hera though, was not impressed.

"I've heard much better poems than that." Said the goddess of matrimony with arms crossed.

"Still, you've gotta admire their courage on speaking in front of a large crowd." The son of Poseidon reasoned. "It's not easy you know? Most mortals are scared to do what he just did."

"I wish to hear much better compositions." Spoke the goddess of the hearth, who was sipping lemon juice. "This place is cozy Percy, like your place." She said to the young man, who was watching another person perform.

An IM appeared in front of the demigod. "Percy?" Asked the person from the other line.

"Hey Zoe." Greeted Jackson as he stood up from his seat. "Let me go somewhere quiet so I can hear you." Turning to his companions, he gestured that he was going to the bathroom. "Zoe's calling, I'll be going to the bathroom."

""All right."" The sister goddesses replied to him. Once gone, Hera started to speak to her sister.

"Hestia, you're being unusual." The said goddess then gave her a 'what do you mean look.' "It's the first time I've seen you complain about something, and the first time I've seen you annoyed."

"What do you mean? I've always been like myself." Responded the goddess of the hearth. "I'm just annoyed that you always hog the console to yourself. Please give me some play time too." The older daughter of Kronos then sipped at her glass once more.

"I don't think that's all there is to it." The goddess of matrimony countered. 'No... there's no way that's ever gonna happen, not Hestia.' Thought the daughter of Rhea as dots were starting to get connected in her head. 'It can't be... can it?' Wondered the queen of the gods.

Silence engulfed the two as the voice of the performer permeated their table. This time, it was a person singing instead of reciting a poem.

"You had my heart at least for the most part,

'Cause everybody's gotta die sometime.

We fell apart, let's make a new start,

'Cause everybody's gotta die sometime.

But Baby don't cry..."

"You like him." It was a murmur at first, but the goddess of matrimony was sure that her sister heard it. "Do you like Percy, sister?" This time, the goddess of the hearth turned to her direction and stared at her, her face was serious.

"Yes." Was Hestia's reply. "I do like Perseus. I can feel that you like him too, but you have a husband right?"

"And if it's not enough..."

"A husband that cheats on me whenever he likes." Answered the queen of the gods. "A husband that doesn't care about his wife's feelings."

"If it's not enough..."

"But that doesn't mean you should do the same. You're supposed to be the bigger person. Besides, won't that invalidate you being the goddess of Marriage?" Countered the hearth goddess.

"Try again,"

"What's the importance of that title if all I'll it gives me is heartbreak? That whenever the person you're wed to sleeps with another woman one night and looks at you in the morning like nothing happened?" Exclaimed the wife of Zeus. "For all I know, the fates gave me this title as a joke. THE goddess of MARRIAGE has an unfaithful husband." Hera continued. "Besides, Percy has given me the attention that I want, if being with him means that I'll have to throw away that joke of a domain, then I'll gladly do so in a heartbeat. I'm sure that you'll give Percy your virginity too."

"And Again."

"Then I guess we'll see who's the better woman huh? May the best woman win, sister." Hestia replied.

"Why are you making this a competition? What's wrong?" Asked the goddess of matrimony.

"Over and over again!"

"Because you've already had a chance!" Exclaimed the goddess. "You're married for Chaos' sake!" After her outburst, she quieted down, with her voice becoming soft once again. "I think that Percy's my only chance at finding love. If I have to fight you and everybody else then I will do so."

Hearing this, Hera scooted over to the side of her sister, then placed a hand on her shoulder. "You know that we're not the only ones that see him that way right?" She asked, to which her sister nodded. "What if Percy cannot choose? Will you reject him like you did to his father?" She asked.

"Like I said, I won't give Percy up." The goddess of the hearth said with conviction. "If I don't have a choice and he can't choose, then I'll share him with others. As long as I know that he feels the same for me."

"Then we don't have to fight, sister." Hera spoke out. "We can make a compromise, right?" The goddess then envelops her sister to a warm, loving embrace. "If Percy can't decide, then we can agree on sharing him, if the others can't take it, then we'll fight them, together."

"Alright." Hestia relented. "But if he does choose one, I hope that it's me."

The queen of the gods smiled at her sister's words.

"So, you mean to tell me that Hestia consumed ten glasses of lemon martinis when I was gone?" Asked the demigod as he struggled to carry the goddess of the hearth. She was drunk and cannot walk by herself so the son of Poseidon had to carry her. "I haven't been gone that long, right?" He asked Hera, who was lightly smiling at him.

"You've been gone long enough." She replied. "In fact, she even recited onstage and you were not around to see it." Explained the goddess of marriages.

"Then I guess Hestia's a lightweight then?" Percy asked as the goddess in his arms squirmed. "What would happen if she takes a sip of Dionysus' wine then? Will she black out?"

"I don't know Percy, it's the first time I've seen her at this state too." The goddess then looks up the sky, and sees a lightning bolt. "I need to go Percy, Zeus is calling a meeting." She said as she distanced herself from the demigod.

"Wait! What about Hestia? Won't they look for her too since she's part of the council now?" Asked the son of Poseidon, worriedly.

"It's fine." Hera reassured him. "She sometimes miss the meetings because of her being at your place. Others usually shrug it off." The goddess of women explained. She said one last thing to the demigod before flashing out. "Take care of my sister Percy."

"I would." Hearing what she wanted, the goddess flashed out of the vicinity, leaving Percy to a drunk Hestia.

"Percyyyyy?" Slurred the hearth goddess. "Where's my Perrrrrrrrrrrrrcy?"

"I'm here Hestia." Answered the son of Poseidon. "I'm taking you to my place."

"You're taking me to Percy's place?" asked the drunk goddess. "How do you know Percy?"

"I'm Percy." deadpanned the young man.

"If you're Percy, then what is your job?"

"I'm a clerk a at convenience store."

"What's the name of *hic* that convenience store then?" interrogated the goddess.

"SevenLeven."

"Right!" The drunk goddess clapped. "He does work at SevenLeven! And he works hard!" Boasted Hestia. "I worry about *hic* him sometimes though, because every night *hic* He comes back exhausted." Said the goddess with a worried, yet slurred tone.

"It's just the nature of the job Hestia, it's normal to be exhausted." Answered the demigod. "It's tiresome to play games all day right?" This time, it was him who asked a question.

"It is!" Exclaimed Hestia. "But with Percy, it's *hic* worth it."

Percy chose not to respond to that. The pair kept trudging along towards his place, with the son of Poseidon silent, listening to the goddess' drunken rambles. Once they have reached his place, the teen sets her down the guestroom bed gently, before waking her up to tell her they're there.

"Hestia." Nudged the young man. "We're here."

Woken up, the goddess slurs her next words. "Pershiiii!" She exclaims, standing up as she sees the demigod. "That was fun! We should *hic* do it again!" Hestia then laughs and giggles to herself.

"Looks like you've drank too many mojitos." Commented the teen as he helps her sit back down the bed. "Take a rest so you'll feel better, Hestia."

"You're such a gentleman, Percy." Giggled the hearth goddess as she held onto the son of Poseidon's hands. "That's why *hic* I *hic* I've fallen in love with you."

Percy didn't have time to register her words as Hestia smashes her face into his.

Deceased's Notes:

Hestia stans rejoice! Looks like she's the one taking the dub on this point of the story chief.

And yes, while this chapter might fail to live up to it's title, I'm glad that it went this way, actually. I was smiling as I finished the chapter and basically cackled like a madman for a solid minute before I was scolded for doing so. It's such a blast writing this one.

Yep, been listening to A Little Piece of Heaven by Avenged Sevenfold when I wrote this one, how can you tell?

What happens to them? Are they hooking up? Will they be doing it next chapter? Is Jasserru Deceased?

Is DSeized Jasserru?

Stay tuned to find out. Reviews and PM's accepted for questions and inquiries.
