Xerzo LotCN: i don't know what story you are talking about. I barely see any harem stories in the Skyrim section.

Blackwing67: Well, look lively because this begins Dawnguard.

Artorias78: I'm happy you are enjoying it. This chapter will be the beginning of Dawnguard.

1st of the Morning Star, 4th Era 203

Five months.

It has been five months since the death of Alduin and all of Skyrim celebrated the demise of the World-Eater. the Dragons had stopped, sure a small few still hunted and burned down villages, but it wasn't like before where a Dragon attack happened nearly every day of the week. Regardless, the people of Skyrim were relieved the Dragon threat was over with.

But there had been no sign of the Dragonborn.

For five months there has been no sighting, no news, so people gave their own conclusion to what happened in the battle with the World-Eater.

The Dragonborn died.

With five months passing and no sign of their saviour, people began to believe this more and more. the Dragonborn was dead, gave his life to save Skyrim and the world. To stop the Dragons. However, a few weeks after the death of Alduin, a new threat began to rise and become very much a big problem.

Vampires.

For five months, the Vampires have become a great problem and threat to the people of Skyrim, to the point that the Dawnguard had been reformed. The Dawnguard are an ancient order of vampire hunters, once retired but have recently been revived by Isran, a former Vigilant of Stendarr, now dedicated to eradicating Vampires throughout Skyrim. Their location is the old Forst Dawnguard, past Riften, only accessed by Dayspring Canyon located in the snowy mists, east of Riften.

However, what everyone did not know... is that the Dragonborn was still very much alive.

Hidden deep within the woods, away from any nearby villages, located deep within dark woods where no hunter would come to hunt due to the creatures that dwell, a man-made cabin could be seen in these woods.

And this is where the Dragonborn had been hiding.

Rahgol exited the cabin, his hair long that it had been months back, a full beard growing. His eyes had a look of loss, tiredness, grief, anger, and many other emotions in one. In his hands was a axe as he walked over to a tree. He gripped the axe tightly before he swung it and chopped the tree, grunting each time with impact before he let out an angry yell and gave one final swing of his axe, chopping the tree in half and sending it toppling.

Rahgol breathed heavily before he began to chop wood and start making logs. Once he had enough, he carried them back to his cabin and entered, slamming the door shut behind him. He tossed the axe to the floor and walked over to the fireplace, where he began setting the logs up and started a fire with a small, barely powerful, fireball. Rahgol sat back and just stared at the fire, watching it crackle gently.

Five months it's been. Five months since he had last been seen by anybody in Skyrim. After he killed Delphine and Esbern, Rahgol went into the shadows, content to have everyone think he was dead. He didn't want to do anything for anybody anymore. He already did so once... and it cost him the one he loves. Rahgol's fists clenched tightly at the thought of that day, when he killed Alduin. He shook the memories away as he started getting to work on making his dinner, which was roasted lamb.

Minutes later, he was sitting on the bed, eating his dinner when there was a knock on his door which made him pause and look at the door. No one knew he was here. He had only been hooded and face covered whenever he had gone into a nearby village. Rahgl stood, putting his dinner aside, and reached under the bed where he pulled out his Dragonbone sword.

"Rahgol! I know you're in there!" The voice of Lydia shouted from the outside. Rahgol's eyes widened. How in the hell did she find him?

He strode over to the door and yanked the door opened, immediately blocking a fist from punching him in the face and he glared at the furious woman. "Lydia." He greeted coldly, his voice rough and a bit deeper than it had been last time Lydia spoke with him.

"Five months!" Lydia yelled as she shoved him back and stormed into the cabin, slamming the door behind her. "Five fucking months of nothing from you! No letter! No sighting! No new tale of the Dragonborn! NOTHING!"

Rahgol said nothing, just stared coldly at her. "Leave." he finally said and turned away from her, tossing his sword aside.

"No." Lydia shook her head. "it took me a while, but I managed to track you down. The nearby village spoke of a hooded and masked man that entered occasionally and walked off into the woods. When i got a description of the mask... I knew it was you."

"I said... leave." Rahgol said with barely concealed anger as he kept his back to her, poking the fireplace.

"And I said no." lydia retorted before her voice softened somewhat. "What happened to you, Rahgol? Why have you just disappeared for five months? Don't you know what's been going on?!"

"Yes... And I don't care." Rahgol said with no care or emotion. "The people of Skyrim can sort out their own problems. They did so well before I came along, they can do so again without me, without having to throw their fucking problems on my shoulders. I'm done doing things for people. I'm done with everything."

"For fuck's sake, Rahgol." Lydia sighed, frustrated. "The Vampires have become a problem! the Civil War has started up again! Skyrim is in a fucking state and we need you!"

"Well I don't need anyone!" Rahgol stood and whirled on her, his eyes blazing with fury. "I was a fool to ever grow attached to people when all humans have done is take away from me. I was abused as a child until a Dragons saved me, and when i found out what i was, everyone expected me to do their fucking chores with no complaint! I am NOBODY'S pet, slave, nothing! I'm done, Lydia! I am so fucking done with everyone!"

"Is this because of the fight with Ald-"

"Do NOT say her name." Rahgol said with venom as he glared at her. "No one has the right to speak her name."

"Rahgol..." Lydia said more softly, seeing the look of grief in his eyes when he mentioned Alduin. She knew that look. it was the one a man who's lost the love of his life has. She hadn't realised Rahgol cared that deeply for Alduin, but knew that kind of connection was inevitable. They were part of a prophecy where they were mortal enemies, they were connected by that, it's no surprise to her that Rahgol would fall in love with the World-Eater.

Rahgol just sat down with a huff and stared at the fire. Lydia sat beside him before she took his hand, not caring if he didn't want her support for these dark times he was going through.

"Rahgol, you are my friend." She said strongly. "The greatest man I had ever known. I didn't come looking for you to be Skyrim's saviour again, I didn't come looking for you so you can be a tool for the people to use as a weapon... I came because I want my friend to come back and kill Vampires with me. You don't have to do it for the people of Skyim, fuck them. But... your friends, Rahgol, me, the Companions, we all need you back to help us through these dark times. And I know... she wouldn't want to see you like this, she;d want you to grow stronger and more powerful so that she can have a rematch when she comes back."

Rahgol turned his eyes to her and just stared before he eventually looked away and sighed, running a hand down his face. He shook his head and stood, pacing back and fourth before he looked at her and pointed a warning finger at her.

"I do this... I'm doing it for me. No one else." Rahgol said coldly, his tone brokering no argument. "I want nothing in return for this. No land, no title, I kill the Vampires, people stay the hell out of my way."

Lydia's lips twitched but she nodded. "You got it." She stood. "You better get cleaned up."

Rahgol just grunted.

And that's it for this chapter. It was short, I know, but it was just to show what's happened to Rahgol after he killed Alduin. He basically became Kratos, living ina cabin within the woods, chopping down trees, got a beard, he looks like Keanu Reeves by the way, but he'll shave the beard, keep the hair.

I don't know which new gear to give him though. I want to give him one that shows he's not to be fucked with, to show the changes he's gone through, that he's a cold, nearly emotionless man that will kill if someone gets in his way. Something badass and awesome to show his Anti-Hero status.

Also i have a story idea that I want you readers to think about. It's a Elder Scrolls/Inheritance Cycle story with the Dragonborn paired with Saphira, obviously he'll become a Dragon, but I am confused on how to start it, what to do, where to start it in the IC series, so I need ideas... lots of ideas.

Put them in the reviews or PM me.
