Chapter eight
When Harry and Charlie stepped into the Leaky Cauldron, the place fell silent as everyone stared at Harry. Charlie kept his arm around Harry and hurried him through the pub to the back wall. He tapped the bricks and they two men walked up the cobbled street to Gringotts then over to a desk.
'Can we help you Mr. Potter?' one of the goblins asked.
'Yeah, I want to go down to my vault, the Potter vault.'
'Since we have not seen you since you became of age, we did not know what you wished your other vault to be called. At the moment it is the Potter Black vault.'
'Um,' Harry stared at his hands for a minute, 'I suppose the Harry Potter vault would be fine. But can you give me a list of what's in there, I don't really need to go to that vault?'
The goblin produced a roll of parchment, 'I will get a goblin to take you down to the Potter vault.'
'Thanks,' Harry and Charlie stepped away and Harry had a quick look at the parchment then showed Charlie.
'Blimey, you are seriously loaded. At least you know I'm not after you for your money, just your cute body.' Charlie smirked.
'I was always a little worried about that, ever since word got out about the prophecy.'
Even though Charlie tried to get some reaction out of Harry, he never did and knew it was going to take a long time to get Harry back to the way he was.
'Yeah, I heard about that. Hermione mentioned overhearing girls talking about slipping you a love potion and Ron ended up being poisoned, but you saved him.'
'He accidentally ate some chocolates that Romilda Vane gave me.'
'Mr. Potter, this way,' a goblin said.
Harry and Charlie followed the goblin into a cart and down to Harry's vault where he took some gold, but Charlie handed him a lot more.
'You need a lot of clothes Harry, if you take enough gold now, you won't need to come back.'
'Okay,' Harry shrugged and put more gold into his bag then the two of them got back into the cart and made their way back up to the main part of Gringotts. They stepped out the doors and saw people standing at the bottom of the steps staring at them, 'I don't want to answer questions Charlie,' Harry said softly as he turned into Charlie.
'You won't have to,' Charlie kept his arm around Harry and they pushed through the crowd with a lot of people patting Harry's back or grabbing his hand to shake it. Finally they got to the men's clothing shop and Charlie kept handing Harry clothes to try on, even things he'd never worn before. He was given some nice shirts, coloured ones as well as plain, but Harry kept going for t-shirts. He did eventually buy all types tops and shirts along with jeans and pants. He bought Charlie a few at the same time even with him protesting, Harry ignored him. Then Harry got socks, undies, with Charlie showing Harry different types of boxer types, form fitting ones that would look good as well as be supportive. So again Harry bought different types, then started on shoes and Charlie talked Harry into some boots as well as runner type shoes. Finally picking up all the bags they headed back to the Burrow.
'I've never seen so many bags, normally it's woman that buy so much,' Ginny giggled.
'Harry was only going to get a couple of things, I kept handing him clothes to try on and I think he realised he would need more and they looked good. But I'll take them up to my room and put them away, you sit and eat,' Charlie nodded seriously at Harry.
'Yes…dear,' Harry smirked making Charlie, Ginny, the Granger's, Hermione and Molly laugh while Ron's ears went red.
'At least you know who the boss is Potter,' Charlie smirked then took all the bags up the stairs.
'Here,' Molly handed Harry a potion.
'What's this for?' Harry screwed up his face at the thick blue liquid.
'For the alcohol, it will suppress your need for it.'
Harry nodded then slowly drank, 'Ah, that taste terrible.'
'Get used to it, you'll need it for at least a month,' Molly scolded as everyone chuckled at Harry who looked shocked making everyone laugh louder.
'You won't get around mum Harry, you should know that by now. We used to be scared of her, now we're petrified since she took out Bellatrix,' Ron laughed, but he stopped suddenly as he noticed the look on Harry's face, 'Harry.'
All eyes turned to Harry as he's whole body started to shake and his breathing started coming in gasps like he was trying to breathe and couldn't.
'He's having a panic attack,' George Granger said as he hurried to Harry's side, 'You need to calm down and slow your breathing Harry, slow deep breaths. Concentrate on me and my voice, nothing else. Slow and deep, don't take your eyes off me, slow and deep,' he kept repeating.
'We have people that have panic attacks when they come see us at the dental surgery,' Alice Granger said watching her husband with Harry.
'Shit,' Charlie raced towards Harry, 'What happened?'
'I don't know Charlie, he just seemed to lose it. Mr. Granger said his having a panic attack, which is strange, Harry never panics,' Ron explained but his eyes never left Harry's face.
Charlie sat beside Harry and took his hand while George talked quietly to Harry. Charlie felt Harry squeeze his hand but his eyes were wide and everyone could see the fear on his face as he tried to catch his breath. Slowly Charlie started to run his fingers along Harry neck trying to calm him down. It took a while, but Harry slowly started to breathe and they were coming in pants.
'Are you okay baby?' Charlie asked anxiously.
'I…I couldn't…breathe,' Harry panted but kept staring at Charlie.
Charlie pulled Harry onto his lap, 'You're fine, just breathe and relax,' Charlie tightened his hold on Harry but looked around at everyone who all looked worried, they were all wondering the same thing. What had caused Harry to panic like that, what was so bad that Harry would have a panic attack, 'That's it baby, breathe.'
Harry nodded and slowly looked up, 'I…I don't…want that…to…to happened again.'
'Do you know why it started?' George asked seriously.
'Ron saying her name, I heard her laugh, a cruel evil laugh right before I was about to die. She was expectant, excited at the prospect of my death. I hear it in my sleep, her laugh,' Harry started to shake again.
Charlie saw his mother nod towards the stairs, so he just lifted Harry into his arms and carried him up the stairs with all eyes on them before the turned to face each other. All of the of them had the same look on their faces, concern.
'It's more than just what happened to his mother,' Molly said sadly.
'Can just saying a name really do that?' Ron asked but he looked at the Grangers.
'A name, a look, a sound even a smell can make someone have a panic attack. We've seen it so often over the years, all ages as well. Not very young children as they don't really understand what a dentist has to do, but after their second or third visits, that's when they begin to panic. We have medicine that stops them feeling anything, but it still there, just the room there in, the instruments we need to use, it starts them panicking,' Alice explained.
'Do you think Harry should see a specialist Mrs. Weasley?' Hermione asked sadly.
'He should, but he won't. We all know that Harry's very guarded and doesn't trust many people. So there's no way he would trust a complete stranger, especially talking about the things he's done or seen. Then trying to get him to talk at all is another thing, he just doesn't want to.'
'No, he would never trust a stranger, it takes people like Dumbledore or Kingsley to trust someone before Harry will, then he waits until he sees what their like,' Ron said but the ones around the table that knew Harry realised they would have to help him through all this. The first thing is to get him to relax and heal.
Up in Charlie's bedroom, he was holding Harry tight to him. He could still feel Harry's body shaking slightly, not as strong as it was, but it was still there.
'It's okay baby, I'm here, try and relax.'
'I don't normally panic, so why?'
'You died Harry, she was there, laughing, waiting for you to die. These panic attacks can hit anyone at any time, it's a wonder you haven't had them before.'
'Too much to concentrate on,' Harry looked up at Charlie, 'Please.'
'Please what?'
'Let's do something, even if I can't, please, I need it Charlie, I need you.'
Charlie sighed and realised that Harry needed something to take his mind of what he'd been thinking about, what had made him panic.
'Alright, but you won't have me, not yet.'
'Can I suck you?'
'Okay, that won't hurt you. So you never did that to those others?'
Harry shook his head, 'They sucked me and sat over me, that's it.'
'Oh, I've got a lot to teach you,' Charlie moved off the bed and pulled Harry's shoes and socks off, then climbed up between his legs and undid his jeans, pulling them down over his hips then off, 'Oh you look good,' Charlie gave a cheeky grin, then lowered his mouth, then looked up, grabbed his wand and pointed it at the door, 'Wouldn't be nice if mum or Hermione wanted to check on you, would it, seeing me between your legs.'
Harry gave a small laugh, 'No, but please.'
'Oh, are you begging me Harry?' Charlie smirked.
'Oh don't do that Charlie.'
'I'm only kidding babe,' Charlie lowered his head, taking Harry into his mouth. He sucked, swirled his tongue, savouring the taste of Harry, his partner, someone he has wanted for years. When he knew Harry was close, he felt Harry's hands, trying to pull him up. Charlie pushed Harry's hand away and just kept going until Harry groaned loudly as he released, Charlie just kept going until Harry was up again before he knelt up, 'Did anyone do that before?'
Harry shook his head, 'No,' he panted, 'Oh it was good, but I want more, you.'
Charlie noticed Harry stayed lying down, he was so used to the other blokes just sitting over him. He grinned down at Harry, shook his head, then took his clothes off before kneeling on all fours.
'Come on then.'
'Um, okay,' Harry got up and moved behind Charlie, 'They did some charm on themselves before.'
Charlie reached across and grabbed a tube, 'Here, use this, I prefer this to lubrication charms, just coat yourself.'
'Okay,' Harry smiled, then made sure he's cock was coated before he slipped into Charlie, 'Oh I like it this way,' he thrust his hips, filling Charlie completely, 'Oh this is good.'
'Yes, it is, so keep going,' Charlie groaned loudly.
Hermione walked up the stairs and was just passing Charlie's room when she heard something. She was going to knock, but then heard a low groan and had a feeling she knew what was going on. But she also knew Charlie, he wouldn't do anything to hurt Harry especially while he still needed to put on some weight. Harry must be doing Charlie, that thought made her grimace, shake her head, then continued to the bathroom.
Molly was just putting food on the table when Charlie and Harry came down, again they had their arms around each other, but Molly also noticed something. She stepped over to Harry and moved his hair aside.
'Charlie, look at the size of this.'
Everyone at the table laughed softly, 'So Charlie gave Harry a hickey, a damn big one at that,' Ron smirked.
'He's good with his mouth,' Harry said softly as he sat down but noticed all eyes turned to him making him blush because he realised how that sounded. He lowered his head but heard Charlie laugh, 'Stop it, I never meant that,' Harry said softly.
'You might not have meant it, but it was on your mind because it's true,' Charlie kissed Harry's neck.
'Charlie,' Molly scolded, 'He's not well enough.'
'Don't worry mum, we only did what Harry could handle. I needed to get Harry's mind off what happened before. He's fine, you can stop hovering.'
Hermione saw how flushed Harry was but he still kept his face averted. She wanted to cheer Harry up and wasn't sure how, but she also wanted to wind him up, something she could never do.
'I was heading to the bathroom and I did hear some strange noises coming from Charlie's room. I was going to knock, then I thought I wasn't ready to hear or see that,' she said with a straight face while Charlie and Ginny chuckled, which made Hermione laugh, 'Sorry Harry, couldn't help myself. It's not often I get to wind you up, but you sounded like you were enjoying it.'
'Hermione,' Harry scowled but heard everyone laugh again, 'Blimey,' Harry blushed again.
'It's fine Harry, try and get used to it then it won't worry you so much,' Charlie said taking Harry's hand, but he noticed Harry didn't hold his, 'Oh don't sulk.'
Harry looked up at Charlie, pulled his hand out of his and ran up the stairs with all eyes following. Charlie sighed before slowly getting up and walking up stairs. He opened his door but Harry wasn't there, he stepped over the Percy's old room, Harry wasn't there either. So he went to the closed bathroom door.
'Harry, I'm sorry, come on, talk to me.'
Harry just kept his back to the door as he sat on the floor, but didn't answer.
'Come on Harry, please. You're so different to me that it's going to take a while for me to get used to how you are,' Charlie kept knocking on the door, then put his forehead to the door and glanced down, he saw blood, 'Fuck, Harry,' Charlie shouted as he pulled his wand and blasted the door to find Harry unconscious with blood around him, 'Mum, get up here now,' Charlie yelled as he grabbed a couple of towels and wrapped Harry's bleeding wrists.
