With the dragon training nearly complete, Hiccup leaves Berk, knowing that he couldn't bring himself to kill the Monstrous Nightmare. After 10 years, rumours of a tribe of Dragon Riders reach Berk that was being devastated by the dragon raids. Seeing this as their only option of survival, a small group from Berk travels to find the mysterious tribe and their chief - Dragon Master.

Then, the next morning, they wake up to find that their personalities have been swapped. After some digging, the Riders find out that a rare dragon is the cause of the switch, and set out to save it from the Outcasts' clutches before they use it for harm. (Post ROB.)

Continuing on the adventure, the Dragon Riders now have to face their biggest challenge yet. To save a member of their crew, they have to face against the best assassins World Government has ever trained who are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

When Hiccup and Astrid find themselves captured by Dragon Hunters, they're going to have to rely on each other to make it out alive. Hiccup gets hurt by the villagers of Berk and shoots down Toothless and says he wants them to coward in fear. Toothless transforms him into a Night Fury to get revenge against the villagers. When they can't stand his coldness towards them, Astrid is forced to confront her past to save Hiccup.

What if things went differently when Toothless came to save Hiccup during his final exam. What if Hiccup ran away with Toothless that day. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third was a runt for the inhabitants of Berk, but now he is free. And now he will become what he is destined to become.
