Disclaimer: I don't own Bleach. I only own Catalina Vazquez, Eita Harada, Atsushi Harada and Catalina's spirits.
Chapter One: Lost
"Kat, run!"
I quickly sat up scare and wince at the bright sunlight coming in through the open window. I shield my sensitive eyes trying to get a better idea of my surroundings.
I close my eyes trying to remember where I was or what happen. I furrow my eyebrows annoy. I couldn't remember anything. My memories were gone. I groan painfully and a splitting headache suddenly rip through my head. I painfully held my head trying to make the splitting pain go away.
'Catalina…' a soft voice whisper faintly in the back of my head.
I could vaguely make out the voice it seem so familiar but yet so unknown. But something about his voice made my heart speed up, in a good way. Like a girl with a crush.
"Oh, you're awake!"
I turn to the open door surprise not realizing someone was standing there. I stare at the little girl scare. Her big happy dark brown eyes soften when she realize I was scare. She smile happily making her way towards me.
"It's ok I'm not going to hurt you. My name is Yuzu Kurosaki and this is my family's clinic." She explain gently.
"How did I get here?" I ask meekly.
"You don't remember?" Yuzu ask confuse. "Ichigo said he found you stumbling through the park asking people for help." She explain gently.
"Help? Help for what?"
"You said you needed to stop him that he was going to kill them. Then you passed out." Another voice suddenly echo through the room.
Behind the girl at the door stood a man with dark hair and dark eyes. Beside was a boy with orange hair and brown eyes. They walked into the room standing around my bed. I slowly tense up, I still had no idea what the hell was going on or who I was. Who was I running away from? Who was he going to kill? Was I able to save them?
"Hey, so what happen?" The orange hair teenager ask slightly annoyed.
I look at him confuse.
"I don't remember." I whisper softly. "Every time I try to remember something my head starts to hurt and I can't remember anything." I explain anxiously.
"Do you remember your name?" the dark hair man asked sternly. He is wearing a white long lab coat.
"My name…" I whisper looking at my hands.
'Bitch…' a man's sinister voice growled angrily. No, that's not my name. 'Kitty Kat...' A gleeful womanly voice spoke teasingly. 'Kat...' A number of voices mingles together. Then I remembered how I heard that man's voice say a name.
"Catalina." I finally spoke up slowly. "I think my name is Catalina. But, you can call me Kat." I request kind of unsure about the nickname. The name and nickname felt so foreign but familiar.
The black hair man slowly walk up to me and lean towards me.
"Kat, I'm doctor Kurosaki, can you follow the light for me." He order gently, flashing a bright light into my eyes.
I wince slightly but followed the bright light regardless.
"You probably have temporary amnesia from your accident." He explain sternly. "You have a lot of old scars, do you remember how you got them?" He asked concern.
"Scars?" I ask confuse.
I look at my arm and saw a couple of scars, some were more noticeable than others. I gently touch them. I flinch holding my head painful as flashes of images played through my mind. They weren't nice. There was a man pushing me around. Hurting me.
"Ok maybe we should let you rest." Dr. Kurosaki offer, pointing everyone out of the room.
I sat there staring at my scars thoughtfully.
'Kat, she's near.' A very faint voice whisper excitedly.
I look around the room panicking.
"Who's there?" I ask confuse. "Who's near?"
I slowly stood up getting off the bed and quietly walk towards the door. I stop when I heard voices coming from the other side of the door.
"There isn't much we can Yuzu. I'm going to need to call the police and let them handle it. Someone is probably looking for her." I heard Dr. Kurosaki explain sternly.
"But what if the people who are looking for her are the same people who hurt her!" The little girl known as Yuzu cried sadly.
"There isn't much we can do." The voice sounded like it belong to the boy.
'She's getting closer.' The voice echo again.
I look around the room scare. I definitely heard it this time. I'm not going crazy. I didn't want to go with the cops. What if the girl was right, what if the people looking for me are the same ones who hurt me?
'The window.'
I look around the room and saw the open window. I quietly tip toe to it. Looking out the window I realized it wasn't that high up. I slowly struggle to get up the window but finally manage to get over the ledge. The soft breeze rustle my hair and I smile feeling the breeze.
I jump off landing on the ground with a soft thump. I look around the practically empty street. The street lights slowly turning on as the sun was slowly disappearing into the horizon.
Which way?
'Right.'
I took off towards the right letting the mysterious faint voice guide me. After a while the voice had stopped and I was lost. I didn't know who I was or where I was going. I was completely lost. Maybe I should have just stayed with those nice people.
Meow.
I furrow my eyes confuse and look down at the black cat with gold eyes staring at me from the ground.
Meow.
I slowly crouch down petting the petite little cat.
"Hi there. You lost too?" I ask softly.
I gently pick up the cat cuddling it towards me.
"I'm lost too. I can't remember anything." I whisper softly petting the cat.
The cat purr snuggling into my chest.
"I guess my name is Catalina. I don't really remember much. Also, I guess people use to call me Kat." I look around the empty street wondering where the cat came from. "Maybe someone is looking for you."
Suddenly the cat jump out of my hands landing gracefully on the ground. The cat look at me one last time before walking down the street. I slowly followed after the cat. It was my only friend at the moment.
We had been walking for a while when finally we reached a dim lighted place. There is one small building in the middle of the huge empty block. I look around the dark place concern.
"Yoruichi, you're back and you brought an old friend home."
I look at the small door where a man stood silently at the door. The porch light gave off a soft glow. I slowly walk towards the door where the tall man with a green and white hat stood. His hat casting a dark shadow over his face. The cat happily jumped onto his shoulder.
"Oh, no, I think you have mistaken me for someone else." I reply softly.
He fix his hat and I got a better look of his face. I flinch slightly a piercing pain shot through my head. I gently held my head massaging the pain away.
"Are you ok?" the man ask concern.
"Yeah, my head just hurts. I'm having trouble remembering things so I have been getting headaches." I murmur painfully.
"Trouble remembering things." He hum thoughtfully, pulling a fan out of his sleeve. "Do you remember your name?"
I furrow my eyebrows, "Kind of." I whisper solemnly.
"Catalina Shihion." He simply said, covering his face with his fan.
"Do you know me?" I ask stun. "Who am I?" I ask distress. "Who are you?"
The man simply look at me confuse. He couldn't believe I didn't remember him.
"Kisuke Urahara." And he points at the cat on his shoulder, "This is Yoruichi, your best friend."
I hiss painfully clinching my head tightly. Those names…it sounds so familiar. I fell to my knees as black spots clouded my eyes. I couldn't fight the darkness and slowly passed out.
Kisuke walk over to the passed out girl and gently kneeled beside. He swept some of her hair from her face.
"She doesn't remember anything." Yoruichi deep voice echo sadly in the silent night.
"But she will. Until then we will protect her." Kisuke assure his friend picking up Kat from the ground.
Hey guys! The long awaited rewritten version of the Day I Fell into Bleach is finally here. I renamed it to Forget me Not. I know the first chapter is short but I can assure the next chapters will the usually long chapters you are used to.
I also have started a Fairy Tail fanfiction for those who like StingxOC fanfiction check it out.
I'm really excited to move forwards with this rewritten version I have a lot of good ideas for it. The beginning is going to be slightly different but once it reaches it a certain point chapters won't be that much different from the original story. I will also keep the Day I Fell into Bleach up. It was my first FanFiction, so I won't take it down.
Well hopefully I can update soon until hopefully you can continue to support this version just like you have supported the other verison.
Much love, Violetta
